Bought my car 5/29 used (3 weeks ago) and the car has been wabbling. called my sales guy he sent me to the service department. service department want to charge me $600 to replace tires because the tires have cracks in them and it needs balancing and alignment. Got hung up on twice. Sales guy acts like its not his problem and no one in the dealership is returning my calls. your after sales service sucks!

Made an appointment for an "express oil change". Arrived 10 minutes early for my "appointment". Waited in my car for approximately 10 minutes then went inside since no one had yet approached my car. Several employees in this reception area were all on their cellphones. I approached a man behind another counter who told me simply to go back outside and wait in my car. When I finally was approached, I was told that it was a very busy day and my car would not be brought in for at least 2 hours. Well, so much for their much touted "express oil change". I left because I won't wait hours for a scheduled appointment. I bought my car here and have always had it serviced here without incidence. This negative experience brought me to have my oil change done elsewhere and was in and out in 45 minutes including a complimentary car wash. In the future, I will explore options other than the dealership.

Start to finish I had a pleasant experience. I had to go back to the Coral Springs Buick/GMC once and it was for a great reason...a lower interest rate on my loan! Came in for my first oil change but found out that the service rep I schedule the appontment with was absent that day. Despite an overwhelming situation for the service reps, I was promptly greeted and and serviced immediately by one of the managers. I went to Buick and leased a Encore over the weekend. I must say that I had a very good experience during the process. I found the staff to be pleasant and the place very clean. The sales rep that helped was Dennis McKitty and he made the process very easy. I found him to be down to earth and not a pushy sales guy. We went in to look at a 2016 GMC Yukon and met Sales Consultant Joe Fiduccia. He was very helpful and down-to-earth. We ended up going forward and traded in our vehicle and made the deal with our new 2016 GMC Yukon. The internet manager we contacted sent an e-mail with available cars of the model and the price range we were looking for. He was aware we would be making a long trip and were ready to purchase. We zeroed in on one of the cars and took a long trip over, close to two hours each way. We were greated by their salesman Paul and he was wonderful. I think the sales people are their greatest asset. Shame they have to work for such a crummy place. He showed us a few cars similar to the one we came for, while constantly trying to locate our car. It is so unorganized that the sales people don't really know where the particular cars are. In our case, we drove 100 miles each way only to find out that the car we inquired about was not even on the lot but rather at some off site facility being detailed. It took an hour to figure that out. Wow! 5 stars for the most disorganized system. We had our trade in appraised so we didn't drive for nothing and were told the car would be ready next day. More stories next day, phone calls back and forth, another day waisted...Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time.

I have to say that this was one of the worst car service experiences I have ever had. I had a scheduled appointment for a relatively simple service (oil change, tire rotation and balance, air filter replacement).I was asked if I was waiting and then promptly told it might take two hours....was shocked that it was going to take two hours for this service but was not in a position to walk as I am tethered to weekend service hours (not sure what the advantage is to scheduling ahead of time with this dealership) After 2.5 hours and waiting to talk to my service representative Richard I saw my car being driven past the service area and then it disappeared. I finally got the attention of Richard asking why it was taking so long and where my car was taken since I was now late picking my daughter up. I went looking around, clearly no communication between these guys and then came back to me saying they must have taken it to be washed (it was raining outside). I asked if I could pay the bill now so that I could take the car immediately once it was finished. Once I paid the bill I went outside only to see my car now being driven over to a remote lot and then the service tech disappears with my keys. Richard starts running around looking for this guy to get my keys because I needed to get out of there. Finally they find my keys, I have to walk out to this lot in the rain, only to find all the protective plastic and paper in the car. Shortly after I left and about 2 miles into my drive my tire alert signals. That necessitated me in having to turn around and go back to the dealership. When I pulled in, my original service representative Richard saw me and came out asking what happened. I showed him the alert and told him how upset I was. He verbalized that the technician must not have calibrated the system???? Another technician came out and whisked my car away for a test drive since the steering felt stiff as well and then I was then approached by the service manager (Brendan?) who promptly directed me into his office where he made nothing but excuses for their lousy service and seriously did nothing but aggravate me more. Complete waste of my time all while I was now 1.5 hours late in picking up my daughter. The best part of all of it, I got to pay them for all the irritation they caused me! NEVER will I chose Coral Springs Honda to service my CRV again.

