Great experience. Super happy to have been able to secure an appointment here. They were fast and easy to work with. They did a good job on my repair and kept me appraised of everything they did, and needed to do, seeking permission to repair it first. Pricing was always discussed openly and timing was made known as well. I knew exactly when my car was going to be ready and a close approximate cost of the repairs. They even had a young man who ran out and retrieved my car for me, pulling it up to where I was waiting.

I drove up on a Saturday morning at an early time to find at least five cars in front me at the express line. I was thinking it would take forever, but these guys had me in and out in an incredibly short amount of time. Fast, friendly and professional service. I highly recommend them.

We had an outstanding experience with Chris. He went above and beyond to help us get our new car. He was so kind, down to earth l, and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about him. Just picked up our car today from Josh @ Cornerstone Ford in Elk River. It was the easiest car purchase we’ve made in years. Every single step of the process was an above average experience: 1. Our initial phone call was answered quickly and routed efficiently to Josh who made us an appt to see the car the same day. 2. We received a text from Josh telling us to message him directly when we arrived and he’d meet us up front. 3. The car was parked up front and ready for a test drive. 4. We were left to look the car over alone and test drive it ourselves. 5. When we returned, we discussed pricing and delivery details. No hassling! 6. The car was serviced and detailed the same day and ready for pickup the very same afternoon. 7. We were greeted immediately when picking up the car. All of the paperwork was ready to be signed. 8. We arrived, signed the paperwork, and were handed the keys to take off to enjoy our new ride in less than 20 minutes total. Today was great. Thank you Josh and thank you Cornerstone!

I am very happy with my experience at Cornerstone Ford today! They were ready for me and got my car in for its 100,000 mile tune-up. They also got a radiator flush done all in only 8 hours. They were very respectful and polite. I was surprised that the price was as low as it was for what they did. All in all I'm extremely happy with them and I will definitely keep going back there for my Ford Edge service.
