Was working with Rick Reames to purchase a vehicle, met with salesman and his manager and worked up paperwork. Called back the NEXT morning to set appointment to finalize the sale and he had sold the vehicle already. No call, no communication. Unbelievable; complete lack of customer service.

Dustin in service was great to work with, timely, returned my call, and took care of what was needing to be serviced in a timely manner. They have nice snack bar while waiting to get service or offered me a loaner. I also looked at new cars and was treated nicely by the sales staff including Riok in sales and the GM who was very helpful as well. I hope this infiniti dealership moves to Gilbert Rd right off of 202 freeway in Chandler/Gilbert where they would double their sales and service as the location of this dealership is the only challenge given it's not convenient to the entire south valley where a lot more infiniti's are owned than mesa area... Hopefully they move soon as I would get my car serviced here more frequently if they would.

I've had a long standing relationship with this dealer, and it's not based on appearances. They have and will go the extra mile for me at a simple ask. I recently had an itch to get a Nismo, they scratched it for me. Tony, CJ, and Brian began calling all their contacts with out so much as a deposit. Before long the deal was struck and I was happily smiling away in my brand new Nismo. This dealership, regardless of context, has always held customer service as a priority. They create a natural sense of family and sincere interest in the well being of their clientele. I am not a special case based on any subjective factors, they simply treat everyone with courtesy and good old fashioned no BS approach to car purchasing. I have continually serviced my vehicles with Coulter, I'll not go anywhere else... ever.

Too bad zero stars isn't an option. Craig Darling is truly awful, doesn't honor his agreements. Avoid this place! Mr. Darling "assisted" us when purchasing a 2013 Mercedes-Benz SUV. He agreed to waive certain fees and failed to do so -about $930. We called and emailed for two months and were assured that the issue was being taken care of. Mr. Darling, in reality, lied to us and never intended to fix the issue. Instead, he let us believe the issue was resolved, until we found out from other sources it wasn't taken care of. Mr. Darling, predictably, acts as a stereotypical used cars salesman and pretends the issue doesn't exist. A report will be filed against the salesman.

Great experience all around! I have purchased quite a few cars over the years and this was the best experience by far. No pressure, easy to work with, smoothest deal ever! Thank you Rick, CJ and Chris! I hope you were all able to get to your New Years Eve plans on time. When it is time for another new car, I will be back!!! Hope the service team turns out to be just as wonderful as the sales team. Highly recommend paying these guys a visit if you are auto shopping.

The first thing Rick said to me when we met was, "I will make this as easy for you as possible", and did he ever. Most dealer experiences are time consuming and filled with song and dance sales techniques and lengthy negotiation back and forth with some invisible manager. When I arrived at Coulter Infiniti asking to drive a certified Infiniti that my husband had already driven and talked numbers on, Rick got me the keys, took me on a test drive and had me out the door in 25 min. A record. Later that day when a model was traded in that better suit our needs, he called me to let me know. We were able to get there the next day and Rick was instrumental in getting us a great deal on the car of our dreams. When I went to pick it up today he spent almost 40 minutes taking me though all of the features and pointing out the critical things I needed to know about the car. This dealership is 30 - 40 minutes from our home depending on traffic, but i would make the drive every time to work with Rick and his team. Thank you again!! It was our best car buying experience ever!!

We purchased a new Infinity QX60 and it was dead on the road in only 3 days. We were informed that it would require a totally new transmission. We have not heard back from the dealership and have sent emails and left messages to resolve the issue we are having getting the vehicle replaced and have been treated poorly by this dealership with no returned phone calls by the General Manager Tony Pennacchio

I bought an Infiniti coupe almost 4 months ago. I am very pleased with it. The only thing that I was having problems with was the navigation. I called my salesman Craig who promptly told me to come in and he would work with me. He was very patient and made sure that when I left I felt comfortable using the navigation. I am very grateful for his kindness, guidance and overall friendly manner in which he helped me. I am very glad I bought the car from Infiniti Coulter. They treat you well!

