He had all right answers and helped me purchase a truck I liked and could afford. Your Business manager Paul Andrade got me a reasonable monthly payment that also included a extended vehicle warranty. When I walked in the showroom Jason opened the door for me and asked Michael to help me.I shook hands with Michael and said; I know what I want, how much I want to pay, I want honesty and someone who can answer my many questions.He said no problem I can do it all. He passed my test ! Michael Goyette is a very knowlegeable salesman. He answered my many questions without any difficulty. He was polite, compassionate and spent a lot of time with me before and after I purchased the SUV. What I appreciated was he did not pressure me. During my time at Colonial South I spoke to Tony, Rob and Jason who also helped me with my multi questions . They updated their store and selection a couple of years back and now the selection is massive but with that came some intimidation on my part. Initially I was a little overwhelmed because i didn't know where to start but that's where the sales guy, David, came in. I have always had car buying anxiety after a bad experience I had at a dealership 20 years ago. Needless to say, I found myself having to buy a car last week while my husband was out of town visiting family. As soon as I walked into Colonial South Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram everything was wonderful. Mark Babineau, the general manager, made sure I was treated with 'kid gloves'. He assured me there was no pressure and Mark had a wonderful salesman named Michael Goyette take care of me. They made sure I purchased a vehicle within my price range that was the right fit for our family of six. Their finance manager, Paul Andrade, was able to beat the rate my credit union approved for me so I financed the 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan right there! Another pleasant surprise was that Colonial South is part of the electronic 'Drive' program so I didn't have to make any trips to the RMV, bank, insurance company, or even a garage to get an inspection sticker it was all taken care of by them! I stopped into Colonial Jeep to test drive a Renegade and Cherokee. My needs have changed so I was a little nervous about the whole process. I was greeted by Jason B and he was amazing. I actually went to this dealership twice last week. We're not gonna talk about that not-so-great first experience, because David Bernier was able to get me out of the first car that wasn't the greatest and put me in a new car I love. I particularly liked how pleasant, helpful and communicative Abi was from when I first called to when I left with the car. I waited for the car, which is a Fiat 500x, and the oil was changed jiffy quick. Whole dealership very clean and waiting room very comfortable. I had a great experience at Colonial South. I went in looking for a vehicle after going to a bunch of other stores. At all of the other ones, I had some sort of issue. Either the prices were too high, the selection wasn't great, or the staff was rude or incompetent. Thankfully, at Colonial South Chrysler I didn't have any of those problems. As soon as I got started walking towards the building, I was greeted by David Bernier. He didn't immediately try to push me into a car but actually listened to what I wanted and for how much. He was extremely knowledgeable about their entire product line, and I can admit that I was thoroughly impressed. With his help, I was able to find the perfect vehicle and at the right price. I'm just glad the search is finally over thanks to him.

i went into Colonial South to look before a nice round of golf. I was greeted by Jason and he was very professional and knowledgable. I told him exactly what i wanted to pay a month and he quickly showed me my options. I wasn't planning on buying but Jason and Sales Manager Rob made me an offer that i couldn't refuse. I did all the paperwork and left to play golf. By the time i was finished with my round of golf the vehicle i bought a Jeep Cherokee was cleaned and gassed up. Jason even helped me move all my items from my old car to my new Jeep. He went above and beyond to make sure i was extremely happy.

I have been to a lot of dealers and I get that their main goal is to get you to buy a car so they can get paid but it's definitely not like that at Colonial South CJD. There Everett Medeiros made sure I loved the vehicle before we even talked about signing papers. He also made sure I was comfortable with the pricing which was a big thing to me he always smiled and picked up my calls if I had any questions which is very important to me because no one likes to play phone tag. It was finally time to trade in our 2 door jk (barnaby). He had a good life, but our family was growing with three puppies there just wasn't enough room. It was a sad day when we pulled up at the dealership. As soon as we arrived at colonial the day started getting better. Unsure of what we wanted we test drove what felt like every jeep on the lot, With so much patients from our salesman Michael. We finally decided on a white four door automatic with a hard top. Lots of room for the puppies and extra room for camping gear. We could finally go camping again. With he desicion made it was time for the fight on the price. To our astonishment the price was better than fair, and the trade in value was excellent. With no hassle over pricing it made our buying experience excellent. We now have (king boo) in the driveway and have never been happier. Thank you again colonial south.

Recently purchased a 2015 Honda 2 door coupe. I love this vehicle. My salesman David Bernier was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He also took time when I picked up my car in showing me all the features the car had including pairing my phone and downloading my address book for easy access to the Bluetooth. Hoping I don't need another car anytime soon, but if I did I would be very comfortable going back to this dealership and highly recommended them.

