I bought a jeep off Harry fake today, and I must say at first I had the usual car buying stigma. But Harry changed the expierience into a awesome one. I could not find a Cherokee anywhere that would fit into my budget. Harry actually said well why don't you up your price range a little more and just extend out the term so your able to afford the payments. He got us a fully loaded grand Cherokee at a payment that was the same as other places on a older jeep and not nearly as loaded and nice as the one he was showing me. He got rid of the fear of being screwed over and made this into a lifetime buisness relationship and friendship. I will recommend my friends and family to purchase off of him. On top of everything it took me less then two hours from when I stepped on the lot to drive off with my new vehicle.

At Country Chevrolet I worked with Dana and her manager, Billy. Lights out-they were beyond nice or merely helpful. Before these two became excellent in their jobs they were already terrific human beings. I got the sense that this is part of the culture of this organization. They love working here and it shows. I haven't purchased a truck since buying my 1988 Chevy Silverado. So I had a great deal of learning to do in a short time. Dana backed out truck after truck for me to try, different makes: Toyota, Chevy, Ford, different cab styles, we were at it for hours... Billy was literally running across the large lots to find the configuration that I finally decided on. He test drove one model for me to give me his take--I could go on. There was ZERO pressure, the price discussions were more than cordial. I drove an hour and a quarter to this dealership because the ratings and reviews were very good and I found out why. Chevy trucks are great, but they don't just sell Chevy's. I am certain that anyone reading this would have the exact same experience if you worked with these people.

They own the Dealers Trade Oulet and these guys were so nice and understanding in the beginning. They got me the truck I wanted. My first clue should have been the non negotiable down payment of $5000. Then I get the truck up to me and finally get to look at it and it has problems all over. First the drivers seat is missing it's bar underneath to adjust the seat. It was removed by a previous owner. Then the hood has been wrecked by some sort of acid spilled on it, the front grille is chipped and scratched. The side F150 is missing paint and is chipped. I thought that was all the issues but I was wrong. When I got a mechanic to look at it, he lets me know the turn signals will have to be replaced since they stick, the key sticks also and will need replacing, the emission system of the truck is not up to Pa code and will need fixing and a brand new drivers side seat will need to be installed. So I contact them and ask them for $3000 of my money back since repairs alone will cost me $3500 and they flat out refuse. Selling me a lemon, well I have an appointment with an attorney on Monday and my bank. They won't get away with lying to me. That's for sure. BBB also called! DO NOT buy from here.

I came in for the seat belt recall on my 2011 Malibu and was told it would be 1.5 hr. job. It was actually completed in an hour which was great. Following an unfortunate accident, I was in need of a replacement car and chose to look at a 2016 Chevrolet Trax at Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, VA. The Sales Agent was extremely responsive to my need for quick turn-around, including bottom-line cost and desired options. He was very patient with my multitude of questions which required much time and effort on his part. During my accident-recovery period, he brought the car to my house for my first inspection and then delivered it to me with all the sale paperwork to complete. Brought my 2000 GMS Serra that I bought used from a Used car dealer in Chantilly. Told me that they did $$$$ work on the truck. Well they didn't. My brake system failed so we took it to Country Chevrolet in Warrenton, Virginia,where I have my car that I bought there serviced. Brake system was a slice and dice mess. Also the found that there where 5 recalls on this vehicle that they fix that the used dealership didn't find out or just didn't tell us.(Won't recommend this Chantilly used car lot to any one) They fixed all the problems. Steve, the service manager is one great guy. His service department is great and they call you with estimate before working on your car/truck. The mechanic that has worked on are vehicles was great, We have been asking for him to work on all are vehicles that come. I give Country Chevrolet 10 stars. Recommended them for car purchases also.

The service was excellent. I made a morning appointment so I could drop my car off the evening before. One of my goals for simple service is to not actually talk to a service advisor. I simply want to drop off my car, get a call when it's ready, and go to the cashier to pay and pick up my car. When I asked the cashier if she could apply a coupon or service credit, she told me the advisor would have to do that. I think you should give the cashier the ability to take care of these types of transactions, it might even save wear and tear on your service advisors.

