I brought my car in for its 40,000 check up and oil change and all was great. I was told it was going to take an hour and a half and it only took one hour. The ladies in the garage we really very helpful and went over every detal. Couldn't ask for better service on my Altima!

Just purchased a 2016 Nissan Versa....again. The original Versa that I purchased in March was involved in a car accident in August that totaled the car. I needed another Versa and figured that after the amazing shopping experience I had buying the first car, I'd go back to Country Nissan. I made an appointment and met with a different salesperson than I had before. I have to say that the experience this time was so uncomfortable that I left without a car and it took me another month to make another appointment. This time, I made sure that I made the appointment with Jason, my original salesperson. My appointment with Jason renewed my confidence in friendly salespeople and in Country Nissan. He remembered me and my situation from the last time I met with him, and he made the car buying experience again, completely painless. He chatted with me while I waited to fill out the financing paperwork and calmed my anxiety from the first meeting I had. Thanks to Jason, I was able to complete the car buying process, again! I would recommend Country Nissan to anyone looking to buy a car, as long as they had Jason as a salesperson!

I visited Country Nissan on a Sunday afternoon, I met with David Curtis and we went over some figures on a 2017 Maxima. We reached a deal on a lease without hassle. The staff is very professional, respectful and pleasant. I had been to 4 other Nissan Dealers in the area and was treated unfairly and cold by the sales man there, Country Nissan has been the opposite, they were the friendliest most professional staff I have met in my 9 years of leasing with Nissan. David is honest, straightforward and not your typical annoying sales guy. There was no pressure, just the facts, which made buying my first new car a breeze! I recently bought a BMW from this Nissan dealership, and by far it was the easiest and best experience I've had with buying a car. I will go out of the way to say the Sales Manager went above and beyond and met all expectactions that come with that job, from professionalism to great interaction with the customer base. Going to different dealerships and looking to purchase a BMW at a younger age can be tough because some places will blatantly talk down to you or talk in a very condescending tone. Although, the sales manager at this dealership will talk to you one on one and I was able to talk to him man to man instead of man to dealer. As a prior veteran he thanked me for my service many times and made me feel comfortable in the buying process. Him, the salesman, and the General manager all worked great together and as a whole would recommend this dealership to my friends/family.

I have been having all of my work and maintenance done at Country NISSAN since I've had my 2011 Juke. I have always had the best customer service from them. I feel they are trustworthy and do great work. My last visit required getting a part for a repair that was only available directly from Japan. It was going to take weeks for the part to come in. They gave me a loaner vehicle and allowed me to keep it for the weeks that it took to get the part. I'm grateful to have a dealership close by that takes good care of me. Thanks Country NISSAN.

I bought a used vehicle from Country Nissan. I expected repair costs. I did not expect to be sold an extended warranty and be told it covered EVERYTHING for the $100 deductible. I had huge repair costs in less than one year of ownership. The last was $3k. To add insult to injury Country doubled the repair cost. I had the work done elsewhere for half their quote. Complete dishonesty. Shameful way to treat people. You lost a customer in me for life.

My salesman (Rodd) was excellent. I had a bit or trouble working out the final deal with the finance guys because we are from out of state and they didn't know how to deal with the out of state taxes. Unfortunately, that meant a big surprise bill after I had already signed the lease contract. Major bummer. Rodd was awesome, though. He was super thorough in answering all of my numerous questions, great about returning my call or text.

I recently brought my car in for a 30,000 mile service. It was done within a reasonable timeframe and the service associate was polite and friendly. Everything was good until I turned on my car, turned on the AC, and an unusual sound was coming through the air conditioning vents that I had never heard before. I immediately went back to the service desk. The associate came out to my car and listened with me, appeared to also have heard what I did, and brought it back to the garage. A couple minutes later he came out and said that nothing with the service was wrong, but that there might be some dirt in some other vent and in order to open that up and possibly replace it, would cost an additional $200 something dollars. Now I know some things are coincidental, but how can my car not be making any noise and as soon as it is done being worked on, it makes noise, and you tell me I would have to pay to have this fixed? If this was the first time this happened, maybe I would feel differently but this has happened before. A year or two ago I brought in my car for routine maintenance and as soon as I turned my heat on, a loud clicking sound was coming from the vents. The associate told me that perhaps a leaf or something was stuck in one of the filters, and even for them to just open it up would cost me an additional large fee. I do not find this acceptable. How can I be expected to pay hundreds of more dollars to fix something that didn't need to be fixed before I brought my car into the garage? If I couldn't get this inspected for free, I would have been happy with maybe some sort of discount on my current service or a discount for a future oil change or something. I was very disappointed this happened again with the same unfavorable outcome. When it comes time for me to consider trading in my vehicle or buying a new one, I am having strong doubts that I will come back to this dealership and if someone were to ask me for a recommendation, I can't say this location would be on my list.

You have two very good service writers with Jerry and Beverly they help me get through the process of getting my exhaust system fixed. As for the exhaust very poor design nissan need to emprove on this design not very green having to replace an entire exhaust system when only the flange failed. They need to look at this design perhaps making it so that only the flange needs to be replaced I hope they at least recycle all this stainless steel. Note to nissan designs like this also drive up the cost of ownership of your trucks not good for your business customer looking to save were ever they can.

