I dropped my car off over night knowing the appointment was not until 11:30 am. Brandon promptly contacted me at 9:30 am we are starting the oil change but we see that you need a transmission fluid change and I certainly obliged that request. He also kept me updated on the progress of my car and noted that 2 tires were missing tread however this was not unsafe but I did not want to take that chance. He stated I can get you those 2 tires. I now drive my car knowing that I got it serviced.

I purchased a Ford Edge as an anniversary gift for my wife; in fact the salesman, Daniel Scarlett is going to deliver it this Wednesday, 06/29/16 which is our anniversary. Daniel is a great salesman and was very helpful with my decision. He did not try to pressure me into a deal.... My only complaint with County Ford is the lack of new SUV inventory (Edge, Explorer, etc.).... Now, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME VIA PHONE UNTIL 6/30/16, AS THIS IS A SURPRISE GIFT FOR MY WIFE...Thanks.

I am very pleased with the staff and workmanship. One complaint: someone rummaged through my dash, console, and hatch looking for the lugnut to use for the tires. I had strategically, for safety and security, placed two pairs of sunglasses in the dash and the garage door opener in the console to find that everything in these compartments were topsy turvey because someone rummaged through these compartments and made a big mess. Had someone called me, I would have gladly told them where to find the lugnut. Please be sure the manager is aware that someone is rummaging through the vehicles without authorization. The customer should be called first. Suppose it wasn't one in the vehicle? They did find mine and they had to look good for it for where it was - I truly don't appreciate knowing that someone went through all my belongings in my vehicle. And . . . . it was put back in the wrong spot. When I arrived home, I had to look for the garage door opener as it had fallen to the bottom of the console due to the mess someone had made. In these instances, please call the customer first. I know I would certainly appreciate it instead of someone making a mess of my belongings.

I drove 492 miles (each way) to buy a used vehicle from County Ford...it was WELL WORTH the extra miles and time!...AMAZING deal...Honesty...Integrity...The specialists in the shop gave me some tips on maintenance (it was my 1st "Diesel" truck to own)...the next day, my salesman made sure I was satisfied with the performance of the truck after I had driven the 492 miles back home! "County Ford" = completely satisfied! I'm pretty sure I'll do it again the next time I need to make a change with one of our vehicles! -Joe

I recently purchased a used f-150 from another local dealer who told me my tires were "legally safe". After going to several tire stores, I decided to stop in at County ford. I talked to Richie and expressed my concerns about the safety of my tires. Long story short, the tires that were "legally safe" were in fact not safe and the incorrect size for my truck. I had them install 4 new tires per their recommendation and I can already tell a huge difference. Thanks to Richie and the excellent service staff at County Ford. They understand this is my "old car" which I primarily only use to haul trash to the landfill and commute to Greensboro if we have snow/ice since if a car is to be in an accident of that nature, I want it to be the old car. I want the Taurus to be safe, but not incur any undue expense (like the check engine light coming on) that isn't really a safety issue. Once County Ford and I determine the Taurus is not reasonably "fixable", I'll just have to give up the "luxury" (with >238,000 miles that is, ha ha) of a 2nd vehicle.

The Service Department is wonderful. Charity, Ashby and Ritchie always take great care of me and go above and beyond to help me. They see me frequently since my 2012 Ford Focus has a new issue monthly. I was so excited to buy my first new car ever but my Focus has been a constant disappointment. Never have a problem with service, it's done correctly the first time. The only reservation is the prices you all charge for various jobs that need to be performed! For example, I was told that my 60,000 mile maintenance would cost me $600.00 at the dealership, I thought that was a little extreme for what was needed so I asked around and found that I could get the SAME service done with the same type of equipment for $275.00, so guess what? Just a little difference, right?

I called Charity on Mon at the service department and requested to purchase two tires for the front of my edge,front end alignment, and oil change which I needed by friday. She advised me she had would have to order my tires and may not get them by Friday but would call if she could find them.She called me the next day she had found my tires and could take care of all my needs that day, (boy was I relieved) her and the service department are always great.

I purchased a 2014 Town and Country and the only thing that I wasn't pleased with. ..is I wasn't offered a extra warranty now. I was told that I have to do it on my own but for me it would have been easier to include it in the car paperwork when I brought it. I'm pleased with the customer service and the support that Angel White has been with me. Even Mark Horner has been extremely nice even though I didn't purchase the vehicle with him. Over all I'm pleased with services I have gotten EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTY PARTAND I still don't have a warranty on my 2014 Town and Country van. Thanks for the best service!