Stop by 4 weeks ago looking for a diesel none in stock 4 weeks later stop at another dealership owned by country Chevy and nice older gentleman said that I should probably go by that he thought they would have 1 since all he had were gas. Stop by met young guy name JC only been three 5 weeks but had good knowledge of what I wanted and told me that they were slow and he was told to try sell all silverados because they were loaded heavy on trucks he was right they had the 1 I wanted we sat down he proposed some numbers I counter next thing I was signing papers great experience not pushy at all definitely recommend this dealer for sales. Going into this dealership is a very positive experience, whether it's for an oil change or a brake job. All the personnel are pleasant and nice to talk to and are very knowledgeable. Steve Chipman goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. When I pick up my car, I know it is in excellent condition. Most dealerships wash the cars after servicing. You may want to offer this in the future. I have bought several cars from this dealereship but the last time I talked to a salesman I referred to my previous purcases and he said the records did not go back to early 2000. After that I received a notice in the mail about trading in the vehicles that I previously mentioned. Guess I won't be buying any more vehicles from this dealership.

I took my vehicle in for repairs, the first time it wasn't done right and the service manager took it back in at no charge and had it fixed right. The second time it wasn't completed in the time quoted due to getting the parts for the repair. Thats understandable, getting the right parts in a timely manor is out of their control. Although both times I was supplied with a loner car at no charge. The service manager did a great job not to make the inconvenience worse and make things work out.

Had my state inspection done where I always go and when it passed and they gave me back my car it drove like crap. They looked and looked and could not figure it out so I took my Avalanche to County Chevrolet. After discussing the issue with the service department one of the young techs asked if it was 4 wheel drive. He said it could be the front differential was stuck in 4 wheel low. We went and looked and sure enough the safety inspector had put the truck in 4 wheel low and no one saw it. After starting the engine and putting it back in 2 wheel drive and a test drive everything was great. NO CHARGE!! Great friendly professionals that really care and take care of their customers.

Dealer told me depending upon the amount of work they had to do it would cost between X and Y, normally most of the dealers I have gone to and they make that kind of verbal quote it is always the higher end of the quote. I made an appointment with the salesman before flying to Minnesota for my son's graduation. When I returned home, I met with the salesman. He was prompt and ready to speak to me and very respectful I might add. He made the whole transaction pleasant and easy for me to understand. I love the Cruze I purchased from Brian Brown last September but exerienced some unusual electrical complications with the car this past spring. On Monday I was informed my Purvis Ford that the engine in my car was blown. Btw they charged me $233 to tell me that which is a joke!! Anyway, I contacted Country told them the 2 vehicles I was interest in and that I was on my way. Got there around 6:30 he had the vehicles ready, he provided a detailed overview of the specs. We did a test drive, processed paperwork he set up my Onstar, and other features and by 8 we were out of there!!!! Also Johnny Powers a mechanic did an awesome job helping me decide what to buy before I even got there!! Kudos to him!!!! He deserves a bonus for his hard work helping me!!

We had an issue with our 2009 Suburban while we were out riding around on one of our snow days last week. It resulted in the oil pressure dropping and the check engine light coming on. My husband got up early Saturday morning and headed to Country, which is over an hour from our house, called them on the way there and they got us right in and diagnosed/fixed the problem. Thankfully, it wasn't a huge issue and it was handled professionally and quickly. This is one of the thousands of reasons why we always go back to this dealership to purchase as well as take our vehicles there for service.

Buying a new or used car, the relationship one has with a dealership is singularly important. You (buyer) must have the confidence that the dealer is out to assist and guide you not for your money but for the best deal possible for each party. Andy's philosophy has always been, "take care of the customer because they will take care of us" is extremely poignant. If I buy a car from Andy and he treats me well, I will have my maintenance performed at his establishment. Long term maintenance is where the real money is located in the deal. We buyers do not mind that because we want to take care of our investment secure in our belief that when we are ready to trade that vehicle in, we will receive the very best deal possible.

I had a day of shopping and appointments planned when I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. I immediately called Country Chevrolet to see about getting it towed. Steve Chipman was extremely helpful, giving me the phone number for Roadside Chevy. The tow truck driver was at my house within an hour and was able to start my car, but the "check engine light" came on and I drove it directly down to Country. Steve arranged for a loaner car so I could continue with my errands and he even suggested that I take this time to get the free maintenance taken care of as well. The following day my car was ready and I am very satisfied with the helpful people and service that I received.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating; parking is a nightmare and you have to have an appointment, you can't just drop your car off and have them look at it when they can? (Guess the parking situation has a little to do with that). When my vehicle was dropped off, the mechanic was very good at updating us on the status. They called when other issues were noticed on the vehicle to ask what we wanted to do; they also gave us suggestions on what needed to be done ASAP and what could wait a little until we had the money (very nice). The service time was quick and pick up was a breeze. Thank you for all you do!

