We bought my 2015 Lincoln MKC from Loren Villano about 3 years ago! The buying process was a great experience! We live 3 1/2 hours away, we called in the morning and we had a fantastic car by that evening! Any time I’m back in Pocatello for a visit Loren gets my car in for service and alignment checks and makes sure my Lincoln is in tip top shape. One thing that stands out over the last three years was a time I had to take my car in where I live. Some spark plugs needed to be changed before I could drive it to Pocatello. They were changed and a couple days later I headed to Poky for a visit. The entire way my car was acting up. I called Loren and he told me to bring it in as soon as I arrived in town. I took it in and explained what was happening. Loren had a rental car ready for me and kept my car so they could fix it. The next day he explained that the spark plugs were done wrong, so they replaced all of them free of charge AND had us reimbursed from the company where they were originally changed! I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our end! THAT is true customer care! Loren Villano is simply the best and we will definitely be back for our car buying and servicing needs!

i am 69 years old and have had the dubious 'opportunity' to go through the automobile purchasing experience several times. Having said that, this is the most pleasant buying experience i've had. I called the dealership on Saturday mid day and was put in contact with A.J. Bybee. I had to drive an hour to get there and when I arrived the vehicle (I found it on the internet) I had requested to see was sitting in front of the show room entrance. With my wife, I took the car for a drive and to check it out. After returning, the discussion over purchase price was very enjoyable and out in the open at a desk on the showroom floor - not in some little room. I found some things with the vehicle that I requested be addressed and AJ agreed to get them resolved. Then I was taken to a room which was not closed in but was private enough to allow for conversation without disclosing private information to others. This process lasted about ten minutes at which time I agreed to return on Monday to finalize the transaction and to accept delivery of the vehicle after the dealer had time to address the issues I requested. On Monday when I returned, the vehicle was by the showroom door, with all of the issues I had requested having been resolved. It was detailed, full of fuel, and ready for delivery. The next part really blew me away. When I went to finalize the transaction, it was literally a 2-minute transaction and I was on my way.It was a rapid, courteous, and professional transaction. I received top dollar for my trade in and purchased a vehicle at what I feel is an excellent price. If I could, I would give them a rating of 10.

Stopped at the wrong lot to look at a vehicle I had found on the internet. Jim Beitz at Courtesy came out, explained, asked a few ?s, got my phone #. I was fairly impressed by that fact alone. He called within 24hrs. Found exactly what I wanted on another lot. I was allowed to take it home for the night and then locked myself out. Bless a guy from the dealer who drove to Lava Ranch, found me and unlocked. Came to town and bought. Thanks to all, it was quite a day.

The service department was extremely helpful and worked to get my truck working properly. We installed a new bigger fuel tank and fuel filters in my F350 truck and had problems getting it started because of air in the fuel lines. The service worked to correct the problem and the truck is starting and running fine.

We were in a strange situation 2000 miles from home where we had to trade in our vehicle and purchase a new one. Mike did an amazing job of finding a vehicle that would fit our needs, he was a pleasure to work with and I would consider coming 2000 miles back to work with him for our next vehicle purchase. The finance department was fantastic, we don't have the best credit and it was hard to find a lender that would get the payments close to where we need them. We finally decided we had to make the purchase no matter what so we accepted a higher payment than we wanted to do, but while paperwork was being worked on the finance department continued to call lenders and actually got us a rate a few points lower and saved us over $40 a month, and that was after we had said OK and they could've stopped looking.

Although it took two attempts to resolve the problem I was having with two of my new tires, the problem was identified and resolved by replacing the damaged tires and completing a front end alignment with the new tires. I expected to pay for the alignment, but Phil Meador Ford did not charge for it. Pretty great service all things considered.

I especially loved working with Kelly as he is always so friendly and very accommodating in any way he possibly can be...he is awesome! I also worked with Nikki in finance and she too was exceptionally nice and very helpful. The two of them made a somewhat difficult situation as comfortable as could be and I was grateful for their help and I truly feel that they had my best interest at heart. Great employees! I have yet to come into this dealership, whether it is to purchase a vehicle or for a service and feel anything but welcome. This place has the nicest employees ever and I must say that I never feel that high pressure here that I have felt at so many other dealerships. Shop here and you won't regret it!

