Just wanted to say car shopping isn't fun. I recently went to Colonial Honda to look at a few trucks. I had a salesman greet me by the name of Steven Viera. He had a great smile and listened to what I was looking for. We spent about two hours together . He was very patient and cracked a few jokes in between . It most certainly broke the ice. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was helping my son purchase a new car, we had gone into a few other dealerships and were made felt very uncomfortable. Upon arriving at Colonial we were met by Barry Otto. I visited Colonial Honda of Dartmouth 3 times before deciding on the car I would buy. Upon my first visit, Wally was very pleasant and informative. When I returned for my second visit, Wally was with another customer so Barry Otto offered his assistance and was also very congenial and helpful. I returned a final time, having decided on a CRV EX-L, and was looking forward to working with either gentleman. Barry was available and provided excellent service and we were able to reach a deal. After shopping around for the last 12 weeks I can without a doubt say that our time spent at Colonial Honda in North Dartmouth stands out as the best overall experience. Neil met us at the door as we approached the showroom with an ear to ear smile. We spent the next two and a half hours with him and his energy remained through-the-roof. He was very knowledgeable and showed us the ins and outs of the features within the '15 Hybrid Accord. Something that stands out to me, as I have dealt with around 10 salesman over the weeks, is when Neil didn't know the answer to something he admitted "I don't know off hand, but I will get you the right answer." Little things like this went a long way in our final decision to buy with Colonial. Nothing is worse than a salesman who tells you what he THINKS as though it is fact and then you find out (usually after the fact) that he wasn't correct. None of that with Neil. He left us feeling supremely confident in the vehicle we chose and the dealership we are now tied to for the next 36 months of our lease. In addition to Neil, our experience with Kevin, Chip and Greg (the managers) was a pleasant, pressure-free experience. I highly recommend this dealership, and I highly recommend you ask for Neil when you get here.

Arthur, the salesman was amazing, no issues at buying my dream car. The funny part is that I went in for an oil change and walked out buying the car I have loved. Each time when I have been on that lot getting work done, I would walk the lot and just stand there looking at this one model. I love the way, I feel in it, I love the way it drives, the radio is amazing. I travel a lot for work, and travel with a dog. Its great for the family. I cant wait till I head on my 2 month road trip in the fall. I get to drive the car I wanted. For me safety is the main key in my driving. I would buy my third car from them, I drove up here for Arizona to buy a new car, and which I did. The sales team was amazing and if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have been in this amazing car. I cant wait to hit the road home to Arizona in the next few weeks. Thank You for giving me the chance to be in this amazing car, to Arthur Thank You, if it wasn't for you truly I would never have been in my dream car.

Rick and John always take superb care in that area and are the reason I returned to Honda. While the car was being fixed I started to look around at new vehicles. Neil was great to work with. I was very happy with the process of purchasing the vehicle and although there were some problems finding the registration when I came to pick it up and get a sticker Neil and Janee (sp?) were very helpful tracking it down. Went in for service oil change, rotated tires check other things, I was very sastified with the service. They explained everything they did very well. When I was there the salesman who sold me the car came over and ask if I was still happy about my car, and wished my Happy Holidays and ask about my family members. I'm quite happy with him. We found a great priced Honda Pilot online at Colonial Honda. When we contacted the dealership, they confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot, as well as honored the advertised price. It was time to return our lease and begin a new one and since we originally went to Colonial we decided to return. We were very happy with our Honda Civic so we decided to lease another for thee more years. Our original experience was good but this visit exceeded our expectations. John Weidenfeller, our Sales and Leasing Consultant was pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and did his best to make it happen. When he was faced with an obstacle he found a way to rectify it for us. We left not only with a newly leased Honda Civic but with a model we didn't think we'd able to afford. Had a surprisingly "chill" experience buying a used 2012 Odyssey at this place. Scott Soares respected the extensive research we'd done before arriving and didn't go into the super pushy mode we've encountered at every other dealership over the 38 years we've been buying cars. Traded in our 2003 Odyssey -- which I loved (bought from a different dealer). I've never been able to say it was really a pleasant experience buying a car before this. Scott made the whole process really easy and let us have room to make our own decision. We appreciated this dealership's fair prices and straightforward negotiating, too, and decided it wasn't necessary to look further. Did it all in one day. We'd heard similar comments from friends who'd bought a car here 2 years ago -- really glad we went here.

Barry Otto The actual Sales person that sold me my new CRV EXL with Navigation was Barry Otto. Barry was one of the most accommodating car sales person I met in my life. He did not try and pressure me. He actually listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something Else. During routine service I mentioned to Peter Slota ,service mgr,that my car [2010 Accord] was using an Excessive amount of OIL...One Quart in less than 1000 miles, with Peters help we charted oil consumption, increasing with higher milage,resulting with my making an emergency pit stop, during XMAS.Season..... [fouled plugs] car banging away on 3-4 cylinders. Peter Graciously made time and effected repairs at this busiest time of year, Joe Duart [tech] did a complete ring job.......not a greasy smudge, nor drop of oil, could I find on the engine,,, engine comp,,,or inside the car,,,AND THE ENGINE DOESNT USE ANY OIL!!!!!!!! I want to thank Peter, Joe, Honda Good Will, and all the fine people at COLONIAL HONDA!! I WILL BE BACK...........................

