I was looking for a new vehicle and the search was awful. Everywhere I went, either dealers would try to sell me junk vehicles for super high prices, they didn't seem concerned about me AFTER the buying process, or they just weren't inviting. Cole Krum is everything BUT that. The people at CK Chevy are SO AWESOME. I actually stopped in on a random afternoon because I was passing by and just wanted to see if they might have something that fit my needs. I met with Aaron White and he took all my information down. I told him my budget, my must haves, and all about what I was looking for. The next day I got an email from Ashley. She started sending me links of vehicles at CK's other locations that she thought would meet my needs. I really appreciate that they went so much out of their way to FIND me something when they didn't have something there. I got a call a few days later, letting me know that they'd gotten a super nice trade in that met all of my needs. I couldn't believe it! I set up a test drive and after only FOUR minutes in the vehicle, I knew I'd be buying it. What I really loved was that even though I had the cash that day, Aaron wanted to still go ahead with a full inspection on the vehicle before I took it home. He also told me that if their inspection showed anything that made me NOT want to buy it, he'd give me my money back and NOT go through with the sale! The day the vehicle would be ready, we were due for snow. I have severe snow anxiety and knew I wasn't going to be able to drive there to get the vehicle. Without hesitation, Aaron said he'd drive it to me! He even added that he'd fill the tank first too! The day my truck was ready, Aaron brought it right to my house! He even put my plate on for me! I was VERY pleasantly surprised at how LITTLE I actually had to do as far as transferring everything. Aaron transferred my plate, title, and even my INSURANCE for me! I literally did nothing but sign my name! I was dreading the idea of going to the state offices for all the long lines!! I cannot tell enough people about Cole Krum! My experience couldn't have been better. I ABSOLUTELY will go back to them in the future when I need a vehicle. And I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone looking! I've had several people say how they can't believe I got SUCH a nice vehicle in my budget! One other AMAZING thing about this experience is that Aaron has contacted me a couple times SINCE the purchase to see how the truck is doing, to offer any help if any is needed, and to thank me for doing business with him. He's been AWESOME. He makes it very clear that they are there for ME and if I need ANYTHING related to this truck, they're ready! I couldn't be happier!!! THANK YOU AARON AND THANK YOU COLE KRUM!!!

I emailed to make sure the vehicle was still available. I received an email back and a phone call. I was able to scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle the same day. When I arrived the vehicle was pulled up and shown to me demonstrating some of the features it had to offer. I was able to test drive the vehicle with out a probably. I was also able to review and pick a financing option in the same trip. Everything went really well and I am happy with my overall experience.

Came in after my car of 15 years decided it was ready to retire. Having not looked for a car since I was 19 years old, Tracy and Dan helped me pick out the perfect car, walked me through the lease/lease to buy process and made me feel very comfortable about my decision. I started out this experience talking to Benshiro on the phone and giving him information on what we wanted to look at. He was fabulous and returned phone calls and text messages in a very timely manor. When we came to the dealership to look at vehicles Tyler was very Personable and professional. He showed us exactly what we wanted to look at and was very patient with us. Adam Did a great job helping him and getting us the numbers that we needed. I have been researching new trucks for months and while getting my Malibu (also a Cole-Krum purchase) serviced I decided to talk to a Sales Person about trucks. It was certainly my lucky day! I met Brad and he patiently allowed me to drive three different trucks and answered my multitude of questions. Brad was great in assisting me with picking out just what I wanted, keeping well within my planned budget and answering all my follow up questions. We, have been looking for nice van for a long time.. Then I came across Cole Krum and found my van.. Called talked to them about it.. Then we went to test drive it and the Salesperson Bret was great and also the van we were trading off was in such bad shape they loaned us a loaner to drive home, so they could detail the van..How many car dealers do that?? All in all we are an little over an hour away from Schoolcraft but well worth the drive. I will also say I am not a person who likes to be pressured, and we didnt feel pressured to do anything..Go to Cole Krun for a great deal ...

Purchasing a vehicle is very stressful, but thanks to Tracy Glocheski who made me feel welcome and comfortable it was an overall good experience for me. I love my new Cruz and Tom who did my finances was absolutely Fantastic in his efforts to find me the best deal. I also want to thank Dan the manager for his help. This was my family's second car-buying experience at Cole Krum, and I would definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jon Krum, my sales consultant, Tracy who went over every detail of my new vehicle, and Tom in finance who closed the deal. I found Cole Krum's ad online and it was worth the drive to see them. In person, the vehicle was in the same condition that I expected thanks to the detailed photos in the ad. The service team was very accommodating - The service manager rode in a second test drive to address all my concerns and even put it on the rack so I could inspect the undercarriage. The sales team was considerate and professional. Cole Krum provided me a quality car at a very competitive price. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

I had such a fantastic experience at Cole Krum! I worked with multiple personnel who were all fantastic. Jim Braat managed to find me my dream car at a great price. I work during the day so I was only available by email and he was completely accommodating to that need which was greatly appreciated. The best part about my experience was the environment. There was absolutely no pressure to buy which was an extremely valued quality. This was my first car purchase and it went so incredibly smooth. Jim Braat made purchasing our Silverado very easy. I surprised my husband with our Silverado 3 years ago and he made the original lease very easy and worked with me through the complicated process of getting a new vehicle; options, size, financing, etc. Our lease was expiring in March and he made purchasing the vehicle very easy and hassle free. The staff is always very friendly. The service department is flexible whether you need late afternoon or Saturday appointments. Great service, great staff, and great products!

