For many, many years my mom purchased and serviced cars at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge so when our Town and Country van needed service recently, we contacted Courtesy Chrysler Dodge. What an amazing experience! It so nice to converse on the phone prior to making an appointment and know that it is a trustworthy place to have the vehicle serviced. The knowledgeable staff, Andy Fletcher and Kevin, assured me that all would be taken care of, and it certainly was. The entire experience was made as easy as possible...they even had courtesy car pick me up. The process was smooth and the vehicle was ready when it was promised. I am so grateful that this dealership cares about customers!

This place is amazing! I’m in town for the weekend, and my Jeep was sputtering Friday night as I was driving into town. I live about 2.5 hours away, so I had to get it fixed to be able to drive home on Sunday. I called Saturday morning, explained my situation and the service guy (Kevin?) told me to bring it in so they could run a code for me but they were booked solid for the day. I got here, they ran a code and were able to get it in to fix it so I wouldn’t be stranded. I can’t thank this place enough for their superior service. If you live in the area, you are lucky to have such an amazing dealership in your back yard.

Absolutely amazing survive! My salesman Aaron was absolutely tremendous with costumer service. He didn’t bombarded us and gave us personal time to talk about our decision. He was very respectful and kind. The finance team was also incredible we had Will help us out. Will had a great sense of humor and great costumer service. We even had trouble with paperwork and he did everything he could to make the experience easy and stress free. Very happy with my chose of courtesy used car dealership.

This is my first review ever but I felt compelled to talk about my experience with this dealership particularly in view of the negative perception many have about used car dealers. In May of 2016 I bought a pre-owned vehicle with high mileage and certain mechanical issues. Early on I had repairs made in an effort to troubleshoot and resolve those issues. However, as time passed it became evident that the problem I had was an engine problem. Due to this misunderstanding at the time of purchase I went back to the dealership to seek relief and plead my case. I talked with 3 managers at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep. Each of these individuals treated me with respect, patience, and understanding. At no time was I put on the defensive. Here is what Rick Balkema, the Used Car Manager, offered to do for me. I could either (1) return the vehicle and they would refund me the purchase price OR (2) they would fix the engine for me and absorb the bulk of the expense. I was BLOWN AWAY! Here's why. First of all, I bought this car AS IS and we all know what that means. They weren't obligated to do anything for me. Secondly, this car is TEN YEARS OLD! Well, I decided to go ahead and let them do the repairs. Rick was there for me every step of the way. I was given a loaner car (I live 45 miles away) and Tom Williams in the service department had the work done and the car ready to go for me the very next day (Saturday).Now, I'd like to emphasis a couple of things. First, it was made abundantly clear to me in my dealings with all concerned that this is a dealership of integrity that truly wants to make things right with their customers. They easily could have dismissed my concerns as not being worth the time and effort to address. After all, the vehicle in question has a low market value. Secondly, I want to point out that I am relatively new to the state of Michigan (2013) and have no ties to any people at the dealership and have no reason to be biased in this review. I just wish I had the superlatives to better express my appreciation for the way they do business at this dealership! Mr Campeau, Mr. Balkema, Mr. Williams and the manager in the service department as well as everyone that I came in contact with were friendly, professional and sincere in doing what they could to meet my needs as a customer. They will do the same for you.

Matt was the most approachable salesman I've ever met. My sister and I were just window shopping after seeing a great selection of Jeeps online. Matt walked out and asked us if we needed any help at all. Only a few minutes later we were test driving a Jeep I've dreamed of owning. Buying a car is super stressful but Matt not only eased my worries but didn't pressure me to make the purchase which only made him more credible than other salesmen in the area. After a horrible experience purchasing my last car, I was kind of skeptic. Anyways, Matt was well-versed in the Jeep and the overall performance. Matt also had my sister and I laughing the entire time. Funny and friendly as xxxx. In less than 24 hours, I had my dream car and I will come to Matt whenever I am looking to buy another car. He has a client for life.

I had a great experience buying a car from Courtesy. They really live up to their name! I worked with Terry Madison and he was wonderful. He sold me a great car at a very good price. The whole process was seamless. He took care of everything from start to finish! His honesty, integrity and experience was evident at every turn. After the sale was complete, he spent time with me explaining how to work all of the options on my new vehicle. Any issues he resolved immediately. He really went above and beyond, and I appreciate it more than I can say. I would not hesitate to buy a car from him or Courtesy again!