My salesperson was John Clampitt and he was exceptional. The Sales Manager, Steve Myers, was also great. I was given a very fair price and it was clear John wanted to make sure my buying experience was second to none. This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I am a pretty "picky" customer. I was also very impressed with the service staff as they clearly know a lot about the vehicles sold by their dealership. I am a certified car nut and make it my business to know about the cars I own from a technical standpoint. Every question I asked about the car I was buying was answered correctly because I verified almost everything they told me. This is not my usual dealership experience and it was a most pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Country Chevrolet.

The brakes on my car were making a horrible noise and it was 3:30 on a Friday. We needed the car early next morning for a trip. I called Chris Peterson and he said to bring it right over. He got on it immediately and put it on a lift. The mechanic had a break from another car and they had the parts and worked on our car right then...fabulous! I was driving around Warrenton when the check engine light came on. I figured I'll just pop into Country Chevy and have them take a look. Just bought car a few months ago from Country and had an issue that needed looked at, made appointment for following week. When a day or so later we decided to look at another used car that was located at their facility we noticed a small smoking area under the hood of her Sonic....little more concerned about driving for another week until scheduled appointment. Talked with Steve upon arrival and although they were very busy, he fit us into the schedule and fixed the problem and only charged us for an oil change that was due anyway. I have been a regular service department customer at Country Chevrolet since I purchased my Malibu in 2006. The service is above reproach. The service department employees are friendly and helpful. Each time I bring my Malibu for service I receive a spotless loaner car to use while the work is completed. The cost is comparable to a private garages' charges. The only service that I have had other than from Country Chevrolet is oil changes between checkups. I highly recommend Country Chevrolet for both sales and service.

Country is the only shop I trust with my 2010 Malibu LTZ V-6. I bought it new there and they have been very accommodating for all my regular routine maintenance visits.Terry is my service advisor and he always takes very good care of me. I have been a Country Chevrolet customer for over 11 years now, and I have been pleased with the service I have received until recently. I am not sure what changed, but the service I received recently was unsatisfactory. I made an appointment for my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe a week in advance, and took my SUV in the night before my appointment to make sure that it was there by 8 am the following day. The day of service, I did not receive a call, so I decided to call after 1 pm, and was advised that the technician was at lunch and probably would not get to my vehicle until he returned. I then received a call about 4 pm stating that it would be the next day before my SUV would be serviced due to an issue with a vehicle that was serviced before mine. This was a huge deal considering that I had a planned vacation the following day. Nevertheless, I dealt with the misfortune, only to be disappointed more. The following day, after not receiving a phone call, I decided to call the service department after 2 pm, and was advised that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Why did I not get a phone call considering that they had my vehicle for over 24 hours??? I was expecting to not only get a call when my vehicle was completed, but also a call giving me status. My service cost was $1050, which is a substantial amount. If I was dealing with a paying customer, regardless of the bill amount, I think I would show my appreciation a little more. Anyway, I am done with Country Chevrolet. Not only because of the inconvenience, but also the lack of professionalism displayed after the inconvenience. Oh, I did get $50 off after ASKING for a discount. Again, after ASKING for a discount. After over 11 years, this is the treatment that I get as a paying customer. Thanks.//Marcus

I special ordered a 2014 Camaro ZL1, Ben Greer was INCREDIBLE, made everything very easy. Also, most dealers wouldn't even get back to me. The experience that I had buying a new silverado at country Chevrolet was unbelievable. The sales staff was very calm and non pressuring about the entire experience. I told them exactly what I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay and they were able to do it without a problem. There was no need for any sales tricks, I felt that they were upfront and honest the entire time. I have gone back to country for every oil change and service and they have been nothing but outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

After searching the internet (200 mile radius) for a used vehicle that met my requirements, I found that car 2 blocks from our home. I had looked at four other dealerships and was disappointed in each case. Ben Greer was completely familiar with all the cars features and answered any questions in depth. This was opposed to one dealer where I asked the salesperson "Where's the battery" and the response was "I don"t Know". The price was more than competitive and after a little negotiation the price of my trade in met my expectations and confirmed my research. The vehicle was delivered as promised and Ben Greer personally followed up on a few items that were missing from the vehicle. Ben also spent a great deal of time explaining how to operate all the cars options, set up Bluetooth and Onstar for us, demonstrated the Navigation system, etc. Overall, an excellent buying experience.

