Update: We have since bought a third truck. Albeit, 3 weeks after our second purchase we opted to trade in for a 1 ton dually Limited. We are a little over a year in and I love my truck. It came with every available option and anything you could want in a truck. I get compliments on it all the time and now starting to think about trading in my wifes car and we will be back to see Chad McDonald for our next purchase. My wife and I have purchased 2 new trucks there in the last 2 years. Both experiences were great. We had different salesmen with each purchase and both were very helpful. Service for my first truck was always excellent and I would expect it to be the same with the new truck.

My husband and I came to Corwin with a budget in mind and a couple vehicles we had saw online when checking out their inventory. We honestly were not looking for anything brand new or close to brand new, however we decided to look at a 2020 Ford Escape with under 10,000 miles on it. Of course this vehicle was out of our monthly budget! We spent a few hours there and we had an amazing salesman named Justin Milstead. We had decided to pass because we could not do the payments, and a disappointed me and my husband were getting ready to leave and Justin pulled every string he could! Guess What?! We went home with our New 2020 Ford Escape that evening! Thank you Corwin and Thank you Justin for making this happen for us. I truly recommend everyone to go there if you want your car salesman to fight to get you a good deal on a great vehicle.

We'll definitely be back. :: UPDATE :: Make sure if you are from out of state they give you a MISSOURI TITLE or you will be sitting around with an expired temp tag waiting for the proper paper work to get your plates. Still happy with who helped up but yeah...this is ridiculous.

Just bought a new car here, and I have to say it is a very different experience from my last car at a different dealer. I had decided to never buy another new car but an very glad that I went to Corwin. Justin Albers was great and handled my long distance purchase very smoothly. he dealt with my daily calls in a very friendly manner, never making me feel bad about calling so often, even when I call on his day off. Very disgusted. I was assured via email this morning that the Jeep we were interested in was available, so we drove the nearly two hour drive today to look at it. On Labor Day, might I add. When we got there we were taken on a wild goose chase to find the Jeep, because it was supposedly at a different location than we were told. We get to that location and are told the Jeep is locked in the detail shop and nobody has access to the Jeep. So we drove 2 hours one way for nothing. Then come to find out, the Jeep was sold anyways. Very unorganized mess, first and last time dealing with this place. THANK YOU Corwin for wasting our Labor Day.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Corwin Dodge. Before visiting the dealership I spoke with John, he was very helpful, however he left for vacation. The day I visited the lot and purchased the vehicle I worked with Will Kennedy. Will was wonderful to work with, very polite and nice, took the time to visit with us rather than making us feel rushed, great customer service, really explained everything, I don't have any complaints. I would highly recommend asking for Will if you visit this dealership.

My tires were on my vehicle for 2 weeks. Yes, I purchased the tires from Corwin. I had a flat and took it in on a Wednesday. I was told they would need to order the tire, which was okay with me. They said to come back at 11 on Thursday and they would have the tire. I put off going to Silver Dollar City on Thursday just for this tire. I showed up at 11, and sat for an hour before they came in and told me that no one had ever ordered the tire. I was asked if I could come back on FRiday. I said no, because we would be at SDC. The service mgr. said, "Can't you be back by 6?" Again, I said no because I didn't want to be put on a time frame. They did offer me a rental, which was nice. However, I was told that it was costing the company 70 bucks as the service mgr was walking away from me. They knew I would be in on Saturday because he told me to be in by 3. Saturday comes, and THEY STILL HAD NOT TOUCHED MY ONE TIRE THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I was really feeling like I was not a priority and am leaning toward never purchasing tires or anything else from them again. This cost me over 200 miles going back and forth for one tire. I mentioned this to him, thinking they might compensate me with an oil change, tank of gas, or SOMETHING....I was told, "Well, that's how it goes." We then had to go back because the tires were not properly aired.

