Had my 2014 GMC Sierra serviced at Coleman GMC, great service from Nicole as always. The service department turned my previous review (over a year ago) from a negative to a positive experience. Thank you and continue the great work. Update: Just had my 2018 GMC Sierra serviced at Coleman GMC. Nicole is always great! Will continue to take my truck to them. Changed my rating from 4 Star to 5.

Martin, Ed, and the Finance Director (I apologize I forgot his name) were beyond superb. They were very patient and not pushy. It was a very straight forward sale without all of the in between rebuttals you would normally experience. I purchased my Denali last Monday and about 5 days after having it there was a heating issue. As soon as I called and spoke to Martin he handled my issue with priority and had the issue taken care of the same day. Come to find out it was only a wasp nest stuck somewhere under the hood and the coolant container had a minor crack it was all taken care of at no cost and there was absolutely no confusion across the board. Coleman is definitely a true definition of the word “ Team” at its finest and all members of that team exceeded my personal expectations. I highly recommend Coleman GMC.

It took 2 hours for an oil change.!!!! I had to search to see when it was finished. Finally the car was parked outside so I went to service desk to retrieve my keys. Service advisor was busy and said they would email receipt. A day later and that is still not in my email, which I suspected would be the case. This was my first and definitely the last trip to this place. I'll enjoy the ride to Pine Belt caddilac for service from now on.

We recently leased a 2017 Enclave and the entire process was a pleasure. We did not spend much time in finding the right car or negotiation for a good price. They had the car we need in stock and gave us a price that made our family happy. The car is running good so far, very quiet and smooth. The salesman Dan followed up several times afterwards to make sure we like the car and know functions of the car. I will definitely recommend Coleman Buick and Dan to my friends.

After months of looking for a new car to replace my current leased vehicle, I stopped into the Coleman Cadillac dealership. After speaking with the sales person, he suggested that I might be better served by looking at the GMC and Buick vehicles. As soon as we walked in the door we met a friendly salesperson who directed us to the type of cars we were interested in. After a few minutes, the sales rep asked if we were Costco Members of which we replied "yes". He suggested that we utilize a special offer that Costco is currently offering. This process eliminated price haggling since Costco has predetermined pricing. After the some deliberation we decided to sleep on the offer. We finally decided to do final negotiations with Coleman and after some friendly haggling, we decided on a new car at our comfortable selling price.Great Experience in buying a car. No wonder they are business so long.If your looking for a new car, stop by and see Dan Tiernan at Coleman GMC and Buick.

worked with Dominic Esposito for the second Cadillac I've leased from Coleman. a very easy process on bringing back a CTS4 early lease return and leasing a used SRX. Chris Covino also involved on holding car but I decided within the next day and picked it up same day. signing and pick up process was about 1 hr which probably differs about 1000% from other dealers we've worked with, which usually is a daylong scenario. also want to compliment Jim Miele in service area, a friend but extremely helpful in the service process.

My truck was sounding like a loud school bus and my tire had blown while driving on a highway. The guys fixed a broken timing belt, and patched up my tire. The repairs were covered under my warranty (Thank Goodness). The gentlemen who assisted me on Dec 26 were friendly, helpful, and they kept me updated. Bob and guys really took care of me.

I walked into the dealership with the intent to test drive the Buick Enclave to determine if it was truly what I wanted, since an SUV was my goal, and I'd test driven several other cars. The salesman, Marcus was very polite, knowledgeable, and spent as much time as I needed to test drive the Enclave. I loved the way it handled, the interior was beautiful, and I was interested to get some numbers on what the cost would be so that I could compare it to some other vehicles. The salesman, Marcus was extremely helpful, never a hard sell and took the time to work up a wonderful price that I just couldn't walk away from. There was no need to continue shopping around. I ended up with a beautiful SUV, a great price, and worked with people that I highly recommend to anyone.

