One of the better experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. The sales staff were all very friendly as was the finance person. I had found the car online and communicated via email for 2 days prior to arriving and they had it all set up and ready to test drive. All in I was at the dealer for about 3.5 hrs which isn’t too bad for purchasing a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Courtesy Honda to anyone in the area in the market for a Honda. Top notch.

I just had the best car buying experience ever at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. We dealt with Ron, James and Tarah in sales and Mark in finance. Everyone was SO nice and friendly. It felt NOTHING like the car dealerships I've dealt with in the past. They worked closely with me on my budget and trade in value and really listened to what I wanted. They seemed genuinely concerned about making me happy as a customer and they sure did. I LOVE my new vehicle and I can't imagine ever car shopping anywhere else now that I've been here! I will be back and I will send all my friends!

Bought a used certified car from this dealership.This is my first car in United states .I was not aware of all the process involved here .They sent me a title without adding the Lien holder (credit union from which i have got the auto loan).Since i was not aware of this has to be done ,my loan was defaulted after 2 months and credit union started charging 18% APR .So then i visited the dealership and spoke with a financial guy over there .He did change something in the system and gave me a new title printed saying the Lien holder is added as requested and he signed the doc.I sent the document through USPS express service spending around 25$ which seems to be not the correct document because my credit union cant see the change in DMV side.Then i went directly to my local DMV after one week (was out of state) and paid 75$ and added the Lien holder and sent the title to the credit union.I do understand you guys dont make much money in cash deals but leaving a customer hanging like this is not much appreciated .

The finance department is absolutely incompetent and lying to customers. I was tricked into a protection plan and was told I would get a cheaper interest rate if doing so. When I bought a new truck and cancelled the plan they gave me the runaround. They also did not repair a recall until we called Honda corporate. No more business with this place.

My husband and I recently purchased a used van at this dealership and it went really smoothly from the beginning. The dealers were very friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. But it turns out it seems they were taking advantage of the fact that we had three kids with us and it was late. We were there because we saw an ad on Cars.com for a mini van at a fair price, low mileage, power windows and doors, nice interior and most importantly to us, AC and room for 7. Upon viewing it and driving it, all seemed well. the dealers talked it up a lot..how great the deal was and how the owners took care of the van, and serviced it often, so we purchased it in CASH at the price they were asking and drove off the lot, very happy. It wasn't until the next day when I was driving my kids to school and wanted to take them through the drive thru at Dunkin Donuts, and tried to roll the window down and COULDN'T , that I realized they had let us believe it had some features it did not. The key fob didn't open the sliding doors or lock the passenger door. and the drivers window was stuck up. This is very inconvenient, and could be an expensive fix. Sure, we should have rolled the window down during the test drive, but we were so happy about the AC ( because I had been without for a few years), and the ad on cars.com said it had power windows, so we TRUSTED the dealer and the advertisement. My husband has tried to contact them, and they seem to be avoiding us. Weeks have gone by. First they said they would fix it... and now they won't return our calls. So... sadly, though we thought they were nice... it turns out they probably laughed as we signed the " its your problem once you drive it off the lot" paperwork. :( I would not buy from here again. If you do, CHECK EVERYTHING before you drive away. They won't tell you if you miss something.

Had our 2010 Pilot (96k miles) in for new tires and alignment - after work performed, vehicle pulls when shifting and has significant oversteer in moderate curves. Reviewed alignment report, left rear out of spec for camber prior to alignment, not adjusted and still out of spec post alignment - no communication from dealer regarding this. Also, vehicle was in for compliance bushing recall - dealer noted since they are not cracked/leaking they will not replace, but recall is in effect for another year - however, wanted to sell me a new lower control arm. in researching this issue, i see recommendations for replacing the entire arm/bushing assembly as it is more cost effective, which is inclusive of the control arm and bushing - would appear dealer wants to charge me for work that can be done at same time of bushing replacement. Scheduled for a return visit this Saturday - let's see if they can fix this. On another note, no vehicle should have front end problems like this yet.

I have bought my last two family cars at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and have had them serviced there because of the great customer care. I recently bought a Ford F-150 work truck and needed routine maintenance so I took it to them because they actually answered the phone early on a Saturday morning and could schedule my service that day, They were able to service my truck even though it was not their brand and did a great job at an affordable price. I will continue to buy and service all my vehicles there from now on.

I came in for a recall requiring a software update. Service was prompt and complete within a very reasonable time. Service manager was friendly. When I got home, however, I noticed that the car had not been washed. I called, and was given a time to come in to have it not only washed, but completely detailed and waxed. It was nice that she made sure I was satisfied.

I have purchased many vehicles , and I have never received and experience like I had with Lorraine . She went above and beyond and made us so comfortable with our purchase . We came back the same day because of her kindness . We went to a few deAletships that day , because we were not sure on what we wanted . But because of Lorraine we returned to Honda that night . My wife and I had a wonderful experience here at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. We did our research online and knew what we wanted. We requested quotes from the three Honda dealers in our area on a Sunday night and Courtesy responded Monday morning via text and phone call. Our internet salesman, Joe Childers, knew the promotion Honda Corporation was offering to sell the 2015 Odyssey models and delivered exactly what was advertised. Joe searched the state for what we wanted and had our vehicle brought in at no additional charge.Our internet sales manger, Michelle McKinnon, checked with us throughout the pleasant experience to ensure we were happy and satisfied.I've already recommended and given out Joe's business card and have only had our van for two days now. Serv dept removed main brain on civic for $1500 and wrong part removed.; did not fix ignition problem. Found relay switch was cause and on 2nd try replaced this correct defective part for $105. They then refused to produce the bad part that was incorrectly replaced Never go there for service. To throw away the incorrect part on purpose and not have it available for inspection for the owner is unconscionable conduct they continue to bill for the $1500 incorrect part!

over the internet through emails I have 8-10 care dealers bid on the purchase price of a specified car all with the same options. In this case a honda pilot elite. All dealers are explained and agree in the beginning that they will provide the purchase price and when the purchase is set by all dealers participating, I then go to each dealer with my trade in and each will provide me the price for the trade based only on the NADA. My trade was a Toyota Sienna with 35000 miles which is said to be in clean trade in condition and fully equipped. The problem at palm harbor is that even though they agreed with the rules set down, they refused to provide any bid like other dealers had on the purchase of the new car. Second, the elite is hard to find on a lot and I was told they had no such car on the lot and that there was none on any lot in Florida. Checking there inventory at Palm Harbor it was learned that they did have an pilot elite on the lot. When it came time to provide the trade in value they used the NADA book and priced it as a rough trade in which was the lowest trade in value. No other dealer competing considered this a rough trade in. We are retired, kept up with oil changes and dealers who had looked at the trade say most likely a clean trade in. In the end, they pretty much exemplify and reinforce why I but over the internet only because they seemingly, and when rules have been agreed to, still use the same old techniques of low ball in the trade in. The system I use is fair and simple. establish the new car price, then establish the trade in price and the best two go to the dealer who provided the best prices. Palm harbor had to be removed from this bidding because they said they never had the car when they did, they refused to provide a bid like other dealers did, and while it was there opinion on the trade being rough, they could not proceed against other dealers bidding more on the trade because the trade in was not rough. basically, while they agreed to the rules in the beginning, they could not follow them stating "when you get all your bids from all those dealers, come to us and we will talk then." Rather than work with in the established frame work, they wanted to work around it attempting to gain advantage over other competing dealers.

