Great experience. Courteous staff. Helpful, Friendly, warm and attentive to meet my need but not pushy to get to the bottom line. Made every attempt to make me feel at home and accomplished that at each point along the way. Monica Toombs did an excellent job in answering all my questions to make sure My needs were met. My service advisor Paul, is awesome. He’s very knowledgeable and professional. Always updates me on my vehicle. Answers all my questions in a professional and timely manner. I don’t like it when Paul is not there because he make sure my vehicle is taken care of. A couple of times I took my vehicle in and Paul wasn’t there and I surely could tell the difference in the quality of service I received. So in the future I will call to make sure Paul is working before I take my vehicle in. Paul is the greatest……

Craig was extremely helpful and took care of my issue promptly, explained everything to me succinctly and organized a loaner car for me. I was in and out within 45 minutes from the time I called to speak with him to get an appointment (and I was over 20 minutes drive away when I called) to the drive I drove away with the loaner. My car feels so much better to drive now that it's repaired. Super efficient and helpful. Highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Crest. When you ask for the same service manager, my case, Brent Upton, he is terrific. Meets me at the car when I drive in, has a ride ready if the service will take a day or 2 if part needs to be ordered. If short visit, escorts me to the lounge and keeps me updated on the process. This is my second car with crest and absolutely love it.

Everyone was extremely nice and the service was fast and efficient! It is this reason that I stay purchasing Cadillac vehicles (it’s my 6th one!) Everyone was friendly and professional. After driving 2 and half hours twice to this dealer and test driving a car. I was told someone would contact after a day and half no answer I messaged them to find that they had sent the car to auction. The salesman were very rude on top of everything else. They also wanted me to buy the car then they would do the used car inspection and fix the problems, yea right. Glad I didn't buy it because look they didn't want to fix it. They let me and my husband is test drive it twice before they had even looked at it. Yet they had it listed for sale.

Long story short, I am disabled and my 16 yr old car lost its transmission. I am on disability and on a minimum budget and was stuck at my apartment having pizzas delivered for meals. I shopped online and found several cars at different dealerships. I decided I would take a cab and look. I called crest first to see if it was still there and it was so told the salesman my situation and he said he would have it ready to show me. Five minutes later his boss called and wanted my address and that the salesman was bringing it to me to see. 3 hours later I was on my way home with my new car. they sold a car and I got a great deal but most of all they where a Godsend to me as I was in a horrible situation and depressed. God bless Crest and staff and I love my car !

I had a puckered rim after hitting a huge pothole in the dark and the tire was going flat. Roadside repair came to my house, put on a spare and took the rim and tire back to Crest to be repaired. Roadside repair then returned to the house to put the repaired rim and tire back on my car, the rim looked like new. Very satisfied.

I would have recommeded this dealer to all who ask, but since they are leaving Plano and moving to Frisco it will be impossible to continue using their services. Therefore, it would not be advisable to purchase a new vehicle from them. There is no reason to recommend a dealership outsidethat is leaving Plano for Frisco. It would be too much of inconvenience!

I can't say enough about him, he definately is a great employee. I wish the dealership weren't moving because it's a lot farther away and have to be in traffic for a long period of time. Truly exceptional from my initial contact with Shelby Siegman in Finance. I called to get my buyout for the residual value and how I would handle it. She convinced me otherwise. We shared some numbers & Shelby proved to me that Crest could meet my price range. Turned me over to Chris Richiteli who showed me a range of SRX vehicles..until we were successful !! Christopher Willis closed the deal professionally and made sure I was happy. This is my 4th vehicle from Crest..you must be doing something right. Duncan and Jackson took such good care of me at Crest. I had ruled out the Escalade because it was just so expensive and was shopping for a Yukon Denali. However Duncan suggested that I drive both and really see the differences and he was confidant that he could get the lease payment really close to the Denali because of residual values. I needed a lease for business anyway. Well after driving both, there was no comparison and then when the price actually did come out only slightly higher WITH more features, the deal was done. So easy, no pressure and my service will be tons better than the GMC dealer. Their new facility will be open this month and will be right off the Tollway and right down the road from me. I am a BMW and Mercedes buyer, but this might be the best service I have received from any dealer! Thank you guys!

