Shopping for a car has always been a dreadful experience for me and I never look forward to it. Concord Nissan and dealing with Rich Boyd has changed all of that. There was no pressure in any part of my experience. He listened to what I had to say and was very upfront with me through the whole process, which made me feel very comfortable. Long story short, if you're buying a car, stop by and see Rich, you won't be disappointed. I love my new Pathfinder Platinum!!!

My husband and I have purchased used cars for many years at Concord Nissan. I'm now leasing my last 2 cars as they continue to demonstrate knowledge, provide a non-pressured atmosphere which makes the purchasing process that more enticing! The customer service is "top notch", especially with Dennis Duquette, Rich Boyd and Adam. I have referred some of my co-workers to this fine dealership and they too have been very pleased with their vehicle purchase and service. It's nice to receive hand written thank you notes especially in the year 2015 when everything is via email! I just took a 3 year lease on a 2015 Nissan Altima SL and love it!! Thank you Concord Nissan and your exceptional staff for making a vehicle purchase a pleasant one!!

Brett at Concord Nissan was our salesman. He was very pleasant. He was not pushy or overbearing like all of the other salesman that we had to deal with during the 2 weeks that we searched for our new vehicle. We went to every dealership in the Manchester, Concord and Tilton area. We will definately go back to him when we look for our next new vehicle and we will suggest him to all of our friends as well. Went to dealership to have old pathfinder serviced after having numerous horrible experiences with team nissan in Lebanon, NH. Service dept at Concord Nissan went above and beyond when we didn't have an appointment, they managed to look at the vehicle and found all the problems we had tried several times to even get acknowledged at team nissan. Ended up buying a brand new pathfinder in the end. All personnel, no matter what department, were extremely friendly in every step of the process. They listen to your concerns and address them quickly and diligently and in the end came back with an offer I could accept. I would recommend Concord Nissan for service or for sales to anyone.

After shopping around a bit without much luck, I found Concord Nissan to be a refreshing experience from what I had come across in the area... No pushy sales people, just honest upfront information was what Rich provided me on my 2 visits. He was polite & knowledgeable . I also liked that he knew the vehicle features, & available inventory quite well. We did get a great price on our Rogue and didn't have to settle. Bottom line.. I'd recommend giving these guys a shot.

This was my first buying experience at Concord Nissan. The sales staff were helpful, respectful, and informative. I decided on a 2015 Nissan Altima that I am very pleased with. The salesman even showed me the service area and explained their process. I didn't feel pressured and it didn't take me an entire day to buy a car. They even found the car I wanted with the exact interior I wanted. I am hopeful the service experience will be positive as well.

We had a wonderful experience at Concord Nissan. The lot was set up nicely, the building was immaculate inside and there was a great selection of used cars, which is what we were looking for. We were on a very tight budget and our credit is not very good, but our sales person, Erica Deserres, treated us like we were buying one of the most expensive vehicles. Erica was amazing. She worked very hard to find us a vehicle that we liked and could afford. Erica went through all the features with us and remained totally upbeat and positive through the entire process, then the next day she called to set up times to finish the body work and the inspection. We would definitely recommend Concord Nissan to others and when I need my next car, I plan on going back to Concord Nissan and asking for Erica.

When I am spending a large sum of hard-earned money, I expect a great deal. I don't cut anyone much slack if they're asking for a purchase equal to 4 month's salary. I've spent a lot of money there twice and am very pleased. I have been pleasantly surprised by everyone at Concord Nissan again and again. Just walk in the door and you see it's spotless and tidy. That's the way it should be. Walk into another NH Nissan shop not too far away and it's dusty, hot, and in complete disarray. Bored employees of marginal grooming and dress standards slump at desks and know very little about the products they attempt to sell. You can't make this stuff up. I asked one such rumpled employee what he knew about the Desert Runner. He said "Is that like a Spartan Race?" You have to be kidding me. It's a Nissan Frontier truck. There a 5 Nissan dealerships between my house and Concord Nissan. I don't care. That's where I go.

My wife and I bought a 2009 Altima from Concord Nissan on 5/21. Initial intentions were to "just look." While "looking" we connected with Sales Rep - Erica DeSerres. Extremely pleasant, knowledgable, patient and no pressure. We exchanged questions and answers about Nissans cars and Altimas specifically as we looked, and finally she said she thought she had a car we would be interested in. And she nailed it - the right Altima year and model, the right color (interior and exterior), and what we thought was - a very good and fair price. Erica stayed with us through the buying process and was never hesitant about presenting our questions/offers to the sales manager or his to us - a very good and fair exchange. Although we did not finance or trade in a car, Jared Lambert the Finance Manager helped with some of the paper work. He also intelligently convinced us to purchase a maintenance contract. While I did not expect to buy one, I am now very glad that he convinced me to purchase one just for the peace of mind if nothing else. My wife and I were extremely impressed by Concord Nissan - the people as well as the entire facility. I cannot remember seeing a cleaner or better maintained maintenance bay in any dealership I have dealt with and wouldn't hesitate to having maintenance done there on my purchased car. We had an excellent experience purchasing our car from Concord Nissan and would not hesitate to recommend Concord Nissan to anyone anticipating the purchase of a new Nissan or used car - and if you are fortunate enough to have Erica Deserres as your Sales Rep I am sure your experience will be as good and ours.

