Met with a friendly greeting and a great big smile! Explained my problem - was told that was not a problem - proceeded to fix it, and then, found a nail in one of tires and it already was very low in pressure - saved my day (out on the road with a flat tire.) After thought, I have always been greeted in the most friendly and helpful way.

The service department staff (all) are awesome. I was told that they were going to keep my vehicle therefore, I would receive a loaner. Surprising enough, I was notified of the status of repair and also that were also a recall on this issue. Most dealership, well you are left waiting and not knowing anything. Greg always does a great job.I did however find out that a piece of rubber on top of the Acadia tends to come off in a car wash. This is very frustrating and needs to addressed by GM.

I started my purchase looking for a specific type of vehicle and option(s) which was not in inventory at Courtesy at the time. Chad was able to locate a perfect vehicle, make one wheel revision and have the vehicle available for me on my timing, which was actually a bit complicated. AC wasn't cooling. Leak wasn't found initially and a dye was injected into the system along with coolant. Leak was diagnosed in the rear of the vehicle. Working great now.

Very quick service, was actually early to my appointment, and the service rep was able to get to my car earlier than anticipated. Only problem was that after service was done, and I went to my car - there was grease all over the front of my car; however, the service rep immediately took care of the problem and cleaned my car. Yesterday's service was a good experience, thanks to the owners. I had experienced undesireable customer service when a free carwash card was given to me, and when asking about redeeming it, was put off one time and then told by Lindsey, when making an appointment for yesterday that they did not usually do that, but they would go ahead and honor it. When I arrived for service , I spoke with the owners and made them aware and they handled it immediately. I feel like the problem is resolved.

The Service Manager Sam Black and His assistant Sam made sure my auto was taken to the Southern Comfort shop at Trussville Al. and that The Auto was corrected 100% it had tires that would not balance. I was upset with the Southern Comforts Owner He did not want to replace but 3 of the 4 bad tires GMC team made sure all the tire where replaced! They are the Best ! Courtesy GMC take care of YOU!

We were searching for a car for our son who is attending college. I had him test drive several makes and he decided on the GMC Terrain. I have several friends that own Terrains and my husband is a stickler for safety options so I was comfortable with the Terrain. This vehicle turned out to be a great choice! We did the online internet sales and were contacted quickly. We met with Doug Richardson and were able to work out a deal. I was only in town for Thanksgiving and thought I would try and get some overdue maintenance done on Friday. Stopped by the dealership and spoke with 'Daniel?' in the service department and asked him if I could get an oil change, tires rotated, balanced and an alignment. Sam came over and I told them I had to be on the road by 1 pm and I was just taking a chance they could fit me into their schedule. Sam more than accommodated my request and made me feel like I wasn't the burden I know I probably was, everyone's in a hurry. But, great time and that is why I buy my trucks at Courtesy yet live in Tn.

When we found out that the owners manual for the 2015 Denali had been incorrectly printed regarding dinghy tow that caused our four wheel drive Denali to be towed twice in its first 900 miles Chad Gardner and the Courtesy team corrected the problem for us. NOW GM HAS TO CORRECT THEIR MANUAL !

Called the day before I needed to go out of town and asked if my Enclave could be serviced and was told to "bring it on over" as we say in the South. My wife took the vehicle for its first oil change and tire rotation. When she came home I checked the vehicle out and noticed that the hood had greasy fingerprints on it and on the passenger side of the fender.I also noticed that when the vehicle comes to a stop while in gear it now idles between 6-8 thousand RPM and somtimes drops to 5 thousand RPM. I don't know what this has to do with the oil change but it was fine before it.

From the moment we arrived until the time we drove off in our new Enclave, Chad Gardner spent quality time locating a vehicle we liked and could afford. I have never been to a dealership where someone spent so much time with us going over the vehicle and explaining every detail about how to operate it. He was very thorough and it was clear to us that he did not want us to leave Courtesy until all of our questions had been answered. I had an appointment, but was not made aware that there would be 10 other 'drive ups' to compete with. As a first time customer (just bought our car), it was extremely confusing to just drive up and sit in my car waiting to be helped. I chose to reschedule my appointment and return a few days later. This time I was one of three cars but still sat unspoken to for almost 20 minutes. It's unsettling to not know if I should sit and wait or go inside to check in. Once inside, everything was fast and thorough but a heads up on how y'all's system works would have been helpful.

