The staff worked together as a team. They explained everything, therefore no surprises. The warranty on a used vehicle was an extra plus. They worked with us and we left with a smile.

Their stock was great, they fixed what needed fixing before putting it on the lot and this says a lot for used cars. The staff were excellent in their job, and knowledge. Our service rep even went out and washed the van before we left and put gas in it, most dealers do not do that anymore. They worked with us until we got what we wanted. THE BEST GROUP I've every worked with.

The time I spent at DriveTime was worth it. My salesperson, Kenyon, was extremely helpful. His sales pitch was not really a sales pitch, he was very detailed and he did not mind answering my long list of questions. He explained the difference between a lease agreement and a purchase agreement very well. I am very thankful for my vehicle, because it was desperately needed.

We were met by Jeffery at the Covington Pike Store. He ask what I was looking for and spent time going over the programs. He was fun to talk to yet very professional. I would recommend him and that store to anyone. He got me in a car with the things I wanted. Zero pressure, they let you buy and not be sold.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Darryl and Tia at the Covington Pike Memphis Tn Location. Very helpful and friendly I aqquired a 2011 HHR dealers were timely and efficient I would recommend a friend or family. The only issue I have had so far is a leak in the windshield but have not been able to contact them yet about this due to my time constraints no fault of theirs. Thank you.
