Worked with Steve Paytash and Dennis Derby (Steve on phone, Dennis in person) Since we'd done our homework in advance sales process was non-existent but neither pressured us for more. Good handoff at purchase even though there were a few details with all the features that weren't explained (I found a checklist in the manuals and they'd get a "C" for completeness!) The business side of the transaction was handled quickly and fairly and their pricing was more than competitive - enough that we drove 2.5 hours to close the deal (partially because they had the car we wanted) The dealership isn't fancy but they know their business.

everyone knows that buying a car can be stressful and overwhelming at times. I have been to dealerships before and left simply because of the dealers were pushing and rushing me. Fortunately courtesy kia was not like that AT ALL!! i had the pleasure to work with Jason Jenkins. He cared about my family and our needs. None of my questions seemed stupid and he stayed in touch the next week or so to see how everything was going. I will be bringing my business back there.

Denise Durby was our sales person. We have probably bought 5-6 cars from him. We truly love Courtesy and wwould not go anyplace else. The people in Moline.Illinois are the best On the Kia side. I would give everyone 10's. Love the people

I called about 6 dealerships within a 100 mile radius and courtesy Kia beat everyone's prices by $2000 to $5000. I went with the 2017 Kia shortage with every option possible. Jason Jenkins was an excellent salesman that provided me with an excellent car. I would recommend Courtesy Kia to anyone. I am already having them search for my new jeep.

Missy was just fabulous! She delivered excellent service and found me the car of my dreams! Everyone was friendly and approachable. Missy was referred by a friend. By chance she greeted us a we toured the lot for the first time. Missy was friendly, patient and very helpful. We were glad to make her acquaintance and enjoyed her helpfulness. She went out of her way for us.