My first time going to an actual dealership rather than an auction or a used car dealership - which both places I had really good experiences and was able to drive numerous cars and had to do little waiting. Not what I expected - in a bad way. It was the first time having to wait to see a car. I called a head of time to arrange a time to see a particular vehicle. I thought they would have it ready to be viewed. It was not the case. (Maybe if I did it online it would have been ready?) I gave my information and the wait continued. Not sure what it was that needed to be done. After a half an hour I finally got to see the vehicle. The keys are found so I am thinking we are ready to go. Tragically that is not the case once again. The car was surrounded by several other vehicles. Another ten minutes to find the keys for the other vehicles. Ok finally sit in the car. Car smaller than expected but willing to see how it drives. Oh wait there is no gas. It is literally on 0 for mileage. Ok we get gas. Finally, get on the road. It is clearly an hour since I arrived. I have an infant in tow... The test drive is over. Numbers are talked about. A price is agreed upon. Deposits are placed. Shared the car would be ready and paperwork finalized the next day. Arrive the next day to find out the deed was not at the dealership and will be there the following week. A week or so later I go back. Sit down with the finance guy - surprise I was given a higher interest rate than the one I already shared I could get AND the agreed price was not what I was financed for...I waited this long. I sign away and drive off in a quarter filled tank though promised it would be filled before I picked it up. I brought the car the next day to get it inspected and when going to put the registration in the glove compartment I find CDs and wrappers in the glove compartment. Conclusively, I would not go back and I would not recommend it. They maybe splendid when selling their own vehicles but anything else leaves a lot to be desired. To add insult to injury while driving away I drove over something from the miles of construction that I have to get a screw to put back on the hanging black piece under the car. The people were civil, congenial and well verse with their roles. Albeit, not suited for me a person who believes in honest practices and committed practices.

As always, Bev was at once both business-like and friendly, conducting this encounter with palpable courtesy and a winning smile that wouldn't quit. She was particularly good when discussing a rodent problem they'd found in my car, and the likely cost of fixing it, accomodating my surprise and anxiety. They fixed the problem, and the final cost was half the initial estimate. I was happy and thankful.

I went in to look for my first car and was sent to Joe who immediately starting asking questions to find a car that suited me and was in my price range. I then got to test drive two cars and decided I was the most comfortable in the Nissan Sentra and chose that one. Then Josh helped me out with all the paperwork and answered all questions and was extremely patient with me since it was my first time going through the process. They made something that I was very nervous about doing easy and pleasant. I appreciate all of the work they did for me and they were so flexible about everything. Overall, it was a great experience.

I am extremely happy with my 2014 Nissan Sentra! I drive 45 minutes to work every day and the drive is smooth. The Nissan has made an incredible difference. The process was quick and easy at Country Nissan and the whole staff made it that way. So much so that I promised the staff that I would write a review (I don't often write reviews). Devaughn was AMAZING and I highly recommend working with him as your Sales Consultant, if you can. He made the process so easy and comfortable (and enjoyable as a first-time car buyer!) Wasn't pushy at all and was just a friendly person to be around. Overall, I had an absolutely incredible experience and I highly recommend Country Nissan in Hadley, MA. Not to mention, they have wonderful complimentary snacks and coffee. Thank you!

I purchased my car here in 2010. After a couple of bad experiences with the service department, I stopped going there in 2013. When my car needed some pretty serious things checked out, I was told to go back there because they would know how to fix the issues. I have to say, I am SO glad I did. The customer service was above and beyond. They were happy to give me a loaner for the week and every day checked in with me to let me know the progress and status of repairs. Axel also took the time to explain what was going on and was not pushy when letting me know the mechanics recommendations . As long as Nissan continues to have dedicated, friendly and helpful employees in the service department...I will continue to go back there. Thank you so much!

My husband and I both bought new vehicles from country Nissan this past June/July . The sales associate was very knowledgable and didn't "push" us into buying a vehicle. I just had my first oil change at the dealership. The service department staffers were friendly and helpful with the questions I had. They even had a staffer who went out to my car with me to explain features on the dashboard I was confused about ! I now know how to receive text messages in my car !!! The waiting area was comfortable and there were plenty of complimentary snacks/drinks to choose from! I am happy to drive an hour to get to their location .....

I just recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Coubtry Nissan in Hadley this week. The salesman Alejandro was super friendly and knowledgable! There was a little back and forth but he hung in there to get us a price we were very happy with. He was personable and attentive throughout! The finance manager who organized the loan paperwork was also very nice and answered all of our questions! It was all around a great experience. I also loved the detailed review with Kailey during delivery stage and how timely my pick up was( less than 24 hours)... Just in time for the first snow storm!! This was my second car purchase from this dealership and it won't be the last!

Country Nissan staff and mechanics have provided wonderful service to my 2009 Nissan Altima. The staff has been helpful and responds quickly by phone to answer questions about maintenance/repairs before, during, and after servicing. The mechanics have not only addressed problems that I've brought my car in for, but have thoroughly inspected my car and found other issues, big and small, that need attention. The associate who processed my vehicle, Axel Fontanez, was courteous, professional, and detail oriented. He found a "recall" notification regarding the manifold and accessories that others servicing my car (before I purchased it in April, 2015) missed and went unaddressed. Thank you Country Nissan, one and all!