I was sold a new CRV with a defective tire. I reported the next day of the sale that there is something wrong with the tire, but they said thats the characteristic of Honda (as if I have never driven a car in my life). I made multiple attempts to explain the issue and the service department simply said thats how the new car rides. I went to a different dealer and they immediately found the dead spot on the tire and replacted the tire. I had to pay for the tire for a 3 week old 2015 CRV...can you believe this!!!. I reported the issue to an executive in the dealershi[ and he had a sales manager call me to send the receipt and it will be taken care. After multiple attempts to reach them, there is absolutely no response what so ever!!. Absolutely disappointed buying a new vehicle and the dealership not taking responsibility of the issue. Not recommended!!

Went in just to look at a few cars with no intentions of buying one. The sales lady (Lorenne Hamilton) made me feel welcome and answered my questions. I was given the run around at other Honda dealers and Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda was able to approve me for a newer car. They gave me a decent amount for my trade in and I was able to buy a car at the price I was looking one for with monthly payments pretty close to what I was paying on my trade in. Great job guys

Last week my Dad got his best offer from another Honda Dealer, it did not seem right so I quickly used USAA/True Car and NADA for his Trade-In. I confronted the other Honda dealer about the differences and the response was "well that was the first price I gave him..." I called Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and Jaime quickly found the exact car my Dad wanted and was inline with both USAA/True Car and NADA and save my Dad $4,000. I will be sending all of my Family now to see Jaime and the folks at Palm Harbor Honda... Very Happy that my Dad got the car he wants and at a fair price!

I was looking to trade in my '14 civic that I had purchased at another local dealer. While pricing my '15 CRV Ex, I first went to the previous dealership despite not being really happy when we purchased two '14 civics there last year. Once again, I was less than impressed even though we barely got through the "How much is this vehicle?" argument. Once I arrived at Courtesy, I immediately began working with one salesman in the search for my CRV Ex. We discussed several options, however I was unable to get the color/options that I was looking for. I returned several days later and spoke with Mike from the internet sales department. We discussed several options including having a CRV delivered, however I was thoroughly surprised when they stepped in with an offer on a '15 CRV Touring edition as it was the color we had been unsuccessfully searching for. My wife and I drove off the lot very satisfied. I will recommend both Courtesy Honda and my salesman Mike from the internet department.

In 2013 I finally decided it was time "mom" treats herself and purchase a new car. Hadn't had a new car in over 25 years, putting daughter my top priority with education, etc. And frankly, I wasn't even sure if I could qualify for this purchase. Well, a wonderful sales person at the time, who is now a business manager with Palm Harbor Honda, Robert McCreary was so considerate and helpful. I was interested specifically in the CRV and Robert showed me everything in, under and around this vehicle, a beautiful 2014 CRV. I couldn't believe he took the time and patience to even show me the engine and explain all of the safety features of this SUV. I felt like he truly respected me with his detail, which I thoroughly enjoyed and was interested in. He got me a great deal, helped me with the applying to purchase deal painlessly. He worked FOR me. An I drove off with a brand new beautiful fully equipped Honda CRV. I was on top of the world. The next month I brought my daughter in who was looking for a safe, gently used, Pilot. Rob came through for us again and put her in her dream car SUV. We have both been absolutely thrilled with his knowledge and professionalism and he follows up with us periodically, more like a friend of the family. Well, then a couple of weeks ago I came in waiting for something on my CRV (which was a windshield wiper which they totally replaced at no charge!) and then my bells and whistles went off with a beautiful 2015 CRV Tourister. Yep, you guessed it. I am now the proud owner of the new, improved, enhanced and gorgeous CRV. Robert worked a great deal and trade in value on my 2014. I have my lifetime dream car (til next time!!!) And his co-worker, Lorraine Hamilton, was there for me showing me all of the wonderful features and helping me also through the purchase. I recently purchased a 2015 honda accord. I love it! After looking for 3 weeks at other dealerships I could just not find the exact look of a coupe and safety rating I was looking for. The more I drive it the more I Love it! Jim the sales man new when to let me have a few minutes away from the buying process so I could drive the car again and collect my thoughts. For me this works best and not a too over the top pushy sales man because it's ultimately customers choice in what best suites them in a car. The manager also threw in free tint which is greatly appreciated. The staff is very knowledgeable all around And they take time to cheerfully explain things. And I really like there Blue shirts ! I went back up the next day to drop paperwork off and the staff was once again very nice and complimentive on what a nice , safe , good value car I had purchased which again made me feel like I made the right choice. I look forward to having the car serviced and cleaned there.

My wife and I spent the day car shopping and we were determined to NOT make a decision that day but the total experience at Courtesy was fantastic. My sales rep was Boris and his knowledge of the Honda line up was impressive as well as his "Courtesy" during the info gathering process and never once did he ask me what it would take to close this deal, he truly let my wife and I make the decision. As far as the decision we made it was not only to the credit of Boris but the sales manager Michelle was as diplomatic as I have ever seen in a sales manager, she knew if she pushed 2 sales people it wouldn't be appreciated. When it came down to the numbers they were almost the best we had seen for comparable cars, I told Michelle where they were on pricing and she went above and beyond to make the numbers THE best of the day and we couldn't say no. My hats off to both of them. BTW..Boris had a trainee shadowing him, she's a lucky women, she'll be trained properly.

I almost gave up in my attempts to secure a Honda Accord Coupe after a seemingly reputable Honda dealership in Brandon FL (not to mention the name) breached a signed contract and refused to give me the car I purchased for reasons not very transparent in nature. Then I inquired with Palm Harbor Honda and Desiree was very responsive in her email communications, she was very professional and personable. In addition, Kevin (manager) has been very accommodating. After my frustrations with the other dealership, Palm Harbor Honda certainly gave me a more pleasant experience. It was worth the 30-mile drive.

I recently stopped by to take a look at the 2015 Honda line The CRZ to be honest. Years ago I had a CRX and loved it! They did not have one in stock so I looked at other models and was pleasantly surprised of all the features the Civic had! I wanted 2 doors, cameras and a sunroof! ALL AVAILABLE and reasonably priced too! I took a test drive, & was picking my car color in no time, I was hooked! EVERYTHING I wanted and more. ALI, my salesman was terrific, he helped me with options, colors, and most importantly the lease trade in on my old car. They ordered my car in, installed the options and I had my car in several days. The day of delivery was smooth, organized, fast and efficient. Ali helped me turn in my previous lease car, faxed some paperwork for me and I was on my way! I felt like family! It was a genuinely warm experience. Never any pressure, nothing but fun actually. Several days later, I took my car back for window tint which they helped set up for me and the service department was just as happy & helpful. If you are looking for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Courtesy Honda and most importantly, Ali my salesman. When the transmission of my car died, Jamie Belval helped place me with a car within hours. Using the coupons made the price for my services needs extraordinarily great. For just under $40 we got an oil change, tire rotation, a new set of wipers and they even washed the exterior of the vehicle! Awesome!

I had am easy time looking for a new car. Boris was very knowledgeable about the car and all it's features, worked with me to find one in a color I love, didn't bug me while I was making up my mind. Some other dealers called and called my house pressuring me to make a decision. I love my new car and it was just what I was looking for! Boris was great when I picked up the car too and explained all the forms I had to fill out and helped set up all the options on the Honda Link system and various things like lights, locks, etc. options. He was willing to spend more time with me- but I had to be some where so he offered to help me later if I had any questions.