From my first call to my purchase it was truly a fantastic experience! Buying a new car is stressful and Chris Tandy and the folks at Coleman Buick were a pleasure to deal with. Most of the car searching and deal was done via phone and the final details were worked out when I went in to see Chis. He was polite and wanted to make my experience as easy as possible and I was never pressured in any way. We negotiated a great deal on an existing vehicle on the lot instead of them ordering me a different model which really worked out for all of us. When your car is broken, who are you gonna call? Coleman Buick Cadillac!My car had issues. When I would aggressively accelerate the vehicle, it would cut out and the odometer would go to 0 MPH, and then jump back to the current speed. I took my car to Coleman Buick Cadillac. After an examination of my car, the Service Advisor Joe let me know it was the transmission, and he assured me Coleman service department would take care of the problem. I got the car back and now drives smooth as could be. I want to thank Coleman Service Advisor Joe and service tech Steve for an excellent job. I have been a loyal Coleman customer since the late 70's when it was on Spruce St. I continue to stay with Coleman because of their honest friendly sales staff and their skilled friendly service department. Thank you Coleman Buick Cadillac GMC for your excellent service to the community.

Was in area and called for impromptu oil change appointment for same day. Receptionist courteous and quickly made convenient appointment. Arrival check in was efficient and pleasant. Oil change and car wash done while I waited in remodeled waiting room where complimentary beverages were offered. First class experience! Will definitely return.

My wife and i were treated very well at Coleman. The salesman was not only helpful but direct. He asked us what we were interested in and then did his best to meet our needs. For me and my family we have always experienced outstanding customer service. The Coleman Dealership is the only place we go to purchase our vehicles. My father has been faithful to Coleman since the 70's and has told us service is just as important as purchasing a vehicle and Coleman supplies great service to it's customers. The staff at Coleman's also must be commended I have never had any type of disagreement or dis-satisfaction from neither a sales person or service person. You can see Coleman's training does go a long way for it's customers.

First i like to thank all the sales consultants at this dealership they're truly a great team. After our visit to the dealership a sales consultant called to tell us our original sales consultant left and if we would be interested to move forward he can help - with that he introduced himself and i told him the vehicle and equipment i wanted in the car as well as the color. I drive a 2002 Chevy Tahoe with 120,000 miles on it. The other day when I placed the gear shift to drive the vehicle didn't move. The engine was running but the gears were non-responsive. I had my vehicle towed to Coleman GMC, Buick, Cadillac where I normally have my vehicles serviced. After replacing the gear shift linkage my Tahoe was running smooth again. I would like to thank Joe (my GM service advisor) for explaining my vehicle issue to me and continually keeping me updated with progress be made. I also appreciate the work done by Steven (the service tech)who did an excellent job repairing my Tahoe. Thank you Coleman for another "JOB WELL DONE".

I went in for an oil change and also to have them look at my radio system. The radio would, on rare occasions, turn off on its own. When I picked up the car, the oil was changed and they reset my radio to correct the problem. No problems since.Everything works great now!!!!

This was my first time taking my vehicle to Coleman. It was for 2 safety recalls. I was able to get an appointment quickly and at my convenience with several options provided. AFTER THOROUGHLY CHECKING THE CAR I WAS GIVEN A LIST OF ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED AND THE OPTIONS FOR EACH ISSUE. WE PROCEEDED WITH THE REPAIRS AND WHEN DONE WE WERE PLEASED THAT THE MECHANIC WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE ONE POTENTIALLY EXPENSIVE REPAIR WITHOUT RESORTING TO REPLACING A VERY EXPENSIVE PART. AS IS OFTEN THE CASE, DISASSEMBLY IS NECESSARY TO GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM.....THE MECHANIC DISCOVERED THE REPAIR TO BE A MINOR ISSUE OF TIGHTENING A PART RATHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PLAN TO REPLACE IT.. IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THAT COLEMAN WAS LOOKING OUT FOR OUR BOTTOM LINE AS WELL AS OUR SAFETY.