Purchased a QX60 recently. I found the vehicle to be sub-par for the price paid. The electronics are great, but the ride is somewhat harsh. It also has a fair amount of wind noise. The buying experience was ok, as I have never found a dealership where the buying experience was great.

This dealership does business DIRTY! I would not do any deals with them if you have ANY other choice in your purchase. From Start to finish they are full of lies and sell you a vehicle that is sub par. Make sure you think long and hard before walking into this dealership and dealing with a single person there, especially the Sales Manager. Buyer BEWARE of getting something different than what the ad actually says.

I took a 2010 Lexus they had for sale to a Lexus dealer to check it out. Upon returning to Coulter, I made an offer. The sales manager (not the salesman) made a counter. I countered that and he would not budge. So, no deal. All in all a typical dealership experience. I have no complaints.

I was in the market for a new G37S Coupe and found a few around the valley. I live 1/2 mile from an Infiniti dealer and after dealing with them, I made the 53 mile drive to Coulter Infiniti and couldn't be happier that I did. I first initiated contact with them over the internet and was immediately contacted by Craig Darling through email and then a phone call. We discussed some numbers over the phone and he assured me that he believed we could get to what I wanted if I came and met him in person. 3 days later I made the trek out to Coulter and, needless to say, I drove my new car home that night. While there is always some amount of haggling involved in buying/leasing a new car, the process with Craig and the sales manager Brian Gibson felt honest and was very painless. We agreed on a deal that I feel was VERY favorable. And that included getting me out of my BMW lease 3 months early. My new G37 was detailed and ready to go in a very reasonable time and was spotless inside and out. My entire experience with Craig, Brian, Chris Gossling (business manager) and the entire staff at Coulter Infiniti was top notch and I WILL be returning there for all my Infiniti needs in the future. Thank you for a wonderful car buying experience!

We bought a jeep commander on the 16th 10 days later and 250miles the radiator blows we purchased the extended warranty but they refused to cover it as a "pre existing" problem that the dealer didn't fix . When I bought it no leak 10 days later leak, not so pre existing I talked to David the service manager and it was the.same thing with him not a lot of help on getting it.fixed basically said it was my problem and I need to pay out of pocket after paying 2500$ for a warranty. Well the jeep is at the jeep dealership cause that is where we were told to take it since it's a.jeep and not Coulter or the extended warranty company quality guard plus refuse to pay to fix a problem . Thanks now I already have a new broken car

This dealership went and has "Above and Beyond" in exceptional customer service and over-all servicing my car to get it to pass emissions! I recently bought my car at another dealership and my issues were not resolved. In desperation to get my emissions to pass, I took it to Coulter Infiniti in Mesa and explained my situation. Within minutes they had my car back with the tech and accessed the problem. The service that was preformed cost more than they quoted but they delivered on their promise did not charge me anymore!! Also they did an overall check on my car and did not even charge me for doing so! To boot, they gave me a beautiful 2012 Infiniti rental car and again it was a NO CHARGE to me for the several days that it was in being repaired.This is what customer service is all about and because of their compassion, integrity and by standing up to the quality of care to their clients, they won a customer and trust me many referrals as well.I wish them much success and good wishes from a very happy customer!Warmly,Marie:)

We attempted to buy a new Infiniti JX35 at a dealership close to my home (see my recent review of Infiniti of Scottsdale) and after a week of run-around and very poor customer service by Infiniti of Scottsdale, I phoned Coulter Infiniti and spoke with Ted Rees.Ted searched Infiniti's nationwide inventory and located a JX35 with the configuration we wanted that was scheduled to be built and delivered for sale to an out-of-state dealer. Ted intercepted that JX and had it re-routed to Coulter for us. During this process, Ted provided routine updates on the build and delivery status and was very helpful. When the JX arrived, finalization of the sale was very smooth and without any of the sales/financing games I have experienced at other dealers.Coulter is about 45 minutes from our home in Scottsdale, but it was well worth the drive as we received exceptional service. Coulter seems to really value their customers. I would recommend those throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area consider Ted Rees and Coulter Infiniti - as they provided an excellent new car buying experience.

had vehicle towed to dealership. Felt I was overcharged on all parts. When I asked him what a $29.99 part was , he told me it was an air filter.Then he just walked away and leftme to pay the bill. If they mark up an $8. filter 3+ times I can't imagine what the mark-up on the other parts were. I was never contacted again to see if I was satisfied with their work, although I can say the car is operating well..

