Our purchasing experience was great. We went in with online paperwork of the 2016 Kia Soul we wanted to purchase and spoke with Marcus, a mechanic, and had him take us to a salesman, whose name is Robby. Robby listened to us and answered all our questions and did everything he could to help us purchase the vehicle. He went above and beyond, very understanding - he was great to work with. He had us meet with the Nathan, finance, and he also answered all our questions. Robby explained everything about the vehicle, sat with me for a long time to show me how everything works before I left the lot. He is the best vehicle salesman I have ever worked with. If anyone needs to buy a vehicle, go to Robby to buy a Kia. I definitely rate him many gold stars. :)

I had looked at my local Kia dealership. They didn't have exactly the model I was interested in. I contacted two Kia dealerships and Jason at Courtesy was willing to assist me without insisting that I come in. Jason gave me exactly what I requested and the price was right and we drove up and drove the Sportage. We did the paperwork and I drove my new car home. Overall, great experience. Thank you Jason.

Overall, the experience was great. My sales person talked a lot, however and it wasn't on the car just more about other stuff and when he did talk, he mainly spoke to my dad rather than me even though I was the one buying the car. He was nice but he should have put more effort into talking to me and dealing with me than my dad.

The service department at Courtesy Kia is fantastic. I go out of my way to see Service Advisor, Warren Stephens. He is incredibly honest, flexible, and always ensures the maintenance and repairs are quality. I'd HIGHLY recommend going to see him for any of your service needs. I purchased the 2015 Kia Sedona and I love it. I was fortunate enough to get Reggie as my sales representative and over a 3 day period of working number, he remained patient and kept me informed at all times. I truly felt as though he never gave up on me and did everything in his power to get me the vehicle I wanted for the right price. The facility is clean and although my sales representative was awesome, I did feel as though his manager was a little uneasy. I did not work with him for more than 5 minutes but I could tell he was unhappy with the amount I was asking to pay and it showed. I would definitely recommend going to Reggie (Reginald) if you want great service!

I was preparing for a trip when my right rear beak sensor malfunctioned. I was out of warranty so I was going to have my local mechanic do the repair. It was scheduled for a Monday. But on the Friday my wife had to make an emergency trip to NC on Sat. My mechanic could not reschedule for the earlier time so I called the Kia dealer. He was able to get the part and schedule me in on Friday and my wife was able to make the trip on Sat.

I had some lights come on my dash after being at another place for service. I came here because it was closer to my home thinking they would just turn off the lights. Turns out had to have more then that but they were very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done even before looking at the car. This was by far the best car buying experience that I've ever had. My credit is poor but they treated me as if it was A1! They didn't keep me there all day trying to find a finance company or vehicle they found a financer and gave me options on the vehicles I could choose from and I was in and out in less than three hours!!!!

Brought in my 2015 Kia Forte to Courtesy Kia of Brandon on a Saturday when the place was really busy. I brought a book to read because I was sure it was going to take awhile. I was extremely happy to find out that they could not only get to my service needs quickly, but I was given personal attention by the service manger who came out to me in the lobby, explained what was going to happen with my car, and told me it wouldn't take that long. Warren, the service line manager was excellent in checking the car in and offering me a rental when it became evident that recalls had to be performed as well as repair of the warranted problem I initially brought the car in for. After 3 days the recalls and repair were completed and car is working fine. However, I am still waiting for corporate KIA to get back to me about the warranted repair which is recurring and under review. Not pleased with corporate follow-up of this matter.

Dropped off my 2012 Kia Sorento for the 30,000 mile service. The very next day I was stranded in a parking lot due to a DEAD battery! According to the Multi-Point Inspection that was performed, the battery passed. I would question that it was even checked. I would have preferred purchasing a battery from the dealership before being stranded.

When I called in, I was able to get my 5,000 mile service quickly. Roberto was so professional. He greeted me, took down my information, asked if I was going to wait for my vehicle (which I did), then told me about the waiting facility. Very nice. There was a recall on a couple of items, Roberto came to me, explained what the issues were. He asked if I wanted to take care of it that day or come back. He then gave me a time line of how long it would take. Then Roberto would come by & give me updates as to how much longer. The car was washed & vacuumed. My time is so valuable. Kia of Brandon, gets my car in for service on shedule, & makes the facilities very inviting from cleanliness to different coffees, play area for kids &;a television. Won't buy or go to any other location. Love these people.