Matt Hoople is the best person to buy from anywhere. I wouldn't even say the word salesman, as he didn't try to sell us just anything. He made sure he had the right fit for our family. Matt does not work for the quick commission, but for the longevity of keeping his customers happy and referrals. He even followed up after the sale was completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. . We spoke with ALL of the major dealerships in the area, but nothing even came close to his service. We will be using Courtesy Dodge for all of our future vehicle needs. Kudos to Mr Hoople and thank you for all of your help with our 2017 Pacifica.

Courtesy CDJR just keeps the "hits" coming! This dealership never ceases to amaze me and my family at what experts they are at sales, service and the "art of customer service". Laura Betten Lamer (Courtesy President) has molded her staff to such a high level that they perform like a Seal Team or Army Rangers unit! No matter what the task is, large or small, Team Courtesy always services its customers with friendly, gentle, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, common sense, modest care! After many purchases at Courtesy, my observations about Team Courtesy are only reinforced to convince me that the team treats customers like they would want and expect to be treated if they were wearing the customer's shoes. Although it seems like a simple concept, there's no question that they "walk the walk and talk the talk" at Courtesy and let customers know that they really want and do appreciate your business!My family's most recent experience was just a few weeks ago and involved the sale of a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited to one of my daughters. After 10 years, it was time for her Dodge Caliber to be "retired". They made the transition to the new Jeep "friction free and seamless"! The expert customer care began with Brent Locey and Rob Grabill in service and proceeded to involve Joel Noe and Abbey his assistant in sales when it became obvious that maybe the best financial option involved trading in the Caliber and buying something new. Even though Joel was on vacation, he was in touch several times per day while Abbey worked directly with my daughter in making the selection of the perfect car for her. At the time of closing, Joel and Abbey completed the paperwork in efficient, timely fashion and made sure that she was well versed in all of the new features of the car. Before we left, Laura Betten Lamer, Ed Buck, and Curt Campau each made it a point to introduce themselves to her, let her know that they were "at her service" for any future needs, questions or concerns, and thanked her profusely for her purchase (her first new car not on dad's dime)!I could go on for paragraphs and paragraphs about just how great the folks at Courtesy are but it's time to stop. I'll just summarize and say "Team Courtesy, YOU ROCK!"

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit at the end of February with the assistance of sales rep. Joel Noe. I've been driving Jeep products exclusively for 15 years--and this vehicle became my 6th purchase in that time frame. I'd never been to that dealer (I live in Battle Creek) but as I was looking at what dealers in the immediate area had the type of vehicle I was interested in, Courtesy was the closest. While I was certainly interested in a purchase in the next couple of months or so, I mainly wanted to simply see what the new product looked like with the changes and refinements made since my last purchase of a '14 G.C., so I drove over to Grand Rapids to take a look. Joel saw me in the lot looking at inventory, asked me if he could be of assistance--'Just here to look, interested in a Summit, etc... not really seeing anything here though.' The Summit on I'd seen on the Website had sold the previous day and had already been delivered--but it takes 24 hours or so for the transactions to note on the website. Fortunately, a '16 G.C. Summit with the color and features I desired had literally arrived the previous evening and had not yet gone through prep or made it to the dealer website listing. Joel replied about the just arrived vehicle, showed it to me, asked if I wanted to make a trade that day, to which I replied 'If we can make the numbers work, then absolutely.' After all, I was here, and might as well see if a deal could be reached. While I won't bore you with the details, a couple of hours later my things were transferred from the '14 GC to the '16 GC. I've bought a lot of cars in my career--but I have never worked with a more professional, non-assuming sales representative as Joel. I can't say much about the rest of the staff of Courtesy--I presume they are all great folks but I had no interactions with any of them; however Joel, along with F&I rep Scott Boone, was simply outstanding both during the sale and with post delivery follow up, and their efforts to 'find a deal' on my behalf far exceeded any prior dealership experiences.. By the way--the '16 GC Summit is quite a nice car--I highly recommend it as well.