My first visit to Corwin was back in March, I was only there to do some research and look at the time. I met Mike Barnes that day. I told him I was not there to buy that day but just looking for future. I was specifically looking at the Ram Eco-Diesels. Mike showed me around and explained the different packages available, he took his time telling me about everything on the trucks. When I told him I was just looking and researching that day he did not just blow me off and let me walk around. Then after I was done looking he did not pressure me to do something that day. He gave me his name and said when I'm ready come back and talk. There is nothing worse than having the feeling of being pressured into doing something I am not ready for and I will walk away fast. I returned last weekend and got with Mike and bought a truck. Again he showed me around and explained the differences between each truck they had on the lot in the Eco-Diesel line. After I settled in on a certain vehicle and said yes I was definitely interested he offered me a test drive and after that said what can he do to make a deal. He spent alot of time with me and never pushed me into doing something I was not ready for. As a salesman he read me correctly, and did not put undo pressure on me. I have walked away from dealerships in past. This was also a busy holiday weekend and he had other customers also, I never felt like he was putting me to side for other deals. Once we sat down and started paper work, everyone at the dealership was nice and courteous and went out of their way to say hi, shake my hand, and let me know they would get me the best deal possible. Everyone worked hard and we settled on financing and I walked away with new truck. Then surprise, surprise...I get a phone call on Tuesday after the deal was done on Saturday and they told me they had a finance company offering me a better deal than I signed on saturday. Could I come in and sign new paper work. Seriously how often does that happen? Corwin is my new dealership and I will tell anyone I know interested in used or new vehicle to give them a chance.

We were driving our 2014 Durango from S. Dakota to Table Rock Lake when we experienced some trouble with our heater-air conditioning fan. Not the dodges fault. a rodent had made a home there and chewed through the cabin filter into the system. The salesmen were very friendly and helpful. They steered us to the service department where a man named J.D. went to work on it right away and we were good to go in less than an hour. (I didn't think to time him). We were delighted with the speed of service and J.D.'s friendliness and knowledge. Thanks Corwin Dodge team.

If someone would have asked me about this location 6 months ago, I would have put -10 for their service department. They were the WORST.....They recently hired a new service manager Darin and added a young lady Briana, they are a welcome addition. Customer service and detail oriented, professional, problem solvers and make the customer feel like they are important!!! They return phone calls and even remember why you are there in the first place, when you arrive. Excellent experience

Went there looking for a Charger AWD but not happening. I met with Richard and he introduced me to my 300C AWD. Took it for a spin and fell in love. Called ahead about a vehicle as I was driving in from out of state. Got ahold of Andrew woodhead a dealer there and he was terrific! My wife had been wanting either a new Dodge Dart or a Hyundai Elantra for awhile now so we had test drove both and her heart was set on a new Dart. Rob helped us find the dart she was comfortable in and didn't pressure us at all because he knew we had to sell her Mazda first before making another vehicle purchase and he didn't give any pressure about hurrying up and buying. We came back a few weeks later and went straight to Rob again. Although we didn't get a BRAND NEW Dart, he still helped us find the perfect one for us and it was basically new anyways. From the time we shook hands until the time he handed us the keys was a great, laid back, professional experience and that is what made my wife's first new car buying experience great. I'd recommend Rob to anybody that is looking for a new or used vehicle. I gave the facilities a 3 star because the floors were disgusting. My 1 one year old was walking/playing right by us in the floor and was covered in dirt from the carpets. This is not anybody in the sales departments fault or problem though but I thought I'd share that so maybe if the right person from the dealership reads this review they can get the custodians to do a better job at night. Overall amazing experience and keep up the good work!

I have been looking for a new car for almost 6 months. I have had two horrible experiences at local dealers in the area. I work in the customer service field and look for an establishment to treat me with the great experience that I try to provide to my clients. Well, Corwin Dodge did. Randy , our salesman, greeted us as we were on the lot on Saturday and instantly I could tell he had experience and was there to help us and not just sell us a car. He was fun and knew everything about the car I was looking at. Knowledge is power for me and tells me they know their job. We were there for only 3 hours from picking the car to driving away. Everyone there was awesome and I definitely will recommend Corwin Dodge to all my friends and business partners. They were fair on my trade and made me feel great about my purchase. They even stayed late to ensure my new car was washed and filled with gas. The extra's mean a lot to me and made me feel that they wanted me to have a great experience. I have a 2013 dodge avenger with 40,000 miles on it. Over the past 6 months it has been driving awful (front end issues), and has caused me to take it in and out of the shop multiple times. Each time I take it in the service dept plugs it into their compter and that is it. They refuse to drive it or to spend any quality time on the car. They have gotten very hateful with me for stating that I feel like something is wrong with my car (Several passengers of mine have even commented on the bumping/jerking of the car). My husband has ended up having to take off work to take the car up there and talk to them. JD (the service dept manager) was asked to contact my husband after they looked at it and he did not follow through on it, some other joe smo did and gave us the same ol' song and dance as before. I am now stuck with a car that drives like crap and they refuse to help.

