I purchased an SUV and purchased the warranty not even 2 weeks later the truck was stalling out, cutting off saying all types of codes. I had to get it towed to a dealership. The warranty didn’t cover the problem. Paid to get it fixed got it back and it was messing up again. The dealership informed me that the truck has bad electrical problems. Contacted the warranty company and of course it doesn’t cover that either. I let Mr. Colvin know what was going on and that I haven’t been able to drive the vehicle at all it stays in the shop. I have made 2 payments now on the vehicle and out of 2 months I have probably drove it maybe 2 weeks. The Catalyst converter and O2 sensors are bad so I called the warranty company and of course they do not cover that either. So at this point what’s the use of having a warranty. They have told me that obviously the truck had problems before I bought it and I’m assuming it was dressed up like it was a good truck and not taken to get serviced so or anything just got it from the auction without checking it out and sold it. The warranty only covers about 3 things if that for just 2 years you have to have a better plan to get better service and I wasn’t explained that. I could see if I had the truck over a year but it tore up before my first payment was due and I haven’t been able to drive it since.

Excellent Customer Service... tired of walking the streets stop by Colvins and let him put u in the driver seat..!!!