I had a mixed experience with this dealership. This dealership is around 100 miles away from my place and I chose to travel to this dealership because they had the vehicle(Used Nissan Pathfinder) with the color that I desired. Initially it started all good but at the end I was pretty frustrated and annoyed but still I went ahead with the purchase because I had invested too much time and energy and I did not wish to redo everything with another dealership. I hardly write reviews but when I write it will be pretty elaborate. First let me list down the good things that happened.Good:I had given a call to the dealership to inquire about the vehicle availability and initial discussion was all good. I scheduled an appointment to test drive and visited the dealership on a Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted by a sales person who was waiting outside the dealership for my arrival. Our initial conversations were good, after sometime I took the vehicle for a test drive and I liked the car. But there were couple of issues which I pointed out, and told him that I'll go ahead with the deal only if all the issues were fixed. He promised me all the issues will be fixed before delivery if we were able to close out the deal. I was very happy because the sales person was very accommodating and was not talking me into making a deal. He was not very pushy either. The negotiating process was very smooth and I was happy with the trade in value for my old car too. Finally we closed the deal and I was told by the sales person that the service team will look into the issues I reported and will fix it ASAP and asked me to wait. Around 8PM(around 5 hours of wait), the sales person came back and told that they need to replace some of the parts to fix the issues. The parts were not readily available so they had placed an order and probably it would take couple of days. As I reside very far, I told the sales person that I won't be able to travel again and need someone to deliver the car and I shall sign all the papers(Registration, Title etc) then. This request was also accommodated without any fuzz. I was more than happy to hear this and I thought that this dealership is really good as they are more customer oriented. I even thought of recommending this dealership to couple of my friends who were planning to buy/lease Nissan vehicles. Apparently I'm not going to recommend this dealership now. Let me tell you all the bad things that happened after this.Bad...Very Bad:1. The salesperson called me on Saturday(3 days after I visited the dealership) to inform me that the parts did not arrive yet but asked me to visit the dealership to sign the papers and drop off the check which I received from my bank for the remaining amount. As it was the month end and the sales persons should show all the sales for that month, they wanted to me to travel 2 hours to just sign the papers and drop off the check. I was reluctant to sign the papers and make the full payment because I wanted to inspect the vehicle after the issues were fixed. Somehow I managed to skip signing the papers. 2. Finally on Wednesday(after a week), I was told by the sales person that they have received the parts and they should be able to fix the issues and deliver the vehicle the same day. I again reiterated and mentioned all the issues that needs to be fixed and the sales person confirmed that everything will be taken care of. I got a call in the evening from the sales person that the issues were fixed and I can come to collect the vehicle. I told him that it was never the plan for me to visit the dealership to pick the vehicle and reminded him that the dealership agreed to deliver the vehicle to my residence. He said he will check on the availability of drivers but gave little to no hope of finding one. As expected, there were no drivers available and he told me that the delivery would be delayed by at least two days. I was kind of annoyed by this response, since I had to travel out of town the next day and was eagerly waiting for the vehicle. My hopes of the vehicle being delivered to my residence faded out and I told him that I would drive down to the dealership to pick the vehicle. For some reason he did not agree to that plan either, he gave some lame excuses that the documents I had to sign are yet to be printed so it is not a good idea for me travel down. He finally agreed to deliver the vehicle next day to my residence. I had to postpone my out of town travel due to this.3. On Thursday, the vehicle was delivered at my office. I inspected the vehicle and found that couple of issues were not fixed still. I called the sales person to ask him why the issues were not fixed and why no one inspected the vehicle before it was delivered to me. He had no answer, he told me to collect the vehicle and sometime next week he would send another person to bring the vehicle back to dealership to fix the remaining issues. I was kind of annoyed again and I told the sales person that I'm not going to sign the papers yet and asked the driver to drive back the vehicle to the dealership for the remaining issues to be fixed.4. Thursday afternoon, another sales person called me to give me a bigger shock. He told me that the issues will not be fixed and asked me if I would still need the vehicle. He told me that I could very well walk off the deal and they would refund my initial payment. I told this sales person that the person whom I dealt with initially told me that all these issues would be fixed. He just showed deaf ears and again asked me if I would need the vehicle or not. I did not like this attitude at all. I guess there was someone else interested in this vehicle and they no longer cared a xxxx about me. He did not care about the initial promises that were made and did not even apologize for not fulfilling the promises made. Suddenly I felt that I'm dealing with some rip off dealer. As I had spent so much time and was badly in need of a SUV, I agreed to buy the car in the as-is condition. I expressed my frustration but the sales person did not really care.A person named Bob(He works on a contract to deliver vehicles) delivered the car to me the next day. I felt he was more customer focused than the sales persons in the dealership. He asked if I was happy with the purchase and what he could do to make me happy. I was very happy to have the car delivered by him and we had a nice chat for sometime.My 2 cents to the dealership:Never make false promises, if you do then make sure that you go above and beyond to fulfill the promises. The dealership is responsible for the promises made by the sales consultants and you cannot shy away or shut out a customer if you are unable to fulfill the promises. You could have sold the vehicle to me but you are not going to earn my business again. Employ people like Bob so that they prioritize the customer more than the business.

I just had service done on my Nissan Rogue. I had condensation in the front headlight which they replaced through the warranty. They also fixed a back running light at no charge. We are still dealing with a inside panel issue but are confident this will be solved very quickly..I am very pleased with the work performed to date.

My 2009 Rogue went in for a new transmission ,a recall and an oil change. We were given a brand new 2015 Altima loaner vehicle. We were told 3 days and on the 2nd day, told to come get it. I want to commend all of the staff at Country Nissan for the exceptional service I was provided when I was there to lease a 2015 Altima. The sales staff, mainly David who helped me, was so polite, helpful and professional. I had needed to get the car the next day and live out of state, and all of the staff worked hard to make sure my car was registered in time and everything was all set for me to take the car home the next day. They have a great staff there and everyone makes the effort to give excellent service! My wife and I just recently bought a used vehicle from Country Nissan and it was actually the 1st time I enjoyed the whole car-buying experience. Our salesman, Steve Nelson, was fantastic. Very professional, courteous, and thorough. At no time did we feel pressured. To top it off, out time spent with the Finance Mgr, Mark Bousquet, was terrific as well. He was very patient with us explaining all the different options and helping us pick the payment option and service plan that was best suited for our needs. We just bought the car so we haven't used the service dept yet, but I expect that we'll get the same professional and courteous service from them as well.