In speaking with Martin Suarez about what I was looking for in a vehicle he recommended I take the Regal out for a test drive. Turns out, that was the car for me. This was 50,000 mile routine maintenance -- except I specified no need for oil change, since it had been done recently. Coleman service did precisely what I asked and charged for what they did. He even cleaned the wheels on my car because when the car was washed it did not do them as he felt they should have been done. I must say this car has had far too many problems and has been a disappointing vehicle. Coleman did a great job but they did not build the car.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and concern for customer satisfaction. If they are compensated on how well they serve the customer - they should both be rewarded with substantial increases. One thing I will be sure to point out is that they are this way with every customer. As I sat in the waiting room one of the days, I noticed their interaction with other customers and they were polite, professional, empathetic and caring. I had purchased my 2012 cts from another dealer in south jersey .had to take my vehicle in for service oil change plus my check engine light was on I was told there was no problem with my vehicle that sometimes a gas cap could have come lose well three days later the light came back on took it back they checked again said there was a small vacuum leak.repair done right light came back on two days this time.well I was not takeing it back to them.took vehicle to coleman Cadillac.problem fixed I will be taking my vehicle to coleman Cadillac for service.thanks guys you made it so easy to get service I needed without any run around.

On the occasions that I have needed service on my CTS, I have been impressed with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by your staff. Just recently, I was equally impressed by two of your service writers, Josh Costin and Joe Falotico. Upon arriving, Josh explained the nature of the recall and advised me of a pending service that needed attention. I was also politely shown the waiting room, offered free coffee, and was advised of the approximate wait time.While waiting, I observed the interaction of these two young men with my fellow "waiters". They showed excellent people skills and knowledge of the job, plus, they were cheerful and engaging while updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.It was refreshing to leave your dealership not feeling like just another completed service invoice, therefore, I will be a returning customer.

Came to have my GMC Acadia serviced on 3/21. The service adviser was great in his professionalism and attitude. I say attitude because on this day he and his co-worker were having a problem with the computer system so myself and others who came in for service had to wait a bit longer to be entered into the system and allowed to wait for our vehicles. I for one had no problem with this because I was not in a hurry and it helped that the adviser was cool and calm in his dealing with the computers and not taking it out on the customers, which helps. Also had the chance to run into the sales person who took care of me back in December 2014, Martin. Then as on 3/24, he was very pleasant, remembered me, had a great conversation which included him asking how I was doing with the Acadia and if I had any problems, to give him a call. With staff like Martin and those at the service desk, along with a great facility, you continue to rate very high in my book. Keep it going and I will continue to come back.

I called the dealership to ask about my Radio/Navigation system the screen went blank. Joe the Service Advisor was very helpful over the phone, with reviewing ways for me to fix the problem. When it did not work He asked If I could bring the car in, they would look at it immediately. When I arrived they assessed the problem,and said the system had to be updated or replaced.They gave me a loaner car and told me it would be ready the next day. Steve and Nicole at Coleman Buick GMC Service Dept. exceeded my expectations! I stopped in on 1/16/15, Friday shortly after 5 pm. Saturday I had to go on an unexpected road trip 300 miles away. My tire pressure had been going crazy for 2 weeks and seemed to be stuck at 26 lbs. of pressure. I was concerned about driving such a long distance. The Service Dept. was already closed. Nicole understood I was worried. Problem was all the technicians had gone home, except Steve. Steve was about to leave when she explained and without hesitation was willing to help me out! When I arrived for my car service Josh was at the service desk and was very polite. He directed me to the lounge area where I waited. The lounge area is comfortable. When my care service was completed Josh notified me. I asked Josh a question about how to toggle back and forth to see the tire pressure and he showed me how to do this and many other things. I have had the same car for 13 years and was very nervous. I literally bombarded my sales rep (Dominic Esposito) with emails and phone calls during my decision process, and then after I made the decision to proceed did the same thing with other questions. I'm very satisfied with my recent service experience.I have a recommendation that should be on your computer systemsto help assist the service representatives. I have purchased an extended warranty thru Coleman Buick. When the representative comes out with the estimate, I always have to mention I have an extended warranty and isn't that covered by the warranty? I always get what warranty? Oh, you must have purchased it elsewhere. No I purchased it right here at Colemans.Why isn't that in the computer system? It should show the year it expires as well as the mileage limit. You shouldn't have to bring in your warranty every time you have service done.I have had at least 3 situations, where they come out with theestimated cost and the cost is double of what it actually should be because of items covered under the extended warranty are not shown as covered by warranty, and increases the cost. I purchased the extended warranty at your dealership. Cadillac services at Coleman Dealership professionals are much better than the services at the GMC/Buick side of the center.Cadillac service center washes your vehicle after services to whereas GMC/Buick does not. Also, the Cadillac services center is not open on Saturday, only during the work week which is not good when you need your Cadillac served because one is unable to get to the service center during the work week. Preferred to have my regular mechanic, Andy to work on my vehicle because he is fantastic.Cadillac customer service center representatives are far better than the representatives at the GMC/Buick side of the dealership.Happy Thanksgiving.