I shredded the front tire to my car over the weekend. I was able to get the spare on but realized I needed a permanent fix. I called the dealer early on Monday morning and told them I wanted to replace all four tires ASAP hoping I could bring the car in later that day or the next day. To my surprise I was told I could bring the car in right away and the repair would take about two hours. Everything went smoothly and the car was ready in about 90 minutes. I couldn't ask for any better service than this!

For many years I owned Mazdas and enjoyed the autos but most of all enjoyed the care of the service department of the dealership when I visited. That all changed when the dealership in Clearwater closed and was subsequently taken over by another dealership. On several occasions the service team, at the new location, recommened repairs or replacement of tires that were totally unnecessary. When I sought to buy a new car I decided to look at Hondas and it has been a good move for me. Not only is the car more economical to drive BUT the important thing is the service department team. They are extremely courteous, helpful and I very much appreciate being treated like a valuable customer once again. Just before Christmas, I purchased my second Honda CR-V of 2014 (the first was for my wife back in February) and third overall. Both purchasing experiences this year were at Palm Harbor Honda and involved the same salesman (Boris). There is good reason for that. We found Boris to be extremely personable and professional the first time around which is why I requested him when I was in the market for a new CR-V. For both purchases, the entire process from start to finish was easily the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. The only one to rival it was a used car purchase from ... wait for it ... from another Honda dealership in Tampa. Obviously, Honda puts a premium on making the car buying experience pleasant for you. While they are trying to maximize their profit just as the buyer is trying to pay the lowest price possible, they do not attempt to squeeze every possible dollar out of you. We went back and forth a few times, but when I made a reasonable final offer, they accepted it without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. If you like any of the models Honda offers, pay Palm Harbor Honda a visit and see what I'm talking about.

One of my friend bought his Honda last year from Palm Harbor Honda and suggested I contact Jamie there. After researching called a couple of weeks ago and mentioned the price I am willing to pay for the Pilot. Jamie made it possible and the service was impeccable. Even though they did not had the exact color I wanted, Jamie went one step above and got me the exact color from a different place and he took care of everything. I will definitely buy Honda again and when I do I will be buying it only from Palm Harbor Honda, even though it is quite a ride from my place. Although they explained to me about the extra warranty stuff it was not pushed on to me when I declined, which is good. This is definitely one of best car buying experience I had in a long time. After my car wouldn't start and was jump started by my roadside assistance, I brought it directly to Honda. They told me I needed a new battery and replaced it asap with no charge since it was under warranty. I have used Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda for all my service for the past 5 years. It is always clean, the service reps are friendly, knowledgeable, not condescending to women, and the work gets done accurately and efficiently. They have even given me a ride home and then picked me up when I had to leave my car in the past. This is the absolute BEST service department I've ever used!

I started a new car search with True Car.com which revealed three local dealers. Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda was the only dealer that went the extra mile and called me in addition to emailing me a response. Three people called the following day and by lunch I had been set up for a VIP appointment. I was greeted by the internet manager, Michelle MacKinnon, and then introduced to Joe Childers, Internet Sales Representative, both of whom I had spoke to on the phone. They were very friendly, courteous, and understanding that I was car hunting due to a total loss from an accident. They went the extra mile to have the cars that fit my requests already pulled up front so we did not have to look all over the lot. Looking at a 2014 Honda Civic LX was a vast difference to my 1996 one and Joe spent the extra time to go over all of the details. He even crawled in the trunk through the back seat opening to demonstrate that my 6' ladder would indeed fit! They worked with me for pricing that would fit my budget and understood that I wanted to see the cars in the daylight before making a decision. I even received a follow up call from Joe after the purchase to see if everything was going well and if there were any questions he could answer. I could have driven only 1 mile to a closer dealer and gotten my car for the same price but Palm Harbor was was exceptional! Their customer service earned my business. It was a worth the 20 mile drive to have such an awesome car buying experience! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

While my 2011 Odyssey was in for service, took a stroll over to check out the new Odyssey and Pilot. Lily Swensen offered to assist with my questions. I had been thinking of leasing my next vehicle and decided now was as good a time as ever. Lily was very patient with me while I went back and forth between the two vehicles and then on the color I wanted. Was a little wishy washy about which color but finally decided to stay with the same color as the car I had. Received call from Lilly Swensen about 2 weeks ago while in NY letting me know of Honda incentives offered on leasing a new 2014 since our 2012 Accord lease was up in 2 mos. When I returned I called and everything was worked out over the phone with Lilly and Aaron Smith getting a great price including tax on the new vehicle.We made the appointment for Monday evening and from her introduction to the time we left with the new car Lilly handled my wife and I in a friendly, professional manner explaining everything about the vehicle making sure we were totally comfortable. When someone is passionate about their job and does it with knowledge and sincere concern for you, that make the whole experience enjoyable. I have purchased and leased many automobiles in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. From Lilly and Aaron to Elgin , the Finance guy who closed the loan documents with us, we were made aware of everything along the way. Now we have a real nice accord v6 I wish I could remember name it does not mater who they are .I had already brought a car from them and even though I had a sale personal the new one and the old one split their cost with each other that what you call team work I was empress with that so I real tell everybody I know were they need to get a car if they are looking

It's a sad commentary when a service business whose sole purpose is to both diagnose and repair a mechanical problem loses sight of the simple fact that in order to prevent a problem from simply reoccurring they must get to the root of why something happened and correct that cause. We had a P0303 Misfire on cylinder 3 DCT code with a check engine light occur. When brought to this dealer who we purchased the car from and have used over the years, they repeatedly referred to a service bulletin that directed them to replace the spark plugs and update the software at no charge. When the spark plugs were removed, they were fouled and oil was present. Well let's see, if you just replace the spark plugs and never investigate the cause of the oil and subsequent fouling, what is to prevent the problem from just reoccurring. Valve misalignment and gasket leak maybe? We will never know , as when determining the cause was suggested we were met with deaf ears. Just makes no sense. I was very disappointed. Their only concern was to try and sell us a transmission fluid and power steering fluid flush for about $200.

I am not happy with this company at all. I traded in my Honda aboutr 4 weeks ago. They were to pay off my old loan and I am still getting calls from my finance company that I am late on my payments. Today I find I have been reported on my credit report because the payment has not been made. I have called Courtesy Honda and left many messages with the finance office. I have called my sales person twice and I have sent an email to the woman that wrote up my papers. I have YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE!!.. I should have known something was up when they wouldn't even give me a 3 month warranty on the BMW I purchased. And the head liner is already falling out of the car and they won't do anything about it. I have never recieved the car fax on this BMW either. I would not recomend this dealer to anyone!!

I had taken my 2005 Honda CRV for maintenance service like oil change. During the service, I was told the tires on the car are worn out and the breaks are in bad shape. The sales person tried to force me to buy the tires and also get the brake job done from them. Total cost about $900.0 I told him I will think about it. Then he told me If I get on the road with this type of tires "police can give me ticket". I told him to call the police and I will get on the road. He backed off. I went to Costco to recheck the tires. Costo told me "I still have some life left on the tires, but will have to be replaced after few thousand miles". I think this type of hard selling by Palm Harbor Honda is illegal. They were forcing me to buy something I really did not need. I also took the car to Sears to get the brakes checked. Sears told me I will have to replace the brakes after few thousand miles. I think this dealership is less than honest.