I have not had much success buying cars. As a Black woman entering a 99% white male environment, I was hesitant as to what kind of service I would receive. I was on my guard. My experience at Country Nissan, with Steve Nelson, specifically changed this. He was pleasant from the very moment he held the door open to let my mom out of the passenger side. He chatted jovially with mom and immediately connected about their mutual love for spicy food. They found a lot more in common as the afternoon went along. I came in with one car in mind that I had seen and although he tried to encourage me to test some others I was stuck on the one I had seen. I spent a total of about 4 hours there and every minute of it was delightful. He is very competent and definitely works hard at making customers feel comfortable and content. I will return there! I must remark though that hardly any of the other salespeople took the time to even say hello. This would have gotten them a 5 in my book.

I have had nothing but excellent service since I have changed over to purchasing and servicing my vehicles at Country Nissan. The service department does a great job in getting your car in and out in a efficient manner. I came in just yesterday to have our 2009 Nissan Rogue serviced. I had recently bought another vehicle from them about eight months ago and I initial loved the vehicle and although it had all the bells and whistles. I was not happy with the vehicles gas mileage or cost for maintenance thus the reason for looking at new or used vehicles . So we came in while my car was being serviced and talked with Jesse and told him what we were looking for and he immediately pulled up his vehicle inventory on his computer screen. So after a few test drives and details I decided to purchase a new 2015 Rogue Nissan. Without Jesse help I can honestly say that I would not have purchased the vehicle. Jesse was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and patient as I checked out the vehicles. I never felt pressured and was never "hounded" by phone calls like I had been from other dealerships. I appreciated this as I didn't want to be bothered while I was making my decision and checked other makes and models. Jesse replied to my phone calls and emails promptly answering all my questions. I had an Altima Coupe and loved it but felt it was time for a small SUV. I purchased a 2015 Rogue and am very happy with it. Could have lived without all the features - leather, awesome panoramic sunroof, nav, etc but who wants to! Jesse and Van made my new car shopping very pleasant and easy to negotiate. Disappointed the finance area did not get in touch with me before I came to the dealership.

I went there to look at cars. The service men were the rudest people I have ever met. I was shown the wrong type of car (they didn't know the difference between a Murano & a Rogue) and was left sitting there for an extremely long time while my sales man socialized with a friend of his. I contacted the manager but they don't seem to care either. If they're this complacent before they get your money just imagine how bad they'll be after they get it.

Called in the morning liking for an appointment for an oil and filter chance the same afternoon. I was given a 5:00 appointment. Got out of work later than intended, called the deLer and was told to come anyway, even though I'd be about 15 minutes late. Oil chance was done, along with fluid levels, tired pressure, erc. They even washed the vehicle and I was on the road in less than 30 minutes. All for $21. Absolutely incredible service. I won't go anywhere else for service, and I love my Frontier!

My husband and I recently decided it was time to buy a new/newer vehicle, we weren't sure what exactly we wanted Steve at Country Nissan was extremely patient and never tried to steer us toward any particular vehicle. Steve was very patient as I tried several different vehicles went back and forth between buying new vs lease vs buying used, my husband was out of town on business and I dealt with steve myself until my husband came home and we made the final decision. Steve never tried to push any vehicle or "specials" on me as several other Northampton dealerships tried to do, which is why we decided to go with Country. My only caveat is do your homework on financing the quote tbey first gave us on an interest rate we beat with a local credit union and to thier credit they did spend some time and topped the credit union quote to keep our business...we purchased an altima hybrid and we are very happy!

My wife and I drove all the way up from Connecticut to look at an infinity FX-35.As soon as we pulled into the parking lot we got swarmed by salesmen which made us very uncomfortable.After we met with a salesman,we took the car out for a drive.While I was driving the vehicle I noticed that two caution lights were on.I asked what they were and was told it was no big deal.That was a huge sign to not buy the vehicle.After we got back and went inside to negotiate,the manager came over and offered to take a whopping 150 dollars off the price of the car...what a slap in the face seeing how any other dealer was willing to take between 1-2 thousand dollars off.The bottom line is I would NEVER recommend Country Nissan to anyone!!!

Over all the service was wonderful. However the free car wash that was offered, and I took advantage of, left something to be desires. The car was left in the sun, and the dried water spots on all the windows required me to wash the windows all over again when I arrived home. Maybe, if you offer this again, they could at least wipe the windows of.

Cramped for time and not wanting to waste time going from dealership to dealership sitting through arm twisting sessions, we went to the Nissan website and figured out what we wanted. then my wife clicked on a "get a quote link" we heard from four area dealers. One was close buy where we worked so we popped in to test drive and make sure this was the car my wife wanted. We said to the salesman give us your best price. Unfortunatly we wasted 2 1/2 hours getting no where. Their price was basically the MSRP less the rebates and only the car sitting on the showroom floor.In the mean time Rose Hathaway sent us an initial contact email. I didn't respond as life was busy for us. Those emails kept coming though, with titles like "Do you have any questions?" Finally I responded to one with the appeal that we did not have alot of time to waste and this is the car we wanted, the color, the options. Rose responded promptly with the MSRP and the the internet sale price. Compared to the other dealer it was quite attractive. She told me they did not have the color we wanted on the lot but could locate one for us. A few emails later we set up a time to meet Josh at the dealership. After exploring a few options on the lot to try to save a little more money and time we decided in the end to go with the intiial offer we set up with Rose. Once the Car we wanted was located we signed the paperwork and bought the car at a great price. All through this was a great buying experiance. Thank you Country Nissan