Courtesy is attempting to repair this pickup. This is very appreciated. I take by my words that follow:My son bought an F150 from Courtesy within the last few weeks. It started leaking all over my drive way soon after. We took it to my mechanic who determined they must have known about the leak because the ultra-violet dye had already been added. The rear main seal is leaking badly. Courtesy will not help him fix the issue. They knew they were selling him a lemon and now will not fix the issue. I have had several Fords in the past including a newer Edge. I will never deal with Courtesy again!We do not have the pickup back yet, so we pray that this will resolve the issue. I didn't buy a car from this dealership but Josh went up and out of his way to show me every car available that I was looking for. The only reason I didn't buy is they didn't have the right car I was looking for with the right price. But Josh was so kind to spend a couple of hours with my husband and I wandering around the parking lot all while showing him the specifics of what we like. While our 2006 Ford F-350 w/ a 6.0 diesel was being repaired I went and talked to Curtis about what diesel pickups they had in stock. Curtis showed me several in stock but none had all of the options that we were looking for. Curtis found us a F-350 w/a 6.7 diesel in the Salt Lake area that had very thing we wanted on our pickup. Curtis was great to deal with and got us an excellent price on the pickup. I have 2 Fords (car & pickup) which Courtesy Ford does all of servicing on. When ever I'm at Courtesy Ford I always stop in the showroom to see Curtis.

Just wanted to share a short review about my wonderful buying experience at Courtesy Ford and the great salesman Loren Villano. I purchased a used Ranger from them. I spoke with Loren on phone about Ranger and what I want in a vehicle. Loren had all the info on the Ranger and we made a appointment to see and drive Ranger. When my wife and I arrived at dealership Ranger was parked in front and ready for test drive. drove truck and decided that Ranger would meet our needs. We agreed to purchase Ranger the next day (Saturday) from time we walked into dealership until we left dealership was a total of 65 minutes total! Loren had everything ready as he said it would be! I would recommend Courtesy Ford Lincoln and Loren Villano to anyone who looking for a great car buying experience to stop in and say Hello!

We live in Boise and found a pre owned Subaru Legacy at Courtesy on cargurus.com. We were contacted by Curtis Scott about our interest in the car. We were so hesitant about buying a car 250 miles away and would totally rely our trust in Curtis. Well he came through with flying colors! He was able to provide us in great detail about the condition and handling of the car. He was so concerned about the littlest things on the car that it made us feel so comfortable about buying the car, sight unseen. The car was delivered to us, that is "First Class Service"! Once we received the car and was able to test drive the car, Curtis was so right on about the car. Anytime I need help looking for a new vehicle, or have friends who need a vehicle, I sent them to Courtesy Ford and tell them to ask for Curtis! He is very helpful, he doesn't push a vehicle or warranty unless he knows its the PERFECT one and exactly what you're looking for. We have been customers to Courtesy Ford for 8 years - This year both our daughters bought Ford Escapes from Curtis. The dealership went WAY out of their way - but mostly Curtis worked to get the vehicles in great condition and at a fantastic price. The oldest bought a 2006 Escape with 119,000 miles and the youngest bought a 2005 Escape with 81,000 miles. Curtis made sure the payment was something they could afford. Having daughters and working with a car dealership can be a disastrous combination - I never have to worry about my girls doing business at Courtesy Sales.

I just can't say enough about our families experience with Curtis at Courtesy Ford!! He was kind, attentive, patient and honest, which is of HUGE importance when searching for a vehicle. Buying a car can definitely be a pain but with Curtis it was fun!! It took us a couple days to really pinpoint what our family needed and he was so patient! We must have test drove 100 cars it seemed, but we never felt like we were annoying or frustrating him, he just kept saying 'My goal is for my clients to not be one time customers, but lifetime customers' and we certainly are!! We told him our budget and he STUCK WITH THAT!! Even went a couple thousand below, which is AMAZING!!! Even after a year when we had some mechanical issues, Curtis went above and beyond making sure we were happy and taken care of!! We love our car and plan on purchasing a new one later this year and we won't shop anywhere else or with anyone else! Curtis is THE car guy!! Thank you so much Curtis!! You are the BEST!!

