I had a wonderful experience buying my car today from Cowboy Toyota. I had requested information from their internet sales department. Adam McLoughlin immediately called me and said he wanted to earn my business and would help me find the car I wanted. He sent me some quotes and followed up with every question I had. I finally asked for a drive out price and he sent that. Other dealers would not do that. I made an appt. to see Adam and everything he quoted in the emails he honored when I got there. He explained everything to me and was always very honest and upfront. I truly trusted him and decided to buy the car from him. I left a very happy customer and would recommend Adam and Cowboy Toyota!

I was looking for a car and started shopping online and was told to come to there dealership to see what car I liked, when I got it was already 7:30 and there a man named Raul Flores who automatically came to me and started helping me, I couldn't make up my mind and he kept and showing me everything they had, when my husband asked him when do y'all close he said until the last customer leaves happy, we can be here all night, you don't hear that much these days. He was so helpful and so good at explaining everything. There finance manager was awesome and very thorough, I will be referring fiends and family.

I had been a buying cars from COW BOY TOYOTA, on Buckner and I30 in Dallas. I went there yesterday (04.27.16) to buy a new Camry. This lady who introduced herself as the manager of internet sales didn't even show the courtsy of telling me her name. I had to find that out, when I overheard another employee calling her Andrea. She was totally ignoring me. I normally will negotiate the price and Cow boy managers had been courteous enough in the past to work with me. This lady refused to take my offer to the manager saying she is the Internet sales manager. I asked her who makes the decision and she said that is Tobias. Her ego, it seemed was bruised because I asked her that question. She not only refused to pick up my business card but snapped it right at me from the offer sheet on which I had placed it. In the past I had taken my friends to buy cars from this dealership. I can given the names of the people who I have brought with me, one as late as in October. I wasn't even able to sleep last night due to this insult. Never will i ever go to this dealership and will probably tell every one in my Church and in my other social net works about this. Wish this will never happen to any one. Hope no Customer in this planet will ever experience such an insult.

I've been buying Toyota cars since 1987, and I've always gone back to the same place: Cowboy Toyota in East Dallas, which used to be Fowler Toyota and Toyota Town before then. Back in '87, I bought my second new car out of college at Toyota Town--a new Toyota Celica convertible. I felt the experience was as positive as a car-buying experience could be, less pressure and more attention to my questions and concerns than my first post-college car buying experience at a different dealer. A few years later, when it was time to buy my mother a new car, I took her to the same place, which was by then Fowler Toyota. The same positive, low-pressure, full service sales approach was repeated and has continued to be repeated over the years through the ownership changes. My mother, my wife and I have purchased all our cars at this location/dealership and have used the Cowboy Service Department for all our car maintenance. All together, we've purchased eight Toyotas at this same location. Every member of the team has always treated us fairly, done good work and given us good deals. Just yesterday, I took my mother to Cowboy to buy her third Toyota in 20 years. General Manager Tobias Fulton and new salesman Thomas Robinson were low-pressure, knowledgeable and positive. It's hard parting with money to make a new car purchase, but this Cowboy team leaves you feeling good about the experience, the car purchase and even the new car payment.

I did all my reseach online. I knew exactly the car I wanted and the price I was willig to pay. And Cowboy Toyota wanted my business. They worked really hard to find the minivan that would work for my family, and my special needs daughter. They found one in Oklahoma, and picked it up for me, and delivered it to my house. Dave Stevens really went above and beyond to make this an amazing experience, with an amazing minivan! I will say that Cowboy Toyota is not a flashy dealership like others in the area (which often comes with flashy salespeople). Dave Stevens was a down to earth guy, working hard to do his job well, and get me the car I wanted AT THE LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE. I would much rather get a great price, then pay more at a large dealership to cover their overhead! Great experience and great salesmen. Thanks Dave Stevens!!!