I had already been to several Honda dealers. Just a long drawn out process. At the last minute I thought about Colonial Honda. I called and spoke with Ashley (really cool), and she told me what I wanted to hear, they try to match or beat competitors pricing. Upon arrival I met and spent some time with Raul from sales. Raul was just a regular guy with a small but growing family. I told Raul what I wanted, he got up and went to discuss figures with his superiors and came back with a figure that really made me happy to be there. Before you new it the deal was made. Next was John W. from the finance dept., another awesome guy. Personable, friendly and easy to work with. I can say that I made the best choice by making that call to Ashley that day.

The oil consumption was due to engine build error as 2 of the cylinders proved to be slightly over-bored and rings failed on 2 pistons.. the T.S.B. stated if it happened to re-ring pistons and check for cylender ware. This was done along with valve work on the head. THE END RESULT DRAMATIC. the torque went way up and the gas consumption went down.. THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND THE CAR RUNS GREAT! SPECIAL TO THANKS TO SARIO for all the hard work and putting up with Me!! As always Peter you guys came through. BOB HOUGHTON

My husband and I were looking at upgrading our Camry in anticipation of the arrival of our first child in a few weeks. Carmelo in sales spent almost five hours with us as a blizzard came down around us outside. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and a real joy to deal with, unlike so many car salesman we have dealt with in the past. Kevin in finance wrapped up all the paperwork quickly and had us in our Pilot in no time. Thanks to the whole team at Colonial Honda! Not my first stop for purchasing a new car (honda accord sport) but was my last thanks to the excellent service by Sale Rep Nathan Jezak taking the time for a nice test drive. Also great closing sales manager Richard Pacheco. Was torn between the new mazda 6 touring and this honda, not to mention the ford fusion. I made what I think is the best decision on the honda accord (lease) and the terms. Can't complain on the deal and the residual that honda has attained over all these years!! This dealership is hands down pristine and great service and the place was jamming, that should tell you not only is this place cranking out excellent service, but the quality and name of the honda brand . I would recommend this dealer to friends and family looking at honda all day. Don't fear the pressure when purchasing a new vehicle, everyone has to make money and commision in sales, but you always have the ability to say no. This place will make you say yes, just do your own research ahead and if the honda is something you are interested, then I recommend you give colonial honda a shot.

Jordan was excellent to work with, very attentive, pleasant, no pressure, no 50 phone calls. I had a horrible experience at Boch Honda in 2008 and will never do business with them again. I was allowed at Colonial to test drive the Honda Accord for a long time. While waiting in the car, another sales rep Arthur came out and introduced himself, and showed me many features inside the car! These guys work as a team, no cut throat sales people. I have a 2010 crv to trade next. I will definitely do business again with Colonial Honda! The sales guys are class acts, the financial part was painless, fast and pleasant! Not many auto dealers can have this many good people working for them!!! Keep up the good work, keep them happy and you will have a gold mine there! Thank you guys! I will be back...........

I had worn tires that Colonial Honda had no obligation to address yet they took the car and replaced the worn tires on the rear of the car to my complete surprise and satisfaction. Pete, the Service Manager was extremely accomodating, courteous, smiling and professional. Sean and Kevin, salesmanagers of the dealership, went over the top to make sure I was satisfied. I bought my 2012 Honda Civic Sedan on 6/18/11 , After one month i noticed a noise coming from the front of the car and also a grinding noise coming from the back right side brakes. . I brought the car numerous times (10) and always got the same answer , I DON'T HEAR ANYTHING from the mechanical department. After several rides back and forth from Boston to Dartmouth, i went for a ride with the DPSM and apparently i was told that is normal. I have had other new cars with other dealers , and never experienced nothing like this. New cars are supposed to have no noice when you put your brakes on , but apparently Colonial Honda sells cars with noise in it and it's normal. So if you are thinking of getting a new car , stay away from Colonial Honda.

Bought a car and had problem after problem. Brought the cat back for repairs but was pushed away and ignored. Dealing with a lawyer to try and get them to pay for all the expensive repairs they refused to fix during the 30 day period given BY LAW. I would NEVER recommend this business. Take your money elsewhere, their good prices are not worth the money you will have to spend on repairs

I did a lot of homework and spoke with lots of Honda dealerships. I came back to Colonial Honda of Dartmouth because of my respect for and appreciation for my sales person Joe Zekus. He went the extra mile for me and I feel 100% confident in referring anyone to him. He is professional and accomodating without any of the pushiness that is a turnoff when shopping for a car. By doing my homework I got a very fair deal on my purchase and my trade in. Overall a very positive buying experience.

sent over iformation on trading in a vehicle,and what I was looking at...took me 4 calls to get them to be told we cant help you with no explanation or anything.The girl acted like she couldnt be bothered.Its to bad I purchased a vehicle there before with no issues.OH WELL there are plenty of dealers out there,someone who is looking to make a sale.

I shopped every Honda Dealer in southeastern Mass. Colonial in Dartmouth had the best price by $ 1500 (internet quote). They were fair with our trade-ins, always delivered what was promised, and great with post purchase follow up. This was the first vehicle I purchased at this dealership and they were great in all aspects of the purchase.

I have shopped for many cars at many dealers in Ma and Ri. I found this team to be fantastic. They worked with me on a price over the Internet and the phone. I had no pushy sales people. They were super nice and willing to explain everything to me. I was not rushed, pushed or bothered.

I have never bought a car in such a hassle free process. After going online and researching this model, my husband and I settled on a "target price" that we wanted to pay. We then telephoned four Honda dealers in our area - Colonial was the only one to immediately accept our offer. The salesman was friendly over the phone and in person; a few days later we went there, signed the papers and picked up the car. It took less than 2 hours.