Always bring my car to this location. Sales and service have been excellent.My Terrain was due for a "compted" oil change and to fix my slow leak due to a screw in the tread.I chose to pay the $ 30.00 to fix the tire; with a patch, not a plug. I also chose not to change the oil and filter here, since the new service manager chose to be the first to refuse this promised service when I leased this vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment to have car serviced, spoke to luis who also made the appointment. He has for the past three times that I had my car serviced been rude to me each time. This last time I refused to have him take care of me, instead I had Doug Milton help me he was very nice and apologetic. I have never been treated like that by any dealership, let alone one were I have leased two cars within months of each other. When I got car back, not only was it not washed but it had greasy finger prints on hood and doors. Love the cars but very disappointed with how I have been treated I was even asked to go back home once before because the oil life read 20 instead of 10, so I was told. Looking forward to getting two other cars but I don't think I'll be coming back to this dealership. Service writer very rude, bad attitude.

My Wife and stopped in to check out a SUV we saw on the Coral Springs Auto Mall Website. The truck was there at the Sales Price listed. Our Salesman Joel was a pleasure to work with and the Finance Manager was very helpful getting us approved with the Payments that we can afford. When we entered the dealership we were approach by a very friendly salesman Carmen Mastrangelo. Carmen Mastrangelo was patient and caring. We purchased our Honda Odyssey from Coral Springs Honda and have had all maintenance and repairs completed there. We purchased their prepaid maintenance and extended warranty at the time of purchase and both have been awesome and well worth the money. Bought a new car in 2012 with 3 miles. Missing heat shield, trunk lid cover and engine cover. Of course for those not included items, they replaced it with trunk tray and side painted white stripes. That what I've noticed so far. When I brought these missing necessity to my sales rep...he responded... these are only for premium cars. So be aware.

I just took my GMC in for scheduled maintenance. The service writer was prompt and efficient. He said my car would be done in one hour. It was done on time. They washed my car and had a bottle of water waiting for me when he brought me the car. The mall is right across the street and they will shuttle you over there. But it was done so quickly, I just got caught up on my emails and phone calls. It was just like waiting in my own living room.

I made contact to Coral Springs Buick dealership through the COSTCO auto buying program. The sales staff was very professional and helpful. It was obvious from the start that their goal was for us to find the perfect vehicle to fit our needs and wants. We each took a test drive and found that the Buick Encore fit us comfortabley. The Encore in Red and with a Moon Roof and other options was located in a nearby dealership and the vehicle was transported to Coral Springs Buick the following day. Our price was determined using the COSTCO guidelines which was thoroughly explain by our salesperson and again by the Financial associate who also arranged financing at a very competitive rate. We were both very happy with the complete process from start to the delivery where the sales person again explain the various features on the vehicles dashboard and instrumentation.

It was a typical car buying experience. Took hours, had lots of promises made that were over-blown. I simply do not understand why 'honesty' isn't the norm. I paid for the vehicle and left it there for upgrades that would take 'a day or two' during the initial sell process, got the car a week later and the upgrades were sub-standard so had to deal the GM to get that resolved. 2 weeks after purchase I had the car that I paid for, almost. As everyone hoped, I'm tired of it and settled with the not-quite matching upgrades.

Had a 3pm appointment for a wheel alignment and to check reason for engine light on after listening to service rep complain about not having lunch yet telling me there is not enough time to do engine analysis I agreed to do alignment only he took my info an hour later mech. Recommended I rotate tires I said ok at 5:15 mech recommends I replace stabilizers which will take another hour at this point 2 hours and 15 minutes into 3pm appt tires have not even been rotated or alignment done you can't make this stuff up! Mech blaming service rep service rep blaming mech for delays at 6:15 truck finally done service reps says we do wash your car unfortunately they couldn't figure out how to take antenna off after another 15 minutes I declined the offer to wash my truck need less to say this will be my one and only visit to this dealership I will make the drive to Schumacher GMC

purchasing sons first used car at the Kia branch. from the first emails asking about car and condition since being a used car very quick and clear responses. after feeling comfortable made the first phone call and started a dialogue with internet manager Pete (great guy above and beyond) made a appointment since i live a hour from this dealership to see if car was as nice as described. arrived car was out front. greeted by Pete and my sales man Miguel(thumbs up) car was in better shape than described and any imperfection was pointed out to me.no pressure they handed me the keys and sent me on my way for a test drive. I noticed a few minor issues and they sent the car immediately into the service department I was allowed to inspect the from bottom to top and every issue was taken care of , there cars even come with a included 2month or 2000 mile warranty for piece of mind on a used car. The car was well priced and the dealership head manager (no back and fourth, sat face to face and did a deal with a handshake, Old School) was still willing to deal and gave me a better price than expected. The only hick up was they had a busy busy weekend with lots of car sales and there was a wait for the finance dept. But with luxurious waiting area with free bbq and drinks they do all they can to make you comfortable. I had prepared myself and my son for the typical car buying experience we all hear about and was prepared for battle. the experience is one of the best in 40 years of car buying and being my sons first will make it the most memorable