Coming all the way from New Hampshire to purchase, I was a little worried about what I was getting myself into. However, all of my concerns were put to rest as soon as I started communicating with Brian Soucy. Brian's level customer service and honestly left little doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. Leased my 2nd vehicle from Colonial South, both times the experience was very smooth and hassle free. Brian Soucy, Internet Manager was so helpful, I live where it's not easy to get to the dealership, so everything was done by phone, he returned every call, called me often to check in on our progress etc. I will definitely continue my leasing experience with Colonial South.

I purchased a pre-owned Jeep Patriot from this dealership with a trade-in, and need to mention that Brian Soucy made the whole experience easy and painless from start to finish. Brian's professional, yet down to earth approach to the process was a welcome breath of fresh air when it came to navigating the too often stressful car buying experience. He was direct and up front without coming off as manipulative. The folks at the dealership were friendly and accommodating, as well as efficient as we went through the financing process. Colonial South was not my first stop but I left a very happy customer. My sales representative Dave Bernier and the finance manager were both awesome. It feels like they went out of their way to get me the best deal and make sure I was happy with the transaction. I needed something I could afford and that can handle the snow, but was not willing to give up comfort. I bought a 2013 Jeep Compass. I did a bit of research and looked at a couple of YouTube video to make sure the 4 cylinder engine could handle heavy snow. Im very happy with what I found. This is everything I need and more. I love my Jeep Compass and highly recommend Colonial Southa great bunch of guys!

After trying to get approved at numerous dealers and not being able to get i approved, I applied online through Colonial Jeep. I worked with David Bernier and he not only got me an approval but put me into a low mile Jeep for lower than what I was expecting. It has been tough rebuilding my credit but now I do not have to worry about my vehicle leaving me stranded anymore. I'm looking forward to seeing how well it handles the snow. I will be sending all my friends and family to see David.

I despise high-pressure tactics, and simply walk away when I encounter it. Well, this time I drove away - with a brand new 300 at a great price. I recently stopped by Colonial CJD in hopes of purchasing a new or used vehicle that was within my price range. Accidently bumped into Brian Soucy at a filling station and asked him for directions to Colonial Jeep. He politely introduced himself and gave me directions to where I needed to go to. I then drove up and Brian was the chap that helped me with my car purchase. He was very politely and I particularly liked the way he also included my daughter in the conversation. He was not pushy like lots of other sales people tend to be. Given that we hit the place around the lunch break he also kindly helped us get some food which really helped a lot as well. We viewed the car, again, not pushy, and he also gave us pretty speedy service with regard to getting a quote for the trade in etc. All in all it was a pretty painless experience which is amazing considering I had my daughter with me. I was also on my way to the bank to sort financing in order to to buy a car from another dealership. Oh and I got 2000 more on my trade in which pushed the deal over the edge as a no brainer! So not alone does he get A for customer service he also pulled one out of the fire from his competition. Well done Brian!!!!! I will be back!!!!

I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and it was a good experience. The salesmen Tony and David I thought did a great job, very knowledgeable about the cars and just down to earth nice guys who know that the process can be intimidating at times but they made me feel like they understood where I was coming from and tried their best to make me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I had a salesperson, J., who was great. He was easy to work with and talk to and we ended up hammering out a deal. Shoot, I took the car home the same day. The finance manager, George, was also extremely helpful and these guys made it easy for me. I appreciate their candor and also the ability to close the deal. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300 S and traded in my 2011 300 Limited and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for making the experience an easy and enjoyable one! I'd definitely recommend this dealership and make sure you mention me, Phil Young, when you go in. They give you a $100 bucks for referrals!!

1. Sales person in a rush to sell but not knowledgeable.2. Mistakes made on sticker prices.(almost left them an extra $700.00) I had to tell them.3. Car picked up but not clean etc.(sticker glue left on rims) Inside looked dusty or not wiped down. Found marks on rims when wiping dirt off.(they offered me a car wash). Let me end here and say God bless them. I should have looked more carefully, but this is a new car. All the people were nice to me, but it doesn't change things or help me now.I like the compass I have but cleaning it myself and finding the rims with marks is not ok.......

I was in need of a new car for about a year, but couldn't find anything I liked and was scarred pretty badly from my last experience back in 2007. Enter Aaron Dudley. My close friend of more than a decade lives in the Greater Providence area, and I was on assignment for work for several months in the area as well. I asked my friend to please bring me to a good dealer where I can get a good car and a fair loan. She brought me right to Aaron. After several quick questions, he brought me my Jeep Cherokee. I just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo (Altitude). My initial intent was to buy a Wrangler four door. But fortunately my sales guy Tony did a great job identifying my needs and steering my towards the more suitable Grand Cherokee. By test driving several vehicles in the Jeep line up we were able to determine the best fit for the features I was looking for. Pricing seamed fair. In addition the leasing process was incredibly simple and all questions I had about the process were immediately answered. If your in the market for a new Jeep I would recommend this dealorship.

