Daughter purchased first vehicle from this dealership, a used truck. Had to replace both cat. converters and front brakes and rotors less than 45 days of purchase. Had been told by salesman (Joe Flanigan) that truck had been serviced and checked thoroughly by service. New brakes pads had been put on bad rotors which chewed them up. Spare tire thrown in back of truck (not mounted underneath). Truck was not cleaned thoroughly as roofing shingles all under bed liner in back. Other problems but to numerous for this review. Contacted owner of dealership but he never responded. Expected more from a Ford dealership. Will not visit or recommend this dealership based on our experience.

Service was quick and curteous and within the timeframe given by the service technician.My only complaint is that the FOX News Channel is always on. This is a propaganda channel for the GOP and according to a Pew Reseach Council and Farly Dickinson University studies presents factual information approximately 40% of the time. Likewise MSNBC, a liberal propaganda channel also shouldn't be on. CNN would be a good choice for a news channel or perhaps some other neutral channel such as HGTV, ESPN, etc would be better choices. While you are appeasing one customer you may be annoying another. Keep politics out of your waiting room please!

This was the most painless experience's I have ever had in taking care of my car, and myself. I have had many years of taking my cars in for service. At times thinking a root canal would be easier. I found the vehicle online, called & was emailed a credit application. My credit score was low (compared to what it was in the past) & I was doubtful that I would be approved. Long story short, I got approved although the interest rate is a bit high. However, it is appropriate considering my score. I needed another vehicle badly, so I accepted the deal. The gas hand did not work and was told the gas tank would be full. Because the gas hand was on full and did not move , I fill the tank before I got on the freeway. It was almost empty. I was thankful I did not run out of gas. Outside of that I'm very happy with the little truck. The staff was helpful and I hope Joe's foot is well. Have a Blessed day, Vernon McCrory

I just purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid and a 2015 Ford Explorer. My Fusion had a tire issue and Chris was a tremendous help in finding me a matching tire and getting it put on. I have had several Fords over the years and have always been happy with Chris in the service department. My only issue is the fact that my Fusion didn't come with a spare and I had no idea. The device it came with was no help to me bc the outter wall of the tire was punctured. I bought two brand new cars from Ford in two days and think that I should have at least had the option of a spare. Thanks for all you do!!!

First let me say the Sales Person was very nice and I love the car. I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Altima. The person who was very rude and unaccommodating was the next person up the ladder, the Business Manager. Begins by saying he is losing money on this deal. I do not believe this for a second. He would not have sold the car if he was losing money. I think it was to intimidate me because I was a female. I was told there was ONLY ONE KEY, and he phoned the Nissan Dealership and the price was $275. I said I'd pay half and he informed me "pointedly" He was not paying a penny. I was initially trading in a car which they offered me $300. When I told them I was going to take the car but there would be no trade-in they were less than happy. I sold it for exactly what they offered and they were not happy. If that's what they offered then why not pass it on to someone who wouldn't have to pay their increased price. I wish I had taken my check for a CASH SALE and walked out the door. But I didn't. I just wanted to go on record to say he was a very rude individual and treated me with absolutely no respect..

Went to Courtesy Rome dealership for transmission service and requested a quote. Once my vehicle was in their shop the price increased almost 50 percent. No nothing changed from what was quoted except the price. Very disappointed in the service advisor I elevated the issue to the service manager. The manager indicated he would look into the issue and respond.......never heard back from the Service Manager. Can't say I'm disappointed in the service performed (time will tell if it was correct), but was disappointed in price increase and lack of response from Service Manager. Lost my trust, I will not return for service and this will possible keep me from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Joe Flanagan and Courtesy Ford in Rome, Georgia are right up their with the best of the best. From the first e-mail through all the phone calls, Joe has been very patient with this old man. He has been very courteous at all times and when I decided to trade my wife's 2007 Cad. DTS in on their used "certified" 2012 Lincoln Navigator L, they gave me a very fair difference. I was completely satisfied, so my wife and I drove the 235 miles to Rome and were met with a very good experience in vehicle purchasing. They received my vehicle and completed the paperwork in a reasonable time. The 2012 Lincoln that we purchased was everything they said it was and more. So I go online once again and found this toyota corolla in rome at courtesy ford lincoln. It was late that day like 2 hours before time for him to go home when we told him we were on our way. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our buying process. The Sales Manager, Lee Lloid, was also very helpful and patient with all our questions. The Finance department was also very informative and helpful. There were some minor cosmetic issues with the car and they were taken care of in a quick and professional manner. The service department is excellent. We would encourage anyone to check out this dealership and see what they have to offer.

