I love my new Acura, Most importantly, my salesman, Tony Gates, has been wonderful. He helped me decide which car would best suit my needs and I got a great deal!. I feel that I can always call him with any questions. I highly recommend Tony Gates & Columbia Acura!!!

This dealership is the closest to where I live. I visited them a few months ago, but my wife wanted to wait on the 2017 MDX to come out. On my first visit, everything was fine.Fast forward to when we actually wanted to buy an MDX. Same salesperson. Nice and friendly but for some reason, I feel he doesn't want to sell me a car.He puts us in an MDX for a test drive. Great car. We pull into the parking lot after our test drive and we are playing around with the features trying to learn the car. Within 2 minutes a different salesperson starts knocking on the window. I open the door and he tells me we need to get out of this car as he has someone waiting to take a test drive. He said if I wanted to play with all the bells and whistles I should go into the showroom to the MDX there. That ticked me off. But I did what he asked and went inside. I sat in the MDX in the showroom and after about 1 minute, the MDX was dead. Apparently the battery was dead because everyone had been playing with the features all weekend. Great. So I am still here because the wife wants one of these to downsize her Lincoln Navigator. But I am very frustrated at this point. So I asked my salesperson if he can provide me with a brochure or printout or something that tells me what the different is between the Technology package and the Advance package. He informs me he has nothing. So I ask him point blank, so I am standing in an Acura dealership and there is nothing you can provide me that tells me about the product you are trying to sell. He tells me to go to the internet.I didn't go to the internet. I went to another Acura dealer and bought not only an MDX for my wife, but also a TLX for me.

I recently moved to the area and got a recall notice from Acura. Called Columbia Acura to set up an appointment. Service did not have their own phone number or answering machine. The reception took my message. Several weeks go by, and no one called me back. Fast forward several weeks later, and I used the web form on their website to book an appointment. Two days later and still no call back.So, I called and spoke to the receptionist again, who said the service department was busy with customers. She offered to take my message or have me hold. I told her I would hold since the last time she took a message no one called me back. I told her taking messages doesn't apppear to be working. She said, "Okee-dokee!" and put me on hold.When I finally reached someone in the service department, I mentioned the calls and the web form and that no one was calling me back. It turned out they had me booked based on the web form I submitted. I stated that no one called or wrote me back to confirm. I received a similar blowoff of indifference.After pondering, I decided this experience wasn't a good sign. I used the chat feature on their website (since they don't have an after-hours answering machine), cancelled the appointment, and explained why. I received excuses, not apologies, from the person I was chatting with. I told her I'd go somewhere else.Did I get a follow-up call from the dealership as a result of the chat session? Nope!

The salesman (Gary) was informative and coutious. There was no pressure to purchase and he also provided an initial cost for the selected model. After I indicated my desired price to purchase, the management agreed, no fuss. The car preparation were made promptly.Greg was efficient in gathering the necessary information needed i.e. Insurance, credit info... for the closing. Although there was much technical info, Gary went over all the systems involved which gave a good start in getting familiar with my new car. To say the least, l was very satisfied with the efficiency of the transaction.

When it came time to turn in my Acura and swap it out for another one, they made the process seamless. I took care of everything over the phone. Showed up at the dealership and it took me about 10 minutes in financing signing the lease paperwork.

I have purchased and serviced more than a dozen vehicles with Columbia Acura from my first Legend in 1989 to more Legends and TL's and MDX's and the precious NSX. I bought new and used cars her for me, my friends and my family for 25 years. I literally do think they are the best dealership on the planet and I really do think of everyone there as good friends. It seems they all have worked there the whole time too, now that Jayme is back. Greatest car on earth at the greatest dealership on earth, right here in Cincinnati. To the Joseph's, please recognize this team for an creating an amazing environment and culture for you, and for us.

I recently became aware of an accident reported against a TSX I purchased from Columbia Acura. The car was a demo and Columbia was the only owner prior to me. They failed to disclose the accident and the resulting damage/repair. I will be contacting a lawyer about this.Other issues - I had the car in at 19000 miles for squeaking brakes. They told me they needed to replace the pads, but the squeaking never stopped. I don't believe the pads were replaced at all.Avoid Columbia Acura at all costs. They are liars, are unethical, and don't deserve your business. I will never deal with them again.

I brought my MDX for 12,000 mile service. The people at service counter were very unfriendly and arrogant. When I was trying to tell the service rep the few mminor problems I've encountered in the past several months, I was told that because it's just a manufactured car. During my last service (6000 mile service), I complained two quality issues and they did not fix them corrently. My overall experience with Columbia Acura is quite bad, and I lost confidence at Acura's brand quality and Columbia's service.

The place is full of arrogant people. Except for a couple of people who pick the car from the garage, all others, especially the ones at the service counter who take note your problems, treat the customers as trash. I never recommend this place anybody.

The dealer gave the quote TSX at $25,810 (after $500 manufactory rebate). I asked if he can give me free all season matts and he said he'd like to do that if he had any profit margin. Then Acura changed rebate to $1,000 before I accepted the offer. I returned back to him and said "Now you have the margin. Can you give me free matts now?". The guy said No because he got more customers now.

4/5/2004 Brought my 2001 Alero in for service, it has gone back a second time in three days because the same problem is happening again. The service man also dind't say there was a $35 for checking for a noise in the front suspension. Excuse me?!?<br><br>-- update --<br><br>4/9/2004 Car is back at the same facility again for the same problems. Dropped it off on Wednesday night and they were 'too busy' to look at it on Thursday. They are just now looking at it on Friday. Bad, bad service.