I submitted car quote through my company employee car buying program and I got 5,6 responses from local Toyota dealers. At beginning I only exchanged email with Mr. Fayaz Keshavjee because I'm not even sure I will need to buy a car right away but Fayaz took time to review my car preference and provide me with different options so I can have the car I wanted. Fayaz has made my car buying experience exceptionally good and memorable. His positive attitude, nice way of talking, trustworthy approach helped me to make decision on the same day I stopped by Cowboy Toyota. Even Cowboy Toyota was farthest away from my house comparing to other Toyota dealerships but I'm glad I buy a car at this location. I highly recommend Fayaz if you want to shop at Cowboy Toyota.

This is my 3rd Toyota; I totaled my Camry and ops checked the airbags, obviously they work since I am typing this right now. Lianne Mann moved dealerships so I followed for my new purchase. I wanted a new Camry but the Avalon sucked me in, hopefully the airbags are just as good....then again, I don't want to find out. Great experience overall, Lianne Mann did not pressure me in any way, in the end I got a car. If I had any complaint at all it really doesn't have to do with the dealership, I waited and waited to get to the finance department....who would have thought there would be more than just myself buying a car. Maybe a snack bar of some sort is in store when Cowboy Toyota rebuilds. just sayin! << there is the answer, lunch provided for those that wait more than an hour.

As we entered the dealership we were very kindly greeted by a helpful receptionist , who then directed us to Liane Mann, who treated us as if we were old friends. we told Liane what we were looking for and she was so professional and prompt with the way she searched for just the truck we wanted. She found the truck and made sure that everything was as we had wished for. Never did she make us feel pushed , she was kind and patient. If I have a chance to recommend Liane Mann to anyone , I will certainly do so.

We actually had been planning and somewhat looking toward the purchase of a new vehicle for over a year. We researched many sources, consumer report car issues, advertisments, and friends recomendations, etc. Our research pointed to the 2015 Toyota Highlander. Friends pointed us to Cowboy Toyota. We visited the dealership and was immediately paired with Fayaz Keshavjee. Yes, prounouncing his name may be difficult for some like me, but that is the only difficult part of buying a car from Fayaz. There is zero pressure. He does not have to run back and forth to the sales manager every time a offer - counter offer is made. We think we made a fair deal to both parties. This experience was totally different than any other dealership we visited. At other dealerships you can't get back out the door without having to meet the entire "pecking order" of all the salespersons superiors. We went to buy a car and Fayaz helped us in that process without a lot of fanfare. We did have a concern as to whether or not the vehicle would fit in our small garage. His reply was, let's go find out. We took the vehicle to our home, it fit fine, and it's there now. Fayaz was great!

After totaling our car, we contacted Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota and asked him to help us find a new car. We didn't care whether it was new or used and we wanted something safe. He asked us a few questions about what was important to us and then found us a new car that had payments less than the payments we were making on our used car. We were in and out of the dealership quickly which was nice so that we didn't miss work. He was great to work with and listened to our needs. I would highly recommend Robert Schultz to anyone whiners a new car.

Worked with Robert Schultz on a purchase of a new Tundra. After dealing with 2 other dealerships and getting the run around, Cowboy Toyota was able to work with me via phone and email to find the right truck within my price range. And even better, when I got to the dealership, the prices we had discussed were the same (unlike the other 2 dealers)!! That make the car buying process that much easier, and we were in and out quickly. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I will surely go back to Robert again for any car purchases in the future!

When I recently lost my old faithful F150 I started the arduous task of finding a replacement. Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota made that task so much easier. I had decided on the Toyota Tacoma, double cab, long bed model but finding one in stock was very difficult. Robert used his network of contacts to locate a few that might be available until we settled on one that was exactly what I needed at the price I wanted to pay. The process was simple and the truck is exactly what I expected so the trip from San Antonio to Dallas to pick it up was not wasted.