The fuel mileage on my Escape Hybrid is declining. Hopefully, when they noticed that the brake fluid needing changing, that will help with the hybrid capture brakes. It's 10 years old and still has the original hybrid battery. I want to baby it as long as possible; it's beginning to reach the point that replacing the hybrid battery would cost more than its blue book value. I want this work horse to drive until it falls apart. I'm a little afraid the hybrid technology will wear out before the body. I think the new (>2013) Escape's body is ugly. I want to keep my cute baby as long as possible

I never used a dealership to perform routine maintenance on my vehicles. With the 2-year "free" maintenance with my 2014 Fusion Hybrid I saw this as an opportunity to save some money! That period has come and gone, and most recently I had County Ford Service perform the oil change and tire rotation. I realize that I can do this myself, but I am much more confident having the dealer perform the service. I guess you can say that I've grown accustomed to peace of mind.

Had an appointment for an oil change at 2:30. I was running late and being new to living in the city of Burlington I went the wrong way on the interstate. Unfortunately, I did not go far enough down and turned and went back towards Elon. Once there I realized my mistake and turned around AGAIN and went back the correct direction. All of this caused me to be late but the girls worked me in with a laugh and a smile and my oil was changed quickly. I just started using County Ford for routine maintenance because of the excellent service of Brandon Gilbert and decided to stay on even after he switched to the sales team.thanks for excellent service

The online experience of scheduling a service visit was weird, I had a scheduled visit with confirmation, done online. The following day I received emails with a quote for a vehicle I didn't even look at, which wasn't requested at all. When I then decided to call in to confirm the scheduled visit, the person I spoke with had no record of the appointment scheduled online even though I had a printout of it. In any event, the service was very good and the issues described taken care of to my satisfaction. I also thought they were very reasonable price wise for the scheduled service. Outstanding recalls were also taken care of.

I hope Charity never leaves this dealership! She has the skills and knowledge that keep me and obviously others coming back. She researches your records, gets you the best work for your money and understands that sometimes you can't do everything in one visit so she advises what is more important for your safety! Brandon is also very helpful but I dealt mostly with Charity. I also had to be taken home by the courtesy shuttle and the young lady that brought me home was very nice and very competent.

Took F150 in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Made first appointment in the am at 7:40, don't leave till 9:40. 2 hours for that service? I can do the oil change and tire rotation quicker in my driveway at home.They need to value my time.

I came by there when they had the sale on over the week and got a van. Got told by the men that wad there I was approved talked to insurance company to change it. So after my harrowing experience and review on here , I got a call from Angel . She apologized , and I thought that was nice . Said the manager was sending a $500. coupon and hoped they could still win my business . I got an email a little later with a proposal on a 2013 Versa . Researched the car and did not like what I read . I called and spoke with Anna . The proposal , might look great if you hadn't done research . After telling her I wasn't interested , she seemed to be a little frustrated with me . I also was offered a Kia Rio in my price range , the research on that was a little better , but still not great . What I came away with , was they just wanted to push stuff on me they wanted gone ! I would have rather heard we have nothing at this time , and will call you if we get anything in. They say everything happens for a reason ! I went to another dealer , got a vehicle I truly Love ! and much better interest rate then they offered . Found out from research they basically through my application out into cyber space , which will cost me a little of the credit rating I have tried hard to get back up . However time will take care of that . Also I haven't heard a thing from them since .

I called back and spoke with an associate when I reviewed the repeipt The service manager called me back the next day but he didnt seem to care if I came back or not for another service when I told him I was not happy.

Purchased 2014 Chrysler Town & Country with a little over 36,000 miles. Didn't realize when we came up that a special sale was going on and was a little overwhelmed with the crowd, noise, and long waits but feel like the deal we got was worth it. We had actually walked away from another dealership immediately before coming to County Ford because we couldn't come to terms on out-the-door pricing. Folks at County Ford were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel like we/our business was appreciated, without being pushy. (Earlier in the day, we had visited yet another dealership and wouldn't even allow salesperson to show us a car because he was so pushy and insistent - a real turn-off.)

