Spent a few weeks researching and trying to track down a Miata in my price range that met all of my requirements. Happened on Cragg Motors through a car fax used car search. It was the last car I found and happened to be the closet to me so it ended up being the first stop on my adventure. Kim came in early to show me the car and discuss pricing per my request. She was very friendly, very courteous, and did not once make me feel like I was inconveniencing her for coming in 3 hours early. Given the miles that were on the car and the age, I had expected that I was going to see the car and find something really out of place. Kim had assured me that the Miata was pristine and... she was right. The car was in excellent condition with minimal wear and tear that would not be unusual for a car that was a year old. This one was going on 7. I realize that the condition has nothing to do with Cragg Motors, except that they put their name behind what they are selling. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. The car was priced competitively. Though they did not move from their price, I don't feel as though I could have gotten a better deal and still had the benefits of purchasing a car from a dealer. The quality of service more than justified any variation in price there might have been. I have purchased several cars from big name dealers and other small dealers in the past and not had as good of service as I did here.

I met Ken in 2003 when I bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car was like new, with 20,000 miles. I is still a great car, and I gave it to my grand daughter last month. I felt very fortunate when I ran across Ken Cragg, and immediately liked him. He showed me how to determine if a car had been wrecked or repainted. I was impressed with his honestly and the fact that he obviously cared about his cars and his customers. It was also obvious that he was a very nice man and well educated. I decided last month that I wanted a newer car, and the first thing I did was look up Ken on the internet. It was great to see that he still had awfully nice cars at good prices. I went to see him, and bonded with a 2012 Ford Taurus SEL that looked new and was priced thousands below similar cars at other dealers. One of my former students (I am a college professor) runs a large Ford dealership, and couldn't come near Ken's price. I also checked with my bank about a car loan, and they were much higher than Ken hooked me up with (2.99 %) by far. I tell everyone I know about this amazing man and his carefully chosen cars. I also was impressed with the was the paper work was handled, and got everything I need to license the car and get the title changed, even a courtesey inspection. I was impressed that nothing had changed since my first visit in 2003, and enjoyed hanging out with Ken and Kim for for several hours. I love the car, and all my friends are impressed with the car and the deal I got. Thank you Ken. you are truly one of a kind. I fully enjoyed meeting, and doing business with you... Thanks, Robert S. I recently purchased a Mustang GT Rouse convertible from Ken Cragg in Belton. A car consultant found the car and did an inspection on site in Belton as I live in Atlanta. Ken worked with him to examine the car, a rare model 2001 with only 17k miles on the clock. With his recomendation, I placed a deposit on the Mustang and flew to Kansas City to check it out and drive it home. This is a family business where quality and integrity still count---not the monthly quota as with a slick big dealership. I'm from KC and I have always liked to do business there. If oyu want personal service and feel your business matters, I highly recomend Cragg. I flew 800 miles to do so and i'm glad I did. This was like going home to see a relative. Give these folks a try. My husband and I came in with our newborn baby after having spent a few years researching which car was best for us. I knew I wanted a Pacifica. Ken had 3 available, and he sold us a great one; Fully loaded, leather interior...at a great price. The only thing we've ever had to do was to replace the tires. There were some issues with little interior bits like lids on consoles,, but I am completely ELATED by the quality of our used car. It was 2 years old when we bought it, and it is now 11 years old! I refuse to give it up. I do not want to buy another family car! I hope Ken will have another great vehicle for my family when it is time to get another one.

When I first saw what is now my 2013 Subaru Forester on line, I was sure the low mileage must have been an error. I contacted Ken at Cragg's Motors, and he assured me it was not. He was very helpful on the phone, and assured me the car was in excellent condition. After test driving it, I knew it had to be mine. :-) I liked the no-negotiation transaction, and the price was fair and below blue book pricing. I bought it in early March and right away took it to the Subaru dealer for a minor recall that was still covered by warranty. The service manager was amazed at such a car with so little miles on it. He said they looked it all over and could find nothing at all wrong except for a slight tweaking to the alignment. Ken and Kim had definitely represented this vehicle to be in the excellent condition it was. I've had this vehicle since early March and love it so much, I look for reasons to go somewhere so I can drive it. :-) I have already referred an individual to Cragg's Motors, and if I ever need another car, I'll see what he has in stock. Ken and Kim were very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice to do business with. This is the first testimonial I've ever written, so I'm sorry if I've been too wordy!

