I I drive 1100 miles to buy a car that was described as excellent condition. When I arrived there was a 10" scratch down the side and two large cracks in the dash. The salesman that told me it was in excellent shape admitted that he had never even looked at the inside of the car. Too bad you can't give zero stars.

Told them exactly what we expected to see on the final numbers but they try to slip in their own add- ons like extended warranty and anti-theft package. Seriously?!!! Until this point they were great.

The process was quick and smooth until they said I had the bank approval and they wanted me to call my insurance company and get insurance on the car before they ever discussed the details of the deal??? I would like to know what I am paying and what my interest rate is before I call and get insurance on a vehicle! So, I am writing this while waiting in the showroom....I have my bank approval. What are we waiting on??? Let's discuss the details and let me go home!! Zzzzzz Another review may be coming that may be more or less favorable. Right now I'm tired and not happy about sitting here all day!

Recently purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L from Crazy Cheap Cars which had a " sticky "driver side door lock which ultimately failed after about 3 month. Multiple attempts to enter vehicle were aborted and a locksmith successfully gained entry . However, due to attempts to enter vehicle forcefully,the security mode was deployed, resulting in system shut-down. I called Mike in Service and explained my dilemma,. He responded in a friendly, calm and professional manner to reassure me that he would handle the matter. The vehicle had to be flat-bedded from Buffalo,NY to Oakfield ,NY.,for which he obtained authorization to pay for mileage overages,purchased a new lock and obtained (2 sets of keys,including a remote) that was not available w/ the vehicle at the time of purchase. All this was done as expeditiously as humanly possible. Mike also kept me informed of the required work in progress in a timely manner. my cost was only $100.00 for the remote which he also programmed for free!!!!!!!!. You can't beat all that with a stick. Mike is not only a gentleman who does exemplary work he is also extremely knowledgeable in regards to multiple makes and model of vehicles,foreign as well as domestic. He is truly a real asset and complement to Crazy Cheap Cars." A definite keeper". Keep up the good work Mike and Crazy Cheap Cars.

We were referred to Crazy Cheap Cars from a friend, so this was our first experience. Our salesperson Kevin was exceptional!! He listened to what type of car we wanted, what price point we were looking for, the mileage we wanted and there was no pressured sales pitch while we looked! He followed through with phone calls, details that needed to be attended to and did this in a 3 day window! We was professional, kind and extremely easy to work with! Everyone should be fortunate enough to work with someone like this! Prices on the lot were very good. Cars were brought out one at a time for you to drive. You were allowed to test drive by yourself. Lots of options for cars in our price range! To this point the best car experience ever!! Then we had to meet with the finance person, who tried to up sell everything. Extended warranties, rust packages, anti-theft packages and the list goes on.We began by saying that we wanted none of this, just the bare bone price for a first time buyer! The price of the car when we saw our first deal was incorrect. It was $4,000 higher!! He was good in saying we would get the internet price, but we should have brought in a coupon showing the price on line. I did not see anywhere on their site that you had to bring in a copy of the price they were listing it for?!. (So, bring a copy of the price you saw on line). After the price was adjusted, we still had other add ins on the document. So you must check everything before signing the paper work! Lastly, as we were leaving, this financial person made a rude comment about how glad he was that I did not punch him in the face, but instead beat him up verbally during our exchanges. Well.....a bit unprofessional?!! And, it was not a verbal beat up, it was us looking out for our own pocketbook, and not letting something slide through in the paper work!! Everything was WONDERFUL from the sales person Kevin, the facility, and the process, except for this person in their finance department! Would have given this dealership an A+, EXCEPT for the man running the numbers!!!

I contacted this dealer within live chat for more than 3 times but never called me back! Finally I called them to get there for a test drive, suddenly they increased the car price that I was interested in for 600$!!

I have a car I bought at crazycheapcars. They never told me how much my vehicle cost. I found out when I got my payment pack. Also, I was promised a manual for my car, as it didn't come with one, and promised a cover for the over light and 2 years later still have neither of these. I will never buy through this dealer again.

