I live in Indy and was looking for a new Tacoma the dealers in the city did not have and could not get for an extended period of time. I called Craig and spoke with Mark McKee. He immediately made me feel like a long time customer. I drove down and bought the truck I had been looking for. Mark was a pleasure to deal with. I received fair value for my trade, making it worth the trip!! The employees are professional and super nice. Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had (owned 10 new cars). I would send my elderly mom there alone to buy from Craig Toyota.

We had a great experience at Craig Toyota. Mark was a wonderful low-pressure sales rep which made us feel comfortable buying from him. We never questioned honesty. He even facilitated having a safety recall completed before we took possession of our vehicle. When we went to leave our vehicle didn't start which was frustrating but they replaced the battery the next day and Hannah even arranged to have our vehicle delivered to us. It was so sweet of her to be concerned with scheduling around the time I pick my kids up from school. The entire process made car buying much less stressful. We live an hour from Craig Toyota but we will be back in the future.

I just want to give a huge shout out to Jason Tague and the other folks at Craig's Toyota for their excellent customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty after I hit a deer that resulted in a two month process of repairs and dealing with the insurance company. Jason discovered problems with the engine when Honda said there was nothing wrong. My Pilot ended up needing the entire engine replaced! They held my hand through the whole thing and really lived up to the ideal of hometown service. There is one lovely young lady there, who unfortunately her name has left my brain, but she was especially kind and comforting to me. I hope she sees this so she knows how much she was appreciated even though my memory for names is terrible! Anyway, I would highly recommend Jason and the service team at Craig's. They were fantastic during a long and stressful episode.

Craig Toyota is the only dealership where we experienced absolutely no pressure. We purchased a 2005 Toyota Prius in that same year after my wife and I had prayed about what vehicle to buy. Now, 10 years later and after 213,900 reliable miles, we prayed about an upgrade to a similar 2009 Prius. Angela Boswell, Product Specialist, at Craig found, not only what we desired, but also the same color and option package at very low miles. Angela was most helpful in contacting us as soon as this vehicle became available. (I think she was as excited about it as we were.)

Wonderful place! The employees were very helpful and informative! They found us just the vehicle we were looking for and in a very timely manner! We purchased our 2013 Toyota Sienna there, they also installed a DVD player in the van for us. I was very impressed on how quickly they did the install. They did a great job putting it in and were very helpful in getting us a courtesy car while they were installing the player! We definitely plan to go there in the future if we ever need to buy another vehicle!

The people at Craig Toyotaare all very professional and genuinely nice. The service dept was awesome I had a 2008 RAV4 need some work and they did and awesome cost effective way of repairing the car. I have recently traded my Rav and my Tundra for a new 2015 Venza XLE and I walked away with a profit. Nice! That's what I like. Getting paid to buy a car.

We were referred by friends to come to Craig Toyota looking for a new RAV4 and we were truly glad we did! We were greeted by Brittany and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us a new RAV4 but we needed AWD so they found us one and went and got it. The building is not fancy but very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and we picked up our new RAV4 yesterday. I know that if we have any questions or problems, Craig Toyota will take care of us. We will definitely recommend Craig Toyota to friends!

I would recommend any one of my friends and family to come here to buy a new car. I loved the no pressure sales and the friendly and courteous manner in which I was treated. I was very comfortable with my decision and after 4 years of shopping for a new car Craig Toyota really caught my attention and helped me buy a brand new Rav4. The sales manager Mark Andrew made me very comfortable and it was easy to negotiate with him and my Sales Rep. Stacy Demaree. They were very helpful with my car buying experience. Stacy Demaree was my sales consultant and did a good job helping me get the financing with a GREAT interest rate and payment. Easy to understand and straight forward. Made buying hassle free. We had been to another dealership today and they very shady and tried to hide the interest rate and make us sign papers before telling us what is was. Stacy at Craig's told up front what my interest rate was and worked hard to get the best interest rate for us. Gave me several different options to choose from. Thank you Craig Toyota!!!!!

Went car shopping with my 18 year old daughter. This was to be her first time buying. She was interested in a truck and found a few different ones that she liked. Before I would let her test drive I needed to know the price, to make sure it wasn't out of her price range. Of course the ones she had picked out were, but Bill Sullivan continued to look around and found one that would be in her range. We test drove it and she feel in love. We had a wonderful experience while shopping at Craigs and the financing was easy too, thanks Dave! We will be returning customers! Thanks again for the great experience!!!

We have purchased many vehicles in the past and have never received the quality of service that we received at Craig Toyota. Mike, the Business Manager, handled our paperwork. He was extremely polite and explained every part of the contract and lifetime warranty. Usually after the paperwork is signed the salesman puts the tag on the car and his business is finished, but not with Bill Sullivan. He continued his service by setting my phone into the radio system and loading my contacts for wireless service. He explained every button and answered every question until we were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this salesman and dealership to my friends, family and contacts. This was our first time buying from this dealership but we will definitely be back!!!

Andrea Coomer of Scottsburg, IN I took my sun fire in for a repair Craig Toyota in Madison , Indiana Bent my frame cradle (Frame) installing a internal Slave Cylinder they had to do the job 2 times now the part has failed again (11MONTHS) stool under warranty I do not want them to touch the vehicle again jam forced to fix the car elsewhere the owners service dept mgr Jason threatened to not exchange are part if we said anything else about the damage so that is when I told them I had paperwork that explains the warranty, and that I had already talked to there parts supplier now that they declined to fix the under warranty vehicle that was damaged we are now seeking 7416.00 in loss origianaly I only wanted them to pay a GM dealer to repair it which they refused it gave me and my fiance time to think and with the frame being bent buy there criminal malicious repair technic my family almost got killed in the car and Craig toyotas employee knew he sent my family out in a vehicle that was totaled it shook and all sorts of stuff before finally getting stuck in gear on the interstate in traffic if you would like any further information email me at alteredego7905atyahooI also have these findings confirmed in writing from two separate insurance adjuster companies one of which are frame and unibody experts of 30 years and only do insurance company work thanks for your time be cautious Sincerely Andrea Coomer of Scottsburg In. My complaint is also at the BBB and may be posted to there site and I currently have a legal team now dealing with Craig Toyota I will not stop Craig Toyota until you pay me for the car your malicious activity is paid for & it will be payed for it has already been substantiated that the activity of your service technicians did these Malicious repairs by not following procedure it's proven and on paper by two companies the third company will be he Monday

JR was our salesman and he was great. He did not try to pressure us in any way. We appreciate how he took care of the small problem that the minivan had before we came into purchase the van. They were patient with us in our making a decision to purchase a vehicle and gave us agreat price. They even made filling the paper work for purchasing the van really easy.