I purchased my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L in December 2013. The purchase experience was very pleasant and fruitful. My wife and I were invited to a customer orientation a short time later and found it to be informative and useful. I have just had my first scheduled maintenance visit. I was given an estimate of how long it would take upon arrival at the dealer by a service representative, and my car was ready sooner than expected. I also had a follow-up call this week by the salesman Don Carrube, who did a very good job at initial purchase time. I have found the staff to be very informed about their products and very customer oriented. I definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a car. I had the good fortune of contacting Bruce Henley, Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda Internet Sales Manager. I expressed my desire to lease a 2014 Honda CRV LX. In less than an hour, I met with Bruce, discussed the specifics of the the car options, took a test drive and was able to come to terms. I took my CRV to be checked for a strange noise which I suspected to be a wheel bearing. The service dealer, Juan Aviles knew exactly what it was and was very helpful. After advising me of all repairs to be done, he arranged for the van to take me home. He called me several times at home to keep me advised as to what was covered under warranty (thankfully most of it was covered). When repairs were finished, Mr. Aviles sent the van driver to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Again, it was a smooth process, everything was handled professionally, Lilly Swensen was a delight to work with, very friendly, professional and efficient. I took my 13-year-old Accord in for api and filter change yesterday. I had an appointment with service advisor Edwin. I arrived 30 minutes early expecting to wait, but they took me in promptly. In 10 minutes, they had estimates for a could other things that needed attention, which I approved them taking care of. So, I spent almost 3 hours reading (thanks to my iPad) and walking the showroom. Not at all unhappy about the time or money spent. It's one of the reasons I am now on my 3rd Acccord... if they are kept maintained, they will last many years. So thank you CPHH for spotting the service considerations and giving me the opportunity to accept or decline the service at the time. While walking around, salesperson Ali approached and we had a discussion about a CRV on the showroom floor. No high pressure, just information. Nice. I had general questions (hybrid, all-electric, other car models) which he handled without trying to give me phony answers. I appreciated this. We chatted about cars in general at his desk. I felt no pressure. So... nice job, Ali. I am confident that when I am ready to purchase another vehicle that I will be visiting CPHH.

Lilly was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. She didn't push us into cars we couldn't afford or make us feel bad for not being able to afford more expensive cars. We were certainly not her biggest sale but she treated us like we were which was extremly refreshing. My husband and I both bought new used cars (2012 and 2013 Nissan) as we have a baby on the way and needed new safe vehicles. Lilly even installed my car seat for me! She was top notch from the minute she said hello to us. I plan to make my car last for as long as possible, but the minute I need a new one I will be going to this dealership and asking for Lilly. Yesterday my husband and I stopped in at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda to look at a new CR-V to see how we would like it. Don greeted us at the door and quickly took us to one and showed us all the features and let us test drive it. We decided this vehicle would work great for us and Don and the Honda team gave us a good trade in price on our old car and the new car process went smooth and quick and we drove the new CR-V home. I bought my first Honda, a used Ridgeline, from Courtesy Honda last year and have been very very pleased with the truck. I have rarely used dealers for repair service but have used Courtesy Honda for routine maintenance of this vehicle and have been extremely pleased with their assessment, work and integrity. My second car is a Volvo which I owned prior to the Ridgeline. I had a repair issue arise and took it to the other major non Volvo dealer that I purchased it from who assured me they could fix anything. After having it there two days they returned it half fixed telling me that only Volvo could probably fix the issue. I then made another trip to a Volvo dealer costing me further money and time to get it fixed. Recently I had another Volvo problem and called Courtesy Honda to ask them about fixing the problem. After listening to the issue they told me that while they would be willing to look at it they thought that it would be better to take it to the Volvo dealer. While this may sound like a loss of business to Courtesy Honda, I was so impressed with their integrity that they unknowingly cemented my loyalty to them to take ANY further repairs my Ridgeline may need to them. I have never been a fan of any car repair service but highly recommend Courtesy Honda.

I have been shopping for a new car for almost 3 years and during that time we have test driven many different models. The 2014 Accord that we bought was the best of all we had tested. I had also done a lot of research on prices on the Hondas and other models so I had a good idea what my price range was going into the show room. I met Lilly 3 years ago when I was shopping for a new car and I was impressed so I called her and asked if they had a specific Honda Accord on the lot. She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions plus giving us a test drive on one the Accords. Although they did not have the specific car I wanted on their lot, they did some research and found what I was looking for and had it delivered within a couple of days. I feel very comfortable with the price I paid for the car and was happy that I did not have to haggle over the price. The people I dealt with were extremely professional, very friendly and helpful. Even though I am knowledgable about computers, I was a little overwhelmed by the complexity of the Accord's navigation, audio, and info systems. Lily spent a lot of time going over the details of the system which put me at ease with the entire system. This was just another example of the outstanding customer service my wife and I received.

Lilly was great. We also test drove a Pilot at Brandon Honda and the experience with Lilly was 100 times better. We felt that she wanted our business and cared about putting us into the right vehicle with the right options for us. The purchase was painless, even the finance process. I don't really care for the way the extended warranties are sold, but they were fine when I declined purchasing one. I would definitely recommend Palm Harbor Honda and Lilly. One note, they may not have the lowest advertised prices like those dealerships that suck you in, but call them to talk to them about a fair price and you may be surprised.

Last night I purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX. Lilly Swensen was our sales rep and Joe was her manager. I can't recall the name of the gentleman I dealt with in finance however he was great too. Lilly was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in purchasing my new car. She pulled out every car I thought I might be interested in, lined each one up so I could compare and drive them, and then talked through all my questions. I hate purchasing a new car simply because of the negotiating aspect and they made it pretty painless. When I mentioned any internet research/deals I found they matched them which kept me in the dealership, because otherwise I would have left and waited for a phone call when they were ready to meet what I was asking. Joe was friendly and kept the back and forth negotiations to a minimum resulting in earning my business. I will recommend any of my family and friends interested in buying a new car to visit Palm Harbor Honda, especially Lilly and Joe!

I worked with Chris Tighe and Andres to purchase a new 2013 Honda Odyssey EX. I had communicated with the dealership via email initially and let them know what my new car price parameters and trade in expectations were. I also let them know ahead of time I'd go meet them in person only if they agreed to those parameters. They agreed and asked me to come in so they can look at the trade in vehicle. They didn't have any Odyssey EX in stock, but were confident of locating one if we came to a price agreement. I went in and met with Andres and Chris and within 1.5 hours we reached an agreement. The "negotiation" was very friendly and cordial, no high pressure tactics. I told them what I was offered for my trade in and they met my expectation. They didn't even try to sell me 2014 model knowing I was interested in only 2013. Two days later they had located the Van and contacted us to come in to do the paper work. We went in around 7 pm and were done by 9 pm. We were offered add ons like extended warranties etc., but again no high pressure. Chris patiently went over all the features even though it was past 8:30 pm (dealer closing hours) and repeatedly told us to call him if we have questions about any features. Overall, it was a great experience dealing with Palm Harbor Honda, Chris, and Andres.