Josh and David are the best. The service techs and master mechanics gave me some personal attention that they really didnt have to do. My car is older 11 years, and i know that large repairs are inevitable, but in todays economy anew vehicle would fro exceed tge cost for repairs. The recall service I received was great; the job was finished faster than I was told. The only negative from that day was sitting outside the closed service door for more than five minutes with no one acknowledging the presence of my car or opening the garage door for me. I viewed several people moving about inside the service area but I was ignored. I left and went to the GM service bay on the same campus to inquire if that was the right place to be. I was told, "no," I belonged back at the Cadillac service bay. I went back to Cadillac and the door was opened for me because the young man who told me to go back there ran ahead of me and alerted the employees that I was coming. This was an annoying part of the experience.

We had a possible electrical issue with our Enclave. We dropped the car off on a Friday at 12:30 without an appointment. They promised to try and get the car back to us as soon as possible. 3 hours later, we got a call that they not only had diagnosed the car, but had repaired it. All under warranty. I am very appreciative that they were able to do such quick work when we did not have an appointment. Most dealerships would not have been able to do this. Great dealership!! We went to Coleman this Saturday afternoon to look at both new and used/certified GMC Acadia's. There was a particular certified model that I was interested in looking at. It was the color I wanted (white) and had a lot of the features we liked. The price was so great and a lot lower than other dealerships that we thought there was a catch.....Not At All!!!! A 2013 SLT model, black leather interior, heated seats, dual sun roofs, 3 months of Sirius radio, 6 months of OnStar and more!! Our sales person, Chris Tandy, took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions (even some from our 10 year old daughter that accompanied us!). The general manager, Ty Trill, was very helpful and got us a great rate. The whole process ran very smooth :) Would definitely recommend buying from Coleman!

I live a couple hrs from the dealership, so it was important to me that all of the semantics (inventory selection, pricing, financing, etc) were completed ahead of time. I purchased a certified 2011 GMC Acadia Denali this week. My sales person, Chris Tandy was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for in a luxury crossover. Chris's explanation on how the vehicle's features work as well as the fair price we negotiated was a welcome surprise. The car was exactly as advertised, was the best price around, and after coming to an agreement on a fair price that everyone was happy with thanks to the amazing help and patience of Damon Lender, we were SOLD on a wonderful fully loaded Cadillac at a GREAT PRICE! Damon was incredibly educated about the car, was able to answer all of our questions and you could tell what passion he had for cars. It got us excited to get out and enjoy the long ride home in a beautiful new Cadillac! My wife and I were looking for a specific low mileage used vehicle and could not locate any in our immediate area (Hudson Valley NY). Coleman Buick GMC was one of three dealers that had what we were looking for in the Trenton NJ area. We set up appointments for all three dealers on the same day and took the trip down. We let each of the dealers know that we will be purchasing a vehicle that day from whoever gave us the best deal. After visiting all three dealers, Coleman Buick GMC not only gave us the best deal on the price of the vehicle but also gave us the best interest rate by far. Dealing with the sales associate and the sales manager at Coleman was also the most pleasant out of the three. They made us feel very comfortable and were not intimidating/pushy at all. The facilities at Coleman were very clean and seemed newly renovated with large lounge area, free WiFi, and very nice bathrooms. In my lifetime, I have purchased 3 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from dealers and can say without a doubt that the experience at Coleman was the best by far.