Ted was very helpful and very patient in my lease of my new Infiniti G37. It took several months for me to make the decision to lease due to a family situation which Ted understood completely. We worked together for several months until I was able to make the purchase, during which time Ted kept in touch to see how my situation was progressing. He was very friendly and easy to work worth. Overall it has been a great experience.

Ted went out of his way to make this deal go smoothly. I only had a couple hours to get the deal done before I had to be somewhere on the opposite side of town so he made sure as much of the paperwork was done as possible before I came in so we could get in and out. Floyd was our sales rep and was nice and knowledable when we saw him which was once before we bought and once after the sale. We were involved with Craig who we ordered the car from and had a " misunderstanding with" on the price of the car. Watch the numbers when they quote you a price. The dealership is beautiful and well located but on a personal level We were not treated particularly well.

We had a great experience buying a used car (it was a trade-in) at Coulter Infinity. Floyd Parker was our salesman. My husband can't handle the stereotypically salesman so we were pleasantly surprised with Floyd. He was kind, friendly and knowledgable. He even came in on his day off to close our deal! The environment is low pressure but professional. We also worked with Craig Darling and he was pleasant too as well as Chris in Finance. In fact, Craig said to us, we want you to buy the car if you love it. It's that simple. If you buy it great, if not, we don't believe in pressuring you because we don't want to have to duck if we see you in the grocery store. They have a great philosophy and I feel that we got a good deal/fair price. In our opinion, it is well-managed dealership with top notch people!

I have a 2007 Infiniti G35 Sport and like my car as it handles well and has been reliable. Overall I've been impressed with Infiniti after owning many different brands over the years. I went to this particular dealership for the first time for a scheduled maintenance. Setting-up the appointment was easy and the work was completely in a timely manner.It was a real pleasure working with Gerry Lopez. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the car. During the service work he kept me updated by phone and he was always friendly and polite. The quality of the work was good and cost was reasonable. I was impressed with this dealership.

My experience purchasing a new Infiniti G37 from Ted Rees was fabulous. I have purchased several cars in my day and this was the best experience by far. It was pleasant, stress free and educational. Ted and the other managers were very professional and friendly to work with. I know I got a great deal and will be a return customer. I had been shopping around for a vehicle all morning one day and we were not really finding what I wanted. We decided to drive out to Coulter Infiniti to see what they had to offer and to my suprise I found a great car, Infiniti G37. Ted Rees helped us all day and was very patient with me due to myself being a picky person. He was very informative and patient and wasnt a pushy sale person at all. He gave us our space which is always good at a dealership, because I have had bad past experiences at dealerships who the car salesman employees are so pushy and trying to get you into a car you dont really want, but not at Coulter Infinit. They make you feel comfortable and were very pleasent. The staff at Coulter Infiniti are great, but I would recommend Ted Rees to all my friends and family. He is by far the best car salesman I have ever encountered. Thank you again Ted, Coulter Infiniti added a great asset to their team.

My wife and I recently bought a used G37 convertible from Richard von Braun at Coulter Infiniti. Richard was a professional salesman. Very knowledgable, informing us of the facts and details of the car. While the entire sales process was straight forward and painless what impressed us the most was the follow-up service we received from Richard. We were on vacation when we bought the car so we had to have it shipped 1200 miles home. I had no experience in doing this but Richard made the process very easy. He also kept in touch with me almost daily via phone, text, or e-mail to inform me of the status of our vehicle (including communicating on his days off). There was some warranty work that needed to be completed prior to the car leaving the dealership. He personally kept me informed about this process and saw that it was done immediately after we purchased the car in order to help facilitate a timely delivery. This is the first Infiniti we have owned and if we decide to purchase another one we will definitely return to Coulter Infiniti.