I went into Country Nissan on 5/8/14 for a routine oil change and a passenger seat airbag recall issue on my Nissan Altima. I estimated that I would probably be there an hour so I made the necessary plans to clear my schedule. When I got into the service center, my car was taken in immediately and Beverly gave me a quick rundown and explained it would be about 45 minutes and also offered a complimentary car wash (which I gladly accepted). Imagine my surprise when my car was done in 30 minutes! Not only was the service fast and dependable everyone was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the seating area with the snacks and coffee and it was well maintained and clean. It's great to know you have competitive pricing for your services - in an ailing economy it's great to be able to save wherever you can, and I truly appreciate not being "ripped off" for an oil change after viewing your comparison chart on your services versus the competition. I bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue. They pretended like I was getting a great car at a great deal. The day after I bought it my tire pressure light went on and when I brought it in they said there was a nail in the tire and it must have been my fault and tried to make me buy a brand new tire. within two months my radio display stopped working. I went to refinance 3 months after I bought it and got an interest rate that was a third of what originally was given to me through their finance department (when he had said he was given me the best possible financing option). I put my trust in them and feel as though I was totally mislead and was treated poorly. I know many people who had horrible experiences at this dealership as well; including a close family friend who purchased a vehicle from country and when she tried to trade it in at another dealership a few years later she was told it was worth 1/4 of what it should have been as it had a salvaged title- which was at no point told to her!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I went into Country Nissan after hearing some positive reviews - I had not been in the market for a new car but following an accident unexpectedly had to go in the market, I dealt primarily with Jesse Dupray, he was wonderful! He worked very hard to find me a car that I really loved that was in my price range, he kept in contact and went well above what I believe was normal customer service, including coming in on his day off when I came in to do the paperwork. There was no shady dealing one would expect with buying a used car, every single person I encountered was very positive and friendly. Van and Mark were also great to work with, they were knowledgeable and took the stress out of the financing piece. I would absolutely recommend going here if you're in the market for a new or used car, I am looking forward to doing more business with them as far as servicing the car goes and will definitely go here when I'm ready to purchase a new car!

Puchase price quoted over the phone was $35,713.00. Made the $2,500.00deposit and when I went to the dealership, the purchase contract has a price of $36,013, which I did not realized at the time and signed it. Later found out the price differences and contacted the dealership. No one wanted to response to my email because they all know they scammed me of the $300.00. Finally, the GM called and said what you signed is what you paid, that's it. No more comment. I will pursue this until I have it right. Even if I have to spend more money on legal fees than the money I should get back from them. Don't let these people get away with a crime.

I went in over the Memorial Day weekend, just to look at an Altima. The deal I was offered was so good I bought the car that day. This is the 5th Nissan product we've owned and we've been thoroughly pleased with all of them. The staff at Country Nissan is professional and the service department staff is knowledgeable. Brought my 2013 Juke in for 7500 mile service on Saturday. I was greeted at the service desk and the gentleman behind the counter didn't have to ask me my name, he handed me my slip and showed me the waiting room. I had a question about my tire pressure indicator and he was able to quickly answer my questions. While waiting I was greeted by the business manager Mark who asked me about both my cars. And by the sales manager Mr. Potter again asked about both cars and if I enjoyed driving them. I told him that the 370Z nismo only has about 300 miles on it because I only take it out on nice sunny days. My Juke was completed in less than 45 minutes. I am very happy with the service and it's nice to know that the people at country nissan still remember you by name.

I went in the other day and was only planning to buy a used car but secretly hoping I could afford a new car. Jesse was so helpful and friendly and even ran the numbers on different cars and I found I was able to not only get a new car but the car I had been hoping for! The prices were very reasonable! And even though it was late in the day he was able to have the team at Country Nissan do all the paperwork so I could drive home with it that night. The next day I went back to get my inspection and registration and when Jesse saw us come in he came right over and ask if I was happy with my new car! He even cleaned out my old car and found items I missed! He checked back throughout my second visit too!! Just amazing service all around! My grandparents had told me everyone was so nice there and they were right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Went to Country Nissan to check on their Prize Mailing, got a $5 gift card and was looking at a 2013 Frontier Pro-4X Crew Cab. Josh sold me my original Pro-4X king cab and asked what I had for milage and if i wanted him to run numbers, I said sure thinking there was absolutely no way i could do it. He came back $10 more a month with a down payment that would equal the cost of a new set of tires and 30K service that would be needed anyway. We talked and settled on a trade value and a price on the new truck and I was very Pleased. Country Nissan gives great service very little hassle, and no pressure. They way they work makes buying a new or used vehicle a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Josh and the dealership to anyone looking at a Nissan.

Country Nissan was easy to deal with when purchasing my Juke.However,they make a promise to you that they do not keep( I am not alone having this experience !!!)...they promise you a 50 dollar "check in the mail" if you refer a customer to them who buys a car from them.I did,6 months ago,and no check! I know 2 other people who have had the exact same experience! I talked with Jill there 1 month ago,and she assured me that it was an "honest" mistake and promised me a check....still no check !!! I don't really care about the check---it's the lies and deception that bothers me,and my friends who were also lied to !!! Deceptive,VERY bad business practice for SURE !!!!!!