They are fast to sell you something, but very difficult to get it fixed in a timely manor. It shouldn't take 2 hours to change 1 tire when your the only one in there. Expect to wait well over an hour for a basic oil change before your vehicle makes it in the shop. If you have any other problem besides getting an oil change or getting tires be prepared to be turned away to come back another day after you have said something about it several times. I am glad that my warranty is up here. I will not recommend anyone buying a service plan with this place its not worth it at all.

We just purchased a 2015 Ram Laramie Limited from Corwin and the buying process/experience couldn't have been better. Our sales rep James Gosa was knowledgeable on the vehicle, very flexible with our multiple visits to test drive, courteous, and provided a smooth 'no-haggle' purchasing process. The sales manager, Steve Snoddgrass, was also quite personable and helpful for us and he really showed he was willing to work with us on our purchase. Finally the Finance Manager, Mark Stanberry, rounded out our day with getting us a more competitive financing rate than we'd been quoted by our primary bank and in general was very helpful through the final paperwork. All in all a great experience and not only would I recommend these three individuals and the dealer to others, I've already recommended my father-in-law head down there to take a look at their inventory.

Went to buy a new Ram 1500 4x4 credit is ok but not excellent.Sales person was very polite but several managers WERE NOT! Kept asking me why I wanted and needed a 4 wheel drive.Stated" it hasnt even snowed this winter.Offered to get me into a 2 wheel drive truck have payments where I wanted them.After telling them numerous times NO it had to be a 4 wheel drive yet another manager comes and aks me why.BECAUSE thats what I WANT! So I went to reliable chevy bought 4 wheel drive truck new no money down payments where I wanted them. AND NO HASSLE! Was Very rude they should not have aked once let alone numerous times why I wanted a 4 wheel drive! Will NEVER go to Corwin dodge again.Managers try and pressure you and are rude!

The salesman was awesome. The finance department lost paperwork that Chrysler was requesting and acted rude when I asked them to send it to them. He was trying to sell a new truck on the phone. I had to fill out again and fax it myself. Service said I had an appointment but after getting there it was not scheduled and I had to wait for the replacement of the part they damaged during the make ready when we purchased the car. Not returning there for any reason.

They low balled my car and had their truck over price I drove over 90 miles to get there and they would not deal any and they maid my wife mad. The next day they called 3 times and try to say it was the best they could do but they would give me more money for my trade, but they had wasted my time. Two days later I went to Al West in rolla and bought a SUV with no hassle.

In the past I've had all my Dodge Caravan work done at Central/Corwin Dodge. Got tired of a $700 or $900 bill everytime I went in. I decided to try an independent auto service center. (on Plainview Rd). I confirmed what I suspected, Dodge would have been a rip off if I'd have let them put pads and new rotors on my car. Corwin wanted $612 to do the job and the other auto service center charged $220. Big difference. Example Corwin wanted $122 for each rotor. Other place $43. You can see where I'm going with this. Compare for your self. Only diff I could see was the Service Center didn't have a shuttle.

