Didn't actually buy anything from them, but window shopped. They were good enough to take one of their vehicles down the road for me to a mechanic I hired to inspect it because I was without a vehicle and couldn't do it myself. When the result of the inspection turned out to be not to my satisfaction, they promptly refunded the deposit I had put down just like they promised. No harm, no foul.

I was in the market for a quality used car when I found it here. Not only did I find the car I wanted but, I also received great customer service. Customer service is important to me and to be valued and treated with the utmost respect, well I was not disappointed. From the initial email contact to the driving off of the lot in my quality used car, I was met with complete satisfaction. It was a win-win for all. I would highly recommend this dealer when looking for a quality used car.

We came in to look at a truck. Ended up looking at one of the cars instead. Took it out for a test drive. The staff was great and the experience was also great. Will definitely come back when we need our next car.

The car was just as it was represented to me by phone. Had an engine light come on the next day and they took care of the issue with no problem. The staff at Cool Motors were a pleasure to work with and I would not have any hesitance recommending them to friends. Very good experience. overall.

Although they don't have the particular vehicle that I am looking for, they are keeping an eye out for one that fits my criteria. That is most helpful. My vehicle was recently hit by another driver and totaled. Anyone who has had an accident situation before knows what an emotional roller coaster it is. Having This dealership looking out for a replacement vehicle has made it easier on my and my family knowing that there is still good people out there. Thank you so much for being there when needed. :)

First time ever I can say that buying a car was pleasant. Randy is honest, helpful and a genuinely nice guy. We bought a really nice car for our son at a great price, but even more importantly, we feel that he is driving a safe, reliable car. If you're looking for a used car, this is the place to shop.

After flying in from Canada the car was exactly as represented by salesman, Randy.The Staff were all freindly, and helpful. Not a large dealership so every sale has a personal feeling. There is always a risk in buying a used car and the car was disscussed very openly.We drove the car back to Canada without any problems what so ever.I would definitely use them again.

Although the lot is cramped with little or no parking room the owner, Randy, was a pleasure to work with. Pricing was not outrageous and vehicle quality was excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

I was looking for a replacement car and found one on this website. Randy was easy to work with, there was no pressure and all transactions were up front. Paint was damaged on the hood, and they had it repainted, no problem. I got a very good vehicle at a good price. This was a refreshing buying experience.