I live in Springfield which is over 20 miles away from this dealership, but I kept hearing from friends and co-workers that if I were ever in search for a new vehicle to make the trip to Country Nissan in Hadley because of the great customer service and prices. I was very nervous because it was my first time looking for a new vehicle and wasn't sure if I should go with them or stay close to home. I did some more research online and heard there're advertisement on the radio, So I inquired through the Nissan website by choosing Country as my first dealership, a couple of hours later I received a email, phone call and info sent over about the vehicle I wanted and was scheduled to come in for a test drive at my own convenience. Long story short the Country Nissan staff assisted me in every way from explaining the features and accessories of the vehicle and its trims and giving me affordable payment methods/options (which was very important for me). They also gave me more for my trade in than other dealerships quoted me. All in all I left with the vehicle I love at a Great price and would most defiantly refer Country Nissan to friends and family. Well worth the trip :)

When we bought the Nissan Rogue we turned on the heat when we got home and it just made a very , very loud noise...brought it back and said there was a mouse that got in there a chewed some white foam in there..so they cleaned it out. Just brought it for an oil change and tire rotation ..that took over an hour, and then i just drive it 2 ft , and i can feel something is very wrong with the wheels...felt like a flat tire....so i have to drive it across a busy street and turn around, and come right back...they say 2 lug nuts were not put on tight enough!!!! what bothers me is ..when the guy that was doing the tire rotation was finished he had to drive it outside...must of felt something was wrong?? it took me 1 whole minute to figure out and I am not even a mechanic...so far very bad experience with that place.

All I can say is Jerry the manager is great and explains the whole process when we take our car in. He is always helpful. We have had (6)new vechiels from nissan since 1995. I started with the 200SXSER than the Quest, than the Frontier, than the Muranio, the Versa and now the Rouge. I have liked all but the Quest. I trust the Nissan product and have been very happy. My lease will be up next year and I hope to get another.

I recently went to Nissan in Hadley to repair a ticking noise associated with my fan. I was told the appointment was going to be an hour and I scheduled it. Of course, when I arrived for the scheduled appointment there was no ticking. I was convinced they were going to turn me away with the usual "she doesn't know what she is talking about" attitude of some service stations. However, they smiled, nicely asked for my keys and invited me to have some coffee and snacks while I waited in waiting room. Half an hour later a nice mechanic came to show me a fan filled with contents of a mouse's home telling me that I was right a out the noise. Exactly 30 minutes later (an exactly one hour appointment) I was on my way. EXCELLENT service and I just love how friendly everyone is.

Starting from making a call to schedule an appointment. They fit your time needs. I had to change the time of my appointment and they were extremely helpful. Mr. Curtis' two middle initials, although not C.N (for Country Nissan), ought to be such.Here is a Sales Associate who knows his stuff, and communicates it fairly, COMPLETELY, and ethically, not to mention going out of his way to assure thorough customer satisfaction.I have bought two used cars from David, and then driven them 2,100 miles to another state. Buying used cars is a chancy thing, and being that far away from what I know to be Country Nissan's competent service would have been a concern had it not been for how comfortable I felt dealing with David and his representations. I base my conclusions upon his many years in the business and the high regard in which David is held by other of his customers. Those are the reasons I ended up with, not only one, but two, excellent used cars.The first car, a Mercury, was approaching 350K miles before the airbag failed, and without too much more than the usual maintenance that you would expect from any '93 vehicle being driven 40,000 to 50,000, or so, miles a year.My current car, a '97 Crown Victoria has been going smoothly for 35,000 miles, not yet having reached 100,000 miles, and no problems at all - unless you count a cracked windshield from gravel-hauling, uncovered trucks.Will I be buying more cars from Mr. Curtis?You bet, but it may be a while; not until this current one wears out.

If the sales manager didn't work with us to get such a good price, I wouldn't have even thought twice about buying a car from here. I am not sure if our salesperson just started and doesn't know how to talk to people, but he was pretty terrible from the beginning. When I told him the car drove nicely, but had to think about it, he yelled in my face asking why I said outside that there was nothing I didn't like. Just because I like a car, doesn't mean I am going to buy it immediately! From that point on it was lots of lies about the car. He told me that the car got 35mpg when in reality it gets 24 mpg. He told me that he was going to get me all new brakes, new tires, and new windshield wipers, none of which I got. When I went to pick up the car, he told me to go talk to some girl about a rewards program to "waste time" while he cleaned the car. He brings it around with less than 1/2 tank of gas and dirty inside! When I asked about it, he told me that "you can't have a new car for a used car price." I don't think asking for a clean used car and one with a full tank is too much. I had a few things done through the service department, AMAZING. They were super helpful and worked hard to make things work for me. I think this particular salesperson needs a little lesson from them. I wish I had worked with a different salesperson so I could say everything was fabulous. I hope this salesperson gets some mentoring for his and all future clients' sake.

I have bought two cars from Country Nissan so far and have recommended them to many of my friends and family (who have also bought from them). However once again(after we swore we would never go back), they would not give us the internet price. They just bait you to get you in there and then raise their prices. I brought my 2005 Pathfinder for service here multiple times for a variety of reasons. They fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time, and in addition they were the most accommodating service department I have ever dealt with. If you need a rental car for the day, they just give it to you! On one occasion I had a meeting in New Jersey and they let me take one of their rental cars all the way to Jersey and back!!! The Service department at this dealership is second to none and far exceeded my expectations! The service manager, Rick White, and the entire service department went above and beyond for me today. I had the misfortune of losing the driver side windshield wiper pivot and link. I live in Vermont, and tried locally to have a repair done prior to my phone call to Country Nissan in Hadley, Ma. With Hurricane Irene on its way, I really needed it repaired to drive to work both Saturday, and Sunday with the predicted hurricane/tropical storm coming our way, as I work in the Health Care industry. I called this dealership, and they had the parts for my 2001 Nissan, and offered to have me "drive right down" .. even if it meant having one of the techs. stay late to do the repair work! I arrived there from Vt., about 20 min. before closing. They completed the work quickly, as well as being very professional, and courteous. The job was well done and the price was very reasonable!Thank you very much Rick White, and the service dept. Your work and work ethic is very much appreciated. You are a "breath of fresh air" with your kindness, and professionalism !It is people like all of you restore faith in all humanity! I was shopping for a new (or slightly used car) preferably a Nissan cause I just about always owner a Nissan. Went to one in Enfield and was "stalked" for about 10 minutes. Felt a little awkward. Then when I DID wanna talk to someone, nobody could be found. Went to another, and they didn't have anything I liked. I saw the commercial for country and thought why not, I'd give it a shot - but naturally i was Skeptical. Walked in, was greeted, and got a simple "any questions my name is...." and that was it. Didn't feel stalked AT ALL! found the car I wanted, and drove it off the lot the next day. I actually even met the owner Carla, absolute sweetheart. My first scheduled maintenance is almost here. I'm curious on e service Dept. I'll report back.....

