Had 10 am appointment for an oil change arriving 20 minutes early vehicle wasn't taken back until 1030 or later. I got it back about 1120 which from start of service until delivery wasn't bad but starting 30 minutes late had be there almost hour and half after appointment which if I make an appointment they should be ready to start close to time of said appointment. Value of service was reasonable though.

Zach was very easy to work with showing professionalism every step of the way. This was my first appointment for service for my new Sierra SLT and was pleasantly surprised to find out that there wasn't any charge for my oil change and tire rotation. Of course, I know I will pay next time but I found it very nice that the first service was free. You definitely will have my business going forward. I love this place. My wait is longer than at a chain oil/service place but the customer relations are spot on here. I feel like family here. Have met most of the management and love the atmosphere. The waiting room is very nice and looks to have been recently updated with very nice custom cabinets and other amenities. I would 100% recommend trying courtesy for not only oil changes but any service needs. Not to mention you get to drool over the new Yukons!!!

I located the vehicle on Courtesy GMC Buick website around noon and drove from Tuscaloosa to the dealership. I arrived at 3:30. The truck was waiting out front just as Ross Baggett, the used car manager promised. He assigned me to a sales person named Van Myers. Van was awesome.....so courteous and patient. We purchased the vehicle and was out the door by 6:30. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. We could not have been more pleased.

We live in the Atlanta Ga area,, after shopping for months and on the verge of giving up on finding the truck we wanted I did a 150 mile search on Cars.com and found Courtesy Buick GMC in Birmingham Al searched their site and found the truck with the options we wanted in stock there, I called them and we worked out a deal on the phone, they held the truck for us until we could make the time to travel there. Bottom line, we bought a new 2016 GMC SLT for appox the same amount most local dealers are advertising their 2015's with fewer options for in our area

Customer service at Courtesy GMC is great! Rhonda and Ollen at GMC services are very nice and polite. My problem was with the mechanics at services. I dropped my car off to get the front A/C fixed. I paid more than $1000 to fix the issue and when I was driving off the dealership I noticed that the rear A/C was blowing hot air, they took a look and told me that the problem could be fixed just by "adjusting" the rear temperature (which lasted 1 day). When I returned, I was told that the problem was in the back and they would have to charge me extra to get that fixed now I wonder, the rear A/C was working perfectly until they tried to fix the front partwhich broke two weeks after they "fixed". Now I moved to Florida, took the Acadia to a dealership in here and they confirmed that the mechanics at Courtesy GMC put a sealant on my A/C that messed up the whole system. They even mentioned that the sealant is not even allowed to be putted in thereso, cheap work. I contacted Courtesy GMC, they said the manager was going to get in touch with me and I never heard from him sad, because I thought they had a great customer service wrong! Now, Im trying to get this situation solved straight with GM. Keep in mind that the mechanics are incompetent!

Met with a friendly greeting and a great big smile! Explained my problem - was told that was not a problem - proceeded to fix it, and then, found a nail in one of tires and it already was very low in pressure - saved my day (out on the road with a flat tire.) After thought, I have always been greeted in the most friendly and helpful way.

AC wasn't cooling. Leak wasn't found initially and a dye was injected into the system along with coolant. Leak was diagnosed in the rear of the vehicle. Working great now.

Very quick service, was actually early to my appointment, and the service rep was able to get to my car earlier than anticipated. Only problem was that after service was done, and I went to my car - there was grease all over the front of my car; however, the service rep immediately took care of the problem and cleaned my car. Yesterday's service was a good experience, thanks to the owners. I had experienced undesireable customer service when a free carwash card was given to me, and when asking about redeeming it, was put off one time and then told by Lindsey, when making an appointment for yesterday that they did not usually do that, but they would go ahead and honor it. When I arrived for service , I spoke with the owners and made them aware and they handled it immediately. I feel like the problem is resolved.