Who ever said buying a car was stressful obviously has never went to Country Chevrolet. My original reason for going to country was they had the SUV I wanted with the best price in the area. However, what I also learned was not only was I getting the best price in the area but also getting the best service. From top to bottom it was a very easy transaction. Ben was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, from the cars functions to the paper work that was needed to be filled out. He also answered any additional questions I had in a very professional yet comforting manner . My next car purchase will definitely be from country and I would and will recommend them to anyone. After all these years of car buying misery my only complaint is I didnt find Country Chevrolet sooner.

Why? Because by accident, I caught this dealership selling a bad used car, which they advertised as "clean". During a repair, it was discovered the "clean" vehicle had been in a previous accident and once I described to them the shoddy repairs included piecing the vehicle back together again with drywall screws to hold the support rails together, wood shims and crappy soldiering which were all rusting out, they told me to bring the car back and they would trade me out of it, into a brand new car in order to "stand behind me as the customer" and to "make me whole". That's what I was told - so that is what I expected. What I got instead was a new vehicle, at least 2 trim levels DOWN from what I had; a 20% increase in my monthly payment and a 20% longer payback period. That is not "standing behind a customer"; nor is it "making me whole". That is financial xxxx.Country could have corrected the shoddy workmanship for a measly two thousand dollars and I would have kept the used vehicle. They did not offer to do that - instead they offered to put me in a new car. They could have bought the lemon car back and we could have started from scratch - but they did not offer to do that either. They also told me they did not feel right selling that vehicle outright to someone else now that they knew about the shoddy repairs so they told me they would be putting it to auction. LIE. They did not do that....they instead put it back out on their lot for FOUR THOUSAND MORE THAN THEY "GAVE" ME ON THE TRADE.I bought the used vehicle for $24,000; they gave me $18,000 five months later on a trade and then put it back out on the lot - in its current state of shoddy repair work WHICH THEY KNEW ABOUT with a sticker of $22,000 (plus $500 in BS "admin fees" which I had to pay TWICE) and again advertised the car with a CLEAN REPORT! LIE and DOUBLE LIE. When the GM called me to sniff out my response to their "after-the-sale-request-for-input" email and I told him what happened he basically scoffed at me and sneered about it was my problem now because after all...."I signed the deal so...." and "clean" really means the title is clean. What? And....they sell "x" number of cars a week (or month or year...whatever) and he can't possibly know each of the cars and each of the deals.... -- What? I'm still trying to figure out why the xxxx he bothered to call me.These people are shifty, slippery eels who do NOT do for their customers...they take a pile of poo, lace it with arsenic and then cover it with icing and proclaim how it is the best dessert ever. FRAUDS. So, now it has become my mission to do everything I can to spread the word: choose another Dealer - especially if you are buying used.

I have actually purchased 2 vehicles from Ben Greer and the Country Chevrolet team, a New Car (Equinox) 3 years ago and a Used Car (09 Suburban) this year. I still own both vehicles, one for me and one for my wife.The reason why I chose Country over other dealerships is that they gave me the best trade-in estimate of everyone I talked with. In fact they were the most comparable to the KBB Trade-in value I had researched on the Internet. Other dealers, especially Carmax, wanted to lowball me on the trade-in offer which I considered an insult. At Country Chevrolet I was not treated like a "Sucker" like so many other places try to do.I would also like to recommend Ben Greer if you are heading there looking for a car. He was always very quick to reply to my e-mail questions, even when he was not actually in the office. He also went to bat for me when we were negotiating and I had additional requests added in to the sales contract. His knowledge of Cars, including the mechanical aspects, was very impressive as well.