I've tried Country Nissan after being given the run around at another dealer. I gotta say, I've found my dealer to service my Nissan. The entire service department was amazing. Always kept me up to date with the repair, was straight forward with what was (or wasn't wrong) with my Pathfinder. I never once felt like I was given the run around. Rick, Jerry and Nick were very accommodating. I'm extremely pleased with my visit to Country and will DEFINITELY go back. I live in Springfiled (about 20 miles from Country Nissan) and pass at least 3 or 4 other Nissan Dealers on the way. I have and will continue to recommend Country Nissan to anyone with a Nissan. The folks at Country Nissan were extemely friendly, helpful, courteous and informative. I can't recall ever having had a finer experience at a dealership. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with them. It is very evident that they take pride in their work and the product they sell. They all went out of their way to make me feel important and comfortable in the buying process and ultimately I drove off in my brand spanking new Nissan Frontier. And here I am three and a half days later with about 200+ miles on my new truck and am loving every minute of driving it. In the last few days I have discovered that several people I know are the proud owners of a Nissan product of one sort or another. It was because a friend of mine had just purchased a Maxima and loved that car, that got me to thinking about Nissan. I'd checked out many others and was on the fence about most of them. Josh was the first salesman that approached us, a very polite young man and gave us enough information to help us make our decision in buying our new Altima. We were veryimpressed from the start because they gave us our space to look around the lot withoutbeing hounded. Once we approached the entrance they had two persons standing there to open the door and greet everybody. Was a hot day and they were nice enough to offer ussomething to drink and keep us comfortable. Josh gets 10 stars from us for his professionalism, honesty and courtesy. We also applaud his manager John Potter who wasalso introduced and assisted us with the process. And get this one, the day we went topick up our vehicle they wash it for you and make sure it is shining before you leavethe lot. Josh inspected the vehicle and was not satisfied with the water spots left on the vehicle so he asked them to wash it again and apologized for the delay but he didn't want to hand us the car that way. Salesman Chris Blaine was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Negotiations were professional and I felt as if I was being treated fairly and with respect. The owner, Carla, came over and spoke with me regarding doing her best to get me the price I was looking for, and she was true to her word. Buying a car takes time in the showroom, and I was with my 15 year old son who has special needs. Chris was beyond patient with him, conversing with him, taking him for a walk to show him a "cool car", giving him a book on the car to keep, and offering refreshments. On monday 5-2-11 my wifes car had broken down on the highway in deerfield ma. She called me and then called AAA auto. Not knowing any nissan dealerships in the area I told her when the tow comes to ask the driver to tow it to the nearest nissan dealer, which was COUNTRY NISSAN in hadley ma. When I found out from her where it was going I contacted the service mgr RICK WHITE.I told him my wife was on her way to his shop. I also asked if the dealership rents cars because I knew it would not be a quick fix. He informed me that he does not BUT that he would have a rental car agency waiting to get her back on the road.It was very close to his closing time as well as the rental car closing time. When my wife arrived Rick took her to the waiting rental car and she left to get the paper work done.Rick made sure that the rental driver told her the easiest wat back to COUNTRY NISSAN.When she returned Rick assisted her in transfering her suitcase paper work and other items, which were a weeks worth because her job requires her to travel between four different states per week. At this point Rick had her on her way and told her he would contact me with the results of what they find.As I stated they were closing very shortly and Rick told me he would have it looked at tomorrow. The next day he told me the problem and that the work was underway.He also took care of the few recalls that were listed.All said and done he turned a bad situation for my wife into a good one.Thank you to RICK and to COUNTRY NISSAN.

My experiences with Country Nissan were nothing short of aggravating, disheartening, and disgusting. I purchased a used car from them, with the understanding that it was taken in as a trade-in (as they told me). It turns out the car had actually been used (and abused) as a "lot vehicle" for almost 3 years prior to purchase. This meant that the car was a loaner, used by customers who were having work done on their own vehicles. At the time of purchase, the car needed the following work: New windshield, new taillight, new muffler. I was told the work would take 3 days to complete, when in actuality it took 2 and a half weeks. The windshield was replaced, the taillight was replaced, the muffler was not. Within the first month of owning it, the car needed the following work: Both front axles, alternator, motor mounts, EVAP system, tires, brakes. Upon inspection of my vehicle after the work was done, I discovered that many parts under the hood were not re-attached properly. I took my car back to them to have the problem addressed, and the service tech. would not stand behind his work; and told me that I removed the bolts. I argued with him that I did no such thing, but he wouldn't listen. He insisted that I "sabotaged" the work, and that he would "never let a car roll out of his shop in that condition". I can 100% honestly say that he did, in fact; fail to do satisfactory work. A few months later, my car developed a noisy rattle from under the hood. It turns out the technicians also failed to properly install my new alternator, which was loose and barely functioning. The loose alternator caused misfiring, poor starts, dimming headlights, squealing, and rattling. I refused to take the car back to them, and fixed the problem myself. I do not trust the mechanics at Country Nissan of Hadley, Massachusetts. I do not trust the sales practices I was subject to, and I will never be returning to them; for anything. I suggest everyone reading this to avoid this dealership at all costs.

