Andy is the guy who has found me cars for the past 15 years. When I need a car I call him and ask him to start a search for a "good car". He has an amazing ability to read my mind and fill in all the blanks for all those things that are important when making an important decision. He is up front about every detail and tells me to be patient while he researches every possibility. He acts as a buyer's agent and has found many cars for me and my family and all of them have been "good cars" without exception. Andy is our family car guy and removes the fear from buying a car. I would not consider buying a car any other way or from any other person.

My family and I have been working with Andy (the owner) for many years. Whenever a need arises to purchase a car within my family, they know to go to Andy and Columbus Auto Source first. The service is top-notch and the prices are great. Andy's extensive knowledge and experience in the industry is a great asset to his customers and he always leverages that to ensure the customer gets the best deal. Bought a car for my son from Ely Conrad! Let me begin by saying Ely is a very honest, Christian man! I got a very nice car, for a fair price, with no hassles! I tried to give Ely and his business all five stars above but on buying process it only aloud me to give four stars but I want it to be five stars! Also, facilities only aloud me to give four stars but I want to give it five stars too! Next time I'm looking for a car I will only go to Ely Conrad! A honest man the stands behind his word!

I use Columbus Auto Source when I need a new car and when I need my car serviced. I have worked with Andy for several years to help me when I need a new vehicle. I tell him the year, make and model of the car I am looking for and he works with me to find a car at auction that meets my requirements and cost objectives. For a small fee, he takes care of all the paperwork and has always delivered a quality vehicle. I will never buy another car from anyone other than Andy. As a service center, i have always received reliable service from Columbus Auto Source. I can trust them to tell me what is wrong with my car and NOT invent a bunch of phantom issues. The cost of their service is less than I could get at any other service center...so much that I drive across town all the way from east Columbus to drop my car off. I will continue using Columbus Auto Source for all repairs that need to be done.

I have been dealing with Andy Christensen since 2001 and have purchased over 10 vehicles from him. Every purchase has turned out to be a pleasure. Dealing with Andy is very easy and he makes it very straight forward. Tell him what you are looking for, and he will go buy it. He has fantastic taste and goes over each car with a fine toothed comb. I have had all of the cars purchased serviced at Andy's shop. He and his team do great work and stand behind it. If there are any issues, Andy will be there to take care of it. In over 10 purchases covering 15 years, I can truly say I have not had one problem and have had an enjoyable and fair experience each and every time.

I bought my 2005 Audi from Andy. As we were going through the process he asked me a lot of questions in order to find out exactly what I wanted. He then found me an excellent vehicle for a fantastic price! I remember him turning down a couple of vehicles before he even asked me if I wanted them because they had issues. Andy has always been honest and great to work with. He even takes great care of you after you've made the purchase! My car has been running for years because of Andy and the mechanics that he works with. I am coming up on the time that I need to purchase another car and you can better believe it I'll be working with Andy to get my next vehicle!

We were very impressed initially. Our salesman, Greg, was very nice and instantly responded to our texts and calls. Once we actually got to the lot, though, our opinion changed. The "as is" inventory is exactly what most car buyers need to avoid. But, we gave it a chance. We tested 3 cars, all with obvious major issues. We were ready to leave when Greg told us about a car about to come in. Okay, we will take a look. Greg messaged us when it came in and we planned to take a look Monday morning, since this was late Saturday afternoon. We researched the car and were going to buy it so long as no major issues arose. Well, I'll be darned if someone didn't walk in Saturday before closing with several thousands in cash and buy that car! Something just seemed fishy about that. From what I experienced, I would advise against even bothering to drive by the lot, let alone actually get out and actually test drive. Big disappointment.

I bought a car "AS IS NO WARRANTY" from this company. I have bought like this in the past so I was not worried about that. I used quite a large amount of my savings on this car so that I would not have a loan. I bought this car at the end of April 2015 & have now put a lot of money into the three major components on this car. I am finding more problems weekly with this car & will now never trust a buy here pay here ever again. I am also being bullied by them & can't understand how a company can think this can be an acceptable business practice. They will not allow a mechanic to look at the vehicle that you want to purchase. They also only allow 20 miles & in 1 hour to test drive any vehicle.

I worked with Andy Christensen, who found me the very car I wanted without my having to do a thing. I just described what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay, and three weeks later it showed up at auction and he grabbed it for me. I knew the exact costs up front all the way through, every cost, and there were no hidden costs or haggling or "now you get to sit with the finance manager while he tries to sell you blinker fluid replacement plans". There were a couple of hiccups throughout the process, but this is where Andy really earned his fee. He made me aware of the hiccups but assured me, he was taking care of things with the auction house. At no point was I worried that I would be "stuck" with a problem of any kind. After it was all done, I poked around and determined I saved about $1500 doing it this way. I had been looking for this particular car for some time, but never found what I wanted locally. Andy took it all out of my hands and managed it for me. Buying a car should always be this simple, not to mention without all the overhead costs of a typical dealer.

We found a vehicle online and called to inquire about it 2 times. I even called the day we were going to look at it and told them what time we would be there. The salesman told me that he would see us at that time. When we arrived we were surprised to find out that someone else was test driving it. The salesman told us to wait. He immediately went back to his desk. He didn't offer to show us any other vehicles. When the people came back from their test drive the salesman still didn't come and check on us or let us know the status of what was going on with the vehicle. At that point we decided to leave. I guess he wasn't interested in our business. We had driven 35 minutes to get there and it was a total waste of time. I would recommend that you not go there unless you want to wait around and not be helped and call about a vehicle only to find out that they are showing it to someone else.

I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu my credit isn't great but they were able to put me in that vehicle. The guy that help me is name is Anthony and he was great and help me get in that vehicle. I recommend anyone that's looking for a nice car for a good price this is the place to go to.

Live about 40 miles away and asked salesman Rob Grooms if there was any issues before coming to see the car and he responded by saying E-mail him and he would drive the car to let me know..?? What the heck was that kind of answer..ummm, you don't know how it drives to begin with? Also, just answer my question like a professional, I might have considered coming to buy it.

They are only a ( Sold As Is ) dealership. I was looking at a '02 Chevy S10 it needed breaks checked couse the peddle sank to the floor just to get it to stop and the blower motor needed replaced the guy he will see what he can do to have that fixed and he will call back with information on it but never did.