However this was way different and better than I could of thought. Matt worked with my bank to get the information needed. He knew what I was looking for and was able to suggest vehicle options since I was on the fence with what I Wanted. He made the car buying process light hearted fun and easy going. It was a great time. He was very informative and helpful during the process and even afterwards. Called and asked how the vehicle was going for me, if there was anything I needed help figuring out with all the features in the vehicle. Great experience! would refer this guy anytime

I've written several reviews about Courtesy CDJR over the past several years and it's becoming difficult to come up with new, positive expletives to convey just how good the folks at Courtesy are! I recently took delivery on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and Joel Noe expertly managed the process from start to finish. He kept me informed about the overall process on a regular basis and certainly far more than I would have expected. I was pleased to find out that Joel gets as excited about the whole car process as I do! There's no question that Joel is a top notch professional who works very hard for his customers. I feel, however, that it's also important to acknowledge all of the other folks who make the Courtesy enterprise what it is as well. I feel privileged to know (on a first name basis, and in most cases last name basis as well) everyone from the owner, Laura, to the Technician who works on my cars, Nate, and almost everyone in between. I'm pleased to say that they are hard working, dedicated, friendly folks who take great pride in insuring that every customer encounter is a positive one! Personally, I feel like a "rock star" when I'm at Courtesy but am happy to say that I believe that most other customers are made to feel the same way based upon my observations while at Courtesy. There's no question that they function as "Team Courtesy" and I wish to thank everyone for making my (and other members of my family) experiences while at Courtesy the absolute best! No exceptions! Team Courtesy is the best!

Out of all the car dealerships I have been to, the experience at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Grand Rapids, MI was by far the best! My salesman Chris Schutz is very down to earth, funny and personable. He was willing to help me out wherever needed and I could definitely tell that he has a good heart. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family members. During part of the process with buying my car, I had to wait about 25 minutes before speaking with the financial department. I personally did not mind waiting, but Courtesy thanked me for my patience by making sure the car was cleaned at the up-most standard by vacuuming the car, washing the car and even filling up the gas tank prior to me driving the car off the lot. It was very thoughtful and appreciated! I would rate this dealership a 5/5 stars for excellent customer service and professionalism. I will definitely be back to see Chris again the next time I need another car.

My husband and I just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Courtesy. Our search began at Courtesy, since we had a great experience with them when purchasing my husband's Ram 1500 a few years ago. We gathered some information, took a test drive, and received a value for our trade. I was pleasantly surprised that their trade offer was very fair - right off the bat. We didn't make a purchase that first day, because I needed to shop around for piece of mind. I didn't "need" a new car - just wanted one, so I had time to shop. I shopped around and came back to Courtesy. Our sales guy, Joel was very patient with me - answered all my questions and concerns. We had a great experience purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would highly recommend Courtesy if you are in the market for a new or used car. They are honest and have a great staff. Scott, the finance guy, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

We first hooked up with Courtesy through the USAA car buying service. Rachel Pendergast made the initial contact and turned us over to Matt Hoople. Matt had us lined up with a 2014 Grand Caravan the same day (despite the fact that we were "not nearly ready to buy".) Selling the 2011 Dodge Durango to me was a plesant experience, Sales rep was very nice BUT... 45 Days into owning my vehicle I realized my oil change light coming on. So I went in had the oil changed for free. Tech states bring the car in yesterday for a rack and pinion inspection. So I pay the 49.95 and they tell me that I have to pay 1300+ in repairs. He called the sales manager and he states used car over 30 days basically my issue.How is it they inspected this SUV called it used cerified when they sold it to me and did not notice this issue, I feel they need to take ownership on selling me a major repair like this so early on. Yes it used but DONT say Certified and claim to have inspected and made repairs. I believe they covered it up. I am super upset.