These guy's were great, we made a good deal and they worked so hard to get the best financing for me. Rich Boyd was the salesman I dealt with. Very nice no pressure and gave me all the time I needed. It was a fairly busy day there and he had a few things going at once and still kept checking in with me while I waited during the process. The financing gentleman was great too. Went over all payment options and extras available. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. Very happy customer here.

I purchased my 2015 Frontier from the folks at Concord Nissan a few weeks ago. Warren Anderson showed us the vehicle was very helpful as he explained all details and answered our questions in a very knowledgeable fashion. His professionalism and easy-going demeanor made for a pleasant purchasing experience. The week after my purchase, I realized that I did not have all the accessories that should have come with the truck. I called Warren and he quickly made things right and arranged to have all of the parts delivered directly to my door-step (over 50 miles away!). It couldn't have been more convenient. As soon as I walked in the door we were greeted with a warm smile and asked what they could do to help us. We were looking at geting a 2015 rogue. Erica Deserres shook my hand and introduced herself to both me and my husband and we sat down and talked about my situation and what I was looking for. The entire process was very easy and comforting. Erica did an amazing job going over the different levels of the rogue with me and showing me how to use everything in the rogue I was buying. I was very impressed with how friendly and prompt the service was. I have been to other Nissan dealerships and definately have not had the same experience that I did at Concord Nissan. I would definately recommend this dealership and definately ask for Erica.

We shopped here first and loved the Roque 2015. We wanted to test drive other cars to get a sense of what we wanted and the dealership told us if it came down to price to come back and they would make it work. We did come back because the Rogue was our favorite and they did make it work as promised on the price. Great customer service, not high-pressure and beautiful facilities. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car! Ask for Erica.

I needed a new car and have shopped around for the last two years looking for one. I wasn't pleased with the sales people and their hard sell techniques, so I dragged my feet in getting a replacement car. When I recently found out someone I know has an 18 year-old Nissan that she still loves, I decided I really should go and check them out. My husband and I went to Concord Nissan and met with Erica. She took the time to sit with us and ask what we were looking for. Based on what we discussed, she showed us some cars, answered all of our questions thoroughly and after a test drive, we bought an Altima. I loved the relaxed but professional manner in which all of this transpired - no hard sell or gimmicks! I tell everyone to go to Concord Nissan, ask for Erica and definitely buy a Nissan!

Showed up yesterday evening with the intention of buying a Rogue either new or used. Richard was very helpful on the lot and Jared was diligent about getting the financial end of it taken care of quickly. They were both very respectful of our time and more than willing to spend their time on us. From start to finish, the folks from Concord Nissan were great to deal with in leasing our 2015 Rogue. Erica and Dennis from Sales and Jared in Finance gave us a terrific deal on the car and delivered exactly what they promised throughout the sales process. The day we took delivery, the paperwork was ready to go when we arrived and Erica did a very thorough job of reviewing the car's features and electronics with us. Warren Anderson was very accomodating toward me even though I did not have the best credit rating. He was extremely helpful with the selection process of my car. Mr. Anderson explained all aspects of buying and servicing my car. I have been very pleased with the service I receive whether regular schedule or breakdowns. I do wish not to have any breakdowns, but am glad that I can rely on Concord Nissan. I do tell people of the great service, I hope people give this facility a chance. Harry Ring

I just recently bought a car from here a few months back and I dealt with Beth. What a wonderful and beyond helpful person she was. I went in there knowing exactly what I was looking for and knowing the amount I was willing to spend on a car. She did not push and be one of those annoying salespersons that constantly nags and trys to suck you right in. She listened to exactly what I had in mind and found the perfect car for me. I am in love with it and plan on going back when my son is old enough to drive or when my husband is ready for a new vehicle. An absolute great experience.

I stopped at Concord Nissan to look at the new 2015 Murano. Beth was very pleasant and easy to deal with. I did not intend to purchase that day but they made it so easy with no pressure that I bought the new Murano and drove it home that same day. I even met one of the owners, his name is Adam and he came over to make sure I was happy with everything. I love my new car and will definitely recommend Concord Nissan to my family and friends.