If you go there expect to be there for awhile though there salesman are very helpful. You will have to sit around while they dig out the car you want from their over crowded lot. But the real fun begins at finance this is where you should really watch out. They try to jack up the price of the car by billing you for unnecessary things like undercoating, thief protection and a bunch of other thing So Beware

I purchased a Lincoln MKX at Crazy Cheap cars in September..here it is almost the end of October and the part they were supposed to get to fix my Lincoln is apparently still not in!!! I've called and text my salesman and tried every approach to get this car fixed...even taking a day off work to sit in the showroom for two hours only to be told they ordered the wrong part...then when I had to call them back to see what the hold up was...I was told they had to order the part??? You ordered the part..got the wrong one..why didn't you order the correct one right away?? This is the third vehicle my family or myself has purchased from them and you'd think they'd want to keep a customer happy..apparently not. Customer service is what brings a customer back. The service here is horrific and at this point I'd tell everyone NOT to buy a vehicle from here if this is how a customer is treated. Extremely angry at this point..and car still not fixed!!! :((

Great People. Brien, Frank and Ryan are all wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy anything that was out of my specifications. They even searched for a car for me and got me exactly what I was looking for. I really like this place and will definitely buy from them again when I am ready for a new car! Thank you guys!!!!

I went there to buy a 2010 f150..All seemed good at first went for a test drive vehicle seemed ok. I had a few minor item i wanted to be fixed. i talked to the sales rep. all was going well told me they would get me financed at they delt with my bank. After what seem like forever they told me they couldn't do it at my bank and i told them they were wrong. because they wanted me to go a different way. I called my bank and over the phone i got the loan at a cheep rate so i called them back and made them an offer like it say you can on the web site but they refused said they don't deal. ( i only asked for 1,000 lower) The price is what it is marked and i would not find a cheaper price.. But i did i drove 250 miles found a better truck same year and no rust for $4,000 cheaper .i keep checking there site and they still have the truck i was going to buy..oh and yeah i forgot the place i got mine from has sold 2 more vehicles to my family. i wonder how that price is working for them.

These people never got back to and it has been over 4 weeks ago that I reached out to them. The lady I spoke with was nice, but, the young man working the phones there was not very kind and he was acting a bit too big for his britches. It would probably be best to avoid speaking with these people on the phone and just show up and speak with them in person perhaps/maybe. Best wishes and much success with these people. Their prices on the Internet seem reasonable, but, it may be a different story once you get down there and start negotiations, etc...

I'm a single mom of three kids. I've been looking around for quite some time for a decent deal on a used car. I found one that I really, really wanted (Mazda3) and went in to look at it. I had to have my mom (who is on oxygen) bring me in. Instead of letting me look at it and test it out they showed me an entirely different car $2000 out of my price range. I told them from the beginning what I could afford. So I took the care for a drive, I actually liked it and decided that I could finagle my finances a bit to be able to afford it. I was going to use my own Credit Union to finance it because my rates would be cheaper. Gave them the fax number to my loan officer and gave them two days before calling her to ask what my payments would be. She never received the fax so I called them. They informed me that they had sold the car three hours after walking off of the lot and "Am I still interested in the Mazda?" Said no thanks and they proceeded to call me almost everyday for two weeks asking me about the car I was initially interested in. Thank goodness I didn't buy it. I'll continue looking.

