Went in for oil change/typical check-up and the guy poked fun at how dirty my car was. When they returned it to me it had been washed.Not sure if they always wash cars for oil changes, but I was not expecting it and it was appreciated. Even though it was most likely out of pity.

Everything was good. The service personal and the service. I know this a small thing but, every auto service (other Chevy,Toyota,VW) washes your car and vacuums it. Even the "oil change" places vacuums your car

My wife and I shopped for Gen 2 Chevy Volt and wanted to test drive it first. We walked onto the dealer lot, saw a new 2016 Volt sitting out front, Tim Connell walked out and said we can test drive it right away by ourselves, no questions asked. We loved the car.We ordered custom 2016 Volt, Tim said it would be there in less than 3 months, 2 months later it arrived, we got low rate at Orange County Credit Union. 2.24% over 72mo, Connell matched that low rate and we took delivery.The pricing was transparent, breakdown of invoice, factory rebate, tax, title, dmv. 2016 Volt is very hot item right now and this dealer didn't raise the price on it. (It happens folks).Tim is super responsive, he's the guy to work with when you walk onto that lot, he's cool with texting clients as they have questions, I think most young people prefer texting to phone calls.I'm looking forward to working with folks at Connell so far they're the best for sure. I say that because we also talked to Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys, called them twice, both times sales person (Ben) said they would call us back and they never did, whereas Tim was complete opposite.

I was treated like a person, never like a sales prospect. Tim Connell is a great listener and was able to search the inventories or many Chevrolet dealers to find exactly the right truck for me. I've never before had a car purchasing experience where I always felt like my needs and interests were more important than the dealerships need to sell vehicles. Every member of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and important. I received the follow-up call I expected the next day, but there have been follow text messages since my purchase to make sure everything was perfect. I love my new Chevy truck and look forward to regular visits to Connell Chevrolet to get our new truck and "experienced" corvette serviced. I've already recommended Tim Connell and Connell Chevrolet to two friends and will continue to do so.

This is a fine dealership, manned by knowledgeable people, who go the extra mile to be certain you are satisfied. I just ordered a new Corvette and found the pricing and the follow-through of the sales manager and all of his staff to be outstanding. They all worked hard to be sure that I got the car I wanted and kept me apprised of the car's progress during the 8 week order and build period. Purchasing experience great. Service was good. Although I did make an appointment for service at a specific time, and with a specific advisor. When I arrived on time, there was not any service advisors around. I found a different rep and he helped out. The service was then completed. A nice touch would have been to run the dirty car through a quick wash, like my Mercedes dealer does, but no, Chevrolet did not do this.

Walked into the dealership to be greeted nicely and was taken to the car I was looking for. Let me look at the cars carefully; they were not pushy trying to get me buy the car on the spot. Respectfully waited for me to get comfortable with the car, then told me about the nifty technology of the car. Remote start, back up camera, and beautiful interior are awesome. Had my truck towed into Chevrolet Connell, on harbor blvd in Costa Mesa. Had fuel pump replaced got talked into doing a trans flush. After picking my truck up, noticed there was paint damage on the side of my back left door that wasn't there before hand, about 2 inch's tall an 3 inch's wide where the clear coat an paint are missing looks like they burnt it off or hit something with it. I told them about it, an they kept saying they weren't responsible for the damage an they weren't going to do anything, they tried to say ill give you a free oil change , terrible customer service, my truck is running kind of sluggish now after they worked on it.. spent 1290$ an they just xxxxxx xxxx up an shrugged it off like it was nothing.. Terrible place it should be shut down, for not taking proper responsibility for there actions.

I just bought a new silverado with the integrated brake control and it didn't work. I bought a new trailer, went to pick it up in Pomona when I found out the trailer brake system didn't work. I took the truck in Saturday and they had no one to repair it even though my salesman said there was ? I took it in at 7 am Monday morning and by 2 pm I still hadn't heard anything from the service dept. I tried calling two different phone numbers, both were out of order ? Has Connell heard of cell phones to contact their customers ? I am still without my truck and my trailer with no idea of what is happening. Very poor customer service, really disappointed !

