Let me say Barbara at Complete is the best person I know! She treats you like family and gives the best service you could possibly imagine! Never rushes or pushes you during the process but is patient and honest getting you a car you want for a price you can afford. Highly reccommend Complete and must see Barbara!

Absolutely worst experience dealing with a car lot. Nice looking cars that are lemons. The owner is a con man who talks you into deferred down payments and charges the details of agreements while signing paper work that you thought was going to be cheaper. Then when he’s gone the people left in charge make agreements about payments that he changes when he comes back. This is my home, my country. I was born and raised here. This man is mistaking if he thinks I’m going always just like that.

I recently found a truck online that I was very interested in , and pretty much ready to purchase. Upon calling the dealership, I spoke with Omar. I told him about the truck I was interested in purchasing. He set up a meeting for the following week. On the day of the meeting, he called me to verify that morning. I confirmed that I would be there. As I was heading that way, I received another call from him saying that the mechanics weren't done with the truck or something, and that he would inform me of the situation. Needless to say he never contacted me . Upon calling the dealership back a couple days later to follow up, I was told he wasn't working that day, and to try back later. I never heard back form him and had to find out via the website that the truck had been sold. Horrible customer service, and I definitely wouldn't trust this establishment, if you want to call it that.