PICTURES!!! PICTURES!!! PICTURES!!! Since you obviously cannot rely upon the sales staff or sales manager to actually warn you that the vehicle is in less than fair condition (and that's generous) even though it is only 2 years old, you must ask for good quality pictures and for pictures of ANY interior/exterior defects. The pictures available seemed to support the vehicle write-up which stated "... the superb condition of this vehicle ..." but after seeing the vehicle in person, that statement is a blatant lie. With multiple scratches through the top coat into the primer on both sides of the vehicle (not clearly visible in the posted pictures), a large dent in the passenger rear (which is easy to mistake as a shadow in the picture), missing front valence items, a chunk of paint missing from the driver rear panel that already had rust forming, loose front inner fenders, other loose body panels and more, this vehicle was certainly in no condition to come close to meeting a "superb" description . To make matters worse, there was no indication during any point in the multiple conversations that the vehicle was less than advertised EVEN after the sales associate knew that I would be traveling over 600 miles to see the vehicle. I guess "100% Customer Satisfaction is our #1 Goal." is only a catch phrase slogan to draw in customers. I was so disgusted that I wouldn't even open the doors to look in the vehicle and honestly, would be afraid to do so for fear of how many additional horrors would be lurking inside. After speaking with the sales associate and his manager, it was obvious that there was absolutely nothing they would be willing to do to even try to make the vehicle salable whether through price negotiations, repair negotiations or other avenues. If customer satisfaction were such an important goal ("#1 Goal", in fact), wouldn't a courteous associate offer some small compensation for the inconvenience? A $20 gas card? Anything? After all, it's not every day that someone drives all night to buy a vehicle over 600 miles away. I guess that after being in sales myself, a small gesture of acknowledgment/apology only seems appropriate in order to try to save some shred of integrity. Well, here's hoping that the next person makes smarter up front choices than I did. #1 Don't flatly trust all the positive review's; #2 Request PICTURES!!!!; #3 Be ready to truly "get what you pay for"

Sticker Price was 11,700 with all warranties taken off; in the end I paid 15,480. They charged me for a warranty I signed not to get. They have not refunded me and it has been 4 weeks. I call every day and am promised it will be in the mail in the morning. The Finance guy David kept me there from 10 am until 3 pm. When i was signing paperwork he covered papers up and just had me sign thinking I bought the car for a lot less. Over all Worst experience I have ever had. I would NEVER recommend this dealer. I am selling my car the day I get the title in the mail.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEIR PRICES WILL FOOL YOU, BY THE TIME THEIR DONE ADDING BS ON, YOUR BACK UP AND OVER ALL THE OTHER REAL CAR DEALERSHIP PRICES. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU CALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR FIXED. MY CAR HAS BEEN IN THERE EVERY MONTH FOR OVER A YEAR AND HALF. I TEST DROVE TO OTHER VEHICES AND A TIRE FELL OFF ONE, THE OTHER SOUNDED LIKE IT HAD A KNOCKING IN THE ENGINE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE ON THE MECHANICAL END WAS JUST AS BAD. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

DON'T GO TO CRAZY CHEAP CARS!!! EXTREMELY upset. Yesterday I went there and made a CASH offer to buy a car. After some haggling the sales manager accepted my offer, SHOOK MY HAND in agreement, and told me his sales rep would start the paper work. I asked if he needed my payment at that time and he said no "we can take care of that later" so I left feeling great about my new purchase and waited for the call he was supposed to make to me that afternoon. No call was made and when I called back the morning he said they sold it to someone else who would finance for the full amount. YOU SHOOK MY HAND and then sold it out from under me! Way to tarnish the sterling reputation of the used car salesmen. I hope at least a few people read this and think again about dealing with this dishonorable dealership.

We looked at a used vehicle at Crazycheapcars. We were somewhat interested but continued to look elsewhere to try and find a better deal. The salesman CONTACTED US weeks later and offered us a deal. We agreed and said we would buy the vehicle. This was on Thursday. We are 2 hours away and Dave told us it would not be ready the next day because it needed a couple of parts to pass inspection. We said we would arrive at 11:00 am on Monday. My wife even joked that we would have a crazy 4 year old in tow. He agreed to have it all ready so we could get out of there. Dave sent my wife a text on Saturday saying that they sold the vehicle to someone else. I was not sure how this could be because we agreed to purchase it. I called Dave and he said that since we did not put a deposit down, he could not hold the car..... WHAT?? We offered to come in the next day and pay for it but we were told not to come because it would not be ready. We were never told that a deposit was needed or they would sell it to someone else. The salesman also tried to make it sound like it was our fault.... I have emails and texts to corroborate the whole story including a message from him that says we will wrap this up on Monday or Tuesday. Beware.... they really do live up to the stereotypical salesmen. There are other vehicles out there, it is just irritating when you have to make arrangements with children and jobs to pick up a vehicle that is not ready because of the dealer... and they sell it out from under you.