We didn't expect to buy a car by having one brought to our home, but the process was rather refreshing. Since we knew the kind of car we wanted and the one they had was "certified", we were able to broker the deal by phone and e-mail and then have them bring the car to our home. Jim Braat was excellent to work with in purchasing my new Silverado. He treated me unlike any other dealer I have been to. I felt as if he was honest and open. He didn't play any sales games and was open with his negotiation. I felt I was given a fair price for my purchase as well as my trade in. I was not pressured once to purchase extended warranty or other sales pitches such as spray coating the outside. He and the staff were courteous and kind. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

this dealership incorrectly diagnosed my vehicles ABS light causeing me to have to replace the wheel speed sensor. i replaced that part and came to find there wasnt anything wrong with it and took the car back, at which they tried to charge me to diagnose it again and replace the electrical connector to that sensor.......they did not give me a rental during the week they had my car to fix THEIR SCREW UP and would not reimburse me for the part and my labor that i wasted fixing replaceing something that wasnt bad, nor would they refund the original diagnosis which was not correct at all, they forced me to put 2k miles on my brand new summer only car that i never intended to ever see snow or salt..... this dealership (like most GM dealerships) has absolutely no business at all serviceing cars........ i love my GM cars but i refuse to take the to the dealership unless it is something that only the dealership has or is able to do (like something that requires a tech 2) as EVERY dealership any of my car have been to theyve come back with far more problems than they went in with

I worked with Ryan Lancaster, actually, Ryan did all the work, so I 'dealt' with Ryan. It was such a pleasure to work with a professional. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a used truck. I did some online searching as well as locally. When you look online you open up a larger pool to choose from. I found a vehicle at Cole Krum Chevrolet, 2 hours drive south of my home. I let Ryan know I was quite interested in this vehicle and when I could make a little time I wanted to come look at it. He did better, he had the truck brought to me so I could. It had almost my whole wish list of options and looked and drove beautifully. The gentleman that delivered the truck was a very nice man and easy to work with. It is now my truck. If all the people at Cole are this quality, you'll want to give them a try.

My experience with Cole Century has always been positive, even before I visited for a new vehicle sale. I have had my cars serviced at this location for 3 years now and have always been treated with respect and a sense of urgency. As for my new vehicle purchase I could not have been more satisfied. I went in for a lease return, and when they did not carry the new vehicle I wanted they had it tracked down within a day and ready for delivery within a few days. The price point was competitive and I wasn't pressured into purchasing anything I didn't want. I mean sure, they let you know about additional warranty options and service plans, but at no point did I feel uncomfortable in negotiation.I worked with John May and he was Professional and straight forward. John was always available when I needed to contact him and throughout the process I had the feeling that my needs were put at a high priority. He is a great salesman who explains the consumer benefits without exaggerating or bending the facts. I was very pleased with the fact based sale, rather than only focusing on emotional incentives. I would definitely recommend this dealership and John May as a sales consultant.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Cole-Krum Chevrolet in Vicksburg, MI. My experience there was a very enjoyable one and I was very pleased with their customer service. My sales agent, Aaron Pearce, was a great person to work with, friendly, super nice, and very knowledgeable in all areas, with answers to all of my questions and concerns. I was very well taken care of and got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Everything went very smoothly and on the day I picked up my new vehicle, another salesperson, Bill, worked with me for about an hour and a half showing me how to operate all the great options my vehicle was equipped with! Thank goodness he did, because I would still be wondering what all the buttons were for...lots of bells and whistles in my new Chevy Tahoe!! He was very patient with me and made sure I felt comfortable operating my vehicle before I left! They even gave me a full tank of gas in my vehicle, which was awesome, since gas is like gold these days! I would like to say Thank you to everyone at Cole-Krum Chevrolet and it was a pleasure doing business there.

I stopped in for service for my chevrolet malibu. Ben couldn't have been more helpful in listening to my concerns on the electronic problem I had been noticing.I had been to two other dealers and they seemed less than interested in approaching it. Much to my surprise Ben called me after a few minutes and explained to me that it had been corrected at no charge. In waiting Bill Parsons had noted me and struck up a conversation and I will be back for further service and future auto purchase from this dealer.

Great people to work! When above an beyond my expectations. They found me my new Equinox and let me pick it up at 9 pm that was three after they closed. I love my new Chevy and my new dealer. Shortly after I picked up my Equinox I had a problem with the remote start.I called the dealership and spoke with Ben in the service dept again my schedule does not let me make it there when the dealer is open so they stayed late for me again.

Jim really cares about what he sells to his customers. He discouraged me from buying one type of truck that I thought was rather unique, but the vehicle did not get good mileage. With the price of gas at $4/gal back then, I was very grateful for his guidance and eventualy ended up buying two more vehicles from him because I knew I could trust his advice.

We were looking for a 4 door Chevy truck, and Jim went to work to try and find some deals that would work best for our needs. I have some specific things that I really wanted on the vehicle like a sunroof, diesal, 4 wheel drive, cloth seats, low miles, color was important to and so with all of that it sometimes makes it hard to find something that will work. Jim took on the challenge and stuck with it until he found one that worked best for what we wanted. He was very nice, seems very dedicated to his job and worked out an awesome price. Overall and excellent experiance!