I had a gentleman named Luis Leon-Cortez help me with my vehicle. I purchased my car from the Vera dealership in Pembroke Pines and recently moved to Coral Springs. The service I got from Vera wasn't the best and once I got notice that my car was one of the millions that had be recalled for my airbag and seat belt, I DREADED the thought of having to go back there. I called and found out that the Coral Springs GMC dealership could help me and save me the depressing drive down there. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mr. Cortez and he was friendly and helpful. The most important thing was that he listened to me. Even though I was just dropping off my car for the recall, he was able to assist me with getting a rental and helping me move my baby's car seat, stroller, diaper bag, backpack and purse in to the rental and back out again into my own car. He was very detailed when it came to explaining how the service was going to performed on my car and said that he would keep in touch if there was anything that I should be aware of on my car. The fact that he took the time out to help me and give me all of his undivided attention was much appreciated. I will definitely be going back there for any and all services and purchases. Had an appt, 11:45A, but on arrival, I was immediately told there was a 2-3hr wait because drive-ins are taken. I had to explain that my son who has Leukemia couldn't wait that long having had chemo the day prior before the person would do anything to prevent my wait from being that long. Although I was very appreciative, I do feel that if customers have an appointment, it should be honored and no one should be made to wait 2-3 hrs for an oil change. I also requested replacement of wipers that were not installed due to the service person's oversight and I had a coupon with savings. As a result, that coupon have since expired and I now have to pay full price for wipers. Unhappy Customer

I received a good deal here, $400 less than other dealerships. But after that my experience was horrible. I received recall notices and when I returned I was treated like garbage from the service manager and his team. They barked things at me, made me wait an hour to even get seen and told me if I didn't like it then to leave. I was appalled. I would never trust these people again!

My review is as follows, nothing against the staff at Coral Springs Buick, but I purchased a 2013 Buick Regal and about two weeks ago noticed the interior lining of the car coming apart from the car. Went to the service Department and they ordered the parts to fix the car and Luis the service rep. I had thus morning was fantastic!! Also the service Manager was very good also, the only thing I am afraid of is if this stuff starts happening on this car with 3500 miles on it what does the future hold for me with this car??? Have a bad taste dealing with Buick as four years ago had a 2007 Buick Lacrosse which turned out to be a lemon and after all of the fighting 1 1/2 years of court and phone calls finally was awarded a new vehicle, do not want to go through this again but my beliefs tell me to never give up and am so ready for another battle as I have the feeling that this will happen again.

I just completed a very thorough new vehicle purchase and in the end I was very pleased with the sales experience at Coral Springs Buick GMC. My salesperson, Dennis McKitty, was the reason for the outstanding review here. Dennis is very customer focused and there is no pressure to buy in the sales process. The sales price on the new leftover 2013 Yukon was very good and once we came to terms on the value of my trade, the deal went very well. The General Manager, Robert DeJour, also deserves a lot of credit in the process. I had a minor mechanical issue with the Yukon I bought and when it was not corrected a few days later in the service area, Robert allowed me to swap out my SUV for the identical one in the showroom and they even filled the gas tank again for me. It is always good to work as an employee for a boss that always goes to bat for you and that is what Robert did for myself and Dennis. I own two GM vehicles and purchase a new GM vehicles about once every two years so this dealership will always be my first choice for either Buick or GMC products. I highly recommend anyone seeking a new or used Buick or GMC vehicle to contact Dennis in the sales department as I assure you the experience will be a good one.

I bought my first Ford Explorer sport trac from Coral Springs Auto Mall back in 2004-it was a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with 39,000 miles on it. when I brought it back to them it had 142,678. This past week I got the email that there was another truck from a competitor for the same price but 2 year younger-price 18,998 it was a Honda Ridgeline.What made this easy for me was being able to get another truck reasonably priced with out a lot of miles,when I sat in this truck I was really surprised that it was taken care of. So with my down payment of both my Old Truck and my beloved motorcycle I traded them in for this new 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. The buying experience was a little long 4.5 hours to get things settled but when I came in the next morning to drop off the titles to both vehicles the General Manager and I had a little talk about another finance company that would take the loan and beat 5Th/3rd Bank on percentage and monthly payments,I was stoked, the interest along shoot the cost down from 11.98% to 5.5% with one attached item,The bank wanted a 2 year extended warranty attached to the loan...which almost broke the deal,but the Auto mall folks said"we will pick that up for you" I was blown away. All in All this was a great deal and I liked keeping the business close to home instead of driving 100 miles to the other dealer. Thank you for the great experience and in hopes that I will buy from them again!