**edit: I changed my 1 star review of my first impression to reflect my current feelings after getting my vehicle serviced here. After learning of my issue below, the dealership management contacted me and offered to make it up to me. They had me bring my car back the next day. When I arrived I was given VIP treatment, they had the oil I requested, and serviced my vehicle 100% free. They were fast, friendly, and most importantly seemed to do a good job and take good care of my vehicle. They filled my tank with premium to make up for the extra trip and had the detail guys spruce it up a little. I've had many bad dealership experiences in our area lately, and I was glad to finally feel good about the service I received. The manager admitted it was some poor communication that had inconvenienced me before, and he seemed sincere when he said they would address the issue internally.** I live 60 miles away, but I wanted my new Ford serviced at a Ford dealership. I called ahead to make an appointment and ask a few questions. My main two (maybe three) concerns were 'is Full Synthetic Motorcraft oil available?' and 'will my earned owner advantage points work at this dealership?' A service writer named Anothony informed me that Motorcraft full syn was available for my oil change, and I could use my Owner Advantage Rewards. I made and later confirmed my appointment, the service writers mentioned my concerns and the full synthetic oil each time I spoke with them. This morning I drove into Pocatello (the 60 mile trip used about 2 gallons of fuel each way in my Focus ST) and made it to my scheduled service a bit early. When I mentioned the Owner Advantage program the service writer I was working with told me that I could NOT use my Owner Advantage Rewards. This was disappointing as I was counting on using my rewards to pay for at least part of this service and make it affordable for me. I asked for a price on a LOF without the rewards. He pulled my VIN and went to parts to price the full synthetic oil. They informed me that I had a choice between Mobil 1 and Carquest brand oil (No Ford Motorcraft Oil available at this Ford dealership without special order), turns out Anthony lied about the availability. And although I can buy Motorcraft Full Syn in town for just under $10 a quart (they didn't let me know I needed to bring some), they wanted over $70 for 6 quarts of what I believe to be an inferior lubricant. My appointment was scheduled for a week, and no oil was ordered for me. I had two seemingly minor concerns and they lied about both of them. I drove 60 miles, wasted 4 gallons of fuel and about 3 hours of my day...for nothing. Whats the point of calling ahead with questions if you can not get accurate answers? I won't be back, and I am writing a similar review in all the places one can review a business. I don't want anyone else to feel the way I do right now. I've bought several new Fords, and I'm quite loyal to the brand of vehicles...but if there is no where reliable to get Fords worked on in our area, maybe next time I'll try a different manufacturer.

Courtesy Ford is a wonderful place to purchase vehicles. I've purchased several vehicles from them over the course of the last 14 years and all of their representatives have been very professional and enjoyable to work with. However, if you purchase a vehicle through them or any other dealership and are offered GAP insurance through the Safe-Guard GAP company, keep in mind that from my personal experience, Safe-Guard is very difficult to work with when it comes to actual GAP coverage, they are more expensive than going through your own financial agency and they do have ways to make sure you do not get the coverage that you have paid for. Talk with your loan specialist regarding the options they have for GAP insurance coverage. It's not expensive but it can be a financial life saver in the event of an accident.

I purchased a 2003 Ford Expedition via Car Trader on the internet from Courtesy Ford. Curtis Scott did a walk around of the vehicle with me on the phone, Describing the Expedition and answering all my questions. I purchased the SUV sight unseen, and Curtis had the Ford shipped to me, 780 miles away. Buying a used vehicle strictly on a salesmans word, is not the safest way to get the used car you are looking for! But in this case I could not be more pleased. Curtis did everything he said he would,and the Expedition arrived exactly as described. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Courtesy Ford!

After putting $2800 total into my 2002 powerstroke. I picked up the truck and it still had the same oil leak it originally had when I took it in. Come to find out "AL" the so called (best powerstroke mechanic in the whole north west." according to the service manager Jim") had put an extra gallon of oil in the truck after the turbo was changed and the injector control pressure module was changed and removed, and then the high pressure oil pump was changed. When I asked about all the parts swapping to get my truck running, the(best powerstroke mechanic in the whole north west) told me all those things going bad at exactly the same time was just BAD LUCK. Then he informed me that the main computer module was also bad and needed replaced and that was why my check engine light was on. The check engine light was never on before they worked on it. So the main computer module was also just bad luck. A week after I removed my truck from courtesy ford xxxx the oil leak returned with a diesel leak also and the truck started running like crap.(more bad luck). I borrowed a code reader form a buddy of mine and got 3 different codes, I got on the internet for about 20 minutes and found out that those codes were usually due to the Injector control pressure module. (Yes the same part they changed and removed putting the bad one back on). I found an ICP on ebay for $40 and replaced it in about 10 minutes. The truck quit leaking oil and runs like its brand new. So my advice to everyone out there, STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF Phil Meador's dealerships in pocatello. Makes me sorry that I have bought so many vehicles from him over the years.....( NEVER AGAIN)

I live in San Diego CA and was looking for a 2013 F150 with 6 1/2 foot bed, in Green Gem fully loaded. This combo is hard to find as most 6 1/2 foot beds are set up as work trucks. My original dealer in San Diego was going to get the truck from Courtesy and sell it to me. during the week process of them trying to figure out the shipping of the truck, I called John Lee at Courtsey and asked him if he could send me a few pics of the truck I was interested in. He asked if I would buy from him, I said no and explained why. He understood and was still very helpful in getting me the info I wanted, knowing I was not going to buy from him. However, after 7 days of making no progress with my dealer in San Diego, I called John back and told him I would buy it from him. He honored the price I had negotiated in San Diego, even offered to have the truck delivered to Salt Lake City Airport to meet me when I got off the plane, at no extra charge. The driver Lloyd even delivered the truck to me with a full tank of gas. These guys are a class act and go beyond your expectations in making sure all is done to make the deal smooth. I could not recommend them more!
