I have bought a lot of vehicles in my 60 plus years and never have I seen such a bunch of crooks. They had the truck I was looking . I live 31/2 hours from the dealer , so I tried to get a general idea of what we would be trading for. They said they could not do that without seeing my trade. I drove the 31/2 hours to the dealership and they appraised my truck. When they showed me the deal they had added twenty thousand dollars to the retail window sticker. What a bunch of thieves. I no the truck was hard to come buy, but if they were honest upfront I would not have wasted my time to drive there . A little honesty would go a long way. I am sure they will try to say it was a miss understanding, but a no time prior to me driving there did they tell me about the twenty thousand dollar bump. I have been in the car business my self and no there are good dealerships out there. this is not one of them. buyer beware very immoral !!!!!

To say that I am overwhelmed with gratitude to James Farrell and his team in your body shop would be an understatement. I am amazed at the knowledge, skill, and expertise that they bring to their jobs. Moreover, this is matched by a delightfully kind and welcoming attitude along with a high level of professionalism. On two subsequent days, my car was struck by other drivers. First, in a parking lot, a lady backed into the passenger side of my car. I was able to bring my car in the next day, and to my amazement, they restored it to its original condition within minutes. On my way home, I was sideswiped on Route 9 when the driver next to me swerved into my lane. Devastated, I called Mr. Farrell the next morning, and was permitted to bring my car in that day. After pictures were taken, he assigned one of his men to work on it while I waited. I could hardly believe my eyes when the car was driven back to me washed and clean and RESTORED TO SHOWROOM CONDITION! I can only say that I am amazed at the knowledge of products, techniques, and body work that James and his team bring to the customer. Thank you for the privilege of being served by James Farrell and his team. I am thrilled to be the recipient of their outstanding service to me and my car.

Muhammad was excellent. He provided excellent customer service and he listened to what we had to say. He did not waste our time and he made good suggestions. Great experience!

Excellent dealership. Leased a brand new GMC Sierra today and Mike T. made the process simple and painless. Easiest dealership I have dealt with so far! Would definitely recommend

If there were 0 stars that's what I will give this dealership. The disrespect the ignorance of the manager as he say he is and a general manager 1 white 1 black I would not recommend no one go to this dealership for any reason they're not worth giving them our money.