I went in to the dealership on a Wednesday with a fairly good idea of what I wanted to buy. Joel set me up with a few cars to test drive, and I fell in love with my 200S. They held the car for me until Saturday when I was ready to drop my jeep off for trade in, and I was in and out very quickly. I really wanted to upgrade my little 4 door car to a jeep but was a little hesitant because I didn't know where to go & I knew they could be pricy. The staff at Courtesy hit it out of the park again! My last purchase was delivered on 12/31/13. The car came in late in the afternoon and they made sure it was ready (including detailing) by 6:30 PM on New Year's Eve! This time, the car was delivered late in the afternoon on 12/26/14 at 2:30 PM and the same treatment was rendered again. I was out the door with my new car by 5:30 PM! The SRT / Viper technician, Nate, even came in on his day off to help make this happen! Courtesy CJDR consistently works hard to make the buyer's experience nothing less than first class and works hard to maintain the owner's trust and business. It's obvious that this level of dedication starts at the top with Laura and is shared by every member of the sales and service staff! One doesn't have to go far to hear stories of woe from customers treated badly at other dealerships. Some may suggest that I "just got lucky" or that "lightning struck twice". Make no mistake that from my observation, this is what the people at Courtesy do every day, and they do it extremely well! Last night my wife and I purchased a minivan from Courtesy and had the pleasure of working with Matt Hoople. Compared to experiences we have had at other dealerships in the area, Matt and Courtesy stood head and shoulders above the rest. Everything was clearly explained to us and all of our questions were answered. It was a low-pressure environment and everything was very transparent - at no point did I feel like we were dealing with the stereotypical "used car salesman" that was just trying to make a deal. Matt recommended a vehicle based on a short discussion and was able to very thoroughly explain all of the cool features and benefits of that vehicle compared to others and how they lined up with what we were looking for (and some things we didn't even know we were looking for). Matt went above and beyond taking care of my family throughout the whole process and we are very appreciative of that. Although I have purchased and serviced a number of cars and trucks from Courtesy CDJR through the years, my most recent purchase proves that the Courtesy folks continue to maintain their "edge" and stay heads and shoulders above the competition. My most recent purchase, a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was delivered to the dealership just before noon on New Years Eve, 2013. Within minutes of it coming off the truck, the New Car Sales Manager emailed me to let me know that the car was in. (It is important to know that he, Curt Campeau, personally handled the original order at the request of the General Manager, Ed Buck. Also, it is important to know that I have always been greeted and addressed by name by sales staff, service writers, mechanics, etc. whenever I visit the dealership! It is also important to know that I have observed many other customers receive the same treatment during their visits to the dealership.) After speaking to Curt by phone after the email, he agreed to have my new Jeep ready by 4:30 PM even though New Years Eve / end of month / end of quarter / end of year was one of those "chest pain busy" kind of days for him and his staff. When I arrived, I was greeted by Curt Campeau who asked if it "would be ok" to have salesman Phil Koetje assist in the paperwork, etc. in order to conserve "my time" in order for me to make it to New Years Eve dinner with my wife and some friends. The whole transaction went very smoothly due to Phil's expert knowledge of his products and the paperwork process. Shortly after, I was taken to see my car in a warm, indoor environment after it had been expertly prepped, washed and waxed. IT WAS STUNNING!! The car groomers even took the time to ask if I had any questions about my new Jeep! Shortly thereafter, I met with the "F & I" gentleman (sorry, I can't remember his name but he was just as much "on top of his game" as the rest of the Courtesy CDJR team!) A few minutes later, I was ready to leave the dealership, but before going, Phil Koetje went over the car and all of it's high tech systems with me and patiently answered every question that I had no matter how trivial! (Most people would be watching the clock ready to go home on a Holiday evening but not Phil or the Courtesy team!) I can't say enough good things about the Courtesy team. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Thank you to all of the team and Happy New Year! You ROCK!!

I would highly recommend Matt Hoople at Courtesy Dodge. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The CD player that came with the used vehicle I purchased was not working, so Matt arranged a loaner car for me to drive (free of charge) while he made an appointment to have a new CD player put in (again, free of charge). The new CD player works great!As for the car I purchased, Matt told me it was in great condition, and an inspection by my mechanic proved that Matt was being completely honest with me. Matt will work hard to find you a good deal on a car, and will do everything he can to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I should also mention that I bought my previous vehicle from Matt as well, and I never had a single issue with it. I never had to have it in for repairs, not even once. In fact, I'd still be driving it today if it had not been totaled in an accident. It's scary when you're buying a new car; it is a major life purchase, and it's hard to know if the salesperson standing in front of you has your best interest at heart. You really want someone you can trust. Relax. Matt Hoople is that guy.