I'm pleased with the quality and styling detail of my new Equinox. The interior lighting is inviting to driver and passengers, and I particularly like the accent stitching in the edges of the upholstery. I've found one less than perfect fit between the passenger front fender and hood, near the windshield, which I'm sure can be adjusted. It will take me a while to get agile with the infotainment center just by sheer number of functions it offers. I'm impressed with the 301 bhp output from the 3.6 SIDI v-6 engine, which is sixteen more than the 5.3 v-8 in my 2000 Silverado. Now if I can just get used to the torque steer on hard acelleration, I'll be using that power more often.My salesman, Paul Thurmon, was helpful, knowledgable and available for my many questions. Paul also spent a good deal of effort finding the car that met my option preferences. Buyer incentives helped make my deal very good.

Paul Thurman sold me my new car. I actually had a good time at the dealership. I was very impressed by how much he knew the car in detail. The systems such as Blue Tooth, On-Star, and the electronic entertainment features are new to me. Paul went through these completely and as a result I am enjoying the new car very much. I will come back to Paul for future purchases. Thank you

Amazing repair service. I will only buy Chevy's so I can have them serviced at Connell, have been using them for 10 years. Best service experiences I've ever had. I trust Max completely, he is always honest, fair & extremely thorough. Highly recommend!

I visited several Chevy dealerships in South Orange County and spoke to many on the phone; Chris Kay at Connell Chrolet was the only sales person who could answer all of my questions regarding the performance of the Volt. In addition, he was able to give me a firm price for a lease. There was no pressure or sales line like, " come in and I'm sure we can make you happy". Just straight talk.Once inside their showroom, I was surprised to find EVERYONE to be helpful and extremely friendly. When Chris couldn't help me he called a co-worker, Monte Stephenson, who was just as knowledgeble and friendly. Everything we talked about on the phone happened as promised. I drove home that night in an electric, red, Chevy Volt. Since that night, I have been back to Connell and on the phone with Chris Kay several times with questions and always receive above and beyond service. I highly recommend Connell Chevrolet.

Buying my 2012 Volt was a dream! The ordering process, delivery and finance was professional, easy and comfortable. I even got an exceptional deal! I cannot say enough about this dealership! Everyone was friendly, knowledgable and easy going. They were even good to my kids. Connell is a real family oriented dealership.The Volt is world class and proof that American manufacturing is second to none! I will only buy Chevy's from now on and I will only buy from Connell Cheverolet!

Terrible customer service. Absolutely no follow through. Poor communication between departments. I've been waiting almost a month for side moulding that was supposed to be installed in one week.

I just read the review about this guy and he was jerk to my wife and I as well.He lowballed on my trade and I asked him if they can negotiate price. He looked at my like I was crazy. It was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. He wasnt willing to work with me and finally, Mike Connell, the sales manager, came after me, was going to drop the price and give me more on the trade, but I was done with this place. How can that guy work there after he treated my wife and I poorly and the nasty email he sent another customer?

I emailed the internet manager (Mark Benson) about a vehicle I was interested in buying and last night he sent me this email: " I've enjoyed our banter, but I have to move on to real clients, i gave you honest numbers, i can't do any more than that, if you'd like to make a reasonable counter offer i will present it, but otherwise, thank you for your time, and have a great day." So rude and unprofessional, I would never recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends!!!!

I just bought a used SUV from Connell Chevrolet today. I worked with Scott Roberts. I went in knowing what I wanted, had about 6 vehicles I had chosen from their website that I wanted to try. Their Internet prices on their website are considerably lower that posted retail on the vehicle so it is worth doing a bit of homework. I also found their prices were lower than other dealers on similar cars with similar mileage. Even though it was pouring rain Scott patiently researched each car and allowed us to test drive each one. In the end we chose a high-end SUV. The vehicle had been well detailed. Financing was easy - we were approved and sign docs within 30 minutes. They extended us 3.9% financing for 60 months on our purchase. I asked for a detailed receipt of the price they paid for the vehicle at auction and paid $750 over their cost. I may have tried to negotiate for $500 over cost but they had another buyer. It was a very low-pressure straightforward transaction and I would recommend them.