I was recently at Crest Cadillac having my car serviced. Randy greeted me quickly and was very polite. He listened to my repair request and provided helpful advice. I saw a flier advertising lease prices. It seemed reasonable so Randy hooked me up with Dan. As a meer woman, I negotiated a price and lease term. I took the car home and showed my husband. I ended up going back and looking at different cars the next day. I worked a deal on an SRX and happily took it home. Dan was great. His assistant, Joe, explained all the features and was very patient. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had regular service and an inspection done on our car. We thought that it would be necessary to get a loaner. However at it turned out we were able to go to a local restaurnat while it was being done. When we got back it was ready. Our service Manager was Gene Reeves and he was a great help and should be commended. We hve been coming to Crest for at least 18 years and have be veery satisfied, bith with the service and the Cadillac cars.

This review is way past due! IBack in May I had to buy all new rims and tires for my vehicle and my technician (Eric Heningsmith) was the best! He was very knowledgable and helpful with assisting me with my purchase. Not only was he the expert he was really patient and kind to me. Typical dealership over pricing and ridiculous cost structure. I brought in a Caddie with a DTC code error printout. Then, I had to pay another $149 to have your techs verify the information. The promise was that it would come off the cost of the repair. However, the repair was due to a recall. Seeing 4 guys standing around in the service bay just screams "Over charge me so I can pay them" You lived up to the dealership image and I wont darken your doors again. Hail to the likes of City Garage and other lovely local establishments that have grown up to fill the void of value you leave behind.

Paul in service did an excellent job in taking care of my service requirements. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the result. The facilities at Crest, however, need a major upgrade.....and I mean MAJOR! Even the roadways around the facilities are in horrible shape. The customer lounge is depressing, and not consistent with the Cadillac brand, nor the competition, even when compared to lesser brand names. Still, Crest does a good job, and I would not hesitate buying my next car from them. Thank you.

Not a happy customer at all. I went to Crest because the website showed a white SRX I was interested in and I was told it was still available. Upon arriving an hour later I was told it was sold. Interesting that 2 weeks later that white one is still on the website. The buying process felt very pressured and rushed. The finance manager seemed to be in a hurry to leave for the day. I actually wanted to leave to think about everything but was pressured multiple times to stay. Day after I purchased the vehicle I noticed the wheel was scratched and the car indicated it needed an oil change. I brought this to the sales persons attention and he was very sorry but did not offer an solution. 2 weeks later, the car had to be jump started. I took it to the service department and was charged $260 for a new one with no proof the other battery was bad. I could have bought a new battery myself and replaced it from under $160, but I thought that since it was only 2 weeks old that Crest would make it right. I brought this up and the oil change to my sales person again and he was very sorry. He offered a free oil change, but then said the records indicate that was done before they sold it to me. Again I have no proof of this. I don't have much confidence in the service department at this point and will be checking the oil myself. I'm also not sure I will buy a used vehicle from Crest again. Very disappointed because I expected great things from Crest based on others experience and the offerings of the dealership.

Great place to buy a car. The infamous car salesman routine and hustle was nowhere to be found. I felt like my salesman, Sam Hilou, was more of an agent than a salesman. The entire process was easy. Everybody from the owner to the managers to the service shop employees came by to explain the perks of purchasing from Crest. I don't pay for car washes, my car gets detailed every 6 months by Crest, they come pick up the car for oil changes and leave a loaner for me until it returns. Did I mention the oil changes and tire rotations are included? Best value in North Texas.