LauraJane and I were searching online for an affordable Certified Pre Owned car and found a 2014 KIA Forte located at Courtesy KIA Of Brandon. We went to the dealership and met with Andriy Melnychenko, the Online Manager. He was very calm and professional and not at all the stereotyped high pressure car salesman. We looked at the 2014 Forte from the online listing and loved it but after the calculations the monthly payments came out to be too much for us to handle. We were ready to leave when he presented us with the option to lease a brand new 2016 KIA Forte for a monthly payment we could afford! What a wonderful, sensitve and thoughtful Salesperson! I was about to make a purchase a 2015 Optima from Kia dealership- But they kept wasting my time playing dealership games. I sat there for HOURS. I knew exactly What Car -What Color -but they did not have interior color I wanted-- they ask me to not be so picky ..be Flexible. I called Courtesy Kia Brandon-Tony Rossano answered the phone I explained I did not have time to come in & play dealership games-- I told Exactly what I wanted- Give me your Best Price and email to me. Tony said I don't know if we have the car on our lot BUT we will get- he said he would email- I WAS SHOCKED!!! That was so Easy- He email his Great Price and they had the car deliveried- He called me to come in and sign the papers- Everything was done through Email/ Text - -What a Awesome Experience!! I bought a Kia soul in January everything was great with the exception of the 25 dollar gift card promotion which I never received otherwise everything went smooth. I just went in to have it serviced and the service department was excellent. Yariel Figueroa was exceptional I had missed my apt and he fit me in later in the day took excellent care of me facility is clean amazing wait room had coffee and complimentary water with television. Was quick, efficient and service with a great professional attitude.

As always the service was impeccably provided with a smile. I had my 2012 Sorento in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They checked and resolved a rear A/C switch problem, replaced the battery in one of our key fobs and washed/vacuumed my so looked like new. Then there's that 2016 Sorento SX sitting the showroom that that has me written all over it.

Simply said, there are times when you buy a new car, and things just don't go as planned. Such is the case for me, but what makes all the difference is how the issue gets handled. In my case, my car was delivered with a (still) undiagnosed issue with the infotainment system, so after 3 days, I brought the car in to be serviced. While it's taking a bit of time to resolve the issue, I am in regular contact with the Service Advisor, Service Manager, and the General Manager (Andrew Dunton). To Courtesy Kia's credit, I have been provided with almost daily updates, and (more importantly), I have been provided with interim transportation at no cost to me. This is my 8th new car purchase, and yes, it is somewhat frustrating to purchase a new car without the 'excitement' that comes with that new car experience (as I only had it for 3 days), but once my issue gets sorted out, I am certain that the frustration that comes with being without the car for a while will be quickly forgotten. And yes, all in all, I would still recommend this dealership (and my Sales Associate Randall Stieff) to anyone interested in purchasing a car. In my case, this issue was not the Courtesy Kia's fault; it was just an unfortunate circumstance. Peter Fadden

This was my first experience with Courtesy KIA but it will not be my last. My salesman was Randall Stiff and while he was new to Courtesy, he was not new to the product I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and showed great interest in all our questions. He provided immediate answers without having to go "consult" with someone else. He worked hard for our business as we are pretty adamant with our demands. The approval provided by Brett was fair and fast. The finance man was professional and yet very personable and helpful. All of the people there provided great service and we will be back. I recommend this dealership and in particular Randall Stiff. You cannot go wrong with this combination.

I took my mother-in-law in there to find a replacement for her 2001 Honda Civic. We were greeted in the showroom by Andrew Dunton, who was very pleasant and easy to deal with. My MIL had no idea what she had in mind to purchase; Andrew made several recommendations and patiently went over what her needs and wants were. He gave us many options and after a few hours, my MIL walked out with a new 2014 Kia Soul. She has been extremely pleased with her purchase. In a few years, we will look forward to dealing with Andrew and Kia again - when my daughter is old enough to drive.

I took my KIA Sorento into Courtesy KIA for my first oil change at 3000 miles recently and was very happy with their service department, service representatives, and overall procedures. I was extremely pleased with the fact that my first oil change and car wash was free of charge. The service representative ( I believe his name was Tim) was very efficient in keeping me informed as to how it was going and approximate time frame for completion. Their customer lounge and restroom was very nice and maintained well. Can't wait for my next visit.

I just purchased my second Kia and both buying processes were smooth and hassle free. Juan Torres, our salesman, was very polite and made the experience awesome. I hate haggling back and forth and there was none of that. I told them what I considered a fair price and that's what we paid. I am really impressed with our 2014 Soul and our 2015 Sorento. These cars are solidly built and are feature packed for the money. I am definitely sticking with Kia for all my car needs.

