Roger and his team made the process of buying a used vehicle from out of town as seamless as possible. Roger's team priced a high-quality vehicle fairly - and below KBB - noting its assets and being honest about its few cosmetic signs of wear. They allowed us to put earnest money down to hold the vehicle and worked enthusiastically with a local independent mechanic of our choosing to perform a pre- purchase inspection. This positive sign showed us they stand behind the vehicles they bring to market. The independent shop's detailed report aligned exactly with the auto reports Roger furnished. When we traveled to Crescent at the appointed hour, Roger had the vehicle spotlessly detailed and ready to drive. The test drive was a formality at that point. He even took care of all the transitional DMV paperwork and processing. We traded a check for keys and drove away happy. I recommend Crescent Automotive with enthusiasm and without hesitation.