I was just there yesterday . Don't know if my mistake was going on week with big sale push ? I had gone online , did pre approval ,got a call from them . I was upfront with Angel , what I could afford , what I had for trade in , and what I could afford payment wise . I am disabled and on fixed income . She said that they had the cars I was interested in online , and they could get me in something ,my price range. I dealt with her Assistant Anna . I enjoyed the first part of my experience . They knew what I could afford , and my payments would be in my budget . She showed me two cars that they recommended ,based on my info . That was the first couple of hours of my experience . The next five hours not so pleasant . I decided on the vehicle I wanted , Anna went in , took about an hour or more , I understand it was a day when multiple deals were going on . Came back with first proposal , it was way more than I said I could afford in payment . I was told we can get this worked . Waited another hour and a half to two . Then was told , I was approved , just trying to get me the best deal . After another hour or so , a salesman I presume , named Bryan , from outside dealership came over. We spoke about my credit , yes it is not perfect . I suffered financial devastation when I became disabled . That was six years ago and I am building back up . He tells me can't possibly do it for the payments I want . OK I am ready to accept that , then says wait , trying to work this out . This went one for another hour and a half . During this time I see the people that bought newer more expensive cars in and out . I realize what I wanted to buy wasn't what they were pushing. So long story short after the same thing each time he came over . The last time he gives me a price; Thousand dollars higher than what I was told hours before that , Says what he will do for me trade in wise , and such which still will not make me any closer to the payment I need to be at . By now I am hurting from my disc disease , tired and in pain , And feeling like I had been shoved aside for the more money deals . So in ending Anna said she would contact me Mon. as I said goodbye to her . While I felt that Anna was really trying to help me in the beginning , the bigger deals were rolling out and as she was doing multiple deals at once that was her priority. However I must end by saying with Bryan , I walked away feeling quite upset . Not because I didn't get the car ,but because of ;after me being quite honest what I could afford and my situation ,I was still left to sit for hours . If they couldn't , wouldn't , and were not interested in that , then tell me as upfront as I had been with them . Instead I was up almost all night , because as things began to sink in I was quite upset. Again not because of the car , but because of the actions !!

My Raggity Dodge was Brought in on a Triple A flatbed, Because the belt broke AGAIN. I chose County Because it was the closest Dealership i could find. Service was great, timely, and really helpful. I called to make oil change appointment and described problem I am having w/ a noise I have been hearing. When I went to the appointment, the Service Dept had done all research on symptoms I reported and found the exact problem. My car was in and out on schedule for the oil change and I have a followup appointment to fix the noise problem which they were able to find a recall that is causing the noise. County Ford's Service Department was very helpful, courteous, and appreciated my business.

Your labor charge for a programmable key was better than other dealerships. The service department's desk has excellent customer service, (the two ladies were very knowlegable and pleasant when asked questions.) I have never owned a ford, so this was a nice experience for a first time intro to your dealership. On another note, I did go to the other one across town, and although I bought my keys online, when I called to inquire about programming the keys, the other dealership was reluctant to program them and told me it would be better to purchase their key. Again, your service department's cashier/front desk staff were the BEST!! Thank you and we will be returning.

service writer was very knowledgeable and had a very good/honest personality. the mechanic that worked on the car was very nice and helpful. the perception that people have about most ser. dept. in that they will take advantage of customers was not there. one of your salesmen told me that co. ford was cleaning up their act and had gotten rid of the dishonest employees seems to hold true with the ser. dept. until when and if they do something to change my opinion, I will continue to go there. I do wish the mark-up on parts was not so high!($20/24) for 12 gaskets - wow!!

I really appreciate the phone call to let me know what was wrong with my truck. It allowed me to make the decision on what was best for me. I am very happy with my 1999 F250 superduty. I do a lot of preventative maintenance. However, with only 135,000 miles on my 2005 F250 model I am dreading the expensive repairs that are coming. I believe that Ford Motor Company has let it's loyal Ford customers down. There are several issues with the 6.0 Liter diesel engine. There should have been a recall to correct the expensive repairs. I call myself a free agent now. I will be looking at other makes...probably not a Ford on my next purchase.

So far my 2006 Subaru Tribeca is a great SUV. All of my family and friends have all said they have heard people who own Subaru's never get rid of there cars, or never change brands. I traded in my Ford Focus for a C-Max Hybrid. The car is roomy and the ride comfortable, especially for an electric hybrid. The finance manager and Rick both are rude!! I dont recommend County Ford to anyone unless you have A1 credit. If you have credit problems then these two individuals treat you like you don't even exist. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I came out of there feeling like a piece of nothing only after being told this is what we can do for you. I came in for my New 2014 Mustang GT's first service. Everything was cool with one exception. I went to check on the car in the bay and the Tech told me that the motor's engine oil cap had the wrong numbers listed for the weight of the oil. The cap said 5w-50 and most Mustang GT's use 5w-20 except the Boss and Shelby's. My Mustang was purchased with the Track pack and comes with several upgrades over a regular GT. The oil system being one of them that was adapted from the Boss version. The manager was retrieved after I brought this to the attention of the tech who did not recognize that this was a Track Pack GT. The manager did a little research and felt the 5w-20 was all the car really needed since the car does not see any actual track/racing abuse. I agreed and that's what we went with since everything will be covered under warranty and such. It was just a little concerning that the tech didn't recognize or think to ask the owner or anyone else about the oil specs and would have just put the 5w-20 in and I would not have ever known. Perhaps a little education or preemptive measures should be in place to ensure that, at the very least, Ford vehicles themselves get the proper treatment at Ford dealerships. Elsewhere, it would not have been as surprising. But, I expect a Ford service shop to recognize these differences in their own vehicles.Besides that, while I was waiting on the techs to get my car sorted, I talked with several other service techs who were all great guys with cool and varying personalities. Instead of being agitated with a customer being in the service bay, they were all very receptive and some told me Mustang stories of their own. Love that Mustang life!