We had been in touch with Lilly for several months before coming to the dealership--she was terrific with info and never pushy. We set an appointment to come in for a visit--she was ready when we arrived. After looking at four different models (one used, three new) we made our selection. She answered every question we asked very confidently. After doing the intial paperwork we met with Andres de Jesus who moved us through the process quickly and accurately. One of the worst car buying experiences of my life. Looked at a CR-V, with a trade-in. Was quoted a value for my trade-in. I returned 4 days later to buy and that is when they offered $400 less for the trade-in despite agreeing on its value only a few days earlier! Classic bait and switch. I went up the road to a different dealer and received a better deal on the car plus the full value of my trade.

2008 NISSAN XTERRA....... !!!!!!!!CHRIS TIGHE THE BEST CAR SELL'S MAN EVER!!!!!!!!! ........It was 5/26/2013 when me and my mother saw a 2008 NISSAN XTERRA 4.0. We decided to buy to we were in orlando and the dealer was in palm harbor thats a 2hr drive from here to there so me and my mother called Chris Tighe. Chris was the was car sells man i will ever know as i was speaking to Chris via telephone in Orlando and me not knowing yet if the dealer is in palm harbor, and so i asked Chris about the 2008 Nissan Xterra Chris told that the 2008 Xterra was available and ready to role Chris told me that the 2008 Xterra had zero to none problem's and told me that the had a great car fax report and only had 75,000 miles on it. To me that's good new and so the as we look at the car online it looked as if it had been just made the 2008 Xterra engine looked to clean and clear as if it was brand new. I had asked Chris for for the location of the dealership Chris told me the dealership was in plam harbor near Clear-water and so i was disappointed that the car was two hours away. Chris as nice as his is he offered to come pick us up from Orlando and that's a two hour drive. As kind as that was we didn't want to put him thew xxxx of driving for two hours so we told him we would take a train to Palm Harbor and rent a rental car to get to dealership. Chris being as kind as he could be he told us to forget the rental car and he'll pick us up from the train station from the train station to the dealership is 30 to 45 minutes he insisted on picking up from the train station and so we Ok. although the train was 20 minutes late Chris waited. Chris was so peaceful and patient he drove us to the dealership when we got to the dealership the car was waiting for us shinning in the sun light looking like it had a fresh coat of paint Chris asked us would we like to test drive it. Of course we said yes as we drove the car the car drove like it was as smooth as a baby's skin turning with perfection on every turn we were of course going to buy the car. As we drove back to Palm Harbor Honda's Dealership my mother who is now the new owner of the 2008 Nissan Xterra did want to leave the car and go inside to sign some paper's that's how good the car is not was is. Chris ever so helpful asked us would we like some coffee or water. As we all sat down at Chris's desk Chris not being a bad car sells man showed us everything about this car from bumper to bumper from oil to water and from brake's to paint this car was as clear and clean as saint in heaven. Chris told us not to worry about anything not even the speck of dest that fall's on the car he will take car of everything from gas to tire's from tire's to car wash Chris was my go to guy and is still my go to guy for anything about this car. after all the signing was done Chris filled up the car with gas $70.00 dollars worth of gas. I already knew Chris was a saint but i never knew if he was a life saver. For all people who are buying car's Palm Harbor Honda i pray the moment you call you as for Chris Tighe he's the best car sells man i will ever know in my life and plus the next car we buy will be from Palm Harbor Honda and my go to guy will be CHRIS TIGHE THE SELL'S GUY. When my wife and I awoke April 30, the last thing on our mind was taking home a new car that same day. Entering the Honda showroom, I was greeted by a beautiful CR-V. Within minutes, Jim Wilson, a sales consultant, approached me and began explaining all the fine features the CR-V had to offer.The two of us took it for a test drive up to Tarpon Springs to show it to my wife, who would be the main driver of the vehicle. After she took it for a healthy spin, Jim and I returned to the dealership and began discussing possibilities. I still had not convinced myself to make an offer that day. But after conversations with Jim and the sales Manager, Tom, I was willing to take a CR-V of my choice back up to Tarpon for my wife to have a final look. We loved the vehicle and agreed on the price. We returned to the dealership together and started the process. Last week I contacted this dealership to see if a car I saw online was still available. A very friendly associate Scott said he would check to see if it was still on their lot and would call me back. Less than 20 minutes later he called me to confirm it was still there. I went to look at it later that night. Scott was with other customers so he introduced us to Jamie who right from the start had a smile on his face and was ready to go. Not once did he rush us even after we had spent over an hour looking at the car and it was time for them to close. He explained everything thoroughly and all of the questions were answered. After making the purchase it was well over an hour after the closing hours and Jamie was still there waiting for all the paperwork to be done and to make sure that we were satisfied. Not once did he seem to rush us or unhappy that it was so late. He provided excellent customer service and had a great attitude to go with it. A huge thanks to Jamie and I am loving my new car!

Our 2006 Honda CR-V that we purchased at another Honda dealership in Pinellas Park developed a bumper related problem that made noise. My wife brought it to my attention and we dealt with it temporarily. When I was coming back to Clearwater from Darby today I stopped at Courtesy Honda in Palm Harbor. I explained the problem to Johnny and showed him where the part was falling off the car and was held on with duct/electrical tape. He took it In for an estimate and it was returned to me better than new in a matter of minutes. I recommend their service department and will go back again when I need to.

Chris Tighe was the best. He did everything he said he would and then some. We worked out most of the deal online or on the phone.Each time I asked him to sharpen his pencil on my deal he did. I feel I got the best deal possible. Laura Hunter was a big help also. My wife and I drove over 2 hours to get to the dealership but it was worth it. There were no hidden fees or pushy salesman. Chris met us, we took a test drive and finished the deal. Once the deal was done Chris sat in our new CRV and explained and demonstrated all the features of the car. I was assured that the car was in great working order and that everything had been inspected and replaced. When I noticed that the coolent was a little low, while we were looking under the hood, the salesman said 'Oh that's just a reserve tank'. 2 months later I needed a new radiator. Went through 5 bottles of coolent in a week. When I called and asked the dealer about it, they were like "well you -did- buy it 'as is'" Well yeah, because I thought I was buying a good car from a reputable dealer. Now it's been almost a month since the radiator is out and now(yesterday) my car wont start. I think I need a new alternator. This is a huge bait and switch. They wanted $60 something to just look at the car when the radiator broke. I went to a place my cousin recommended and they looked at it for free. I would not recommend this dealer for purchasing used cars and NEVER use the service center if they miss big stuff like this. The only positive thing was that the showroom was clean.

We were looking for a particular exterior and interior color of car, which Courtesy did not have on their lot. However, they found what we were looking for at a sister store and they went and got the car. They had the car detailed and delivered to our residence. As if that was not enough, Chris then spent more time going through the car's features again with us, even syncing my cellphone. We had previously purchased a car from Courtesy several years ago and both times we have had a great experience. We would highly recommend Courtesy dealership.