I worked with Joe Flanigan. He listened to my needs and I felt that he acted as my representative with management to get me the deal that I requested. It was not high pressure sales but simply how can we earn your business for the car I wanted. I had found several similar cars that would have met my needs but the salespeople were selling cars out from under me even when they knew I was on the way. Steve Danneman was my sales consultant, when I got there he just came to me nicely and say hello and answer my questions. He take care of all my situations and help me with everything including getting a GA license and giving me all the advise possible as first time buyer. Since I was new in this everybody was explaining me every step of the process and all the steps I need to complete in order to buy a car. The Finance guy explain on detail everything related to the payment, warranties,etc. The manager came to me to tell me to bring my Diploma and proof of graduation in order to apply rebates. Steve work with Finance and brought to the table every idea of rebates that can be applied on my purchase. It is very scary when you are a widow (female) & you're told it's going to cost more to repair your car than you can affordEspecially when the car is old. I was in the market for a new car and the Ford Escape was the car I had been wanting. I talked to a salesman back in Dec and told him what I was looking for. I was under the impression that he would find me that car-never happened. I let it ride for awhile and then I started looking on the internet and was looking for some prices. I found a vehicle online I wanted to take a look at it, however living over an hour from the dealership, I called and spoke with Joe. He told me that he would pull the keys for me until I got there. My husband and I arrived and the vehicle was pulled to the side of the building waiting. Joe was very friendly and matter of factly.. He didn't try to sell us a car. He let the car sell itself...We took the test drive, and that is what we did... We have had credit issues in the past, but I was able to give them all our information, and within a couple of hours we were driving home in my new car. After getting what felt like the runaround from another dealer which I did not appreciate, I decided to give Courtesy Ford Lincoln of Rome a try. The atmosphere was extremely friendly and I found the people there very helpful in working to get the vehicle that I was interested in without trying to push a vehicle on me that I didn't really want. I appreciate them taking the time to layout the plain details of the financial options that I had available to me so that I could choose the best option for me. The SYNC system in my new car initially had issues connecting and working with my phone. It was late in the day and I was offered a fuel fill-up in compensation for my inconvenience to come back the next day and get the issue resolved to my satisfaction. This turned out to not be necessary, as later that evening, it began working properly and has flawlessly since. The offer that I received, though not needed and accepted, is much appreciated. Great service and recommended!

I shopped for several months looking for a 2010 Mustang with low miles for the right price. I finally found the car I wanted with a good price at Courtesy Ford, Rome GA. I started conversation with saleman Joe Flanigan over the phone. I knew I was very interested but I live 100 miles away. It took me a couple days to get to the Dealership and Joe agreed to hold the car for me with my credit card. Joe was very personal, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once I test drove the car - I knew I wanted it. Rick who handled the finance did a great job as well. He had me already approved through the Bank when I mentioned I had spoken to Lockheed Credit Union who was offering me a lower interest rate. Rick redid all of my finance paperwork which saved me a trip to Lockheed Credit Union the next day as well as saving on the interest rate from 4.29 down to 2.85%. I could not be happier with the great service from Courtesy Ford, Rome. I've been buying cars for 30 years and this was by far the best buying experience of any car dealership I've dealt with.

I had been shopping for a new car for about a month. I was using the internet and I had visited some dealerships to try to find the car I wanted. I found this vehicle on the internet at Coutesy Ford in Rome and contacted Mr. Flanigan. He got back in touch with me and answered all of my questions. The car I wanted had been moved to another dealership but he got it back for me. Joe even got me to fill out the simple Ford credit form ahead of time so that I would not have to wait. Even though it was late in the day, he allowed me to take an extended test drive by myself and really get the feel of the vehicle. I contacted COURTESY Dealership by email and they promptly returned a response. When I visited the dealership they were as courteous. I had to come back a second day and Joe was not going to be there. So, another gentleman filled in and did not skip a beat. The other gentleman's name is Ricky Ledford.