In March 2015 we needed a car so we went back to Cowboy Toyota to see our friend Robert Schultz, the Sales Manager. Previously we bought a Toyota Camry from them in June 2014 through Costco Auto Program, which was the best car buying experience we have ever experienced. After discussing with Robert in extensive detail about different models and he gave us a printed quote for every cars model we were interested in. Since we live in Plano, Texas we decided to check Toyota of Plano. The sales person showed us the cars and said because of Costco we can only get the cars from their inventory, which was not correct. Then after waiting for a long time sales person made us talk to his manager. The manager knew that we are buying car through Costco yet he still started giving us the typical dealers talk. He tried to pressurized us by giving us extra discounts if we bought the car right that minute, and also with financial plans even though the car had 0% APR. Talking to them was a comparison of price, and customer service. Cowboy Toyota didnt have the model we were looking so they arranged it especially for us and delivered it to our home so that we didnt have to make another trip to the dealership. Robert also gave me a loner while we were waiting for our car. Finance Manger was also very helpful, courteous, and patient. We are very impressed with their customer service everyone needs and is rare in other dealerships unlike Toyota of Plano. Robert Schultz is a honest person and an excellent Sales Manager. He is personal friend now who we call for questions all the time, and wish him all the best.

I had such a pleasant experience at Cowboy Toyota, especially with Robert Schultz. I had no idea what I was doing, as this was my first time buying a car, and he was very patient and helpful. My boyfriend works as a finance manager at another car dealership, so I had him come with me, and he also commented on how friendly Robert was, and how he really did not try to take advantage of me in any way. I'm really happy with the price I paid for my car, the amount I received for my trade-in, and the experience as a whole. Robert Schultz is a very straight shooter. He emailed me the purchase price and it was exactly the same when I got to the dealer ($500 less than my next closest price). Since I was buying a Tundra it was great to work with someone the really knows the truck. Robert is a Tundra Expert as trained by Toyota and had answers to all my questions about lift kits, tires, rims, etc. Highly recommended.

I was contacted by Cowboy Toyota regarding my leased 2014 Camry SE. They stated that they wanted to offer me a way out of my current lease and have the opportunity to get a new vehicle. I was hesitant at first since I was only 1 year into my 1 year lease. I scheduled an appointment to have Toyota make me an offer on my vehicle. They asked me what I wanted out of this transaction. I told them I would only do the deal if they gave me a 2015 Camry SE Hybrid with no money out of pocket. They introduced me and my wife to Rodney Houston and he was super nice from the beginning as he knew that this was not a for sure deal. He asked us nicely if we wanted something to drink. We asked for a water. He brought back 2 waters and went over our vehicle choices. Rodney Houston took great care of us in getting us almost exactly what we wanted. The color wasn't exactly what we wanted but we love it anyway. He took us for 2 test drives and explained the great benefits of the New hybrid vehicle. He was very knowledgeable along with being very funny along the way. I would recommend seeing Rodney Houston at Cowboy Toyota anytime you are in the market for a new vehicle. Me & my wife was looking for a used car & was looking for awhile, but we kept striking out from dealerships to dealerships. So before we was going to call it quits & just wait for income tax to come or get the car we where driving in fix up. We decided to make one more stop & we stop here. I'm glad we did come here b/c we got a salesperson named Rickey Turner who was just awesome. He did everything possible to get us the car that we came in to look at. While Rickey took us on a test drive he explained all of the car components, then after the test drive he got straight to working on the paperwork for the car after he ask us did we like the car. So while everything was getting prepared he was keeping us company so that we wouldn't get impatient & he was keeping us informed on what was going on. Long story short Rickey Turner did everything to get us the car we wanted that me & my wife couldn't believe that he was handing us the keys to our brand new used car that we wanted when we 1st got there. We was for sure that this was going to be another dead end but Rickey Turner was determined not to let us down. Also the financial staff person was great as well in helping me & my wife in getting our new used car, I can't think of her name but she was great as well. So we fully recommend Cowboy Toyota 100% & I hope you get Rickey Turner as your salesperson b/c he will do everything possible to put you in the car you want or to put you in a car period & his service is excellent!

Well I just went to get some info on what paper work or requirements I need to buy or finance a car. I went on a Wednesday and on Saturday I came out driving a brand new car. Scott Henderson really helped a lot, he was patient with us and did everything he could even after we took the car days later I had questions and he would still help me. Every one is great.