During my winter break (I am a teacher), my husband and I went to several dealers (very frustrated) to look for a SUV but we finally bought a Honda CRV here. I am a picky and straightforward person, but, when we met Pedro Rivera, we immediately felt relaxed with him. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the CRV. In September I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage. I thought I liked it and I was really in need of a car so I bought it. I wanted a Honda CRV but didn't find one that I liked and didn't feel that I could afford it. I read up on Kia's and thought I would just buy it and be happy. But I was not.So, December 30th I went out the the Palm Harbor Honda, just to look around. I had been out there on several occasions but didn't find what I wanted. I drove on the lot and there sat this CRV and I immediately liked it. But.......I had a car. Then Chris Tighe came out and introduced himself and showed me another CRV. I drove it but I really liked the other one. We talked and I felt quite comfortable with him and, I felt, that he had my best interest in view. He never promised anything, wasn't pushy, asked me, if he could get me the price I liked with the down payment I liked, would I buy the car? I couldn't say anything but YES. His manager came over and gave me more information, and a price, that I felt was quite reasonable. I could not turn it down and I bought the car.Chris Tighe is a wonderful guy and my time at Palm Harbor Honda was well spent. Ryan drew up the papers and it was handled professionably and the car was spotless.I went from 8.75% interest to 4.50% interest, my payment went up 4 dollars and my Insurance went down $11.00 and the car I bought is a 2010, a year newer.Ask for Chris when you go and tell him I sent you!

I can't believe buying a used car and trading in my car would be so easy! The dealership was super clean, comfortable and friendly from the moment we walked in. Chris was our salesman and was pretty knowledgeable on the used Toyota Prius that we test drove (even though he sold new Hondas). He was not pushy, and seemed to be interested in our experience first, as opposed to just making the sale. It was the first Prius we had driven and it was exceptionally clean as a used car. We still wanted to have something to compare it to and let them know we needed to check out another used Prius before we decided since the technology was new to us. They gave us their best price before we left - even on our trade-in! We did go to another dealer near the stadium in Tampa, a Toyota dealership actually, and they were too pushy. They herded us into the salesman's office before we even looked at any cars. During the test drive, their salesman was trying to close the deal already! Their prices were higher, the car interiors were not spectacularlt clean - and we didn't like being pushed into the sale, so we left after less that 30 minutes and called Chris at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda right back. Our Prius was still available and we drive right over and signed the deal! Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda was a pleasure to deal with and professional without being stuffy. We drove our "new to us" Prius home that night and are in love with it!Thank you Chris and Doug for making the experience a positive one!!!

Very pleasant experience, salesman was very pleasant and easy to work with. The entire atmosphere was friendly and low-pressured. Jamie Belval is an excellent Sales Rep. His interpersonal skills are excellent; we immediately felt relaxed with him. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the CRV we were considering buying. We have had Hondas in the past and expect quality design and workmanship; we have not always had a sales person as competent as Jamie. He is the reason we chose to buy at this dealership.In addition, when we came back the next day to purchase our CRV, I wanted to test drive the car we were buying, in addition to the demo we had driven the day before. I asked Jamie to teach me about the vehicle components as we were test-driving it. His clear explanation made it easy for me to understand and to become knowledgeable about this new car.I am a retired educator. The last 12 years of my career I was an educational consultant, flying to Charlotte, Detroit, Baltimore, Philadelphia to teach teachers how to use a reading program...then following up in their classrooms, observing and coaching them. Jamie, in a way, was our teacher - his personal skills, his knowledge and ability to convey that are superb. He would get an A+! I reviewed a car on cars.com, I received a call back from salesperson Ty. I returned his phone call and informed him I would be there in approx. half hour, he said "I'll see you then". When I arrived I was informed that Ty had been gone for several hours (found that rather odd) and the car I was interested in had been already sold. On top of all this while waiting, there were three women (two standing, one sitting)at the corner desk arguing over how sales people don't file their paperwork correctly, and if they were trying to get her (one of the women who was standing) fired????? Professional??? I think not. I am not saying they are a bad dealer, I am only writting about my one single experience.

Lilly was awesome. My father was helping me purchase a car but he lives out of town. So Lilly had to juggle his information over the phone and email while dealing with me in person. She was extremely easy to work with as well as organized and professional. I actually had to have my 7 year old son with me for the paper signing and she made a point to entertain him and offer him snacks to keep him from getting bored. I took my car in for a diagnostic and "free" evaluation. When they were done they had broken a post on the battery cable and the car had a leak it did not come in with. When I questioned them about it they lied and said the car came in with the damage. Eventually the tech fessed up and admitted he "touched" the cable but denied breaking it. When I got home I noticed the leak I did not have before I took the car in. Crooks.

Best car purchase experience ever! This was my first new car, I decided to lease with some apprehension. Jamie and Pedro were fantastic at explaining everything clearly. I initially contacted Palm Harbor Honda about a used Camry Solara after finding their dealership via a Google search. The Camry Solara made it into their online catalog erroneously, and I was contacted by Chris Tighe immediately and informed that they were unwilling to sell the vehicle due to a major mechanical flaw. I was very limited in terms of what I could afford, and Chris worked with me to find a car that fit my budget. He even went as far as picking me up (in his personal vehicle) and taking me to the dealership to test drive cars.He answered all of my questions patiently and completely.The only negative to the experience was the $599 dealer fee, which was fairly expensive for a used car. However, I felt that, even with the higher dealer fee, the car was still reasonably priced.

We were extremely disappointed in the way that Ty Robinson and his manager Laura Hunter dismissed our disappointment with the new Honda Odyssey that we purchased. We loved the remote start that came standard on our Chrysler Town and Country. When buying a new Honda minivan, we asked to have the remote start installed for $500. Immediately after installation, we realized that the Honda remote start is extremely poorly designed. Once the car is started, it cannot be opened unless the remote start is turned off. For our family with young children in Florida, this makes no sense. Within 24 hours we called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Robinson who had sold us our car and asked if we could return the product due to our disappointment in the design. We were told that since it did remotely start the car, they would not return it and the poor design was now our problem. We expect after spending $38,ooo+ on a new car that the dealership's response would be one seeking to do what they could to make us happy with our new purchase. Instead Ty and his manager Laura Hunter minimized our complaints, dismissed our disappointment with the new car, and told us there was nothing they could do. Even if they were willing to let us be disappointed with Honda's poor product so that the dealership didn't have to eat the $500 it would cost to refund our money, their attitude and poor efforts at customer service were beyond disappointing. We do not recommend the Odyssey to anyone. Our experience with our Town and Country was much better and offered more features at a lower price. Chrysler does not offer an 8th seat or we would not have even looked at the Odyssey.

After having a bad experience at Crown Honda while car shopping my husband and I were apprehensive and not looking forward to purchasing a new car. He didn't pressure us and patiently answered all of our questions. When it was time to purchase our new CRV the process was painless and they agreed to a fair purchase price as well as giving us a great price for our car as a trade in. We were given a tour of the service area and Don made sure we didn't have any questions about the car or about the service department. I did a lot of research on Honda vehicles and Honda dealerships. I visited two dealerships in person.As I submitted my query to Courtesy Honda online, Immediately got a call from Rick Yglesias. He was very helpful. I liked the information and price he gave me, so I decided to visit them in person. I already had two dealerships contacting me, making promises, and telling me they would make better deals than anyone else. They called me almost daily. I had a specific color in mind, and Courtesy Honda had one on the lot. I drove to Courtesy to meet with Rick. He introduced me to his Internet Sales Manager, Laura Hunter. She was helpful and friendly. The entire visit with Courtesy Honda was pleasant. They immediately offered their lowest price, went out of the way to make us comfortable, gave us plenty of time to look and discuss. They were not pushy. They simply offered a great price on a new vehicle. Every person in Courtesy Honda was helpful, kind, courteous, and pleasant.It was late in the evening, but they stayed with us as long as it took, never rushed us, and continued to have pleasant smiles. The financial person, also took time to make sure we understood every aspect. What a great team. I highly recommend this group to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Requested information on a 2012 Crosstour via website and received a response within 15 minutes along with available inventory of the vehicle. That was unexpected because it was late in the day on a Sunday. Met with Chris the following day and he was a true professional. He introduced us to Laura and she was very helpful in completing the pricing. I didn't feel pressure or that they weren't being upfront with me. In fact we left the dealer to go test drive a competitor vehicle and they didn't try to keep us from leaving - which is often a tactic used by dealerships. Obviously we returned and purchased the car. They didn't have the exterior/interior combination on the lot, so they obtained the specified vehicle from another dealer. Oh and the car is awesome!