I WENT IN ON MAY 13 TO BUY A NEW ECODIESEL AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE MODEL I WANTED BUT WOULD SEARCH FOR IT AND WANTED TO LOOK AT MY TRADE SO I BROUGHT MY TRUCK IN AND IT WAS RAINING AND THEY JUST LOOKED OUT WINDOW AND SAID THAT WILL DUE IT WAS 2013 SO REALLY NOTHING TO CHECK OUT. ON MAY 14 I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE HOW EVERYTHING WAS GOING AND SALES MAN WAS BUSY AND NEVER CALLED BACK AND ON MAY 15 I CALLED AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES TO CHECK AND THEY LOCATED A TRUCK BUT STILL BUSY NO CALL BACK THEN ON MAY 15 SAME THING AT THIS TIME I WAS GETTING UPSET BUT I HAVE BROUGHT SEVERAL CARS AND TRUCKS FROM CORWIN AND SALEMAN BEFORE SO ON MAY 16 I CALLED FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND THE SALESMAN TOLD ME SORRY ABOUT NOT CALLING BACK BUT HE HAD TO GO TO A MEETING AND WOULD CALL ME RIGHT AFTER THAT THIS WAS A 900 AM BY 200 PM NO CALL SO I WENT TO DON VANCE IN MARSHFIELD A BROUGHT MY TRUCK THERE AND ONLY TOOK 2 HOURS FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS.. I WILL NEVER BUY A TRUCK OR CAR FROM THEM AGAIN! THANKS DON VANCE FOR THE EASY BUYING EXPERIENCE

I have been shopping for a truck for months. Every time I went to a dealer and told them I had so much to spend and what my wants were I was always told we can do that but never found what I wanted. Today I came to Corwin with the same mind set that I was "Just shopping". We came in and looked around and soon Travis came by shook hands and asked us what we were looking for. I mentioned we saw something online and he was willing to let us test drive the truck. On the way back to the dealership I was asked would I buy if they could get the numbers straight? I just wasn't sure and said that. Travis did not push or ask why he started to say that he had another truck he really wanted me to see but it was still being detailed. I told him to bring it on. It was dirt from head to toe but I got to see it in the raw. We drove it and before I was around the corner I fell in love. As I say I had shopped and I had kept my wants but for this truck it was newer than anything I had looked at or could afford. It did have more miles than I wanted but with its new age that out weighed any mileage issues I might have had. I asked what the out the door price was. Many times everything is added on and you end up paying way more than you wanted. I could not believe the fee was around $200. We looked at the carfax at the salesman's desk and also he printed off an NADA on the truck. I looked it up on my phone as well and I felt I was getting an awesome deal. We waited for the truck to be cleaned and I was promised by Travis that he would text me the number I needed to call to get a full detail which he through in with the truck since I bought it before they had the time to get it detailed. The truck was washed and cleaned and bought to us. Yes there was dirt here and there but no one expects them to be spic and span without a full detail. On another note i have been a car salesman with a Ford dealership and I know the "tricks of the trade" at no time did I ever feel any of those tricks were being used on me. I even told my daughter she should go and look at cars there and I told them to ask for Travis. As signing everything was great. No pressure to add extra services. The can get you more warranty if wanted but when I said no they moved on. I wrote my check and I was handed the keys. When I bring it back for the detailing I will add more info then but at this point I got the truck I wanted and paid less than I ever thought I would have to! Thanks Travis and all the guys at Corwin.

I went in to look at a used car. The price seemed reasonable, but the car was absolutely trashed on the inside. It was understood that a used car will not be in perfect condition, but there were stains all over the ceiling, and stuff in the seats. I live out of town, so my dad went in to look at the car, and said that it was very dirty on the inside and was suprised they even put it on the lot in that condition. They promised to clean it by the next day, when I was coming in town to look at it. When we went to look at it the next day, it looked better, but still unacceptable. I test drove the vehicle, and the two salesmen were nice. We asked about why it was so dirty on the ceiling and they said they would try to get it cleaned again. They told us that they were no longer going to use the detailer that they previously used, because of the poor work that was being done. They went in to ask someone about it (I am assuming their boss), and another man came out and told us he would knock 100 dollars off the price, and we could clean it ourselves. This man was very unprofessional, rude, and didn't seem to care about the customer at all. They showed no pride in the car that they placed on the lot. As we left the lot, they told us that they would take it to the detailer (the one they were no longer going to use anymore), and that they would call me back. After not receiving a call back about the car (other than to go look at a more expensive vehicle that I had no interest in), I looked online again, and noticed they lowered the price 200 dollars. It is clear that they are just trying to get rid of this vehicle. Not only did they lower the price, but they didn't even bother to call and tell me about what they were going to do, as far as cleaning it or making a reasonable deal. They tried very hard before I saw the vehicle to make the sale, but as soon as I left, they lost all interest.