These men helped turn a previously miscommunicated experience into a great experience. We had traded in our 2010 Journey for a 2013 Journey. After owning the new one for about 5 wks, we discovered that there was no 3rd row seat. (We had assumed this seating row was laying flat and as we had owned a prior Journey, did not ask how to move the seats). Instead of telling us that we were out if luck, Mark went out of his way to turn this into a positive experience! While our Journey was being evaluated for trade in, he had Scott show us some other vehicles. Turns out, we are a mini van family! Scott worked with our schedules to get the necessary paperwork completed, even though he had a funeral to attend that week! Great job, guys!

I brought my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in because my key had broken off in the ignition and the car was still running. Tom was able to shut the car off and get the broken key out of the ignition. Even though I did not purchase my Jeep at Courtesy, he took care of me and there was no charge for this service. Additionally, Tom did some switching of my keys and was able to save me 225.00 for a new key. Overall, my visit cost me 13.00 for a new valet key. I will be sure to bring my two Jeeps in to Courtesy for oil changes and other maintenance in the future due to this one encounter. Thanks Tom!

My wife and I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Del Contreras at Courtesy Dodge. We had come 80 miles to do some shopping in Grand Rapids, when on a whim we stopped to look at used Wranglers. We had been looking for a late model with a manual transmission which we had been unable to find locally. We were introduced to Del and a Wrangler that was just what we had been looking for. Del went our of his way to make us what we felt was a fair deal. He then had the installation of a tow package expedited that afternoon while we went to lunch, thus eliminating the need for us to return to GR at a later date to pick up the vehicle. In addition he made arrangements to send a team member to our home the pickup the hardtop for our trade in Wrangler. Again saving us a 160 mile round trip. In summary, it was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever experienced. Del and the team at Courtesy know what good customer service is all about. My 2006 Buick Lacrosse is a pretty car. It goes down the road smoothly, and is very quiet. It is missing many of the "extras" that I am used to, however. It was originally a rental car, which I didn't know until AFTER I bought it. I bought this car too fast. I bought it on my lunch hour and picked it up after work. Lesson learned.

Dan (and the technician) is the reason I keep going back to Courtesy. I have been to other Jeep dealers and their service/parts departments. Dan is accomodating and is a great listener. I have done my best to try to explain the service issue in my words and he asked the right questions to get the concern correct.Everyone from the time the overhead door opens until the bill has been paid have been been great to work with. Dan even had me talk to a high level technician in the bay to address my own misunderstanding of the 2007 Liberty's cooling system. My Jeep has been in their service department three times and I havent regretted a thing.

By way of background, we had purchased two mini vans some 10-15 years ago from Courtesy but our current vehicles had been purchased elsewhere. Scott made sure that since this was my first oil change after purchasing the van (used) that it was free. I forgot to mention when I checked in that I had a rear blinker that had burned out a few days prior, but it was fixed and free of charge as well. Al went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. Free water and cookies along with a nice waiting area are such nice touches. My kids loved sitting and putting together the puzzle that was awesome to spend 20 uninterrupted minutes with my kids, I might get my oil changed more often!! Having the ability to just show up and get my oil changed whenever I have time is awesome, my schedule is already so overbooked as it is and trying to pin down time to get an oil change is sometimes just too much, being able to stop in on the fly and back out in a matter of minutes is simply awesome and I can't thank Courtesy enough!

We called from Bellevue to see if they had the Yukon that we seen on the computer. Chris answered the phone and let us know that they still had it. He offered to call us why we were driving to let us know if it got sold why we were driving. I really appreciated this because we were driving pretty far to see it. I live in South Bend Indiana and had been looking for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for about 4 months. I found one at Courtesy and decided to test drive it since we were coming up to visit family. I e-mailed Scott about the Jeep, he was quick to respond to muy e-mails and multiple questions. On the way to the dealership I ran through all the tricks I thought they would pull and told her to be prepared to walk. I was proven wrong. Scott was very laid back and I felt no pressure. The wife and I took the Jeep for a test drive. We got back in 15 minutes and they had already appraised my vehicle and laid out an offer. I fully expected to have them low ball me on my trade, wrong again, they gave me more than I expected. Then it came down to negotiating the final price. I once again expected hours of Scott running back and fourth to some secret negotiation. Instead he brought Ed the Sales Manager in and in about 30 seconds we met in the middle on the price. I ahve been in banking for 15 years and have heard horror stories about buying cars. Scott and Ed made this so incredibly easy. We wrapped up the deal and got financed and were out the door pretty quickly. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Early the Friday morning after Scott was already calling me. I had left my bike rack on my old car because it would not fit in the hitch on the Jeep. Scott did some research and found out they make adapters. I cam back and picked up my bike rack. Saved me the $250 to $500 for a new bike rack. This kind of customer service is above and beyond what I expected. I have no intention of ever stepping foot on any other dealership. I will be a life long customer at Courtesy!