I was fortunate to have Reggie Kerr as the Sales Professional to work me. I had just come from another dealership where no sales person had even approached me to ask if I needed help. When I parked at the Courtesy Kia dealership and got out to look at the cars, right away Reggie came outside and approached to see if I needed assistance. I was interested in the Kia Sorento in Wave Blue so I test drove one on the lot and loved it. There was not a car on the lot with the features I wanted, so Reggie found one in Bradenton and it was delivered the next day. Throughout the whole process Reggie was close by, even when I was talking with the Financial Rep. Once all the paperwork was signed and completed, he went out to the SUV to introduce me to all the features, even helping me set up bluetooth for my SUV. Every step of the way Reggie was courteous, attentive and offered assistance in any way he could. The other staff were very friendly and approachable as well, asking if there was anything they could get for me while I waited through the different steps of the process. I would highly recommend Reggie Kerr as the Sales Professional to use when coming to Courtesy Kia in Brandon.

I purchased my 1st Kia Optima at Courtesy Kia of Brandon and had a great buying experience and excellent service. There was no question where I would go when it was time for me to make my new purchase. We went straight back to Courtesy Kia of Brandon. They went out of their way to search the lot for exactly what I wanted on that hot Sunday afternoon...color, options, price and an Optima of course! Thanks for all of your time Larry K. We just returned from a 12 day 2,500 mile road trip in my new Optima. It was a wonderful trip and my Optima preformed just as I expected....flawless! AND WOW...your service department...awesome! The battery died in my 1st Optima and after roadside assistance got it started, I drove straight to the Kia service dept. On a Saturday, with no appointment and in just 45 minutes they got me in, found the issue and replaced the battery (N/C...under warranty). I mentioned that I had thought it was the key fob and hoped that it was not next. The service manager took the fob....walked into service....replaced the battery...handed it back and said "No worry now!". I asked the cost and he said..."Nothing, just want you to be taken care of". Wish I knew his name (service date 11-09-2013 12:00pm)...great listening skills and awesome customer service!

The service was prompt. I had an appointment, and car was done faster that they predicted. The waiting room was crowded, the TV was on a children's channel, and there was nothing to read. The coffee was good and fresh, and a gentleman offered me a bottle of water. I hear of other dealers who have breakfast items, as well as coffee. Also heard the Toyota dealer has a massage therapist, manicurist, and lunch counter. I don't expect all of that, but the waiting area could be spruced up a bit. And when are you going to put Courtesy Kia's phone number in the phone book? It hasn't been there for 2 years.

After just a short few months of being denied due to in my opinion a "not interested" sales gentleman, I showed interest again in a Kia Optima via internet, Ricky called me shortly after and was very enthusiastic and willing to do anything he could including being up front and to the point of whether or not I had a chance to get into a new vehicle. After doing the very simple credit app over the internet, he gave me his number to call him back which he answered immediately reviewed my application and told me to come in and he could definitely help me out. I was skeptical at first as I thought he was just doing his normal sales pitch, after telling him up front over the phone exactly what my expectations were and what I wanted, he stuck to that and still insisted he could help me out. Taking his word I showed up at the dealership and he introduced to Luz, she was very personable and had lots of information and explained the car features in my terms as well as the warranty etc. They made this car purchase the best I have ever done. Thank you both! You made one girl very happy this Christmas! I will look you both up again!

So disappointed and left the dealership absolutely infuriated. I expect the little idiotic games that dealers play with pricing in the newspaper but when I'm exchanging emails with a salesperson and they give me a specific price on a specific car (with Stock #) in their inventory, I expect that price when I get to the dealer. Finding that the price is $2,000 more than what was quoted me online was infuriating. There is no excuse for adding in the rebates for Veterans, College Grads, Loyalty etc when contacting the dealer directly. Leave that for the newspaper ads but at least in the newspaper, there are disclosures of all the rebates. We simply walked out. I have no patience for games. I had the bank financing letter and the Title of our trade-in in my hand so I just wasted 2 hours of my time at Courtesy Kia of Brandon with nothing to show for it. We drove over to another Kia dealer and bought the same car from them in 1 1/2 hours with a $2,500 saving over Courtesy Kia's price and trade-in valuation.