I have had the most wonderful experience at CREST Cadillac. My experience with them began in March of 2012 when I began researching The Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum edition, Mr Pez and Mr Meeks took their time in patiently showing me every feature of this vehicle. I ended up delaying my purchase for over a year and during that time I only had a couple of calls just to tell me about their specials with absolutely no pressure. I finally decided to go back in March of 2014 and once again I was given the same Red Carpet treatment that I had received the first time around. Only this time I ended up buying my dream vehicle. These guys are simply fantastic, they take customer service seriously, they are knowledgeable and hands down you will be treated fairly and with respect. I give them all five stars *****

Purchased my CTS V from Crest in 2012, and the finance manager that signed me up convinced me the NPP Tire Assure they sell was top notch and way worth purchasing it. He informed me that it covers wheel damage as long as you do not use the incorrect terms when filing a claim, because they will not cover curb damage. I was told if the tire is damaged as well as a result then they will replace the tire. Sounded like it was a good quality product, and he was very adamant about me getting it. Now when I need to use the coverage, because driving through road construction I hit pot holes that scratched my wheel up severely and bubbled my tire they will not cover it. I had the tire replaced on my own, because I did not feel safe driving with a bubble the size of a golf ball on my front tire and still have the receipt but the company denied my claim. Therefore, I purchased a useless product that Crest and the finance manager made money on yet does not no good. My service adviser, Randy, (great guy) went to Jody Brosin, the finance director, and explained the situation to him and he asked what it would cost to fix the issue. Randy informed him it would be $180, and Jody said no he would not help cover the repair. I guess my car purchase, the money they made on me financing with them and off of the tire assure product, and the fact I bring my car there for service isn't valued enough to cover $180. Now that I know that I will not return, and I do not recommend this dealership.

From the moment I logged onto Cars.com and inquired about the new Escalade from Crest Cadillac in Plano Texas, I wasn't really in the car buying mode. Frankly I was dreaming of a new car while primarily cruising the internet to pass the time. When my salesman Chad Harris responded almost immediately with a good deal and I could tell this guy knew what customer service was all about. Most all car dealerships will offer "The Best Possible Price",but rarely do you feel as this is given. I knew what I could afford and knew I had to counter if this was going to work out. Mr Pezh Kayedan, the New Car Sales Manager for Crest, contacted me via email with the with my counter offer details and wasted no time in getting the purchase price very near to my bottom line. I accepted the deal and hopped on a plane to Dallas where I was picked up at the airport by Chad and welcomed into the dealership. Chad took me into the delivery facility to size up my prize and introduced to me to the other members of his team to include one of the owners of the dealership, sorry but I forgot your name. Next Finance Manager, Dan Fletcher, turned out to be one of the most professional F & I guys I have worked with. He was able to complete the myriad of paperwork in short order and dispensed with most of the 'extra' offers finance guys usually hound you with. Finally I was introduced to Ross Glauben who is one of the Delivery Coordinators for Crest and he carefully made certain I knew every system for my new cadi. Driving my new Escalade back was like flying first class and I am really impressed with this vehicle. I am more impressed however with all the folks at Crest Cadillac in Plano Texas and I would highly recommend them to everyone. These Guys Are Really Good. Thank You. Mike

This dealer insisted an overheating problem with my vehicle was due to some repair work another shop had done. When all people were in the same room the dealer admitted it was an Infiniti parts problem. They seen more oriented in finding ways of taking your money than actually fixing the problem.

I called about a vehicle I was looking at along with others. When I decided on getting the vehicle Anthony acted like he didn't want to sell the car. He told me several times that the vehicle was sold when it actually was not sold. I ended buying a better car elsewhere. If he would lie about a car that wasn't sold what else would he lie about? Untrustworthy.

Very friendly car saleman. I sent an e-mail late Sunday night...not expecting to hear anything until Monday morning....but I actually got an e-mail in less than 5 minutes. I set up a time to come in and see the vehcle and he had it ready when I got there. The dealership was nice, everyone was friendly, and helpful. My kids loved the popcorn, and it was just an overall great experience. I will go back here for my next vehicle.

I want to convey a huge thank you to the entire staff at Crest. On Saturday my wife and I came back several times that day while looking for a vehicle and each time the staff would very politely ask if I need any help, open the doors etc. Even after I told them I was already working with someone they were still attentive and joking with us. Ive never seen this at other car dealerships; it is a totally different experience! I would and will recommend Crest to all of my friends and I feel confident it will be the first place that I come to when I am looking for a vehicle again. Khalid our sales representative was truly exceptional. Khalid set the tone from the onset and was one of the primary reasons we even came back to Crest later that day. I believe that he is probably relatively young but he understands the modern car shopper and how to treat them. Sam the finance manger was also awesome and simply a very jovial person to talk too. You are lucky to have these two guys to say the least. Again, thanks so much to Khalid, Sam and really the entire staff!