This is for the used car facility, c0-located with Auto Mall Kia. We made a deal for a trade-in on a high-value used car. The process was civil, honest, and forthright. The salesman, Miguel, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The manager, Barry, was business-like, cordial, and professional. We finish the process tomorrow. If things change, I'll report back. I wanted to express my concern at the other two negative ratings I read here. I'm glad I decided to pursue the car I wanted, regardless. BTW, they are very friendly to military veterans and retirees! Sometimes, it is we, the customers, who set the tone for the experience.

Went in to buy a Honda, upon receiving car with another contract that was given with $1000 over what initial contract was, I could not argue since they had just taken a cashiers check and for what ever reason requested a cashiers check vs a personal check. There was not anyone there at the time to get the contract rectified. Being I was so uncomfortable in this shark pit of a place I wanted out asap. It car drove it off lot and almost got killed with vehicle having defective brakes. Put it into Honda service asap. Came back 3 days later to recind on my car purchase and was threatened to be put into if I did so by stopping my credit card for payment rendered towards vehicle. Then I told them I would pay the difference to trade up for a new model and pay the difference, being that I was not comfortable driving a car that was unsafe and wanted a new car vs used.The sales mgr told me to leave the premises and he would call m in the am. He never did.Be aware of the brake problems on a 2010 Honda civic and all the recalls on Honda as well. I still love Honda as a car but DO NOT GO NEAR CORAL SPRINGS HONDA !!!

I called about an advertised car with an advertised special lease. 3 of 3 times I called asking for the Internet sales manager, Gary, as the ad directed, each time I was not connected to him. Each time I asked specifically what my due at signing would be & If there are ANY hidden terms. Even when the Internet sales-manager, Gary, did call me, I was not given any other information. I asked my sister to sign for me, she gave all the credit info, she was approved and then I was told that this special lease-offer required me to be a recent college grad, (within 2 yrs), AND a member of the military! Suddenly the lease exploded in price. I would be required to add thousands in deposit or double my payment. Its disgusting that I asked specific questions many times but only when I was ready to go get my car was the true cost to me revealed by Gary, the internet sales-manager. I was told that it says in fine print the buyer must qualify for any incentives. I explained that I called specifically about that and that info was not shared until after credit was approved. Its exactly the shady car salesmen stereotype. The ad does not celebrate the incentive to VETERANS rather it uses it to bait people hoping that at the final minute they will suffer the added cost rather than starting the car search over. Please do not support this dealership whose tactics are designed to take advantage of the customer.

I just wanted to share what a GREAT experience i had purchasing my new vehicle at Coral Springs Auto Mall. Chris Robinson along with my sales manager Mike Pennachio were so helpful and made my whole experience a breeze. I would recommend anyone purchasing or leasing a new vehile to go to the Coral Springs Auto Mall. I wouldnt send them anywhere else! Thanks again for all of your help :)

After shopping tirelessly online only to show up at dealerships and there be no car as advertised I was tired of the games. I was very skeptical when the low mileage car advertised at Coral Springs Nissan showed up online, but I sent an email request to ensure it was there. I showed up and it was there. The price was good online, and I tried to haggle a bit with the online price. They were flexible and I was out of there in about 2.5 hrs with my new Rogue. I was concerned with the previous reviews I read online, but I am happy to say I had a different experience.

Purchased a Used Car from this dealer, and it's been one horrible experience after another. I don't expect white glove service when buying a used car, but it would have been nice for the sales person to take the time to get off his cell phone and explain to me the features of the car I just spent $20,000 on. Speaking of that 20K car, I had it three days before it had transmission problems and spent 8 days in the shop.

In 2o years of purchasing cars I never experienced such a lack of professionalism as I did at this store.They were rude,unfriendly,and were'nt willing to accomodate my transportation needs.They wanted to sell me what they wanted to sell me, not what my needs were.They were on the wrong car and insisted that i'd be a fool if I didn't accept their offer.I told them,you can never give get the right price on the wrong car! The manager's were totally oblivious and discourteous.I walked out of the Nissan store and went to Weston Nissan and in 2hours I was in my new 270Z.