I used my employer's car buying service to express interest in purchasing a new truck. I had several local and not so local dealers contact me offering assistance. My wife and I had been looking for a new or used replacement for my wife's vehicle that was totaled in an accident. At first we were focused on SUVs, not even knowing if we wanted a Toyota. We came across Cowboy Toyota and went in to see a particular vehicle (Highlander) and Rodney Houston was our salesman. It was bitter cold and rainy when we took our test drive. We later went home and re-considered and decided we may be interested in a Toyota Sienna van. We returned on a different day (bitter cold again) and test drove a Sienna. Unlike other salesmen we had visited with at other dealerships, Rodney was knowledgeable about the Toyota's features and did not try to "up-sell" us with features we were not interested in. Ultimately, on a third visit and after yet another test drive, we purchased our new Sienna. Rodney was straightforward with the pricing and we greatly appreciated his fair, reasonable, and non-pushy attitude. We absolutely recommend Cowboy Toyota and Rodney Houston if you are interested in buying a new Toyota.

Overall this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had been looking all over the state for the car I wanted and Rodney Houston not only had it brought in, but he also got it at the price I wanted. Furthermore, he met me half way between Austin and Dallas to deliver the car. He showed me how to work everything in the vehicle and made the paperwork process simple. I was so please that I actually took him to lunch to thank him for all of his work. He found the best financing I had seen and he also made sure to I understood the benefits that Toyota provided. Buying a new car can often involve so much back and forth but Rodney just got the deal done. I am looking forward to recommending Rodney Houston to family and friends.

After spending countless hours at my local dealer (where I have also bought a Camry and 4Runner) trying to find and negotiate the purchase of a new Toyota Sienna Limited and having frustration after frustration, I decided to expand my search outside of Shreveport. Requested an online quote from Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota (about 3 hours away), and had a response almost immediately, with a price that was just slightly LESS than what I had been willing to pay for the vehicle I wanted. Whereas the local dealer kept telling me how difficult is was to find this particular vehicle, Robert had not only found one but also given me a very competitive price within 15 minutes. Usually, when something seems too good to be true, it is. He asked for a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle from the port in Houston, which would be refunded if the vehicle was not exactly as we discussed. Reluctantly, I sent the deposit, being unsure how easily I would be able to get it back if anything wasn't as it was supposed to be. Reading all the positive online reviews is what gave me the confidence to go forward with it. When he secured the vehicle, he let me know, and then let me know when to expect it to be delivered at the dealer. When it was delivered, I filled out some paperwork online to save time and drove over to Dallas to do the deal. The vehicle was EXACTLY as I had requested, the price quoted was accurate, and the whole thing took less than a couple hours. It probably wouldn't have taken that long, except that I arrived an hour earlier than I had told Robert, and he had to finish up with another customer. There were NO extra options added on at the last minute, and ZERO pressure for extended warranties or roadside maintenance. This is the most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had, and I would drive the six-hour round trip in a heartbeat to buy from him again. I wholeheartedly recommend buying your next Toyota through Robert. As a side note, he responds very quickly to email, and was very patient with my need for reassurance that I wasn't going to drive all the way to Dallas to end up driving home without the minivan.

I went to over 12 dealerships and all of them gave me the run around and kept adding stuff to the bottom line. I was ready to give up and just buy a used car or get mine fixed. A bit out of my way but was well worth it. Got a fantastic deal on a 2014 CrewMax Tundra and thanks to Robert Schultz who made it happen. Aside from giving me the lowest drive-out price - something 4 other Toyota dealers couldnt do or even get close to - he was able to get me the lowest interest rate possible on 72 months financing, which was that nice cherry on top of the icing! I purchased a 2014 Toyota Avalon from Cowboy Toyota. Lianne Mann was my Sales Rep. Lianne was such a joy to work with. She was pleasant. patient and very detailed. She made the entire buying experience a "hassle free" expereience. I was somewhat hesitant about the purchase however Lianne was very knowledgable, she explained all of my options and careully walked me through the entire process until I reached my comfort level and was ready to proceed with purchase. Her customer service was excellent - she was so patient, she took the time to walk me thru my new car features, hands on experience! Lianne set up my iphone to the Bluetooth connection TWICE - I purchased a new iphone a couple of days later and she had me to come back to the Dealership so she could set up my Bluetooth connection again - what an outstanding show of customer service. Additionally she walked thru other Apps and explained the uses and advantages. I've purchased new cars in the past, but this buying experience was the best - it was hassle free and non stressful!!! I love my new car and will highly recommend Lianne for a Sales Rep and Cowboy Toyota for the Dealership. I love my New Car - Lianne thanks again and thanks for a full tank of gasoline.