I am a USAA member and used USAA's car buying service on its website. I selected the car before I arrived; had USAA's guaranteed price coupon; had the trade-in value for my car; was able to complete the credit app ahead of time because Mary emailed it to me. Mary then worked with me over the phone to answer any questions that I had. I showed up at the dealership at 9:30 Saturday morning and drove off in my cool, new ride at 12:15. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly - they all smiled and said good morning. There was no pressure whatsoever. Everyone we met, from Mary to the funny finance guy, to the very friendly general manager, treated us well. I wish we had more cars to buy ... because I would definitely return!

We were very pleased with the first purchase (new honda accord in 2010) and when our first purchase(new accord in 2010) was totalled, we went right back to Palm Harbour without checkling any other dealer. I am 42 years old and have bought many new cars over the years and I can honestly say that in all of my prior dealings with the numerous amount of car dealerships and salesmen I have encountered in the past, never have I been treated so well by a sales associate as I was treated by Chris Tighe. Dealing with him was like dealing with a personal friend. Chris treated me with the utmost respect during the negotiating process and went out of his way to make this process as easy as possible. He was respectful, professional and is a credit to the dealership he works for. I have bought enough new cars over the years to know that the overwhelming majority of car salesman out there may say that they are trying to give you a good deal, but Chris backed up his words with action. While at the dealership, I also took notice of the overall atmosphere and it was a pleasant atmosphere to be part of during the time that my family and I were there. I would also like to point out the courtesy and respect that I was shown by Aaron Smith who handled the paperwork portion of the process and Troy Young, who is the sales manager who I had the privelege to meet after taking delivery of my new 2012 Honda Ridgeline. All three men did a fantastic job in making this the EASIEST car purchase I have ever had!!!!!!!! I purchased a, so called, certified.pre-owned CRV from this dealership. The reason I say "so called, certified pre-owned" is because there were AT LEAST 10 of the 150 items on the checklist that were said to meet Honda standards that were DEFINITELY not. The first few problems are obvious as soon as I got on the highway to make may 3 hour drive home. The faulty hood latch being the first! I had to pull over and tie it down for fear of it flying up while driving 60 plus mph. Next was the rear differential, or possibly the driveshaft. As soon as I got up to about 65 mph the rear end of the car started shaking violently. I immediately pulled over, again, and called Marshall. His response was to find a place to stay for the night and come back to the dealership in the morning. Unfortunately I had no other choice being 300 miles from home. After hours of arguing with Doug he finally tells me to pick another car on the lot. So I find a civic that looks like a reasonable car, fill out the proper paperwork for it, and am about to take it home when I realize that the other key they are giving me is broken. I immediately bring it to Doug's attention and he tells me that he will personally take car of it. It's been almost 3 months and still hasn't taken care of it. This car is also a, so called, certified pre-owned vehicle that should not have passed the inspection the way it is. There are just as many problems with this car as there was the CRV, for example the driver side axle is bad, the battery had less than 200 cold cranking amps( 450 is minimum), if , when shifting gears, I take my hand off of the gear shifter while its in third gear, it pops out every time. All of these items were, just like the CRV, inspected and marked as "good" on the 150 point inspection. I have brought this to the dealership's attention the first day and everyday since then with zero action being taken. I have called the dealership numerous times and asked to speak with the general manager and I get the same response every time... "she is in a meeting, but I will have her call you as soon as she gets a chance." She has never called me back. All problems with the car set aside, I have been deliberately lied to by Doug (who is a manager), Robinson (who is the finance manager), and Ron ( who is a manager). Very unprofessional. I found out today that Robinson altered my loan so that I have to pay the registration for my car even though it clearly states in my contract that I was charged for tax, tag and title. Personally I think he did this to balance out the money he promised to reimburse for the new battery I had to buy. I urge anyone that is considering to buy a car from this lot to look at the 9 claims on the better business bureau's website that i found after the fact. If 2 separate cars slipped through the cracks of their inspections how many other cars have been overlooked? Once they have your money and signature they won't even give you the time of day.

During the first visit to this dealership we worked with a different sales person who was not responsive to our needs and the visit ended with us walking out very disappointed. I had dealt with Jamie at another dealership (not knowing he was now in Palm Harbor). Anyway, Jamie called me the next day and asked about our experience and I explained what happened the first visit. Jamie asked to let him work on a new deal for us, after asking exactly what we were looking for. Jamie found the perfect vehicle in their inventory, gave us a very fair price, and offered a very reasonable trade in allowance for our current car. We did not trade in our current car, but did purchase the new Honday CR-V EX-L from Jamie. We felt the price was fair, and Jamie was very friendly and professional. The entire process working with Jamie and Robinson in finance was a satisfying experience and I have already recommended the Palm Harbor Honda dealership to several of my friends but encourage them to deal with Jamie since he exhibits a high degree of professionalism and listens to the customers to be sure they are satisfied. Before we left the dealership, one of the sales managers asked us if we were satisfied, if everything had been completed to our satisfaction, and told us to contact him with any questions or problems.

I started my car search on line and got quotes for the Honda Civic EX-L from three different dealers. Courtesy Honda did not give me the lowest internet price but I had read good customer reviews so I went there first. Jaime was very helpful, knowledgeable and spent time explaining some of the options that came on the car before and after I completed the deal. I never felt pressured and when offered options that I didn't want the subject was dropped without further discussion. All in all a very good experience and I love my new car.

Jamie Belval is the gold medal winner in the olympics of car sales and customer service! We were amazed as he did hand springs, cart wheels, back flips and leaped over obstacles in a single bound while helping us move up the used car line of Hondas. Jamie was great to work with. He and Troy (the manager)located a CRV in the color and trim level I wanted at the lowest price of any of the dealerships I had checked. The atmoshphere at the dealership is friendly and I didn't feel the any of the high pressure tactics that one usually associates with buying a car. I would have liked to get a little more for my trade in and I also would have liked to be aware of the prices for the service contracts (they didn't tell me about that until the end, after I had made the deal for the car). For those two reasons I gave a little lower score for price. However, I do feel I got a very good price on the CRV itself. I would recommend Jamie and Palm Harbor Honda to anyone who wants a pleasant car buying experience at a customer friendly dealership!

