We were on the 1st day if our 2 week vacation when our car lost all power 30 miles east of Craig. AAA towed us to the only Chevy dealer close. Cooks was efficient and kept us current on progress. We got there at 2 pm and we were back on the road by 4:30. They were great! We thought we'd be spending the night in Craig but they fit us in and fixed our car and our vacation continued . Highly recommend

We purchased a used truck through Leon Harrington. We reviewed the vehicle via video. Leon's character and integrity was evident from the first conversation was apparent. He described the truck as we looked on through our iphones. We had a very comfortable conversation and agreed on the details of a purchase. After travelling 1,200 miles to pick up the truck, we discovered a minor issue neither we, or Leon were aware of. Our impression in Leon and the trust he had established was well founded. Our experience couldn't have been a better in the way he and the Cook dealership resolved the issue with us. They absolutely took the high road, which is rare in many businesses. Leon even followed up the next day to make sure my trip home had gone well. I am happy to give Leon Harrington and Cook Chevrolet my absolutely highest recommendation.

when I went into cook Chevy to see what they would give me for my vehicle Leon and John greeted me with a friendly smile and they were able to help me immediately. It took them less than 30 min to tell me what they were able to give me for my vehicle. They gave me an amazing price for my vehicle and then Leon sat down with me and helped me build my new Chevrolet Tahoe. I would highly recommend going into cook Chevrolet and asking for Leon to help you buy your next vehicle. Cook Chevrolet of Craig has friendly employee's and quick service. Purchased my 2020 Ford Escape in March 2021. I Had a pleasant experience at cook Chevy, thanks to my awesome sales person Leon Harrington! He did everything he could to make me happy and make sure I drove away in a car that I loved. He was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable and has many years under his belt, I would definitely buy another car with Leons help. Thank you again!