I have bought 10-12 vehicles over the past decade and in most cases, I could easily think back to an incident or issue regarding the entire process that I thought could have been handled differently. In a couple cases, I had to wait an extraordinary period of time for the paper-work to be completed because nothing had been done ahead of time even though I had submitted all the requested documents. And then there was the brand new Demo Corvette with about 150 miles on it but only a quarter tank of gas in it that I didn't notice until I was almost home and too far to go back to the dealership. These kinds of issues may seem small to an outsider but they really matter when the outlay of funds is in the tens of thousands of dollars.I say all this because not only were these and other issues taken care of with Mr. Greer and the 2010 Corvette he sold me today; but the his level of thoughtfulness and attention to the most minute detail in various communications before I arrived speaks well of his professionalism and dedication to his customers. I was so confident of his professionalism and honesty that I did not even test drive the Corvette before hitting the highway for home,Would I journey from Indiana, Pennsylvania to Warrenton, Virginia to buy another vehicle (Corvette) from Mr. Greer and Country Chevrolet? I have been driving a 88 suburban I have a very long commute everyday needless to say gas was killing me for that thing. Dan sold one of my coworkers a car and we started talking about how much I drive and the cost of fuel. How I was pretty much making a car payment putting gas into my suburban so he told me to come in and just test drive a Chevy Sonic. So what do you think I thought after I drove a new car? I had been looking for a 'new-to-me' suburban for about a month. I picked the worst time winter) to begin my search. Local dealerships had what I wanted, but were too busy playing the price game and I felt like a mouse in a snake pit at all of them. I happened across Country Chevrolet online with the model I was looking for and sent an email inquiry. Ben Greer welcomed us knowing that I have brought many Chevrolets but only from my brother and my husband did not want to buy an expensive Suburban. I spent 8 hrs once trying to buy a toyota that i had picked out from the website line-up of vehicles. With Ben and Country, that was not the case at all. Ben cut to the chase on the price, avoiding any back and forth with approval managers, etc. We took a great test drive (of my new Volt); Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable about the car, the Country Chevrolet facility, the service hours, everything about which I had questions. We arranged for pick-up of the car -- so I could get mine ready for trade in and so Ben could ensure the Volt was ready for pick-up. That process went seamlessly. Ben and his team (Dana & Adam( worked though all the details in a breeze. Finally, Ben invested his time with me to ensure i was fully comfortable with the new technologies in the Volt. Dana followed up a few days later just to ensure everything was working smoothly. I was very skeptical about buying a Chevy...not anymore. I will be returning to Country Chevrolet for my Volt servicing and likely my next new car to replace another 165K mile car!

Mr Brian McClain was very prompt in answering my email inquiry on a Sunday and effective communicated with me that the office was closed. We later arranged to meet on Monday morning. When I arrived the vichecle was ready for me and after a short test drive it was paperwork time and sold in less than 2hours. I was very pleased with how easy and smooth the process was from start to finish.

My husband and I test drove the 2013 Malibu and ended up buying it. Ben Greer was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding this vehicle. We brought along our adult daughter to add a neutral measure for the back passenger status and Ben even answered her questions as well. Not missing a beat, he rattled off facts and information to all three of us regarding performance and upgrades as if it was second nature. We personally appreciated also, the time Ben took to ensure the sale, well into the 9pm to 10pm time frame and on a weeknight at that! After initial paperwork was secured, Ben then took even more time and made sure to go through the car's electronic offerings with my husband. Since I had to depart, work and commuting the next day, I was offered the same tutorial on a day convenient to my schedule. This is above and beyond normal car sales behavior.Ben went above these normal performances of a typical car salesman. This kindness is something we aren't used to from car salesmen. Usually the behavior is more hounding and stalking.Thank you Ben, for being so informative and kind. Thank you Country Chevrolet for employing this salesman. It encourages us to return in the future for car maintenance but also to purchase another auto.

I have never taken the time to rate a purchase before but wanted to write that we thoroughly enjoyed buying a new Suburban from Ben Greer and his team including Dana Payne and Steve Myers. They answered my emails promptly and stayed late to accomodate our travel schedule from Charlottesville. The 2011 new Suburban we were aiming for had a color a bit too bright for us and they came up with a 2012 model much to our liking and helped us on the price difference. They gave us a fair trade value on our older Suburban. We drove back the next day to pick it up. Ben Greer gave us a thorough check out on the updated electronics. We recommend this team at Country Chevrolet.

Sales person was very thorough and took the time to explain all the features on the vehicle, answer all questions, and was very personable. Overall experience with the dealership was a very positive one. The whole process was explained in depth and I did not feel pressured or rushed into purchasing a vehicle. I left the dealership with a brand new car (went in thinking I could only afford a used one), that was still within my price range, and I left knowing all of the features of the car and will bring the car back to this dealership for all routine maintenace as well .

We recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze (only 6000 miles) from Country Chevrolet in Warrenton and the experience was hassle free. Our initial search for comparing three different economical cars (Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra, and Chevy Cruze) began via the internet and completing contact forms. Ben Greer and his assistant Dana answered all questions via email without applying the usual car sales-representative, pressure, which was refreshing. Extending this same compliment to the other car dealers representatives is not applicable, received relentless pressure to visit their dealership.We walked into the Warrenton dealership at 9 am on a Saturday expecting to test drive a 2012 Chevy Cruze model that did not have all the bells and whistle I wanted in a car, but our finances were tight so. Ben showed us the 2011 fully loaded model (only 6000 miles) and in the color I wanted, test drove it and by 10 am drove off the lot in the 2011 model. The trade in vehicle, which received approximately fair - market value, did defray the cost, bringing the total to a manageable payment.The experience at Warrenton Country Chevrolet was a hassle free experience and both Ben Greer and his assistant Dana were pleasant no pressure individuals. We came to Brian at Country Chevrolet under desperation. Our Jeep Liberty had serious engine damage and we needed to buy another car. Brian was the first salesperson to approach us and was willing to walk all over the dealership to show us the few cars that we seemed interested in. After talking about our needs, Brian directed us to the 2012 Equinox, and it was perfect. Brian was extremely friendly, outgoing, helpful, and honest with us the whole time. After looking for a deisel truck for quite sometime and being unsuccessful, I did find one at Country Chevy that was suitable for my needs. After emailing Mr. Ben Greer on the vehicle that I had asked for more info on, I was greeted by him when I arrived at the dealership. Mr. Greer was very knowledgable on the vehicles that we had looked at and was professional at all times. All questions and or concerns that I had for Mr. Greer were answered and he also involved Mr. Brain McClain on a few questions as well. Everyone at the dealership seemed to work together as team from glancing around the offices and that is always a HUGE plus. Bottom line is that Country Chevy is not any where near my daily travels and is a hike to get to, although the trip was worth it. I ended up with a very nice vehicle and had exceptional service from the personnel at the dealership, especially Mr. Ben Greer. We were desperately searching for a used vehicle (to replace a truck with a blown transmission) in good shape at a fair price. Our dealings with Nicole and the dealership were the most pleasant, fair and above-board experience we could have asked for (after many unpleasant encounters with Northern Va dealerships). We will definitely return to Nicole and Country Chevrolet in the future, and have already referred Nicole to friends and family. She was straight-up about everything, and we were in and out (even with a trade-in) with our 'new' used vehicle in less than 2 hours (with no surprises like extra costs, etc). Amazing! We couldn't have been more pleased- at last, a positive car-buying experience!

I owned a late model Dodge 3/4 Diesel and had major failure of my transfer case on Christmas Eve that left me stranded on the Pennsylvania turnpike for nearly 12 hours. I never planned on purchasing a new/used vehicle but was forced to. I was refered to Country Chevrolet and specifically Brian McClain in sales by Sam Green. It was January 3rd and the weather was horrible to say the least. Blowing winds and "virginia snow" was coming down sideways. That didn't stop Brian from showing me several NEW/USED Silverados though. After he'd pulled a 2012 1500 Silverado out I'd noticed next to it was a 2500 HD of which I thought was going to be way out of my price range. I said hey Brain what about this 2500 HD over here. Without hesitation he walked back to the showroom to get the keys.We were sure that this truck wasn't the "right one" for me. We pulled it out and much to the surprise of Brain, Sam, and I the truck was an '07 with only 28k miles on it. It was immaculate inside and out.We took it for a short test drive and the truck was flawless. We proceeded into the finance stage of the deal and Country Chevrolet worked with my credit and we nailed down a deal that was "suprisingly" fair and equitable for both Country Chevrolet and myself.All in all the experience was awesome and I would recommend Country Chevrolet and Brian McClain to all my friends.Shane R. I am not clear on why the other reviewers on this site had such issues years ago. The staff and selection at Country are just top notch. They walked me through the buying process . I had a very specific payment I needed and they helped me get the most bang for my buck. My impala looks great was checked out through the service department and cleaned and full tank of gas before I left. They have free loaner cars in service even for use car customers!!! A fleet of 40! I will definately recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Country Chevrolet