After searching for a specific model car for several months, I found one that came very close at Cragg Motors. After visiting briefly via phone, I visited the dealership. The car was VERY nice and it was a pleasure to meet Ken and his wife Kim! They both work hard to buy only quality cars for their lot. They patiently and diligently worked through a couple concerns I had about the car to make me a very satisfied buyer. The buying process was quick and easy. Not only have I found a trustworthy dealer that I will definitely work with on my next car, but I have made new friends. I plan to stop by every once in a while to keep in touch! I live in Phoenix, AZ and my car was recently totaled. When I came home for a 2 week vacation I needed to find a reliable car at a reasonable price, and that's when a family friend recommended Cragg Motors. I went to Cragg Motors and was able to find a 2013 Nissan Altima in excellent condition. Ken was very helpful and assisted in finding a car that would work best for me. I drove the car from Belton, MO to Phoenix, AZ with absolutely no problems! I love my car and I would definitely recommend working with Ken. He runs an honest business and is dedicated to helping his customers find the perfect match for them.

I'd been looking a long time for a good first-generation MX-5/Miata, to accompany my third generation MX-5. After searching all over the country, I finally found my '92 with Ken in Belton, only 135 miles from my home in Columbia. After driving to Belton in early December to check out the '92 in person, I found it to be exactly as Ken had represented over the phone, and in his 'net ad description. I bought it on the spot, and it's been a great car for a reasonable market price. Because of the pleasant buying experience with Ken and Kim, and the other nice sports cars he had in inventory, I've taken to checking out his website on a frequent basis! I hope we can do business again in the future.

They gave me a great deal on a 2012 red Mustang. I flew in from Fort Myers Florida drove the Mustang all the way home no problems. That was 2 years ago. I'm still in love with the car. The deal was great. They treated me great. The next time I need a car I will watch his website for sure. Great people, great car and a great deal. What else can you ask for?

We bought a Toyota Avalon 6 months ago. I waited until this time to do a review to see how good it really was down the road. Car was sold as is and it's been an excellent car. No problems during the sale and none after. Son told us about Ken and they had dealins with him before and his wifes famlly prev. experience. I have since refered people to Ken and will continue. Very honest, direct and friendly/helpful. If he doesn't have the car you want, he will look for you also. Love the car and enjoyed the experience of dealing with Ken and his wife and Cragg motors.

I bought a 2014 Mustang Convertible from Cragg Motors and consider it one of the more pleasant experiences I had in purchasing an automobile. There was no pressure and Ken Cragg was knowledgeable answering all my questions. He takes pride in his selection of vehicles and their quality and I have to admit he has excellent vehicles for the price. The price he quotes is the price of the vehicle and I found it is more than fair in this used car market. When my car was totaled I thought that I was in some serious trouble. I figured it was going to take me a long while to find the right dealership with my dream car. Cragg being the first lot I had visited I was reluctant to jump on the first thing I saw. I could not be happier with the decision I made to purchase from Cragg Motors. My 2002 Honda Civic runs like a dream and will bring me many years of owner pleasure! The proprietors were nothing if not the most helpful and honest individuals I had ever met in this industry. I could tell they wanted to get me the best deal and the best ride I could. They even worked with my credit union of choice for me! I will be back when I'm in need of an upgrade. I recently bought a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Cragg Motors. I had been looking for one for about 3 months. They had one that was in excellent condition and low miles for a 2004. Not only do they have great cars, they're not like your typical salesman. They were down to earth, kind and very understanding of my financial situation and were able to get me in the car I had been searching for.

Have had my car for about 2 weeks. Am more than satisfied with it. This is my third car from him and each of the other two have been great cars! Am hoping that this one is too. He hand picks each car and has done a good job on each one that I have bought before. His facility is definitely not fancy so you aren't paying extra for that. I look for a good buy and good product, not a fancy car lot or showroom with a lot of salesmen or other amenities that drive the cost up. Have read other reviews about him that said they were disappointed that they did not get a tank of gas when they picked up their car, but I figured that I saved enough money that I could fill up my car 20 or 30 times and still come out ahead. I had checked around on other cars that were like the one that i bought and they were all at least $3000 more. He has treated me well each time I have worked with him and there is no being held hostage in the "little room" while they check with managers and other people, if you know what I mean. Overall just a good guy to do business with and I am hoping that he gets another car in that my son might be interested in because I will be looking for a car for him soon.

My son was shopping for a car since he returned from Brazil. We found this Chrysler Crossfire at Cragg Motors on Cars.com. Never heard of this dealer before so I didn't know what to expect going in. Ken was very professional, patient on the phone, answered all my questions ( there were many ) and returned calls promptly. Ken told me he was particular about the cars he put on his lot so he only bought the finest to sell. Well he was right ! Plus everything he told me about the car was correct. This car is amazing ........ Looks almost brand new ..... It does NOT look 10 years old. Was very well kept. My son is ecstatic over the car. Runs fantastic, drives like a dream and was very clean when it was picked up. I'd buy another car from Cragg Motors again for sure and recommend him to anyone. I have two suggestions for improvement. 1. The car did not come with a full tank if gas. Second I flew a friend from Houston to Kansas City to get the car then drive of back to Houston. My friend had to take a taxi from the airport to Cragg Motors ( about 45 minutes ). Ken offered no assistance with this when I asked about having my friend picked up at the airport.