Saw Cadillac info on Cars.com.In fact- it compared and loaded Cadillac to other luxury autos automatically (which I thought was very cool). Even though I was planning on another brand I thought I should at least look at Cadillac. Met Chris - SM- and he gave me to Damon Ledner- sale rep. Very thorough in "educating" me on the models. I was "hooked". The features and value you get for the $$ are incredible and worth it! Damon was knowledgeable and patient (believe me - I tested it) SOLD! Nice job GM! Great Job Coleman! Way to go Damon!

I agree with what "JoeeJ" stated. Same thing happened to me. The sales team is very rough and they didnt show interest in selling the car after I decided to buy the car. They didnt get back to me for collecting my documents. They are ready to sell only if I go for the finance from them.Worst experience

I purchased my first vehicle from Coleman in December, 1999, a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am. This was an internet purchase. At that time I was able to go in for service during the work week. I used to sit in the waiting area with elderly men. These men had been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for 50 years of more. These men were very satisfied. Well since then I purchased 3 other vehicles from Coleman. All my vehicles have been serviced at Coleman. The interesting point is this, I live less then 1 mile from Burns Buick GMC in Marlton. I drive 50 miles to obtain even oil changes from Coleman. Are they perfect, of course not!! But Coleman tries to make things right. I wouldn't purchase a vehicle from anyone else. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for service. They are just terrific peope.

I had two great recent service experiences with my 2010 Denali at Coleman GMC Service Department. Each time, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was honest and detailed, and I know they worked hard to get my service completed quickly. Most recently, a sensor failed (which shouldn't happen on a relatively new car), and I was 500 miles outside of my warranty period, but they covered the ENTIRE repair cost AND the cost of a nice, big Acacia rental car for me, for the day my car was in the shop, as they know I have 3 kids to transport. Everyone I've dealt with in this service department is courteous, professional and hard working. I appreciate being treated so well!

They had the car we were wanton to test drive ready to go when we arrived. That's about all they did right. The salesman literally handed us the keys and said go have a test ride. Not that I mind a salesman who cuts to the chase, but dang! At least tell me setting about the car! You do work on commission, correct? Once we test drive it, they immediately had us sit down to talk numbers. The manager came right over, didn't shake oh hands and basically told us we weren't getting anywhere near what we needed for our trade. He walked away and pretended to call someone and came back with a measly 500$ bump up. I felt like they weren't at all interested in selling that car. Bummer bc I would have drove away with that car that day. Easy as that!

Brought my 07 saturn outlook in cause my dealer is closing there doors cause they were bought out. I gave them my recepits from the other dealer with a gm case number to reference i also explaid the issue im having yet when they call me and tell me they found nothing wrong with the vehicle i find out that they only road tested the truck and than brought it back outside. Soon as i pick it up as im getting my keys my service advisor is filling out the service evaluation form WOW!!! she pencil whipped that paper without even reading the questions i thought the techs fill that out my vehicle is under warranty and im still having the problem its really bothering me i have a second child on the way and our other car is too small i owe too much on this truck the dealer term is im upside down as one of colemans rude salesman said and im stuck with this pos that they dont even wanna fix i think this is why people loose it and end up in jail cause of these kind of people

I used the body shop at the recommendation of my insurance and it was a nightmare. The initial repair by Coleman cost $1400 and a further $1350 at a real Body Shop to fix what Coleman screwed up. I also had to pay a further $1100 to replace the A/C and battery that Coleman screwed up while the car was in their possession.
