I love Country Club. Every time I go there I get treated well and I feel the staff is looking out after me. This time, I had some service done. The staff was very knowledgable, and even pointed out a deal to me that I was unaware in regards to my tires. I drive an hour to get there, but it's worth every mile. Service like this you just don't find every day.

I know that this is a busy season, but I had an appointment on January 5 at 1:00 pm. I stopped by to see what was going on and I was told that they were overwhelmed and they would get to it the next day. I never received a call to let me know what was going on. Thursday night, two days later, I stopped in and was told that they don't know when they could get to it. It was indicated to me that it would be another week or more. Thursday night I went home and ponder my options and came to the conclusion that I need to take my truck somewhere else. Friday morning I walked into the dealership and asked for my keys. No questions were asked and went outside where I had a tow truck waiting and removed it from the dealership.

I drove to Country Club from Binghamton, NY to have oil change, tires rotated, check on a loud noise when hatch locks into open position and rear wind shield wiper. The way I was treated is second to none. Mark Fairchilds does an excellent job making sure his customers are treated as if they were his only customer. It seems to be automatic that with an oil change, the tires are rotated. While I know the importance of tire rotation, I don't feel it should have to be done with every oil change. This last time it was almost fifty dollars. For those of us on a tight budget this is a lot. I will ask next time to forego the tire rotation.

At first i was quoted as having to wait up to 5 hours for my repairs, but after that was sorted out it didn't take nearly as long. Visit was quick my only issue is the car is barely 2 months old and I have had more issues with it than I would like, but thats not the dealership's fault. They're extremely helpful in sorting out and correcting these issues.

A good overall experience. The only complaint I had is not being "kept in the loop" while the Salesman tried to locate the vehicle I wanted, one like it was not available on the lot. I had to email and inquire if a vehicle was indeed located after waiting 2 days and no communication from dealership.

Came to the dealership to get a recall fixed. I asked them to check something that the dealership I bought it from would be out of pocket. They checked it, fixed it, and told me it was under warranty! Also while ilI waited a wonderful gentleman shuttled my two kids and I to Walmart and back!

I had done research on crossovers made by different manufactures and had narrowed my search down to Chevrolet Traverse, GMC Arcadia and the Toyota Highlander. After visual inspection of all the models I decided on the GMC Arcadia. It is beautiful! All I wanted in a vehicle, great cargo space for my dogs and supplies. Lastly, my sales rep Preston Winters was the best. He was knowledgeable about the car and all the technology held within. He did not hard sell, but gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Great job!

I was having a problem with the HVAC system sometimes fogging the interior windows and I dropped the car off for diagnosis in the morning, expecting to hear back in the afternoon. I received a call shortly before noon that the problem was diagnosed and repaired and that the car was washed and ready for pickup. Very good service!

Has turned around 360 degrees..I tried the service two years ago and it wasn't good. This time I had an app't at 1pm and was told it would be one hour. They took my car in at 1pm and I was on my way at 2pm..was very impressed.

My car had a check engine light during an out of town drive. I called OnStar who ran remote diagnostics and found the general problem. OnStar connected me with my dealer who scheduled me to come in the morning after we returned home. I dropped the car off in the morning, expecting that they might be a while since I had only given them a day's notice, but they called me mid-morning to report that the problem was fixed. They had also completed my state inspection while the car was there, even though this was an add on request when I dropped the car off. I was very pleased with the process, the speed of getting my problem addressed and the dealer's efforts to accomodate my needs.

The work that was done on my GMC is excellent. To my surprise the folks in the service dept checked my records and saw that I had an extended warranty on my vehicle, I never dreamed that the repairs they needed to do would be covered, but they checked and they were, so what I thought to be a $1,000 was reduced to $200. I have been using CCS for the past 20 years, the only issue I had is that Barbara Dillon chose to retire and I missed her. However the young man that helped me, just hired, did a very good job and will continue to improve I am sure! One other suggestion is that for some of us having to sit and wait for our cars to be serviced can be lengthy in time spent. Perhaps, a pick up and drop off service could be implemented with a fee of course for those of us who would prefer that kind of service.

Wait was much better than my last visit. I do wish the waiting area was a bit nicer, maybe vending machines instead of just old coffee and powdered creamer. Car wash was better this time, last visit the car looked like someone just ran a dirty sponge over it, I had to re-wash the windows when I got home they were so bad.
