I traded my 2017 Jeep Renegade in for a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler! I worked with Josh Hoffman, and it was such an easy process! Everyone there made sure I was well taken care of throughout the process. My mom and I have both bought Jeeps from Countryside, and I couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10, perfect!

I bought a used car from this dealership in July and boy was it a bad experience. Lets start with the price, the website said 7k but they didn't want to tell me they're upping the price another 5k till I started signing papers which that's kind of suspicious but I wanted the car so I didnt say anything. They made me wait a bit while they detail and clean the car, well they didn't even do that it seems. If they vacuumed they didn't do the back since there were still leaves and junk, there was a plastic spoon and candy wrapper in the back seat and oh man, there was the previous owners birth certificate and medical records still in the glove box when I bought it. When I got home the same day and noticed they didn't take anything out like the documents, I also noticed an oil leak behind the engine and it looked like they cleaned the engine of the oil grease too, not sure if that was because of the oil leak or not. I called them the next day to see if I could get something done about it but I was told it had to be under warranty even though it is a used car. I contacted another sales person and they said they would have the sales manager call me but they didn't. So I called again to service department and they straight up told me they don't service my car. So now I have a car I cant drive, my sales person is telling me I can get it fixed under a warranty that doesn't exist, another person told me they cant even service my car. After 3 months of having a useless vehicle I couldn't drive since the very first day I got it, I gave up and took it somewhere else that fixed it in 1 week.

Josh was amazing. He guided me through purchasing my daughter's 2021 Renegade for her sweet sixteen. I went to Landmark Dodge in Morrow first and as usual, they were overpriced and giving me used car salesman vibes. At Countryside I felt way more comfortable. They were honest, attentive, and really cared about my needs. I highly recommend this dealership.