For me, the test of a really good salesperson is the follow-up and support (if necessary) after the sale. About two weeks after we bought the car, it developed a problem and was not driveable. I called Ted and he answered the call right away (it was his day-off). He was very receptive and concerned about the problem. He followed up the next day and suggested we have the car towed back to the dealership. When we arrived, Ted was waiting outside and greeted me right away. He made me feel genuinely important and showed real empathy for my situation. Ted arranged for a loaner car and it was ready when I arrived. About half hour into my drive back home, I discovered that I left my cell phone at the dealership. It was about half an hour before closing time so I gambled and decided to drive back not knowing if I'll get back before closing. I arrived about 10 minutes after closing time but Ted was still there, to my relief. He had called my wife to tell her what happened by he nor my wife had a way to contact me. Ted told me if I did not get back before closing, then he would have called and tell me to meet him somewhere halfway between the dealership and my home in order that I get my phone back. That's what I call real great service!

What a great group of folks to work with. We are rather demanding customers. We quickly knew exactly what we wanted and Ed searched until he found our perfect vehicle and then brought it to us, even staying after his shift was over to accommodate our needs. Negotiations was relatively easy and we came back two days later and our car magically appeared! The paperwork was dealt with quickly and were out the door with our new car in nothing flat.The whole process went swimmingly well!

I was in the market for a gently used Luxury vehicle. Previously had my vehicle (Q45) serviced at this location many times in the past. So i was comfortable visiting Coulter Infiniti again, this time to purchase. I found the sales person, Richard Von Braun, to be very helpful and knowledgable during the entire shopping and buying experience. I feel that he went above and beyond to earn my business.Also worthy of mentention is the Sales Manager, Brian. Very personable and professional as well. He ensured that my vehicle was cleaned and had fuel in it when delivered to me. I felt that my trade was properly graded (verified at KBB.com) and a fair market value given in the trade. He even remembered our daughter was getting married that following saturday. This made me feel more like 'family' than just another sale.Overall, i would rate my experience very well and satisfying. As a professional single woman I have raised two successful children, reached a very comfortable level in my industry, and can fix an occasional leaky faucet. However, I can admit that I am absolutely terrified at the prospect of buying a car or having one serviced! On the advice of a friend that I really trust, I drove 35 miles to go to Coulter Infinity. I was completely amazed at how helpful the sales staff was...but NOT pushy. Even working through the trade-in of my car and financing of my beautiful G37 went very smoothly and believe me, I can be tough when it comes to negotiating. Next hurdle...first service. Will they be as nice as when I was buying the car? I called Mark Sortino, Service Manager, directly. He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone answering my questions. When I arrived at the dealership he personally looked over my car and took notes then introduced me to Gerry Lopez who is now "my guy" at Coulter Infinity. Gerry got everything done on time...as promised...on budget. Could it be?? Was I going to conquer my auto-phobia? Yes!If this had not been a great experience at both the sales and service level I would have taken my business to one of the dealerships closer to my home. But driving a few extra miles is worth the peace of mind from dealing with a company with integrity. Thank you for restoring my faith in the car industry guys.