I was greeted by Van Duke at the door. Explained to him that I wanted to test drive one of the 2014 Sierra Trucks that was on the lot. He quickly got the keys and we preceded with the test drive. After recieving my vehicle from the service dept. I took a look at what had been done to correct a broken headlamp fixture. The headlamp looked fine but the tech who replaced the upper shield over the headlamp reused the old clips and one was damaged and another was broken. This certainly gave question to the quality of the work I couldn't see. Ms. Justice was an outstanding representative and was very helpful and professional. But I have to wonder about the repairs themselves when used and broken clips were reinstalled by the tech.

THE DAY MY HUSBAND AND I PULLED UP AT THE DEALER SHIP MICHAEL JOHNSON WAS AT OUR VEHICLE WITH IN 2 MINUTES TO ASSIST US. WE LOOKED AT 2014 BUICK ENCLAVES BUT DID NOT FIND THE EXACT VEHICLED WE WANTED. WE ADVISED MICHAEL OF WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR BASED ON COLOR AND OPTIONS. MICHAEL WALKED INSIDE IN WITH IN 5 MINUTES CAME BACK AND ADVISED US HE HAD FOUND WHAT WE WANTED. IT TOOK MY HUSBAND I A FEW WEEKS TO DECIDE WHATE WE WANTED TO DO AND DURING THAT TIME MICHAEL JOHNSON NEVER FORGOT US AND CALLED US AND EMAILED US THROUGH THE PROCESS UNTIL WE DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH OUT PURCHASE. I had a problem with my 2013 GMC TERRAIN. My service advisor was very efficient when I dropped my car off. He called me back the next morning and told me he had ordered the part,received it, installed it and my car was ready to be picked up. Thanks for the good service.

Our salesman, Richard Gulledge, was excellent. He found us exactly what we wanted, knew exactly how to explain every little detail about the truck to our satisfaction and told us if we had any questions to let him know and he would explain it again. We love the truck and have always found everyone at Courtesy, from service to sales, to be very professional, honest, friendly and nice, and treat us with courtesy and respect. This is the fifth vehicle we have bought from Courtesy. Mr. Gargis is always around. He is so friendly and speaks to everyone. That means a lot. I even hugged his neck yesterday. Sharon Swindall even came out to look at our purchase. She's a sweetheart too and always so helpful.

This was the easiest and most pleasant experience of buying from a dealership we have ever had! Another dealership we purchased a vehicle from took us about 3 to 4 hours to get out the door, huge difference this time! This is my second Yukon Denali that I have bought from Courtesy. I have to drive five hours to Birmingham. Great deal, great truck. I drove myfirst Denali for seven years and 168,000 miles and never had any problem. My local dealership could not match anywhere near what Courtesy offered. My salesman tried desperately to teach me all the bells and whistles of my new car. Will buy from them again.

Of all my years of trading vechiles this was the best. My salesman set a time for me to pick up the new truck and then came down with the flu. But another saleman Chad Gardner picked up and was extremely nice, never complainedor let it bother him because he didn't get the sale. Truly they work as team. Excellent! After finding out by phone call that Hendrick Buick no longer wss a Buick dealer, I was just floored. Purchased a 2013 Enclave in April and now they no longer are a dealer. But, Rick Smith allayed my gears and promptly went into action. Provided me with Buock Roafside Asstiance, they picked up my vehicle and I received a loaner vehicle. My problem was due to careless maintenance. As long as I am an Enclave owner, I willbe a Courtesy customer.

My 2013 Buick Enclave was in the body shop for a repair of a scratch on the wheel well molding and a scratch on an aluminum wheel. The repairs were completed timely and quality of the repair was outstanding. You could tell the two areas were ever scratched. I ordered a 2014 GMC Yukon and it came in damaged in transit. The dealership notified me and we meet and arrived at a highly satisfactory repair solution. The repairs were excellent and could not tell there was ever damage. The whole process of getting this vehicle even with the concern was excellent. When I went to look at a new SUV, I wasn't sure how I would be received as I am in a wheelchair. I had my family with me, so I felt like they would take care of me, if the salesman tried to take advantage of me. When we arrived, we met Chad Gardner. He quickly shook my hand and led us to the lot. It was like he didn't even see my chair! He was patient, knowledgable and extremely helpful. He treated me and my family like we were a part of HIS family. When all was said and done, I got exactly what I wanted.