Mr Phillips the service manager is rude to say the least. I got my 2014 in after 3 attempts and was promised a loaner vehicle. Not done issues with tranny downshifting and heater blowing cold. I did get the oil change and was left with oil all over my hood door panel and steering wheel . After contacting Chrysler care . Mr. Phillips canceled my appointment and not refuses to service my car under the factory warranty. I would recommend don Vance in marsh field 2000 less for the same van and a good experience.

I recently purchased a new Dodge Laramie and could not be happier with the whole process of buying from Corwin Dodge. I picked them after visiting other closer dealers ( I live 92 miles from the dealership) and doing extensive research on the internet. I was never pressured or hasseled in any way and when I asked for some next to last minute additions they were all done with top quality workmanship and included in the original price agreed upon. My salesman Mike was very helpful, especially since I did not visit the dealership until the morning I picked up my new truck. On the way to the dealership I watched for gas stations as I figured I would need to fill up for the drive home. Much to my surprise the truck was delivered with a full tank of diesel. I will definitely consider them again the next time my wife or I purchase a new vehicle.

I had my eye on a sharp 2009 Dodge Ram Laramie. On a Wednesday I went to the dealership and put a deposit down on the vehicle. This deposit was made in writing with conditions including some minor repairs and allowing my wife to come see the truck, drive it, etc. I was told the deposit was also intended to insure that the dealership would hold the vehicle until the end of day the following Saturday. On the following Saturday my wife and I arrived at Corwin Dodge and test drove the truck around 1:00 p.m. After doing so, we asked for some time to think/talk about it and a manager assured me that they would continue to hold the truck through Tuesday (deposit remained with them). After discussing the terms offered, my wife and I returned to Corwin Dodge about 3:30 intending to purchase the truck that same Saturday. However, upon arrival we waited for assistance for about 30 minutes before the salesman finally informed us that management was not going to allow us to proceed any further. We came to learn that while we were away they allowed another customer to drive the truck and he was in the final process of purchasing the truck when we arrived. Needless to say I was rather upset and let management become aware of that fact. Management neither said or did anything to resolve the situation. They did not offer to find a comparable truck and, in fact, at one point told me that I might not get my deposit back. This company bought out a local dealership that had been in the area for years. It's been about six months since Corwin Dodge bought the lot and already they appear to have obtained a reputation for this type of dealing. If anyone is interested in one of Corwin Dodge's vehicles be very cautious. My experience taught me that this is not a place of business that Springfield or Greene County can put its faith and trust and should not be allowed to conduct business in the manner in which it does, dishonestly.

I was looking for a used Ford F150. I had looked at several on cars.com and had inquired on a couple.Jamie was very professional with my questions that I had.Not only was he quick to respond to my inquires but he was very cordual with my wifes questions as well.You see I am currently deployed with the National Guard and he took care of all the details I asked for and went beyond what I would have expected.I wanted some extra items done to the vehicleand not only did he have them done for me but he had the best quality items put on the vehicle at a great price.My wife has recieved delivery of the vehicle and she was very pleased with every step from the beginning of the purchase to the very end.I am excited to be going home in a couple of months to be with my family again and also take a trip with our vehicle.

Was sent a New Listing from cars.com on a used Nissan Murano (Loaded, Low Miles) so we took a long drive to the dealership. We let them know we were coming so they would have the vehicle ready for a test drive. Upon our arrival the vehicle was sitting up by the doors, fairly clean, and the salesman standing outside waiting for us to arrive like an Eagle waiting for it's prey. When we looked at the Nissan it had more miles on it than advertised and it was a base model. Not the loaded version advertised online. When we questioned the salesman he just shrugged his shoulders. What a waste of our time all due to misrepresenting a vehicle to draw people in. Feeling tricked and quite angry we left. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealer if it meant I had to walk the rest of my life. Advice, stay away unless you like to play games