We were purchasing our 16 year-old son's first car and he really wasn't sure what he wanted. Rick helped us find the perfect car for him and he showed us all the patience of a saint! Our son flip flopped several times between different cars, then between new and pre-owned and finally between a 2 door or a 4 door. Rick actually found a 4-door pre-owned vehicle that we intended to buy, but when we finally decided on a 2 door, Rick never even blinked. He got us an awesome price on a terrific car. This is our third purchase from Richard at Coulter Infinity. We first arrived at the dealership 3 years ago, due to convenience from our home and in search of a "sweet" new car(G37S). We happened to get Richard as our sales person and hit it off with Richard right away. When we look at vehicles, don't want to be a dealership the entire day, waiting for the right price to appear, after speaking with numerous sales staff. We explained this to Richard, and he was totally the right person to meet our purchasing needs. We went and purchased a second vehichle (EX35). Today, in about 3 hours total, we test drove a vehicle(Richard remembered our preferenced and found the perfect one on the lot), the management team ran the numbers and were out the door with a brand new FX35. To tell you the truth, Richard keep apologizing due to the time involved today, however there were several customers at the dealership at the same time.I would highly recommend Coulter Infinity and Richard Von Braun to anyone who expects respect and quality service in one package.

Purchased a one year old Toyota Tundra truck from Richard who helped us immensely with the paper work and details to cross the border into Canada. Everything was done pefectly to facilitate an easy purchase on line and pick-up in Mesa. We had no problems whatsoever in crossing the border several days later as all the paper work had been sent ahead. Wonderful to be picked up at the airport in Phoenix and treated to a loaner car until we could take possession the next day. Would do business with Coulter and Richard again anytime and highly recommend this professional dealership.

From beginning to end, the experience with Coulter Infiniti through our sales representative exceeded my expectations! I do not live in the same town that the dealership is located, which was a complication that was overcome due to the expertise of Ted Rees. He made my experience "hassle free!" When I had arrived to pick up my new car, Ted was at his desk ready and waiting for me with paperwork complete, just needing my signature. When I met Brad in his office, in minimal time, the contract was ready and the deal was finalized. I appreciated the courtesy that was extended to me and was assured that if I did have any questions, all I had to do was to phone or text, and I would be contacted with answers. It doesn't get any better than that!!

I've never purchased a luxury vehicle before so this was all so new for me. We got great customer service and Ted was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and all the inner workings, which should be the way it is with sales personnel, but in my past experiences is not. I never once felt like we were being talked down to or insulted into paying more money, another new experience for me. We had a reasonable, grown-up conversation that always remained respectful. And going through the finance person (I'm horrible with names, sorry) and signing paperwork was another great experience, there was literally no pressure and I felt like the gentleman went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I didn't get my car right away as it needed to go through certification and detailing, but I was given a loaner vehicle (equivalent to my own vehicle) in the mean time, another great first experience. When I did pick up my car, it was perfect. The minor chips and scratches (I purchased a used vehicle) were fixed and immaculate, the interior smelled lovely and looked brand new and they put a new set of tires on. Really nice tires at that! Another wonderful surprise is that the tank was topped off. All of the details that this dealership provided in going above and beyond made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. People may not beleive me, but it is worth it to buy from a certified luxury dealer if for nothing else than the experience. I used to HATE buying cars from dealerships, but this is the first and only experience I can say I didn't leave feeling disspointed and abused. I feel really good about my purchase and I am happy that I had this experience. I don't think I'll ever buy from anyone else again.

The entire staff was friendly and low key, not too pushy. Ted Reese handled me perfectly by letting me make my decision first and then he guided me to the right vehicle for my situation. He was extremely knowledgable about the technical aspects of the Infiniti G37 Sedan and test drove it on his own first to show off the features and then guided my test drive so I could see the benefits on my own. I did not ask them to replace the tires and they certainly had enough ware remaining to sell but they replaced them any way, along with the rear breaks and windshield which was sand pitted. I would recommend this dealership for anyone pursuing an Infiniti. I love my car and have a new found respect for car dealerships.

Nick is always responsive to my inquiries and in scheduling service. He assists in finding the best prices for PM services recommended, even though Coulter's pricing is a little on the high side. Nick found an obscure warranty item during my last service that I had not noticed saving me hundreds if it had gone unnoticed until after my warranty expires. I would recommend Nick and Coulter for any Infiniti service.

My husband came to Mesa and purchased a 2008 Honda S2000 at a very fair price. Brian had only one key to give to my husband and my husband only had one key at the time to give Brian for the Miata that we traded in.
