A+++ all the way.Being my first purchase of a collectable car I was a little timid about buying with out traveling to actually see the car. Well I did travel 2100 miles round trip and I gotta say I have never been so blown away when I walked in and saw that car in the showroom! perfect is all I can say. To boot Devan was a great guy to deal with, honest as they come and extra patient with all of my questions. I live in kingwood,Texas! Joey Smith my sales person was absolutely the best! Down to earth, honest. This was the greatest car buying experience I have every had in my entire life!!! Friendly, relaxed, no pressure. Returned all my calls and texts even when he had a family emergency. Unbelievable Customer Service. Excellence personified! This is the place to go when looking for that special car. My special car was a 2002 Thunderbird convertible (turquoise metallic paint). I had been looking for 2 years and by a fluke stumbled upon Cosmo Motors. The car they got me only had 8,200 miles on it. It was like brand new. Joey Smith got me a great deal on the shipping too! Chance the finance manager beat the rates from a major oil company credit union and they both worked to make me happy and went the extra mile above and beyond. I thank you for making my dream a reality. It's so rare to find special people who do a great job and treat you like family. They want to earn your business. My next car purchase will be from CosmoMotors and Joey Smith and I will use their finance manager again. They treated me like family and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Buying a car can be an excruciating experience. It was not at all that way for my wife and me at Cosmo. We live and hour away. I called at 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon and we were driving away from the dealership by 6:00 p.m. Not a lot of negotiating but there was some "wiggle room". It is a very unique dealership. You will not find the types of cars that they carry at another dealership and every car is immaculate. The showroom is conglomeration of performance/luxury cars. They certainly know how to detail an prep a car for new buyers. The gentlemen we dealt with were easy going and professional. The owner came out and introduced himself before we left which was a nice touch. I would do business here again.

Buyer beware. I just charged 250 dollars for a "Complete" detail. It was suppose to be a complete detail and for 250 one would expect the same! When I ask why my plastic trim was not cleaned and treated, Cosmo himself said that would have been another 100 dollars. Some of the plastic was done and some not..go figure. Had the same detail quality for 100 dollars less. Very disappointing and the owner was given a chance to make it right. Paid for in advance, our mistake. Why can't people do business straight up? customers...beware. Get what you expect in writing.

I live in Ohio. I bought my Porsche by just looking at the online pictures and dealing with Matt the salesman. He did a walk around and pointed out any flaws in the car. The dealership handled the financing and shipping to my driveway. The car had a complete service and detailed just as described. I would deal with this dealer anytime. Very nice people. Saw a nice looking vehicle so I only asked about it's condition due to high mileage. A perfectly polite and reasonable question I would think. The employee told me to go buy another car somewhere else and something very blunt and rude about me having the nerve to ask about the condition of a high mileage car and something about my budget. It was entirely unprovoked but I guess they don't like questions. That is pretty much mostly all they sell there, used, high mileage cars. I now see why there is so much negative that people say about Cosmo Motors.

I just purchased a 2004 C5 convertible corvette gray metallic in color from them. So far so good. They were very friendly and responsive to the purchase. Got a good interest rate with a bank which we already had a new car financed. They do have some interesting vehicles at times that a rare to find.

Had been interested in one of their cars. They were nice UNTIL I had reasonable questions about service and condition of the vehicle. That's when they got defensive and showed their true lack of customer skills. Do not buy a car from a place where you can't even question the condition of the car. I could just imagine if there would be a problem after the sale how poorly that would be handled.

I am an out of state buyer that had been searching the internet for a specific, clean, one owner vehicle and I found it at Cosmo! When I first contacted them the vehicle had a deposit on it so I continued my search but wasn't having much luck locating one. Then Matt contacted me with some great news, the vehicle was available! I requested more pictures of the vehicle which Matt promptly sent to me. I then called and Matt did a walk around the vehicle with me on the phone and described it very accurately. I purchased the vehicle on line and required it to be shipped to me as I was unable to get away to pick it up. Cosmo arranged the shipping and everything else I needed to get the vehicle to my home in Florida. When it arrived I was extremely satisfied as everything was just as described by everyone at Cosmo. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer service, follow through and their sincere honesty.

I visited Cosmo Motors with my son when he picked up a C6 Corvette he had purchased. I was blown away with the cars in the showroom.My wife and I drove back to the showroom a couple months later just for another peak at what they had. Found a 2001 Porsche Boxster and fell in love with it.The test drive was a Hoot!Best buying experience ever.John, Chase and Cosmo were great to work with. After taking the car home I found that one low beam headlight was burned out. When I returned to Cosmo Motors to pick up some paper work I mentioned that I had replaced the low beam bulbs and before leaving the showroom Chase handed me a check to reimuburse my cost of the bulbs. SATISFACTION was their middle name!!!

I was in search of a Scion tc. I searched Charlotte, Gastonia, Shelby, and Asheville. I found this car online and drove from Shelby to see it. The online pictures were sharp and clear and the car was represented true. This car was and 07 yet drives like a brand new car! The staff and body / mechanics are TOP NOTCH! I was in the market for a C6 Corvette. I looked at numerous dealerships (large and small). Cosmo Motors was the only company that took my emails and phone conversations seriously. I had been looking at a Corvette on their web site and told the dealership I would be there on Saturday. I decided to surprise them on Friday night to see if the car was everything they said it would be. I could not have been happier. It was sitting in the showroom beside a Lambo. Chase, the sales manager I had been communicating with, took me out for a test drive. Best Friday I have had in a long time. The car was everything he had said it was clean, fast, perfect condition. And best of all it was thousands less than any other I had driven. I did not hesitate to purchase. Its been over a month now and I am still singing their praises. One of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time.