Chris was very pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to make sure the vehicle I originally went to see was ready for me when I arrived. When I did not want to buy that car, he helped me find one that would work for me.Ryan, in finance, was also very nice to work with. As most people in this area of the business most often make their money by selling packages to go along with your car purchase, he went through the usual pitch without being at all pushy about any of it.I think I might have had a better experience if I had known more about the car I actually ended up buying and if I hadn't ended up spending 5 hours there when I thought I would only spend an hour and a half.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND AM DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THEIR SERVICE/DETAIL DEPARTMENTS. I WAS SHOWN A VEHICLE THAT HAD BEEN JUST TUREND IN THAT I HAD SEEN ON THE INTERNET. THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT SERVICED YET NOR WAS IT DETAILED. I WAS ASSURED IF I LIKED IT, THAT EVERYTHING WOULD LOOK WONDERFUL AND THAT I COULD PICK IT UP IN 2 DAYS. I WAS COOERCED INTO SIGNING THE PAPERS TO HELP THEM MEET THE END OF THE MONTH QUOTA WITHOUT THE VEHICLE EVEN BEING READY FOR DELIVERY TO ME. IN GOOD FAITH I HELPED THEM OUT AND SIGNED THE PAPERS. 2 DAYS LATER WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE VEHICLE UP, I HAD TO WAIT 2 ADDITIONAL HOURS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE WAS NOT PROPERLY DETAILED AND THEY SENT IT BACK TWO MORE TIMES FOR THE STAFF TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS. WHEN IT CAME OUT IT STILL LOOKED TERRIBLE AND I HAD WAITED 2 HOURS, AFTER WORKING ALL DAY AND LEFT DISGUSTED WITH THE PROMISE THAT THEY WOULD INDEED MAKE IT RIGHT AT A LATER DATE. THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED THEIR FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT FOR DETAIL SERVICE AND NOW ARE ASKING IF I CAN BRING IT IN A WHOLE WEEK LATER TO COMPLETE THE JOB THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED IN THE FIRST PLACE. MUCH TO MY DISMAY, I AM STUCK IN THIS LOOP. I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS TO ACCOMODATE THEIR SCHEDULE OF WHEN THEIR PEOPLE WILL BE THERE. I DO NOT FEEL SATIFIED AND HAD I KNOWN THAT THIS CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE ENDED IN SUCH A FASHION I WOULD HAVE WENT ELSEWHERE. THE STAFF WAS QUITE NICE HOWEVER WHEN SOMEONE IS DROPPING THE BALL LIKE THIS THE NICENESS GOES OUT THE DOOR. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHY MAKE A CUSTOMER WAIT A WEEK? I bought my Honda Odyssey via internet. It was a very positive experience. No sitting in a dealership for hours going back and forth with the price. I had a fair price rather quickly. He was also able to get me financing with a fair rate in a resonable amount of time. The financing would have been the deal breaker but he was able to get me a good deal. I was very happy buying the car online. When I finally met Jamie, the day we picked the car up, he was very friendly and helpful. He went over the vehicle features, which were many. I would recommend this dealership and salesman to my friends and family. Thanks so much. I am very happy with my HONDA ODYSSEY!!!!!!

Great deal on both my 2004 element ex as a trade in and also a super deal on my 2011 element ex 4 wheel drive. the internet salesman Ty Robinson was cordial. The purchase of our 2012 Honda Coupe was an efficient and pleasant experience. We knew what model we wanted, but were having a hard time finding the color we preferred, Cool Mist Metallic (Blue). Another dealer told us that that color was difficult to find due to the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan. We found a 2012 Honda Coupe in the right color by searching the Internet and contacted Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda via email that night. Jamie Belval, the Internet sales manager, contacted us the next morning and we put the car on hold with a $200 refundable deposit, until we could get to the dealership for a test drive. Drove the car, loved its look and drivability and bought it. There was a $1,000 discount for purchasing the car via the Internet. Jamie was very courteous and thorough, and not pushy, like your typical car salesman. The dealership installed the accessories we wanted quickly, and weve been very satisfied with the car. Thanks to Jamie, purchasing the car was a quick and painless experience.

RJ was wonderful to work with. Both he and Alan were very pleasant during the entire car buying experience.Honesty is first and foremost with me and I feel that both gentlemen were that and more. RJ and Alan were both attentive to our needs and wants without being overbearing. My husband and I have purchased over 15 cars in our lifetime and more often than not most salesmen(women) left a lot to be desired. Usually my husband and I would dread getting out of our car upon driving into the dealership lot. Not so with Courtesy Palm Harbor. The facility was clean, organized and orderly and we were not attacked by salespeople upon exiting our vehicle. A very pleasant surprise! I had researched the car on the internet and my inquiry was promptly confirmed. I was contacted the next morning by internet sales and RJ called soon after. We arranged a time to meet and everything went smoothly from there.The only minor inconvenience we experienced is when the service dept. tried to fix the sunvisor on the drivers side, and broke the mirror, which means a return to the dealership when the replacement part comes in. A little inconvenient with the sun glare when driving.We live in Beverly Hills, Fl which is almost a 2 hour drive away and initially we weren't going to make the drive to see the car but we are glad we did. We would recommend this dealership highly and when we are in the market for another vehicle we definately would do business here again.

My experience with this dealership was excellent - starting with the prompt return call from Jamie shorly after my internet request. I had an appointment set for the following morning to view the car I had selected. He was very informative - having all the highlights of the vehicle I was interested in. Upon arriving to the dealership, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Since it was raining that morning, they pulled the vehicle under cover for me to inspect thoroughly...Don went through the entire vehicle before I ever got behind the wheel - opened every door, under the hood, showed me all the features of the vehicle and exceeded my expectations of someone trying to sell me a car. After our test drive (during which time Don explained the attributes of the car) we returned to the painless task of the paperwork. Once that was completed, Ron took over the signing portion - which can never be short with the myriad of lines to sign upon - but Ron made the experience less daunting. His sense of humor and full explanation of each step was refreshing to say the least. Though I had been pre-approved through USAA, there was an issue with the website and we couldn't get the needed documents to print. Ron went the extra mile, calling my lender and speaking with customer service (with me in the room) to try to work it out. Finally deciding that a faxed verification was sufficient to get me out the door until the website was functioning. Throughout the process, Jamie and Don checked back often on my progress. They even switched over my tag (along with my Rays plate surround) and helped me get all personal items out of my trade-in. Having never owned a Honda, I can tell you that my experience with Coutesy Palm Harbor Honda and the education I received on this make of vehicle, I will be very inclined to purchase Honda again from them specifically. I will also share my great experience with my friends and family. Kudos to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda for putting customer satisfaction and service first. It was a feel good experience to say the least!

They gave me the deal I ask for. The trade in value was good. Found the car I requested within a very reasonable time. Very friendly staff from the salespersons, manager & finance manager. Car was in excellent condition and ready to go when I got there. The only hitch was I thought I was eligible for the .9% interest rate, but found out that expired on 4/30/2011. I made the deal on 5/1 and took delivery on 5/5. I was still happy with the 2.9% rate.

My wife and I still can't get over how easy and pleasant this car buying experience was. Over our lifetime we've probably purchased a dozen or so cars and have come to expect a certain level of shady behavior from car salespeople and finance managers. That was absolutely not the case here. Ty delivered on what he promised - gave us a great deal and made the process easy. I will definately be recommending this Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda to everyone I know.

I have bought several cars from here over the last few years and I have always gotten good service. Apparently there have been some new management changes and the pressure is really high. After spending time with a salesperson who knew nothing about the SUV's, I got "introduced" to an manager. Then it got even worse. You know those kinds of slick guys who always answer everything with a question? Yeah. I had heard good things but this place has gone downhill with rude, nasty managers. I won't be back.
