Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Throw away all of your preconceptions about smaller used car lots. Cooper Auto Choice made the entire process completely painless. My salesman, Art, was every bit of professional and the entire staff was nothing short of accommodating. Their finance director, Harlan, is extremely knowledgeable and kept well informed and educated through entire process as this was my first time financing a vehicle. From the showroom to the finance office there is not a single complaint to be given. I would buy every car I can at Cooper Auto Choice from here on out.

I found a truck online at Cars.com. I live a little ways away from Southern Pines. Art and Harlan were very helpful. Buying cars is not something I do very frequently. Harlan and Art made the process very smooth. They were easy to deal with, easy to negotiate with and I believe gave me a very fair price on a great truck. It will probably be a long time until I buy another vehicle, but I will be sure to contact them when I need another. It was worth the drive from the Raleigh area!

I just got the best deal on a 2015 Nissan Versa. I was helped from the second I walked into their lot, until the second I left. The staff was extremely nice, and fun to talk to so the painstaking process of figuring out paperwork, is not at all painful. All the salesmen are very strait forward, And honest. Even with a budget, they are very understanding, and do not push you out of what you are comfortable with. They even discounted what I got quite a bit to get it in my price range. I left with a beautiful car that runs smoothly that I love. Literally could not have been more satisfied with the costumer service or the product.