This was one of the most relaxing car buying experience I have done. Found a car online I liked and wanted to take it for a test drive so made the little over an hour drive to the dealership. At first I wasn't thrilled to be watched and approached as I drove around on the lot. Met with the man who than referred me to someone else. I wasn't looking to buy that day, but they came down and matched the numbers I had planned out for if I was to purchase it later. I was pleased with the Trade in value I received. Greg the Sales associate, went above and beyond to help me and to make the sale happen. He took time on a Sunday to make a drive to my house to pick up the Trade, as I needed to get some items out of it, and could not make it back before the location closed. A part needed to be repaired for the new car, it was checked out and Parts were ordered and a week later the part is in and their friendly Service department is ready to help. There is a lot to say about a small dealership. My Family was Treated like Family. Thanks Anna, Bubba and Greg AKA "Cookie"

I own a 2013 mustang. I've been in NC for the last 6 years. I wouldn't take my fords (2013 mustang and focus) anywhere else. We've always been treated well and the work has been excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to bring the car/truck here for serviceWith that being said, I would not recommend the sales department at all. Prior to purchasing our Focus and Mustang, we came to County and the salesman was not the best. It was just prior to closing on a Friday night and i sorta felt we were keeping him there. I told him that i'd be calling him the next day to make a appointment to see him. I called the next day and didn't ever hear back from him. I ended up going to Parkway in Winston and not only buying the exact car we looked at; but also bought a mustang. It was definitely County's loss. Two cars in two days.

had a warranty issue with the radio - i went to two other dealers and they said i'd have to leave it for a few days. i went to country ford and they sent a mechanic out right away to investigate, he said we can fix it if i have an hour to wait. great service with friendly staff. i'll be a customer for life

I was buying a car for my company with a budget of 15,000. Jack Patterson and a General Manager, Bubba, went above and beyond the call of duty to make this experience super. The car I was placed in was Chrysler 200 2013 Model. I admire these guys for thinking big picture. We couldn't reach my price point and these guys came through realizing that our company would be purchasing many more cars in the future as we relocate a manufacturing facility here and my division of company is only a small part of a conglomerate of companies. I appreciate the educated, down home, genuine attitude these guys displayed not trying to give me a pitch of the normal stereotype of a used car salesman has. I will consider County Ford for my next purchase based on my experience.

I am pleased with service I have received from the time We purchased vehicle to the time of my first oil change. What I am concerned about is that I am told 2 of my tires need replacing because of tread wear. why was this not taken care of before I purchased vehicle 2 months ago?Was the vehicle really checked over that close. We have not drove that much To cause the wear as indicated on my service receipt.

I was very pleased with the service, and appreciate so much that someone called about the brakes. The cost to repair the brakes was pricey but I'm OK with that, as that it was taken care of immediately and I feel and hope it was done correctly. While traveling through Alamance County on I-40 in the rain, my wipers stopped working. After "limping" to County Ford between 3:30 and 4:00 pm, staff welcomed my wife and I and jumped on troubleshooting for the cause. I was afraid that late in the day, they may not be able to look at it. There was no comment at all about it being late in the day or that they did not have time. Everyone in service that we made contact with was very friendly, explained the repairs needed, and got us back on the road.

It was 10:30 pm and I was 2 hours from home when an indicator light came on on my dashboard. I pulled over at the next exit and realized that the radiator was steaming and leaking green fluid. I had no way to get home but fortunately, had stalled within walking distance from a hotel. I stayed there over night and called AAA the following morning for a tow. They took me to County Ford and I'm so grateful they did. It turned out that I needed my radiator replaced. They found one and had it installed. They even stayed a half hour past closing on a Saturday to complete the job!

