Consistently professional customer service and excellent technicians. I had my Rogue in for inspection and oil change. I set an appointment for a future date for those repairs and was told that they will make sure a loaner car is available for me. Very pleasant and low pressure team.

Mark is an excellent salesman. I have leased many cars over the years and have dealt with salespeople who like to pressure to obtain sales. The buying experience was great from start to finish. I was coming a long ways away with two small children, and I did not want to be stuck at a dealership all day. I was only there for about 2 1/2 hours. Which is great because in the past we were at dealerships for 8 hours at a time. All went smoothly. Everyone was polite and helpful. There were no last minute surprises. No tricks of any kind. Highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Zac!

AMAZING! Having bought several new cars from dealerships throughout the past 15 years, these guys were hands down the BEST to work with. From sales to management and everyone in between, it was such a pleasure to lease a new Subaru from Concordville Subaru. Our first contact was with sales people Susanna and Sal. Both were genuinely helpful, friendly, and werent pushy in any way. After test driving and visiting several dealerships on a Saturday, we decided to stop back the following Wednesday after such a great experience. My girlfriend, Shelagh, and I decided to lease a new Subaru Forrester and I was very much dreading negotiating for the best price. Moe and Sean (the management team) were fair, HONEST, and a pleasure to work with. We felt we really got a great deal for our new car. Earlier this week, I purchased my third Subaru from this dealer. I am highly satisfied with all 3 purchases. My first purchase was an Outback in 2005, followed by a Forester in 2013. Although the Forester was still in excellent mechanical condition with 57000 miles in a little over 3 years, I traded for a 2017 Outback to get a slightly bigger car with all the new Line of Sight safety features.Mo Laraki, Director of Sales assisted with all three of my purchases and was very fair and easy to deal with. John Shields was my sales representative on my recent purchase (the salesman I dealt with in 2013 was no longer with the dealership) and he was very knowledgable and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience. The pricing was more than fair and certainly competitive. I have had all my Subarus serviced at this dealership since 2005 and the service department has been outstanding. I should add that I have an adult son and an adult daughter, both of whom live in New Jersey outside New York City, who have purchased or leased new Outbacks from Concordville Subaru. They elected to do business at Concordville even though it is over 100 miles from their homes because of their confidence in Mo. Laraki. John Shields also assisted my daughter with her lease and she was very satisfied. All in all I can highly recommend this dealership.

I went there on a whim after world to see if I may find the car that I have been looking for and I met Mr. Evan Dorfman. First off I am not a big fan of major car dealerships and every experience I have had has been horrible. But with that being said Mr. Dorfman took his time with me to see if they had the car I was looking for (2004-2007) maxima manual shift. (which is pretty hard to find. Even tho they did not have the car, he took his time to answer any and all of my questions with patience and encouragement. He didn't try to force another car on me or anything. He was an excellent salesman and I would recommend Mr. Evan and concordville nissan to EVERYONE looking for a car. The sales people there are very nice and courteous. They help with every need.

I am writing to share my experience at Concordville Nissan in Glen Mills, PA. I can't begin to say how wonderful it was to work with my sales consultant, Farid Abumohor. He definitely went above and beyond to help me get into a great vehicle that was in my budget! I had some negative equity in the car I was trading in, and Farid made sure he found me a great vehicle that I could afford and had the features that I wanted. I appreciated the fact that he was a "straight shooter," and was so helpful and informative. Many sales reps in the car industry are only looking out for themselves, but I really felt like Farid was honestly trying to help me. I also had a great experience with the Finance Director, Lou Shockley. Lou was also very pleasant to work with. At the end of the day, I got a great deal on a new Nissan Altima and had an awesome experience! I would definitely recommend Concordville Nissan, and definitely ask for Farid when you go!