I recently visited this dealership and thought I had found a great, honest dealership. Not the case. I was matched with a car I really wanted. They had me come back after the weekend and assured me that with my trade, they could get me the same payment amount I was currently paying. I drive all the way back up again, an hour drive, and they have me drive the car again, only to tell me when I get back that my payment will be double with this one, and they want three grand down, on top of my trade! They lied to get me there and thought they could persuade me into all of those things. They also offered a very low amount for my trade. What they say isn't the truth, so beware.

Nice in the beginning but if it seems too easy and like eveythings going your way its too good to be true! Thats only what they want you to think! They especially take advantage of people who travel to buy their vehicles! Lots of hidden fees! It seems cheaper at first but it will cost you more than other dealerships! Beware! Please do yourself a favor and don't buy from these con artists!

The customer service was HORRIBLE! My husband called to see if they would take an offer on a van we seen and they said yes they would, it was too late to take the venture up that night so we left the next morning and drove 2.5 hours with our 4 kids. When we got there the guy (manager) my husband talked to wasn't there and neither was the saleslady. They wouldn't drop down to the price they said they would and they were extremely rude. I wish the price wasn't what we needed to be in cause we would not have bought from there. They seemed mad cause we wanted to go thru our personal bank and not thru them or one of there banks. We asked them to send the paperwork to the bank and when we contacted the bank in the morning to go get the money they still hadn't faxed it over, my husband had to call them again to have it done. We drove another 2.5 there and when we got there with the check they only put the van in my husbands name and then also asked him to pay for extra things that weren't on the paperwork for the loan for the bank. Just a HORRIBLE experience in buying a vehicle all together. Never going back!!

Bought a car from them a while ago. They have great prices, but you have to be careful. they add in the profits on the back end with extras like "theft deterrant" and "roadside assistance". They are predatory towards novice/inexperienced dealers. All salesmen are friendly, so don't get taken in by that - they are motivated by money (just like everyone else).

Everyone is nice and caring at first, and then they act like jerk after you sign the contract and don't care about you anymore. Jordon is probably the only nice and honest person there. The price may seem really cheap, but i can tell you there is a lot of drama and hidden fees behind the door. The price is just too good to be true. I suggest you avoiding this place and try other honest dealer. I feel people who work there come to write all the positive reviews. Don't shop at this place at all. You will just feel regret.

called ahead talked to sandra told her was intrested in 2005 dodge daytona she asked if i was fianancing told her no would be paying cash she informed me they would discount truck drove over 1.5 hours to get there drove truck liked it dave pairso then tells mr if i fianance ruck could save me some money i tell him no i would be paying cash he tells me no discount on truck at all not even100 he said they need informe there operators this before making people drive in and force there bank loan on them

I HAVE HAD MY ESCAPE A YEAR NOW AND I'M STILL VERY HAPPY WITH IT. THEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH . GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE ON THE ESCAPE AND GAVE ME WHAT I WANTED FOR MY TRADE.I NEEDED SERVICE AND THEY FIX IT FOR FREE. I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND TELL MY FRIENDS TO BUY FROM THEM.

After I bought my car I took it Back for an alignment and electical problem..electical never got fixed and they made the alignment worse..Had it redone at my expense and they are ignoring me on reimbursement Plus they lost my extra set of keys..And dont even return my calls about any of it..My friend never got his referral check..never got any paperwork on anything..Very Shady..I would never buy from them again

Handled poorly.I asked the manager to work with me on the price of the car (grand prix) told me no way - the price is the price - well I looked today 4 days after I spoke with them and the car now is listed for 1000.00 less-what a joke!!They lost out on a sale. I loved the car would have bought that day!

this dealer is terrible. the sale person has a bad attitude. I was trying to see if they could work the price out with me and they just hung up. worst shopping experience!

Went to look at a car for $9200 dollars. Dealer would not discuss price at all. Only wanted to know what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I don't buy cars that way. When I finally got a price out of him--there were a lot of hidden costs I had never heard of before. Loved the car but had to walk away because of the dealer not the lack of interest in the car...Just be very careful with this dealer.

This place has some good prices, but it is a shady dealership. Don't plan on trading a car in- unless your ready to give it away. Interest rates are terrible- they must not have good rapport with banks. Salesman lied about the numbers - told me they would pay a little more for trade in and jacked price up on the car behind closed doors. Most uncomfortable dealership I have ever been to!