We have purchased many vehicles over the years, traveled far and wide and Cosmo Motors is by far the best we've encountered. We traveled from Michigan, had car trouble on our way down and the owner personally traveled (on a Sunday) 80 miles one way and picked up my stranded vehicle and brought it back to his shop, repaired it and helped us Michiganders out more than you can know. The whole family of service, sales at Cosmo Motors was very generous, friendly and helpful. Thank you Cosmo for everything you did for the three of us. You went over and beyond our expectations. Will definitely do business and make the trip of 600 miles again.

My fiance and I recently purchased a modified performance vehicle from Cosmo motors. The showroom was impeccable and the salesmen were very friendly. The salesmen did a great job with answering all of our questions and if they didn't know, they were on the phone to find the answer! Cosmo motors went above and beyond to aid in the purchase of this vehicle. When the pick up of this vehicle was delayed, the staff kept in constant contact and the finance man even got us a better rate! I would definitely recommend buying a used car from this dealership! My fiance and I felt the staff were very honest and not once did we feel uncomfortable with this purchase! Great experience!

I drove 50 miles on a saturday to view a vehicle they advertised on the internet. When I got there the vehicle was out of order. i decided to go ahead to get financing arranged and was told they would inform me on Monday. Late Tuesday I phoned and they said finance was available. I wanted to go and test the vehicle on Friday. They phoned to say Saturday would be better as they were getting a better rate for me. Saturday at noon they phoned to say they needed proof of employment. I drove through to them and gave them what they required. After an hour of waiting I left as they still never had an answer on finance. I was never offered a test drive and they never asked if I had cash to go with a trade for a deposit, which I did. Minutes after leaving they suddenly had financing available. Needless to say I turned down the offer to buy from them. They are unprofessional, tell lies and first want proof of finance availability before showing a vehicle. Keep away from them.

First things first the Showroom floor is spot on, picture perfect, clean 5 of 5. Salesman are quality people there is no pressure put on you to opt for any extras that you don't want. Salesman works with you to get you exactly what YOU feel like you want not what he feels like you should buy from them. Restrooms are clean well stocked. Waiting area also clean and comfortable. Friendly environment no need to have your guard up. overall I rate them a 5 of 5. will I do business with Cosmo Motors again? YES.

Had been searching the internet for a Crossfire, and came across a beauty with low miles, at Cosmo Motors. Had gased up my Infinity and set out on a Saturday to hit several Dealerships in the region that had listed Crossfires for sale that caught my attention. Cosmo Motors was my first stop, coming from Winston Salem, NC. Well..they were also my last stop. The Crossfire on hand was pretty much in excellent shape inside out, and with low mileage. Bought a used Honda from them a few years ago and it seemed to be a really good car... only to find a couple months later that the engine was leaking oil in three different places... which will cost somewhere around a $1,000 to fix. When I bought it, they had cleaned the oil out of the engine so you couldn't tell it leaked, so be sure and take any car you are looking at to a business that will check it out thoroughly for any problems. I learned my lesson!

I recently bought a car from this company, bad mistake. Before I got the 30 day tags off I had to purchase a battery, two weeks later I had to take it 3 hours away, for the same problem to have it serviced and repaired. Thank goodness for the auto company I went to they fixed the issue and the car works great now, no thanks to cosmo motors, they would'nt help me with anything. If you do buy from them take my advice and get the extended warranty as I did, you will need it. If I knew what I knew now, I would'nt have bought anything from them.

Everyone was very friendly, they worked with me and my finical situation and put me in the car I wanted that night. They even stayed 3 hours after they closed to help me. They are very straight foward and dont play around with you like most places. Im very pleased.

First of all, let's be real. No one place can satisfy everyone, and the people that complain or have an issue are normally the ones that complain the loudest. My wife and I drove 3hrs for a beautiful truck and we're very happy. They offered us a modest but fair price for our trade. VERY NICE GUYS. If they have what you want, and price is right, get it. check around for prices, you'll see that they are dead on with everyone else. Maybe even a little lower, then the big stores. Cosmo, Rob, Devon and the finance guy, thanks for your help!

First time going though buying a car. Didnt get the first car i wanted (2006 Lexus IS 350. The dealer tried really hard to get me the car but it didnt worrk. later test drove a acura nsx and loved it and had aprroved within 20 minutes. Good buying expierience. Took two days and still didnt the car i wanted first but still got a nice car. The first time buyers program is great. I have a 7% rate with a low score. Anybody can get a good rate through first union under the first time buuyers program. Helped me get a nice car.

I recently purchased an 04' VW R32 from Cosmo's. My schedule in Asheville left me little time to do business in Hickory at the end of the day, but I was really interested in the car, so Mr. Cosmo and the finance manager remained open until I could arrive and test drive/purchase the vehicle. Very friendly and courteous staff with a great lineup of cars. Love the dealership and I'll definitely be doing business with them in the future.