I got a internet quote from Britainy pretty fast but once in the dealership they played games, back and forth to sales manager, wouldn't give me the price on my trade after asking repeatedly, ran my credit before I knew what the deal was going to be, kept asking where I wanted to be at for a payment, don't ever buy a car on payment, buy on the numbers eg price of vehicle, your trade price then you'll know the payment, game players, bad experience go elsewhere and don't be played. Was there over 2 hours nothing accomplished!

I just recently purchased an 08 Infiniti from this dealership and i was extremely pleased with the experience. For starters, the sales associates were very pleasant and did not make me feel uncomfortable or pressured by any means. I was able to purchase the exact car that i was interested in and the process went smoothly. They put a lot of time and effort into making sure you are very satisfied, I would recommend this dealership to everyone and will continue to buy cars here from this point forward! This is my 2nd new car purchase at Country and although I checked into Lia and Thompson, in the future I will never go anywhere else but Country. It would be a waste of time. This dealership has to be one of the best in the COUNTRY at customer satisfaction. And it doesn't stop after the sale. Every dept., finance, service, etc., make you feel special. You can't help but leave there feeling very good about your new car, the deal that got you that car, and that you will be taken care of after the sale. It really is a GREAT feeling. saw the 2008 infiniti M45x on line and started the buying process with dan by phone. since i needed to travel 325 mi. to pick up the car i needed a detailed and accurate description.other than a few minor descripincies the vehicle was described pretty well. when we arrived back home in pa. we discovered some defective switches but the vehicle is still under factory warrentee so they are of no concern. the only thing i did find troubling is the new battery than country nissan installed. the battery is undersize for this vehicle in that it is rated at 585cca. this vehicle should have a battery in the 700cca range.update 3/25/11: the dealer took care of the defective switches,defective woodgrain on the door panels(4),broken truck pass-thus access door,and cigarette lighter assembly. I re-detailed the vehicle and removed all scratches and had the curb rash on the r/r wheel repaired. my wife loves her new car.steve

I've gone to Country Nissan on RT 9 in Hadley, MA twice and both times they have treated me and my car very nicely. First time I was doing a brake job at home and had a hard time getting the rear rotors off the hub due to upstate NY rust. I gave them the aftermarket parts (rotors and Hawk performance pads) and asked them to install. No complaints from their service adviser with this request.The second time I dropped the car off for a routine coolant system flush and drive belt replacement. I've had satisfactory experiences with Country Nissan both times and would highly recommend their service department. Prices are about in line with the Nissan dealers around Massachusetts, but what shines about this place is their speedy service and willingness to install aftermarket parts. This is coming from someone who doesn't like dealerships and their service departments and attempts to do most maintenance and performance modifications himself.

I bought a dirty used car !after purchase they cleaned it and delivered it (out of state)there was a rust bubble on the passanger door i called salesman right away spoke to a number of people till I finally got an owner who basically said she could fixit at cost !!!(if I had seen rust I would'nt have bought it)I think a 13K used car should not have rust ! it takes me a long time to earn 13 thousand dollars in this economy !(did they know about the rust bubble ? you can't miss it when its clean . is that why it was'nt clean ?)If this is the way they do business BEWARE THIS IS WHY I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALER AND I WOULD BE LEARY OF THERE OTHER DEALERSHIPS ...

Absolute worst service I ever had. Only thing this dealership can do is find ways to avoid using your warranty. Brought it in for 1. Oil Change 2.Air conditioner screaming and whining and not working 3 Inspection sticker 4. Battery wouldn't hold charge (would run after jump but not restart)First off was told thereis a $95 diagnotic fee which is ridiculous - have never been charged it before nor had I ever heard something so silly before. Diagnosing is part of fixing and you are already overpaying (ie - it is figured into) book rates for repairs. Secondly, although the battery could be jumped and my Pathfinder would run in my yard I was told that the battery "was so bad it wont even run when jumped" so I would have to pay $149 for a new battery for $149 - when I laughed they stated that wasn't so bad as it included "installation"!. I wanted to buy my own battery but was told that they could not do any further work until that was replaced (they don't have a spare battery lying around?) so in order to expedite things, under duress I agreed to that ridiculously gouged price. Let me also note here that the battery was less then 5 years old and although I bought the car used it's in-service date was 3-05 plus I have a $2000 pretty much bumper to bumper (until Country Nissan) warranty. Out of decency the battery should at least have been prorated.As far as the air conditioning, last friday they sucked the freon substitute out and said I was .8 low and since they couldn't find any leaks, that was going to cost me $149. Did not address the squealing at all -said it did not occur. Called Monday and then said I was actually down 2 qts and that would be another $49.As far as the inpection - they inspected the truck knowing it would fail - thereby wasting my $29 inspection fee as I will not be going nack there to have it reinspected. They knew it would fail as they said that the car needs to be run for a full week for the computer to reset.So when I picked it up it essentially cost me $450 for an oilchange. The truck is still squealing. I have lights on that I have never seen before, and a lovely rejection sticker.Stay far away from this horrible service or better yet just crumple up $100 bills and throw them out the window, turn around and drive home - it will be equally satisfying