On 8/4 I went to Colonial jeep to buy a Jeep Wrangler after having a bad experience at a difference dealership. I talked to the manager Rob who then had me sit down with one of his salesmen Mike Goyette to find out the exact features I wanted and to locate the vehicle. We then found the vehicle I wanted and Mike told me it would take about 3 days to come in. The next day Mike texted me cause he knew I was working to let me know that the jeep has arrived and if I could come In the next day to take it for a test drive. The next day I ended up purchasing the vehicle! I just want to thank Mike again for keeping me up to date through the whole process and when I picked up the vehicle I was on my way to work and he even told me to come back the next day so he could show me all the features the jeep had. If you are looking for a jeep ask for Mike!

I worked with Dave, Tony, Mark, and George and all four guys were great guys to work with. Dave originally got me in because he called up and asked if I was still looking for a car, which I was but I had put it on the backburner for a while. but he told me about a sale going on and encouraged me to stop in. I did and i found a car i really liked but it was still a little out of my price range. That;s where Mark and George came in. They were really willing to work with me and helped me get the car closer to my budget which of course made me happy. when i went to pick it up, Tony helped me finalize everything and answered the last minute questions I had.

I drove nearly 2 hours to get to Colonial because they were the closest dealership that had exactly what I wanted in the price range I wanted. When I initially called to speak to someone and get some info, I talked with David and he was really helpful. I could tell there was a lot going on and he seemed pretty busy but he didn't try to rush me off the phone and took the time to answer every last question i had because he knew both he and i wouldn't be happy if i drove for 2 hours to only find out it wasn't available or wasn't as described or something like that. he also kept in contact with me via email and was nice enough to give me his cell number so i could reach him any time he was out of the office. well after feeling like this was, in fact, the perfect deal for me, i drove to colonial and everything went perfectly smooth. dave already most of paperwork filled out when i got there so that made the process go faster and george in financing helped it along too. it was actually a reay pleasant experience and i was able to pick it up that day after they got it cleaned up and filled the gas tank for me. i'd definitey drive there in the future if i was looking for another car.

But then my jeep started having a few issues so I took it into the shop, and even the shop guys handled everything pretty well. Overall, a really good experience here.

I stopped in a few months just to get some information before actually purchasing a vehicle. Dave immediately greeted us with his outstretched and a smile. He was really nice and incredibly informative. We told him from the get go that we weren't looking to purchase that day, but definitely in the future and he was nice enough to just answer our questions and provide us with paperwork and brochures to mull over. Well fast forward a few months, we stopped back by last week ready to by. Since Dave was so great to us the first time, we sought him out this time too. I recently had my drivers side window stuck down on my Dodge Avenger. I called colonial and spoke with Marty Sines this was 2:00pm on Friday asked him if he could at least get the window up for me because I had a wedding at 6:00pm that evening. Late 2014 I stopped by the dealership to pick up a brochure for a Jeep wrangler. I was greeted by Mike Goyette. Mike gave me a brochure. I took it home and reviewed it. 7 months later I returned back to the dealer and asked for Mike, but he was with another customer and referred me to J. Parkin to gather information. J. Parkin was a tremendous help in getting the process started. A couple of days later I returned to the dealer to view Jeeps that they had located for me. Unfortunately they weren't exactly what I was looking for. At that time Mike and I decided the only other option was to place an order with the exact options that I wanted in a Jeep. Mike was curtious, knowledgable, patient, and a true professional! It was ordered on April 22, 2015. Jeep arrived on June 9, 2015. Mike kept me informed throughout the whole process. I purchased my 5th Jeep today from Colonial South, it is a 2015 Wrangler Sport and it is bad a**, you just can't go wrong with a Jeep!!!! Mike Goyette was my salesman and he was awesome!!!!! I came in with a list of what I was looking for and how I wanted my experience to go and Mike was amazing throughout the whole process!!!! Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, he did not try to pressure me into something I didn't want or need, he was funny, courteous, welcoming and made my experience easy and pleasurable. This was my first service experience with Colonial Dodge. I own a 2014 Dodge Challenger and brought it in for my first oil and filter change at 3400 miles. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the Service Manager, Ken Smith. He was also cheerful and polite. My car was done in just a short time and the service included a free multi point check. The car was also delivered to me as clean as it arrived. Kudos to Colonial !

I would like to thank salesman Eddie Galego for his excellent service in helping me. I never thought i would walk out of there with a brand new car with my credit history. I just happen to be looking at cars when he asked me if i needed help. Then we got into talking and he said don't worry about your credit we can work things out, So he told me it would also be the best way to build my credit up. I thought about and said to my self thats a good idea because these days you need good credit. So he showed me around and explained things.