My wife and I purchased a new Highlander Oct 31 from Liane Mann. I purchased via the internet initially and Liane immediately stood out from the other three contacted Toyota dealers because of clear responses that showed details of the cars matching my initial criteria with clear pricing information. The other dealers seemed determined to give incomplete responses while soliciting a phone conversation. Liane interacted via email (my preference) until a car matching our final criteria was located at a price I found appealing. Visiting the dealership to drive the car and finalize the arrangements was extremely pleasant. Liane took extra time to show my wife all of the features of the car and even took the time to pair my wife's iPhone to the Highlander. Liane was complimented by Richard Breaud in finance who provided a pleasant closing experience. I am 55 years old and have purchased many cars over time. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had to date.

Lianne Mann and the owners we're great. I honestly didn't "need" to buy a new truck but I gave them my "make me buy it price" and they accepted it! An hour and half later I was on my way home with a brand new Tundra! There are a couple of issues with the paint (small flaw and a couple of scratches) but Lianne said they'd take care of those later this week. Glad I found Cowboy Toyota!

I brought my Tundra in to install new tires and correct the alignment I recently bought new rims service corrected my alignment problem made sure it was right however, badly scratched up more than two rims in the process I reported this issue to Toyota customer service the dealer offered to have one rim refinished I declined reading about having chrome rims refinished and the expected results did not motivate me to do this I am currently seeking legal counsel to force them to replace every damaged rim I do not plan to return to this dealership for service not recommended for vehicles with custom rims.

I absolutely love the customer service at this location. Every employee I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I had a Toyota Corolla For 10 years and this location is where I would have all my servicing done. Then when I came to buy a new Toyota this same location gave me excellent service again. Scott Henderson was amazing and patient and found me the car that I wanted. They also arranged financing for me at a lower interest rate then the banks I do business were offering me (and I have done business with those banks for over 20 years!). The entire process only took a couple of hours, that may seem like a lot but I have purchased other vehicles from different dealerships and they took 4-5 hours before you were leaving with your vehicle. Steve showed me all the accessories on the car and how to operate them, took time to answer all my questions and then gave me an awesome deal on the car I purchased. I am now the proud owner of a new Toyota Camry! Thanks Scott and all the staff at Cowboy Toyota in Dallas, TX.

These guys really hustled and found a new limited model I was looking for in a specific color combination where the other dealership closer to me failed. Pretty straight shooters without a lot of silly games which I also appreciate. Got to the price fast, didn't waste my time forcing me to watch some kid demonstrate every part of the car at delivery, F&I guy didn't hound me to death when I declined all the offers, etc. I'll go back if I'm looking for another Toyota.

This is my second Toyota purchase. My first one was a 2002 Camry from Toyota of Rockwall. While I like the car, it took multiple phone calls and trips to the dealership to receive the services that I had been promised when I purchased the vehicle. My sister and brother-in-law told me about their great experience with Robert Schultz at Cowboy Toyota. I gave him a call and explained what I was looking for, and when I showed up to our appointment, he had all the options ready for me to look at. I told him that I was a commuting student who needed good gas mileage. He explained the different options with the Prius' and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. When I requested a color they did not have, he did not try to push me to one that they did have on the lot. Instead, he got me exactly what I was looking for. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle, the paperwork and car were ready just as we had agreed upon. I could not be happier with my new car or the buying process that I went through with Robert Schultz.