I was only in town for Thanksgiving and thought I would try and get some overdue maintenance done on Friday. Stopped by the dealership and spoke with 'Daniel?' in the service department and asked him if I could get an oil change, tires rotated, balanced and an alignment. Sam came over and I told them I had to be on the road by 1 pm and I was just taking a chance they could fit me into their schedule. Sam more than accommodated my request and made me feel like I wasn't the burden I know I probably was, everyone's in a hurry. I was graciously welcomed to the service department by Rhonda. Who attentively reviewed the reasons for bringing my vehicle to be serviced. While checking for a noise I heard when braking, the techs determined that it was something that required attention. Rhonda will contact me when the part arrives. My wife took the vehicle for its first oil change and tire rotation. When she came home I checked the vehicle out and noticed that the hood had greasy fingerprints on it and on the passenger side of the fender.I also noticed that when the vehicle comes to a stop while in gear it now idles between 6-8 thousand RPM and somtimes drops to 5 thousand RPM. I don't know what this has to do with the oil change but it was fine before it.

I had an appointment, but was not made aware that there would be 10 other 'drive ups' to compete with. As a first time customer (just bought our car), it was extremely confusing to just drive up and sit in my car waiting to be helped. I chose to reschedule my appointment and return a few days later. This time I was one of three cars but still sat unspoken to for almost 20 minutes. It's unsettling to not know if I should sit and wait or go inside to check in. Once inside, everything was fast and thorough but a heads up on how y'all's system works would have been helpful.

After recieving my vehicle from the service dept. I took a look at what had been done to correct a broken headlamp fixture. The headlamp looked fine but the tech who replaced the upper shield over the headlamp reused the old clips and one was damaged and another was broken. This certainly gave question to the quality of the work I couldn't see. Ms. Justice was an outstanding representative and was very helpful and professional. But I have to wonder about the repairs themselves when used and broken clips were reinstalled by the tech.

This is my second Yukon Denali that I have bought from Courtesy. I have to drive five hours to Birmingham. Great deal, great truck. I drove myfirst Denali for seven years and 168,000 miles and never had any problem. My local dealership could not match anywhere near what Courtesy offered. My salesman tried desperately to teach me all the bells and whistles of my new car. Will buy from them again.

My husband and I came out of cold evening weather looking for a car when salesman approach us named Richard ( Trussville,Al)who helped us decide and test drove 2014 GMC Denali .We knew we wanted the car after test driving cause of the features and the room for 5 kids .The service was great getting the car was faster than I thought with finance dept and the professionalism of the staff was wonderful . Of all my years of trading vechiles this was the best. My salesman set a time for me to pick up the new truck and then came down with the flu. But another saleman Chad Gardner picked up and was extremely nice, never complainedor let it bother him because he didn't get the sale. Truly they work as team. Excellent! After finding out by phone call that Hendrick Buick no longer wss a Buick dealer, I was just floored. Purchased a 2013 Enclave in April and now they no longer are a dealer. But, Rick Smith allayed my gears and promptly went into action. Provided me with Buock Roafside Asstiance, they picked up my vehicle and I received a loaner vehicle. My problem was due to careless maintenance. As long as I am an Enclave owner, I willbe a Courtesy customer.

My 2013 Buick Enclave was in the body shop for a repair of a scratch on the wheel well molding and a scratch on an aluminum wheel. The repairs were completed timely and quality of the repair was outstanding. You could tell the two areas were ever scratched. I am extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship of the technicians and courtesy of the body shop employees. It is a pleasure to deal with people that understand good customer service. I ordered a 2014 GMC Yukon and it came in damaged in transit. The dealership notified me and we meet and arrived at a highly satisfactory repair solution. The repairs were excellent and could not tell there was ever damage. The whole process of getting this vehicle even with the concern was excellent. The team of people working at this dealership understand great customer service and demonstrate it every day. I will definitely return for future service and purchases. When I went to look at a new SUV, I wasn't sure how I would be received as I am in a wheelchair. I had my family with me, so I felt like they would take care of me, if the salesman tried to take advantage of me. When we arrived, we met Chad Gardner. He quickly shook my hand and led us to the lot. It was like he didn't even see my chair! He was patient, knowledgable and extremely helpful. He treated me and my family like we were a part of HIS family. When all was said and done, I got exactly what I wanted. The right vehicle, in the right color, with the right equipment and most importantly, the right price. Chad could have easily seen that I am in a wheelchair and walked away. I was not in the market for a new vehicle at the time, due to thinking my payments would be through the roof for a new vehicle.
