Very impressed with their sales model. One person handles your entire transaction although I did get to meet Steve the manager due to the type of loan I had.Michael was my salesperson and they were both top notch, honest, and very upfront. I feel these guys were very trustworthy. I got an excellent price on an excellent used vehicle and they’re not lying when they say you wont find a better price. Believe me, I tried! Lots of veterans working here and being a veteran myself it made the experience that much better.

I just got my new car from this location. The experience was good. They explain car details well but could be better. Some add on fees seemed a little high also. Overall I’m satisfied with this location. Everyone was very nice and they offered us beverages.

It was unlike any car dealer . No stress. Down to earth and made me very comfortable. Literally brought me to tears with how kind and caring Lance and Charlie treated me . I will be telling everyone about them. Changed any preconceived opinions on car dealers. The previous dealer I went to for this exact car added hidden fees that added up to 4000.00! Countryside did none of that. Trust me , this is a whole new experience. They did all they could to get the best interest rate they could for me . I’m a fan forever. Lance is a true gentleman. Took care of me from the minute I got there . He was there 6 hours past his shifts end time and still walked me out to the car I bought and walked me through all its features. Thank you Countryside!!

I encountered an issue with my 2017 Nissan Armada which requires service. I contacted the Nissan service department just before closing (approx. 16:50) on Saturday and scheduled service for that Monday. Upon arrival at the Nissan Service department on Monday, I was greeted by Jason and the Nissan Service team, received prompted service addressing my 2017 Armada issues and Nissan had the car rental ready and available as previously stated on the Saturday call! The Nissan service team should be commended for their customer service skills!

Hello, just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Ed at countryside Nissan and I had the best experience ever. This is my 6th vehicle I have purchased from a dealership throughout my life and the experience I received with Ed was the best out of all encounters that I have had dealing with car sales reps. I was not pressured whatsoever, Ed was more concerned with how I felt about the vehicle then he was on making a sale. I will definitely do business with Ed from Countryside Nissan in the future. This is also the first time I give a good review.