Picked up my son's Wrangler on Friday after getting a door fixed, got there right at closing time (5:30). The car wouldn't start, so Tom got Al to come out and take a look at it. They pushed the car into the garage (after hours now), put it up on the hoist and removed the starter. Starter was bad. Not only did they stay an hour late on a Friday to get us back on the road, they fixed a couple other minor things under the car that we hadn't seen before. Awesome customer service!!

We started out looking for a used vehicle to purchase...met Doug on the Used Car Lot, we immediately felt very comfortable in talking to him; he was not pushy and let us look around; and let us do most of the talking. After discussing going the used vehicle route, we decided to release again. We had just come out of a lease, a car, and I really wanted to get back into a van. I feel that Courtesy Dodge will stay as important to us after the purchase as they did for the purchase of our new Town and Country Van. Doug worked extensive to get me in the Van I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, and with all the amenities I wanted; there were no games, he was relentless in getting us every rebate. The financial people were very helpful to us also. I like the way Doug introduced us to the Service Department and explained every detail to us, as to what we can expect when we come in for oil changes etc. He then went over every detail of the car. I drove out of the lot confident on where everything was located and not having to search and worry about trying to figure things out. I would definitely give out Doug's name to everyone interested in buying a vehicle and I am sure Courtesy Dodge will be our home for our cars.

Repair on ignition lock solved our issue; we also had a headlight cover sanded and I actually thought they did an OK job until I realized I was looking at the wrong one and the one sanded did indeed look like new as mentioned by the service representative. we will also be returning there for oil changes due to competitive pricing. Staff were friendly as well.

If you are looking for a dealer that is both fair and customer-service oriented, I would hightly recommend working with Courtesy Dodge and Jeff Sweeris. We have been a long-time customer of a competitor dealership (of which Courtesy was not aware at the time). At the end of the day, I felt that I received an extremely fair value on my trade-in as well as every effort made to put me in a new lease at the price-point I was looking for. (If the truth be told, it was eye-opening that Courtesy came in at a better price for an extremely comparible vehicle without any previous relationship. The other dealership told me they had pulled out all the stoppers for me since I have been such a good customer, but that was obviously not the case.) Jeff made the sales process extremely easy - especially for those of you like me that typically hate the process of buying new cars. He was extremely proactive, quick to turnaround information and quotes including looking for all eligible rebates, etc., and earned my business within a few hours. At the end of the day, I was extremely excited about my new 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition in addition to feeling like the pricing and negotiation process was fair and EASY. I will be recommending my friends and family to highly consider Courtesy for their next Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep purchase. And it goes without saying, I would also recommend my friends and family to work with Jeff Sweeris. He had an easy-going personality, yet was quick to return phone calls, got right to the point of getting me trade-in value estimates, lease option prices, etc. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the business - having been a former deadership owner, dealership finance manager, etc. He is in the business because he is passionate about it and loves what he does which shows.

After many days of online/in person searching for a "new" used vehicle for my daughter, I finally had it narrowed down to about six additional vehicles to check out. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, comfortable setting and professional conduct. There was an expansive selection covering a wide price range. It was easy to find the car that fit my needs and budget. I showed up on Saturday and browsed the lot. Bob Krueger came out after a few minutes and answered some questions for me. I left with his business card and refreshingly there was no attempt at a high-pressure sales pitch. I had visited over 20 car lots that week and Courtesy's selections were the cleanest and most reasonably priced that I found.I returned Monday for a test drive and finalized my decision. The price negotiation was open and honest. I showed Bob my research and he told me their pricing philosophy which was also prominently displayed on the wall. We were quickly able to agree on a price that was fair to both parties. The sale and registration took place efficiently on their premises and I was out the door in record time. It has been 4 days and I have no remorse. I know that I received a good vehicle at a good price and genuinely enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend Courtesy Chrysler and especially Bob. I give them 5 stars across the board.