Robert did a great job finding the vehicle I was looking for. The pricing he offered was competitive with if not better other dealerships in the DFW area. I just want to compliment Robert Schultz and Cowboy Toyota for a great low pressure buying experience. I was helping my 88yr old Mother look for a replacement vehicle for her 1997 Buick. I first scheduled a visit with Robert without my Mother to see what vehicle might fit her needs and budget. Robert was very thorough and patient with showing me several Toyota vehicles and answering all my questions. When I asked for his professional opinion he asked me questions to be able to give me a well thought out answer and then explained the different options as related to buying, leasing, or financing the vehicle. I scheduled a second visit and this time brought my my Mother with. Robert had the perfect selection already pulled up prior to our arrival and proceeded to give a a great presentation as to what the Camry offered in terms of equipment and features. I was most impressed by his knowledge of the safety features and how it compared to other makes and models. It is a pleasure working with someone who was patient, knowledgeable, and professional and I would definitely recommend Robert Schultz and Cowboy Toyota to others.

I highly recommend buying your new Toyota from Cowboy Toyota. I initially did a lot of research on Kelley Blue book. I built a Corolla s plus and added options then contact different dealers after check out their online inventories, specials, etc. I even went to several different Dfw toyota dealerships. Unfortunately I did not receive the same level of courtesy, honesty, and integrity at all dealships. So I looked outside of my original mileage specifications on my search. Cowboy toyota showed Up. And I talked with Robert about my vehicle via email For several weeks. He answered all my questions And was courteous the entire time. His email etiquette was fantastic He helped me find MY Perfect Corolla in my budget And I even rolled out under where my original budget was. Their finance team Was friendly and informative. (Richard was so nice) they Even gave us valuable information on how to extend the Life of our current corolla. So, after everything I highly recommend Cowboy Toyota, Robert Schultz, Karen, and Richard. I'm highly satisfied.

My suburban just hit 200,000 before Christmas. So I was in the market for a new vehicle. I test drove many SUV's and fell in love with the Toyota 4 Runner. I was very specific with what I wanted. It had to be black, with heated seats, sunroof, dark interior, cross bars, a 2014 and before the new year. The car buying experience at Cowboy Toyota was excellent and hassle-free. I worked with Billy Goss via the internet and only had to visit the dealership to consummate the transaction. I located a Highlander that I wanted and Billy worked to get it to his delearship so I could purchase it there. Other dealers simply said that vehicle was not available and only offered vehicles that were on their lot. When I arrived at the dealership Billy gave me a detailed explanation of all the features of my new Highlander and I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. The closing of the purchase was quite easy and straightforward and did not involve any high-pressure tactics regarding add-ons. It was an overall excellent experience and I will recommend Cowboy Toyota and especially Billy Goss to all my friends and acquaintances.

I recently purchased a Toyota Camry from Cowboy Toyota. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. There was no high pressure to purchase and I was given details about each vehicle prior to the test drive which helped me decide on the Camry (no, it was not the most expensive one I drove). I was never told the car won't be there if I didn't buy TODAY, like I was threatened with at other dealerships. They said if they did not have what I wanted in stock, they would do their best to get what I wanted....and that's exactly what they did. They even gave me free car washes with my new purchase which I have used three times already. They have a new car clinic which help you understand your particular vehicle and gave me a chance to ask questions. They gave one-on-one help with an issue I was having immediately after the class. You won't find this kind of service anywhere, not even another Toyota dealer. It was worth the long drive based on the price we agreed upon and their customer service.

Contacted Kenneth with internet sales and received a response of "call me to set up a time and come in". I never received the info I requested to even decide if it was worth my time, so made a second attempt at contact with David the Internet Director (after he reached out to us). STILL did not receive the information we requested, It was all about getting us in to the dealership. At this point I can only assume it was to practice sales tactics that should have ended 20 years ago. Again, it defeats the point of having an internet sales department if you are out to waste a customers valuable time. Perhaps they (and potential customers) should reach out to other delaers we have dealt with that understand the technology age and value peoples time.