We dealt with a great guy named HANK. He is a financing specialist. He has been understanding non-judgmental regarding our credit. He is very very open and honest and takes pride in his ability to get you a good deal. We did get a 2014 Sentra with a little over 2200 miles!! Started the process Saturday the 16th and completed it on Wednesday the 20th. Had more to submit due to our credit situation. The finance manager is Mark Collins... very helpful friendly and took the time to answer any questions- didn't rush you thru anything. Highly recommend Concordville Nissan to anyone- ask for Hank but his full name is Kenney Oppel. Have a great warranty and was told all inspections are free, not emissions though.. but very fair and great too work with. Love them there :)

our sales guy is HANK.. his full name is Kenney Oppel. he worked hard for us to get the financing we needed. The process took from Saturday the 16th till Wednesday the 20th. We needed special financing, so we had more income verifications than others might. Kenney understood why we are were we are in our credit situation, he made the process as painless as possible. He is a honest, down to earth guy and tell anyone reading this to ask for him. He got us a great car with very very low mileage and its a 2014 Sentra. Great deal we feel. Their finance manager Mark Collins is very nice, friendly closing the deal with ease. He explained everything clearly. We recommend this dealership highly. ASK FOR HANK. :)

I had purchased my new 2012 Subaru Impreza Sport Hatchback from Concordville Subaru, and also was offered a nice trade- in for my older Subaru Legacy. My Subaru needed State Inspection, and when I called early, a Service person named Ryan offered me an appointment at 11am the very same day. I made my appointment and my Subaru sailed right through, with just new engine oil and filter, which I always want at Inspections. I always recommend Concordville Subaru to my friends who may be interested in a new or used car.

Took them 2.5 months to get me my license plate and registration and, even though the contract stated that I was paying extra for a 5 year tag, they only gave me a 2 year. They have thus far refused to remedy the situation. I have been calling about every 3 days and they always give me some new manager to talk to and they always give some excuse as to why they need to call me back. I highly recommend you NOT buy a vehicle here.

Our 2009 Nissan Altima that we purchased new and have serviced at Concordville Nissan would not start, the ignition would not unlock. We called the dealer late Wednesday and they gave us Loungos Towings number. The driver arrived in the freezing rain and promptly took the car. The next morning service called and said the car is ready to go. I asked what do we owe you? You owe us a signature! No charge! Concordville Nissan is an honest group of people who treat their customers fairly.

I was recently told by a friend of mine how great her experience was at Concorville Nissan and with her salesman Eric. After hearing what a great experience she had I decided to take a trip there and see for myself. I knew before hand that my 2013 Sentra was still pretty much brand new and there was still a lot owed on it.... I knew getting into a newer car would be a task as I was "upside down". But Eric and Chuck were both very patient, understanding and professional! A few hours later my spouse and I both walked out with brand new 2014 Nissan Altimas that we absolutely love ! They managed to keep our payments right around the same number I was at, and at the same time my insurance cost dropped so in the end I'm saving money! They were both a pleasure to work with. From what I understand, Eric is new but that didn't stop him. He was such a pleasure to work with and was able to answer any questions that were fired at him. I will most defiantly be sharing my story with others and would purchase from here again in a heartbeat ! Thank you !

I bought a new Nissan here in 2011 and just recently leased a new Subaru. Nice, small facility. I don't like where it's located because it can be hard to get in and out of, especially during busy times. Overall, pleased with my experience here. The buying process eventually worked out well. I've been getting my cars serviced here and they are always fine (as far as I can tell). I generally feel comfortable at this dealership.

bought a new 2014 Subaru forester xt in early feb. from fred altieri and mo to Remington simmons my sales person they couldn't be better. had to go to another dealer in Feasterville to get car and then the snow came and they held the car for about 4 days till I could get in, never any problem. the loan officer margo explained all warranty info and finance material 100%. awesome job by all and always recommend to all my friends.

So this was my first time buying a car in a long time. I have far less than perfect credit and they were able to get me approved for financing. The team as a whole were great with customer service. There were a few things they could have elaborated on more (like why I couldn't get a used car of my choice and my only options were the Certified Pre-Owned) but I was satisfied with both my experience and the vehicle I left with. The only down side I really have to comment on outside of the previous note was the amount of time that it all took. I don't know if it was as a result of my credit situation or what, but I was there the whole day trying to get into a car. Literally, about 8 hours.

Concordville Nissan replaced my transmission 2 months ago and forgot to repair the other items I needed completed during my visit causing me to return a second time. Now the transmission has failed again. Concordville refused to see me on Saturday and stating "they do not do diagnostics on Saturday". I called two other area dealerships that were more than happy to help me and see me on Saturday. Concordville has AWEFUL customer service, questionable technicians and I highly recommended NOONE visit or trust them with their vehicle.