Charity was quite helpful, and even took me home when I first dropped off the vehicle because your courtesy driver had left already that afternoon. Kept me informed, as I had to leave the car with you almost two weeks. After having it towed in for the second time on July 23rd (1st time EVER was June 3rd) I decided to get a new car and keep this one as a "spare" since it was no longer dependable. Ever since the car was there in July, rather than an easy acceleration, the slightest pressure on the gas pedal lunges the car forward. NOW I'm told the motor mounts need replacing. Just swell. The check engine light continued to come on and went off "at-will" and this last repair was over $800. I seriously doubt I will have anything else done from here on out other than oil changes. Arrived with 3/4 tank of gas, and though I said to let someone drive it over the weekend if that would help find and solve the problem, I didn't expect the tank to be on empty with I picked it up Sunday afternoon.

I purchased my Ford Escape AWD for a specific purpose - moving to the mountains in Northern California. Before I left, I had it serviced and told them that I would be pulling a Uhaul all the way. I got a prompt appointment and it did not take long to do the oil change and check out everything for the trip. What a vehicle. It worked like a charm, pulling the Uhaul over hills and mountains. It did run hot a couple of times, but I slowed down and that took care of the problem. So far, I have been very pleased with my Escape and the people at County Ford were great. I hope I can find a dealership in California that can live up to County Ford.

Nothing was mentioned about the "AAA" member discount.My wife happened to see it advertised in the paper.I returned to County Ford to inquire about this discountand was told to wait until Thurs. 8-28-14 to talk to thesenior service manager.Also, I had to rent a rental from Enterprise during my wait\for the service to be completed on my Transit.Don't understand why there is not a "loaner".Had to buy a new transmission. The mileage on my transit is only 72000.

I went to this dealership after researching several different makes/models online, I still was not certain exactly what I was looking for and wanted to see and drive some vehicle. The salesperson was very pushy for a used Ford Flex that was on the lot, a vehicle that I had not considered yet. I took it for a drive and was pleasantly surprised with the vehicle. However, the sales person deflected every question I asked. I directly asked what the trim level was on this particular car, what fuel mileage was like, and even the actual price of the care. I did not get an answer to any of these. All the sales floor staff cared about was we can get you financing at this amount per month, more than I was comfortable at. Not to mention the actual facilities are not what I have experienced at other dealerships. I left that night without a new vehicle and went to a dealer not as close to home, had a much better experience with a sales person who was actually willing to give me information before I asked for it.

I bought a used 2006 SUV from County Ford 2 years ago. They have maintained my car every 3-4 months and I have received free oil changes and basic service for FREE since then. Today when I went into get my oil changed; I spoke to Ashley and Anna about possibly trading my SUV in for something that would be better on gas. I had very little hope (not so great credit) I didn't get my hopes up at all....Around 2 pm, Anna called me and told me that she got me into a BRAND NEW 2014 FORD!!! I was floored! I went back to County Ford when I got off from work. That's when I laid eyes on my (first ever) brand new car, I literally cried for 10 minutes! There have been a MAJOR turnover (for the better) in salespeople and the new General Manager is SUPER nice, laid back and as approachable as a family member!!! I am still simply amazed that I have a brand new car, right outside my front door. I had little hope and just took a shot in the dark, THEY MADE MIRACLES HAPPEN FOR ME! I never dreamed that I could actually own a brand new car but these folks are amazing and they went far beyond to accommodate me and my needs. I guess if you can be in love with a dealership and their staff.....than I am!

I went to a different ford dealership and ended up buying a Ford Escpae when I originally wanted an Explorer; was not too happy w my original purchase, and so I decided to get in touch with Angel at County Ford in Graham to discuss about options for changing/trading in my Escape that i got less than 2 weeks ago. I wanted a Explorer. I am so glad I did! Went in to the dealership and the crew made the whole process easy on us. They were all courteous and friendly. Great customer service. I bought a 2012 Chrysler from them and transmission fell out 2 weeks later. When I got it back from shop a month later, engine needed repair. It was badly out of line when I received it back also. Staff were unwilling to help solve these issues and very rude. Took in for an oil change recently and engine light came on immediately afterwards. Stay away. I will not even go back for my free oil changes.

I let Angel White know what I was interested in buying. She worked with me to straighten out a few things to make it possible for me to get what I wanted. I KNEW IT BELONGED TO A SMOKER AND THE SALESMAN ASSURED ME A MACHINE WAS USED TO REMOVE THE TERRIBLE SMELL.HOWEVER UPON PICKING IT UP THE TRUCK SMELLED OF SMOKE COVERED UP BY AIR FRESH SPRAY WITH CIGARETTE ASHES IN THE TRAY AND DIRTY SEATS AND WINDOWS.