He knew exactly what cars to show me to get to the payment I needed. He was also experienced with dealing the banks so I knew what to expect from the start. My husband and I live in New York. We snowbird to Florida, and have been looking to purchase a new car. When we last were in Florida we went into Courtesy Kia of Brandon and met with Nathan Van Walker. We discussed the car for which we were searching, options available and pricing. Even though we had just begun our search and were not yet ready to purchase, he never made us feel as if we were simply wasting his time. He was patient and courteous and we left with the feeling we would be seeing him again. We returned to New York and over the next few months continued to shop for a Kia at various dealerships near where we reside. We called Nathan again, and went over pricing and options over the phone. It seemed so effortless dealing with him. We have now driven from New York, an otherwise unplanned return trip at this time, to purchase a new Kia from Nathan. He made it worth the trip. Buyer beware ! Financing scam know as "yo-yoing" encountered at this dealership . Most unprofessional group ever , the epitome of rudeness by all employees . Finance manager competes 1st contract , allowes you to leave dealership with car , a customer thinks the deal is done bc u Shaked hands and consider it a done deal , bc u assume that they are Professional and men of their word. Next comes a day or so after when u are told we need u to fill out some extra paperwork for the deal, this is when they claim the financing has fallen though although they r really looking for a contract with higher APR's ,payments and higher bottom line price that benefits the dealership and misleads the customer . Then if customer refuses , they threaten to take the new car bck.

I purchased a Kia Sportage 2007 from this dealer about a year ago. I had been searching for a car for about three months. A friend from work recommended that I go to this dealership; which I agreed, after all of the different dealers I had been too. The initial sales process was awkward due to my sales person being new. The sales manager and I finally were able to strike a deal. However, he wanted to charge me and insane price, although the car was in a previous accident. They assured me it was minor and the car looked and ran fine. This should have been my first warning indicator. Also the sales person who sold me my car is no longer there. That is no surprise. The only issues initially found was the radio, which they replaced. I drove the car off the lot and two weeks later the issues started. The plastic panel of the car kept coming loose; the check engine light kept coming on. It took me about three to four trips before they said that the transmission would need to be replaced. This was covered under the warranty at the time. I work odd hours and could not conform to the times they had. I have spent a lot of hours at this dealership for various issues. Recently my AC has stopped working. I took the car in the dealer and was told that the control unit and blower box needed to be replaced. I was told that it would be covered and even a rental. I was relieved to say the least, but my bubble was quickly burst by the service technician. He came back and told me that the package I had would actually not cover it. The total cost estimate was $715. I live pay check to pay check as it is, $715 is like $3000 right now. How does an AC unit go bad only after having it for a year and the car being only about 5 years old. Since I left the service department my car appears to be overheating now. I mean this does not make sense to me. Having no AC in the state of FL and during rainy season is not a good combination. The service technician was like I could work with you on the price, I am sure that means taking off $25. There are two lesson I learned one, all dealerships (new/used) are filled with scam artist out to sale pieces of junk, two, always get the platinum package when buying from Courtesy Kia of Brandon. I was their biggest promoter, but now I am their biggest detractors. I am going to make sure to tell everyone to stay away from the Courtesy group especially the one in Brandon. I realize that cars needs maintenance, but I have never had an issue with the AC unit going out in any of the cars I have owned. I have owned a car that was almost 11 years old and the AC was in perfect condition. Shockingly it was a Kia Sportage 01. I guess they do not build cars like they used to.

I emailed from this site to inquire about a used vehicle advertised. Within hours the dealer had emailed me to address my inquiry and called me. Tim, the salesman, was very informative, and I asked him to keep me in mind if the price of the car came down. It did, so he called me, and while I didn't end up purchasing this vehicle, I'd certainly visit Courtesy Kia in Brandon again with the hope of doing business.

I was looking for a new Sorento and used cars.com to find the best deal and to locate the one with the options I wanted. I was able to build the suv I wanted and sent it to a few dealers and Courtesy Kia responded right away. I was happy to find out they had the one I wanted on the lot. So the wifey just gets home in time and we head to Courtesy Kia to see the suv. Well when we get there a very nice salesman greats us and takes us to see it. As soon as we see it we notice it's different color than it looked online. So we decided on another color that we liked better. So now we know what we want but they don't have one on the lot. They searched for one and found one. They had it the next day and called us to come check it out. Bingo... We bought it on the spot. I have to say this dealer goes out of there way to make sure your happy. I will send all my family and friends to Courtesy Kia to buy a Kia.... My family now has 4 kia's...