We repeat buyers x8 and wouldn't shop anywhere else, nor take our car for service anywhere else. Ya'll are all we've known for our vehicles for decades. Let me tell you about Shelly, and she wouldn't be able to do these things without the support of the owners and managers we realize. Steve was critically ill for over a year and almost died a couple of times, I had issues and service for my vehicle during this time and could hardly get myself to the dealership. Shelly and I talked and she said "for right now, why don't you take care of Steve and let me take care of your cars". That's service with a cherry on top. Rodney Houston accompanied us on our test drives in the corolla and the camry. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable on the evening that we were there. He was able to answer all our questions honestly, and there was "no pressure." Felanna Davalos assisted us with financing and we couldn't have asked for anyone more professional, considerate, helpful and supportive. She was everything we weren't expecting from a car dealership, down to earth and easy going. By the way, down to earth and easy going also describes Rodney. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. We will definitely be returning as soon as the need arises. It had been 12 years since we had purchased a new car and we hadn't been looking forward to it at all based on past experiences. This changed everything!

I've never looked forward to the "new car buying experience." I wasn't even sure I wanted to buy a car when I went to Cowboy Toyota, I simply wanted to see the new Avalon. Doug Chambers was the sales associate who greeted me and listened as I explained why I was there. He patiently let me "experience" the Avalon, as well as the Highlander and the Camry. He carefully explained details of each in very non-technical terms that a "senior woman" could understand. When I decided that I really did want a new Avalon, Doug was very professional, very low pressure and very patient as I made decisions as to such aspects as color, interior, hybrid or not, pricing, financing, simply explaining my options. Falana in the business office obviously attended the same training session Doug did, as she exhibited the same patience and professionalism as did Doug. As I completed paperwork, Doug was busy making sure that all the capabilities of my new car were up and operating and then introduced me to the service technician with whom I'd be dealing when I take my car for service. An experience I normally dread turned out to actually be a pleasant one - and I am in love with my new Avalon. I would certainly recommed Cowboy Toyota - and Toyota vehicles - to everyone.

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Tundra from Cowboy Toyota. Patrick Ogbeide and Billy Goss went out of their way to make this the greatest buying experience I have ever been a part of. From day 1 Patrick was professional, thorough and on top of things. Our entire transaction was done via email and in the back of my mind I kept thinking this can't be real because of past experiences I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Patrick arranged everything from email and it took less than 3 hours from the time I got to the dealership til driving off in my new truck. It would have even been shorter but I had Billy Goss show me a 4runner that my wife is interested in. Billy did a wonderful job getting me familiar with all of the features of my new truck and even helped me set up the bluetooth features with my cell phone. I drove from 180 miles a way to do business with these two outstanding gentleman and would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a new toyota to let them have a shot at earning your business. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a car at Cowboy Toyota in 2007 and have been taking it in for service since. I also have, in the last two years been taking my Lexus here as well. While I have always been pleased with the service and quality of the work, in the last several months I have experienced an even greater commitment to customer service. I love leaving there with my car clean and running great. I want to specifically point out how Carlos, a new service Manager, has demonstrated a great deal of sincere politeness, courtesy, and respect. I went in to trade in the wife's old car and lease a Camry. We were helped by Lianne Mann and we are extremely happy with the service she provided us. She was very personable and helpful with all the complexities. I ended up also trading in my truck for a new Tundra and we couldn't be happier! James Smith seems to be one of few sales people in the DFW area who has enough "inner-strength" to put the customer first! When asked not to hound me with calls and e-mails, he complied. When I was ready to purchase, I asked for a price on a Camry XLE Hybrid with the options I wanted, and without the ones I DID NOT want.Jim found the car, sent me a price, I accepted. I am not a pushover on price, but it was fair. Why cant the car business work like that more regularly? Buying a new vehicle should be a pleasurenot a war!Thanks James,Bill Watkins

Purchased new and used Toyotas here. Also have had warranty and service performed on same vehicles. Takes a manager of a department or sometimes; Mr. Bob Cannon (GM) to resolve an issue, however in the end . . . This is the best Toyota dealer$hip in the Metro-Plex. IMHO