Ken is a very down-to-earth straight shooter, refreshing when working with car dealers. His inventory is all clean, low mileage used cars, so there's definitely value on his lot. He keeps a low overhead with modest facilities, so he has competitive pricing. We bought a commuter car with extremely low miles, and I'm excited to drive to work Monday! We will definitely be back to buy our next cars!!

Just bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from Cragg Motors last week. I had been admiring the quality of the car selection and the SUPER CLEAN car faxes all week but kept thinking it wouldn't be worth the drive. But I was WRONG! It was well worth the drive and actually, really not all that far thanks to great highways! We drove to Belton on a Thursday and test drove a couple vehicles. Went back on Friday to take the car we selected to our mechanic - it passed with flying colors so we purchased the car Friday afternoon! Quick and Easy! I could have saved myself HOURS if I had gone to Cragg's Motors first!!! Ken is great to work with - not pushy or "slick" like you encounter most places and I truly believe he is a man of honesty and integrity. He's been in this business for many years and his experience shows! His overhead is much lower and he passes the savings on to you! Enjoy your trip to Belton and tell Ken that "Janice with the Rogue" sent you! He might ask you to call him first that you are coming because he is occasionally away from the lot for a few minutes. However, this was never a problem for us. We will use Cragg Motors again!

Had been looking for awhile--found an immaculate car with 1 owner and low miles with Ken. He only deals in 1 owner cars so you pretty much know what you're getting. Every car on his lot was in excellent condition. It's a little ways to drive but well worth it--I got the nicest car for the best price of any I'd looked at. Financing was quick & easy and Ken is an honest person to deal with--in fact I liked him so well my sister has him trying to find a car for her.

Owner stayed late to accommodate our interest/purchase. Very clean, mechanically sound car. Had looked at several similar cars that6 day and none were as clean as this one. Dealer's entire inventory appears to be very clean and reliable. Would definitely deal with again, and recommend to others aswell.

Drove down on a Sunday to check out a car that was advertised and ran into Ken the owner doing paper work even though they were closed. (I normally don't want to deal with a car salesman until I know I'm interested in a car.) He had sold the car we were interested in the day before but told us to look around. Long story short we found a car we liked even better than the first one and he was gracious enough to help us on his day off since we had driven so far. This car is in amazing condition for it's age and was priced competitively with other similar cars. After looking around the lot he is very picky about his inventory. Very clean stuff here! To sum up nice guy, great car!

I am very, very picky about the used car I buy. When I found Cragg Motors I almost couldn't believe my experience. I HATE used car salesmen that pounce on you and try to tell you what you want to buy. Ken Cragg was friendly, knowledgeable and the type of guy you felt like you have known for years. I felt relieved to find this type of person in the used car business. His cars are all "top of the line" cars that fit my picky needs. I like that he is up front with pricing and does not try to add all these extra fees like most dealers. Here is the price out the door and not a penny more. I just finished purchasing a vehicle from Cragg Motors but it was not my first or my second it was the THIRD vehicle I have purchased from him. The two prior cars proved to be exactly what I thought they should be and since I just purchased this one I am confident it will be of the same caliber. If you are looking for a quality used car at a great price I would suggest you at least take a look to see what Ken has available and if he doesn't have what you want he is willing to find it for you. Thanks Ken ........ when I am ready for my next vehicle I will be back!

This is our second car from Ken Cragg. He sells only top-quality cars. He is good to deal with -- no pressure, good prices, and seems to have integrity. Our first car from Ken was a 2001 Honda Accord. We just traded it in today with 200,000+ miles, with no problems. We purchased a 2012 Suburu Legacy. Looking forward to driving it!

I got the car at a decent price for year and mileage. He was friendly and easy to deal with. Had some difficulty with the paperwork. Fortunately Ken was very helpful fixing it and I didn't have to pay any late fees, just had to wait longer than I would have liked to get my plates. Overall, I am pleased with the car. It was worth the drive to pick it up.

I have purchased four cars from Cragg Motors, a Suzuki Forenza, a Chrysler Crssfire Roadster, a Mazda MX5 Mazdaspeed, and a Toyota MR2 Spyder. I purchased them as much for Ken Craig's honesty, as much as the quality of the cars. I would recomend Cragg Motors to anyone looking for a high quality used car.

