Bad service! Lots of lies, promises not kept, I wish I had NEVER stopped here. Watch out for the fix-it guy. Says he can fix a lot but can't fix much. Says he orders OEM but orders aftermarket and can't even install it. BAD NEWS CAR LOT!

I finally got the plates for my car from the DMV. Then 2 weeks later I get two citations from the Pasadena court. The citation was before I purchased the vehicle and one during thg time I was having the car serviced by the dealership. As soon as I think everything is okay. Something new comes to surface. I am hoping this matter will be taken care of. I have already advised the court about this matter. I hope the dealer will be considerate and handle the matter professionally. I also searched the addresses where my car was given the citations. Why was my car at a bridal store when it was suppose to be getting maintenance work done? The other ticket was for being left on the street over night in a no parking zone. I'm so exhausted at this point with the car. It has been a complete nightmare to say the least

Not too many bad reviews, so gave em' a chance. Here's my experience. I am very thankful they were able to work with me. Though now, it's pretty clear why the sale went so fast. I didnt like that my car of choice had cosmetic wear but I still gave it a chance. After 2 and a half weeks. This car is just going down hill. The warranty provided was only available until I hit 50 miles. And I live 50+ miles from the location. My steering wheel volume control doesnt work. Also where the horn is underneath, the part covering that is lifted. I just noticed it today. I went to look at other images of my steering wheel and I knew it. No car would make a wheel that way. Theres totally a gap (it's like a Lego that hasn't been completely pushed together) My right headlight is out, my passenger front window wont roll down, theres a clicking noise coming from the right side under the hood, it drains gas because it needs new fuel injectors, the backseat is missing a cup holder so theres just this open space where anything can fall threw it. When I first start it and proceed to drive off..it totally stalls(this didnt happen while test driving it). For the first time yesterday, I had to break very hard and suddenly due to the driver in front of me and the car shook and then cut off completely. while driving on the freeway, at anything above 68mph the car does this jerking or puttering forward movement. I'm just amazed so much has happen and I havent had the car for a month yet. I chose this car because it's what I wanted. I searched many places on reviews, inventory, reputation, etc. And Bobby was very sweet. But I'm tremendously upset by how much money I'm already putting into the car. We already have to pay for insane insurance monthly payments these days when purchasing a car. So it would have been really nice to have a car that didnt have so many problems in less than a month. However, I do appreciate them doing business with me. I have to be honest in my reviews for people like myself that find them useful. Thanks