Tried to buy a new car from these people but they returned one of my emails and exactly one phone call. Seemed friendly etc in the store, but did absolutely NOTHING to try to seal the deal. Wasn't expecting to be treated like a KING but come on, I'm going to be spending a lot of money at your place, the LEAST you could do is ACT like you're interested in my business. Oh well, in the end I guess you weren't, since I went elsewhere, and bought from a dealer that cared. Never going back to Country and suggest you think it through before you go also. Country must be doing VERY WELL to not give a hoot about communicating with perspective buyers.

i am writing this to let the buyers know to beware of country chevrolet, THEY ARE CROOKS! I purchased a 07 equinox in febuary 2010 and it is turning out to be the worst decision i have ever made. when i purchased the vehicle it was almost dark so i couldnt really look the car over, lesson one: dont rely on the salesman to properly inform u on the condition of your vehicle. the next morning i went out to look at the vehicle only to notice the headlight had moisture inside the lens. i purchased the $1800 extended warrany and i was told that the headlight is not covered under warranty. so after pulling some teeth i finally got them to agree to fix it. and trying to get a appointment set up was a hassle. person in service dept. would never return my phone calls to set up the appointment so i called and left a rude message and she finally called me back and told me that she didnt appreciate the message because she had called me like 12 times but never left me a message. called me 12 times and never left a message. let it be known that the phone records never showed that happening. and to show how childish they are after they fixed the headlight on the ticket she had to put on there that she called me 12 times. to add insult to injury the great mechanics at COUNTRY CHEVROLET, when the headlight was fixed, they left a screwdriver under the hood. it was a broken screwdriver, if they didnt want it anymore they could have thrown it away not leave it under my hood to fall down in the engine. and i still have the screwdriver. i also went to use the jack to do some work and there is no lug wrench which is also the thing u use to jack the vehicle up!ladies and gentlemen thats not all! the tires were less than new by a long shot, except for one tire. i tried to get that taken care of and the salesman(you know who u are), the honest salesman(ha), told me that that was not something that could be done because it would have to be added into the sales price or come out of his commission, and needless to say i had already purchased the vehicle. he was not about to come off his comission. thanks alot BEN GREER.and while we are on the subject of honesty(or lack thereof) i noticed some body work had been done to rear bumper and no one at COUNTRY CHEVROLET offered to give that info prior to me purchasing the vehicle. not to mention all the other cosmetic blemishes. i have emailed COUNTRY CHEVROLETS owner about my concerns with the vehicle twice and i have not heard a peep from anyone at COUNTRY CHEVROLET. I guess what they say is true, a dealership is only as good the person who owns it. and apparently this owner isnt hittin on much. i got a letter from him about 2 months after buying and it refered to me as a loyal customer or something like that, what a crock!i would like to thank the owner and all of his croonies at COUNTRY CHEVROLET for such a wonderful car buying experience. you give warrenton a bad name. i am gonna do whatever it takes to get this resolved, whether its the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU or get a lawyer involved or both. just to let everyone know that there is more wrong than this i just feel like i have already wasted too much of my time on this worry free car buying experience.

To whom it may concern, I purchased my 2004 Chevrolet truck from what I thought was a respectable Dealership.My experience with purchasing the vehicle was fine, no problems.The problem started when I purchased my extended warranty.I was told when I purchased the warranty it was the top of the line.I was charged almost $2000.00 for the warranty that I would later learn wasn't as good as the paper it was written on.The dealership incorrectly filled out the paper work not allowing me to have the extent of the full benefits of the warranty.After trying to work with the dealership and the warranty company to correct this issue. The dealership left me choice but to notify the Better Business Bureu.The dealership still finds excuses not to correct there mistakes. Please be advised this is NOT your hometown dealership. They are only out to make money.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. It was an on-line purchase of a new 2007 Tahoe and we got it for a fantastic price, plus they delivered it to our house! We never even stepped foot in the dealership. Everything was done by e-mail and fax and we signed the paperwork when the car was delivered. During test drive, car had vibration. was told vibration would be repaired if car was purchased. <br>Took it back 4x ...underwent various repairs. <br>vibration still there after 4th visit. <br>was told that car was within gm specs and no further action would be taken. <br>Car still vibrates (this was a used vehicle I purchased from a dealer to avoid this type of thing...my mistake)<br>was made to feel like a liar and a child in every attempt to reconcile this situation.