We bought a 2010 Subaru Outback from Cragg Motors. We love the car and feel we got it at a very fair price. We were happy that he offered to repair a few areas of hail damage as well. My husband researched for a long time in his search for a newer vehicle. He was thrilled to get this vehicle at the price we paid. The entire transaction was smooth. No haggling, just talking together. We would highly recommend using them in your search for a car. We have already recommended them to our daughter and her husband when they are ready to look for another vehicle.

I found a 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track on cars.com and fell in love instantly. Of course the next step is to go visit the dealer who is selling it. That part can be what determines if you buy the car or not. My girlfriend and I arrived to find that the owner of the dealership kept the car in the garage (as it deserves to be.) The owner Ken was very laid back and even cracked a few jokes. Well, more than a few. He created a no pressure environment which was much appreciated. He was very upfront about his pricing, and the vehicles history, as well as how he does his financing. His Financing company was able to find me a great deal and in just a few hours. We went back to the Cragg Motors after I had been approved and told him i wanted to buy the car TODAY. My schedule would have made the process take a week or more, but Ken and his wife were kind enough to stay late to make the transaction happen, It was extremely painless, and I would recommend the dealer to friends.

I found a 2004 MR2 Spyder online for sale on cars.com. Cargg Motors out of 332 N Scott Ave Belton, MO 64012 was the seller. I told Mr. Cragg (the owner and only employee) that I was driving from Minnesota so I would like to know if there was anything wrong with the car. He sent a few pictures of some light damage (fading of paint on bumper and side mirror). After driving 500 miles I found more obvious damage (broken storage latches, multiple holes in the convertible top, leather steering wheel peeling off, plastic part covers missing) then what he had reported. We were able to come to a comprise on price (taking off a few hundred dollars) and after driving 500 miles I didnt want to go empty handed, so I bought the car. I didnt even get the car home before I had major problems, cruise control not working, convertible top not latching tightly, and worst of all the car over heating the car had to be towed to the Toyota dealer. I called Cragg and informed of the problem he didnt offer to help and stated I hope its something small like a broke hose. Today (40 hours after buying the car) the Toyota dealer called me and reported that the MR2 Spyder had been in a major cash at some point with air bag deployment and that the car had been poorly patched together. The wire harness was pigtailed back together (thats why the cruise control was not working) and missing key parts and steering wheel bracket was broke. I called Cragg to discuss the inaccurate car fax report and the problems. He came up with some creative responses 1. That my local Toyota dealer that I had my MR2 towed to works on commission and that they may not be reliable in their assessment. However, I went to the dealership and observed the replaced air bag and the poorly halfway repair wire harness from the steering wheel. 2. That he or the previous driver had no knowledge of the prior crash. The Toyota repair shop stated the wire harness had been more than likely patched back together after the crash. This would mean that the Cruise Control had not worked since the crash. Also it was apparent when looking at the car on the lift that it had been in a major crash. Had the previous owner (who owner it for 4 years) or dealer had the car on a lift they would have seen obvious signs of damage. This should not have been a surprise to them. 3. Cragg then told me that I failed to have the car inspected upon purchase. I was driving 500 miles from MN. To find a repair shop have it checked out did not seem feasible. Cragg did tell me that he checked it out and didnt notice problems and stated he questioned the previous owner at length who stated there were no problems and it had never been in a crash at the time of purchase. I repeatedly asked Cragg what if any response would he take. He kept insisting that I was trying to place blame on him. Clearly I bout the car AS IS and this problem was now mine. I told him I was not blaming him however I asked if he felt any moral or ethical obligation to help me. I never received a clear answer. I did suggest that he took the car in at much less than what he sold the car to me at, I asked that he refund me the profit of the sales to cover a part of the large repair bill. He would have not lost money and I would have a small portion of my repair bill covered. He said he took offence to that idea. We than spoke for a few more minutes where I kept trying to lock him into a response good or bad I wanted understand what his response would be. I then asked if he needed more time, he stated he would call me in 24 hours with a response. I will update you on Craggs response and other events.

They are great people to deal with. I found them on the net. The car was better than I expected They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I live in Florida drove the car home. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a newer car. fast, friendly, and honest.

With my 203k-mile Caravan in it's death throes, we went to about a half dozen big dealerships around the metro, looking for a used car 2 or 3 years old. We ended up buying from Ken, who provided us with the BEST deal we could have imagined - a 2012 with 1,600 miles on it.He was honest, no pressure, stayed open late for us, & took about 10 minutes to complete all the paperwork & hand us the keys when we decided to purchase.In 200k miles, I will hit Ken up for another awesome deal.

Ken Cragg focuses on high quality vehicles that have higher than average mileage. Since the miles are for the most part "highway miles", the vehicles are still in great shape and he can sell them for less. We bought a Ford Flex from him and are very satisfied. Ken says "no pressure" and he means it. We are very glad we found this vehicle on his lot.