Had over 135,000 miles on the 2006 van otherwise would have kept it.Bob Krueger waited on me. First he looked the vans up online then we went into the lot.Saw one I liked right away. Drove it and they told me what they would trade in my van for. Went home and "slept on it." Called Bob the next day and told him I would take it. He was very professional and friendly. My wife and I came to Courtesy to look at minivans for our growing family. Linda was very friendly and helpful as she demonstrated the features of some of the models available. We already had a model in mind, and she helped us in finding all the variations available on the lot or on order, and the pros and cons of each option. Price was the biggest factor in our decision, as we already had one car payment to make, but we got a good trade-in on our Neon for the van, and the features available were very good for the price we paid. Linda was very aware of our needs, as she brought the van up for a test-drive and made sure the air conditioning was running for a while before we went out, as it was a hot day and my wife is pregnant. I found this a very welcome observation, and was very appreciative.In addition to the friendly interactions we had with Linda and her manager, neither lost their professionalism at any time. We got a flier in the mail with an unbelievable offer on our used Grand Caravan. We decided to go in and check it out, expecting it to be bogus. They actually came very close to the amount on the card. We had some depreciation due to higher mileage but got a great price for our trade in. They helped us find financing at a great rate. Car shopping is the worst especially under pressure. The last thing anyone wants to do right now in this crappy economy is not take their time in making a large decision dealing with a large purchase/money pit without weighing all the options to only end up making a bad decision over a rusted out s#*at box. Unfortunately, when dealing with insurance companies nothing will ever be perfect nor will they every give you enough time to find a replacement vehicle, which is why you gotta do your research and know what you want and where to go so you can total your car on Tuesday and have a new (used) car by Friday. This is how I found Courtesy Dodge, a Honda Accord in their used lot for dirt cheap. Matt was the first sales person to approach me, held the door open, and invited me into the air conditioning. After speaking to 4 idiotic salesmen prior to Matt, I was glad to finally get one that listened to me and my situation. Other than it not being ideal for a mom that drives roughly 18k miles a year and it already had 248k, it was a "cute" little car and it had a moonroof!! That sounds very feminine, so let me... in car speak, its a Honda...what else do you want me to say? They are great cars. Just not that one. As I pointed out things that were wrong with the vehicle Matt would come down on the price even though I already thought what they were asking was reasonable and fair. While sitting in Matt's office, talking about the Honda a new car comes onto the lot off a trade in, a Pontic Vibe. I knew this vehicle, and was one that I had research a little and it had the specific things I was looking for in a used car: low mileage, great fuel economy, affordable, comfortable, safe, in a specific price range (this one ended up being in the price range even with taxes, gap insurance, and extras), spacious, front wheel drive, and cargo area. I test drove it, had my mechanic give it a good bill of health, and made my decision. That was my car and I wanted to buy it, except I had a few minor kinks to work out. While most car sales guys would have told me to give them a call when I got everything worked out and have down payment but then turn around and sell it to somebody else, Matt helped me get into the car I really wanted. He was able to get me into the car that I wanted because he listened to what I wanted, what I was looking for in a car, what I didn't want, my financial situation, and he gave me a reasonable and fair price by comparing to other Vibes in a 300 mile radius from Courtesy Dodge. I left in my new used car feeling very good about my purchase, like I got a great deal, and for once a genuine sales person who sells whats best for his customer not whats best for himself.

Have purchased several previously owned autos from Courtesy thru Bill Beger. Two in the last year. The latest one, a 2001 Acura TL 3.2. There seems to be an issue with the transmission that they will be addressing in the near future. The car has a 3 month, 3000 limited warranty that should cover the issue. Having had excellent sales service from Bill and his associates, we are hopeful that will not hit any snags in getting this unfortunate issue corrected. We will see. I thank Courtesy for the great job they've done so far and am hopeful the the same will apply to this current issue.

Scott was very friendly and informative about the features of the vehicles we had questions about. Unlike some salespeople we have dealt with in the past, Scott made us feel at ease and didn't pressure us. This was our first time at Courtesy and I am sure that we will return.