Got an used car from them and you subpose to get thrity day for them to fix any thing that is wrong wirh the car and they say that look and check and inspect cars but they didn't the car that I got didn't have any tranmisson oil in it and the tran was skiping and I took it back to them them to fix it they said that they did but they didn't and there were other thing wrong I told them and they didn't fix those thing either and I was calling them to tell them but the dealer would me back like two or three days later now the 30 days are up and they won't fix nothing so don't go to this plsce

I bought my 2013 WRX and admit that had some issues with the way the sale process and with how some accessories were installed and handled. After expressing my concerns to Subaru after my purchase, they really went above and beyond to correct the problems that I had. The service Manager Gene Broomall really worked hard to make sure I left satisfied with the car even several months after wards. I would recommend buying a Subaru there because of the personal attention I received and what they did to make sure they kept me happy as a customer.

On Monday my wife, Christie, and I went to Concordville Nissan with the intention of purchasing a Pathfinder. We I got to the dealership close to 6pm while my wife showed up around 7pm. We found a 2010 Pathfinder that Christie loved. Sadly we were not able to make a deal at that time. Ryan Eckberg told us that he will sumit the deal to the bank the next day and let us know what he found. At around 1pm on Tuesday Ryan called Christie with a new deal and she agreed to it. She offered to give him a Credit Card deposit over the phone since she was at work and couldnt get there until 6pm. Ryan told her that there were 2 other people looking at the vehicle. She said she will get there at 6pm and Ryan said he will put her name on it and have the sales rep, Marq Taylor, to get it cleaned and ready for delivery. When Christie pulled into the dealership at 6:01pm she was told that the Pathfinder that she fell in love with was sold. Marq also said that he did not know she was coming in at that night. Ryan acted disappointed and concerned. She looked at other things for about an hour but did not find anything she liked. Ryan promised her that he will work on something and get in touch with her on Wednesday. He mentioned that he will give her the best deal that he could. While we were in the dealership on Monday we considered leasing a new Pathfinder and Christie found one that she was very interested in. Ryan called Christie today with Great News. He got her approved for a Pathfinder lease on the one she really liked. I reviewed the payments that she was quoted and called Ryan to get the final details since the lease deal was very similar to the one we did not like on Monday. Ryan told me the MSRP, selling price and invoice price. I was not happy with the selling price so I asked why he couldnt give us the car for invoice. He told me that he could not do that. When I asked why he told me that he could sell that car for MSRP anytime. I asked But, how many people did you piss off yesterday? Ryan then in turn got very angry with me and told me that I can purchase a vehicle elsewhere and he didnt want my business. He then proceeded to hang up on me. In my career I had sold cars before and I now work in customer service. That is no way to treat a customer. I know that selling a vehicle at invoice is not going to kill a dealership and according to their web page they have 40 new Pathfinders on the lot. I also know that with a huge inventory like Concordville has there is a huge overhead and it is beneficial to move vehicles. Also, I was always under the impression that a verbal agreement is good and even binding. We were asking them to hold the car for 5 hours. Not overnight or for a weekend, 5 hours. Ryan mentioned that he called Christie at work at 5:15pm to tell her that the car was sold but in reality Christie received his voice mail this morning at work which was time stamped 5:40pm. At that time she was already making her way to the dealership. I am very upset with the way we were treated and Christie is very disappointed because she fell in love with the Nissan Pathfinder. Luckily, there are other Nissan dealers in the area and other car manufacturers in the area. We will be doing our car shopping elsewhere, the only great news I really received from Ryan. Also, I suspect when another dealership hears about the way we were treated at Concordville they will probably bend over backwards to do right by us.

Was interested in purchasing a BRZ from this dealer. I called ahead and asked if they had any in stock and I was assured they had one and that I could test drive it as well. I drove an hour and a half to get to the dealer only to wait 45 minutes to be helped. And the icing on the cake is that I waited all that time only to be told that I would have to purchase the vehicle before I would be able to test drive it. Is it even a test drive at that point if I own the vehicle? They said that since it is such a popular car that the customers wouldn't buy it if there were miles put on the car from test drives. This makes no sense to me, if its such a popular car wouldn't customers purchase it regardless if it has an extra 10 miles on it? I ended up having to drive another two hours to see a similar car at another dealer where I ended up purchasing the car. So congratulations concordville subaru on losing a sale and life long customer.