I have bought two cars from here and recommended this place to several other people. Some of my family members have bought cars here as well. The sales department is absolutely wonderful. The owner came out and spoke with me personally and the sales man was also very helpful. I told them how much I wanted my monthly payment to be and they did their best to get it down to where I wanted it. I can't say enough great things about their SALES department!The service department is a whole other story. Extremely RUDE, and ridiculously SLOW!! Every time I would go there even for an oil change they would give me a list of things that need to be replaced/repaired. The last time they told me I needed $800 worth of work so I brought it to a mechanic and the mechanic told me I didn't need ANY of that stuff!! It's almost ALWAYS the same guy sitting there to take my keys when I go there and he talks to me like I'm a complete idiot and is condescending. If I was the manager, I would fire him on the spot. At first I thought he was having a bad day, but then I realized he was like that EVERY time I went in! They advertise car washes with every visit but half the time they don't even do that. I never even bothered asking them about it because then I would have to sit there ANOTHER hour and a half waiting for it. They also advertise free inspections...well of course....because they will tell you that you need $3k worth of work done when you DON'T!Bottom line: BUY your car there, but do NOT have any repairs/inspections/maintenance work done there.

Bought the new Juke Nismo and tire blew out with 1500 miles on it. The tires on the car were over 400.00 each and they are not available. The mfg continental couldn't even find me one. After 13 days of driving with a donut on my car they realized replacing all 4 tires would be needed. They put 120.00 Michelins on the car and refused to give me the 3 400.00 tires back. And charged me 60.00. I buy a lot of new cars and concord Nissan is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and have no idea what customer service is.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I have purchased 2 cars from them and my extended family has purchased another 4 combined. We will never go to another dealership. Price is always the lowest we can find. The customer service is top notch. No pushy sales tactics, no hidden costs, warranties that actually cover the things that go wrong!!! Service department always gets me in right away with a smile. Car washes with routine maintenance, after so many oil changes you get one free (don't remeber exactly how many), free inspections for life! The dealership was just redone and it is state of the art. You pull right in to the service drop off so you don't have to get out in the snow or rain!!

I was in the market to trade my impractical 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe in favor of a new Frontier pick up truck. I dealt with Megan Shaw as my sales rep. Meg was very attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and took the time to listen to my concerns. She was very friendly and answered all questions in a professional and respectful manner. Unfortunately the dealership was unable to secure me with financing due to my bruised FICO score and lack of cash. Although my truck deal fell through, I would highly recommend this dealership. I thank everyone at Concord Nissan for doing their best to get me a financing deal.

My husband and I needed a bigger car for our growing family and Concord Nissan gave us just that. We had a great overall experience and feel that we were treated very well. The sales person actually dropped the car off to us and went through all the paperwork at our home. Which anyone with 2 children knows helped out greatly.The sales person was kind, considerate and very friendly through out the entire process. The car was brought to us looking immaculate; we would have never known it was used just by looking at it. We are very pleased with our experience at Concord Nissan and would recommened them to everyone for a great car buying experience.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, everything that was discussed on the internet they fufilled completely. My salesperson,Beth was very professional and knowlegeable. I didn't have to wait hours to drive my new car off the lot. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Dennis went through all my paper work and explained everything. I left there feeling very excited about my new vehicle.I will recommend them to all my friends and never buy a car anywhere else.

I believe my successful 15+ years as a Customer Service Manger qualifies me to make the following opinion public.I have never been treated so rudely in my life as by Concord Nissan's Service Manager. I had to call multiple times over the course of two months just to get them to address the issue with the NEW Murano I had bought from Concord Nissan. On calls, and messages left for service, he kept blowing me off, telling me I didnt have a problem, or telling me that they were too busy to return phone calls, so I called sales, and asked an employee to call service with me on the line, so he could hear the conversation.. He has stunned and told me I would be receiving a call from the Owner. However rest assured that NO phone call from the Owner ever came, NO corrective action was taken on my vehicle problem, and their obvious customer service "problems" continue on.If they were the last Nissan dealership on earth (and Hell had already frozen over)..I would still rather WALK than do business with a company who has utter contempt for their customers.

I called this dealership for a service appointment. I told the guy on the phone what was going on with my car and what I thought was the problem (which, by the way, is part of a Technical Service Bulletin). Very rude and told me that they don't take orders from the customer and will diagnose the car themselves. I told him that I had taken the car to another dealership and they also tried to fix the problem with repairs that didn't actually fix the problem. I then asked if I would have to pay for any "repairs" they make that don't actually fix the problem. He responded that I would have to pay for the repairs. Said some nonsense that it "wasn't a good deal" for them if I tried to diagnose the problem and then don't want to pay for repairs. He then told me to take the car someplace else and hung up on me.I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships for purchase and service and I have never been compelled to write a negative review. This service guy from Concord Nissan was unbelievably rude. I guess they don't expect/want their customers to be knowledgeable. Sorry, Rude Service Guy, but of course I don't want to pay for repairs that don't fix the problem....especially when you won't even acknowledge what I think the problem might be. How about a simple, "okay, we can check that" even if you don't even think that's the problem? Don't argue with me like I can't possibly know anything about my car. It's called customer service and satisfaction and it is lost at Concord Nissan.