We are always happy with both of these service advisor. Al is always pleasant and eager to help us, always has a smile on, like today Rob was busy and ask us to see Al for our oil changes and check up, Al was more than happy to help us. Rob, we always call him for all our needs and questions, if he does not have an answer he finds ones. My husband will only deal with Rob, he will call just to make sure Rob is there, he has went once when Rob was not there, and the service advisor was rude, after that time we will only go when Rob is there. When we have had issues, Rob will get the problems solve. Good job to both the these service advisors.Over all I feel Courtesy Dodge has done us right, we both two new vehicle two years ago and we have been very satisify with everyone there. Brought my vehicle in for A/C repair. Problem wasn't found on first trip, but they added dye and on my return visit the leak was found. Service advisor was friendly and easy to work with. Very flexible with my schedule. Love the shuttle service they offer. Was able to use them so I wouldn't have to stay at the dealership while they repaired my vehicle. The service advisor called me as soon as the repair was done. Everyone I encountered in the service department was professional and friendly. Would recommend this service department to others.

Everyone was friendly,professional and helpful from the minute I pulled in the lot. I had very specific needs in a new (used) vehicle and also time constraints that required me to leave and return to the lot a few hours later the same day (a Saturday besides). Vehicles that met my requirements were very quickly identified to me. Once I made a selection, I left and returned several hours later to all of the paperwork completed and the auto detailed and ready to go. I don't think I was there more than an hour total, and drove my new vehicle off the lot that day! I actually enjoyed the experience, which I have never done purchasing a vehicle before. Would definately return in the future, and reccomend to others.

I stopped on a rainy morning just to look at a Jeep Wrangler that I saw as I was going past. I was surprised at how quickly a salesman came out in the rain to greet me. When I said this wasn't exactly what we were looking for, he told me about another vehicle they had that wasn't currently on the lot, but suggested I check out the dealership website to view it. I did. I returned. I test drove the Jeep. My husband and I are now driving around in our newest "toy"--a 2010, bright red Jeep Wrangler! Thanks Del!

From my first visit, my Salesman identified what type of vehicle would be a good fit based upon price and size. Because I lease my vehicles, I was able to lease a new Chrysler 200 for a payment lower then my previous lease. After the test drive, no other vehicle provided the features and comfort of the Chrysler. I had formerly driven GM cars. So far, I am nothing but happy with my experience and have made referrals to family and friends. Thanks to Bob and the others who worked diligently to create this extremely positive experience, and to Chrysler for designing such a nice car.

There is only one word I would use to describe Scott Sykes, is WOW. This gentleman went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfortable. He explain everything in detail regarding the vehicle we purchased and the most important thing is that we didnt feel overwhelmed. They checked twice to make sure the a/c problem I was experiencing was caused by the coil. It was very expensive but they pared it to the bone. I was taken home by a courteous driver and picked up the next morning in time to make my schedule. Good service by good people.

I called with a lock problem on my minivan. I was given a day to bring it in. Rob gave me an estiment and time frame of the repair. He was right on the money and hadme out the door in good time. My lock problem was fixed and all was good. I have dealt with Rob before and I know i can rely on him helping me. He is always friendly and i feel he will take care of me as a customer. It is nice to be able to trust someone at my dealership to handle my car issues. I am always treated with a friendly smile and attitude from Rob or Al. I would recommend them to others.

We walked into the dealership wanting to just look at new vehicles and get an idea at how much we were looking at when we decided to purchase a new vehicle, but the staff at courtesy made my wife and I feel comfortable and not pressured at all, they even let us take a vehicle home over the weekend to try. Needless to say, my wife fell in love with the Jeep Patriot we brought home and Monday morning we bought that Patriot! We could not be happier and will come back again for our next new vehicle.

I have purchased my last 6 vehicles through Courtesy Chrysler and have a very tough time looking elsewhere! Doug Shank is a very courteous, easy going and thorough Salesman. His attention detail is very impressive. It is very difficult to find a dealership that you can build a relationship with that lasts in todays world and a Salesman as well. I have looked elsewhere to compare pricing and inventory, but always end up at Courtesy Chrysler as they(Doug) goes the extra mile to get me what I want and need.