I recently bought a 2012 Infiniti FX-35 from another dealer. We chose Crest as our service provider since they are in close proximity to us. I was getting ready to go to DFW Airport recently to pick up family members and then driving on to Austin for a wedding. A few hours before leaving for the airport the battery in the vehicle wouldn't start the car. I put a charger on it for an hour and still wouldn't start. So I called and got Derrick Preist in Crest's service department. I told Derrick my dilemma and he said, "Let me walk back and talk to our field service tech Robert Dunlap." I also had called the 800 number and asked for assistance. Twenty minutes later Robert called my cell and said, "I am at your gate and need your gate code to get in." I was dumbfounded. How on earth could they have arrived so soon? By the way I've been in National and International service management for 33-years in the high-tech industry. This was some of the best service I've ever seen let alone got to experience myself. Robert checked the battery and replaced it. He gave me his business card and said call me if you have any more issues. He then said, "I left you an Infiniti ball cap on the front seat. Unreal. The hat is awesome by the way. So right after Robert left I called and left a thank you for Derrick on his voice mail, called their manager, and gave him my kudos for their service. I then sent Crest a quick e-mail. Finally I called Infiniti Corporate to tell them my story. Derrick didn't start off with any excuses. He didn't say there are five people ahead of you, or let me check and call you back. He went beyond the call of duty. Speaking of duty Derrick is a tenured Veteran and is still in as active duty. He is studying to be an Officer. Thank you for your service to our country Derrick. With my background in service and my years of experience I know great service when I experience it. We were able to pick up my daughter on time from flying into Dallas from San Diego. We made it to Austin and the rehearsal dinner on time. Also this was our first road trip in the FX and it was great. So Derrick and Robert thank you. You took my situation to heart and you made it happen. That kind of service separates the pretenders from the contenders. These guys are contenders. Finally we have bought several accessories from Crest and each time they performed the work in a timely manner and even washed the car. Greatness.

Crest Cadillac sold my Mother (85 years old, suspended Drivers license) a New 2013 Cadillac CTS..My mother has Mental-Health issues and is at the point in life, where she is a danger to herself and others, behind the wheel.. We had to take her old Cadillac away.. My mother made the comment that she was going to Crest to buy a new Cadillac.. I called Crest and spoke directly to Mike Kell, the sales Manager.. I completely told him the whole story with my mom and that she would be coming up to purchase a new car... I told him that I did not want them to sell a car to her.. Pezhaman Kayden, the other Sales Mgr. also knew about the situation.. Mike told me that he would inform his entire sales team.. My Mother called Crest up a few days later and talked to April Atkins, the salesperson.. Mom Mom explained that she had no way to Get to the Dealership to buy a car.. April Atkins went to here house to pick her up, took her to Crest and sold her a new car, knowingly and willingly at Sticker Price.. Mike Kell did attempt to call me at my Home, however I was unavailable.. April Atkins nad Mike Kell knowing my mom 's situation, did something that is totally "unconscionable". They sold her a new car, as she presented them with a Blank Check. She never test drove the car. April drove her home and parked the car in her Garage for her.. I talked to the Owner of Crest, Mike Brosin, and he did offer to take the car back if returned within a 2 week period.. My mother, with her Mental Health issues, is scared to drive the car, however she wants to keep it and refuses to return it.. I know that makes no sense.. The car sits in the garage with 17 miles on the odometer.. I've confronted April Atkins and she know she did a terrible thing and took advantage of my Mother, she refuses to talk about over the phone and Mike Kell , would not return my calls after I spoke to him, the 2nd time.. They all know what they did was totally wrong. A Mentally-ill elderly woman that can't drive, willing to pay any amount of money with a blank check over rides morals and ethics.. Shame on all of you Crest.

I saw a Lexus ls460L on the web at this dealership and was very interested in purchasing based on the information presented. I am located 180 miles from the dealer and was attempting to purchase the car on the web as I had been looking for the LWB for some time in the color shown. Unfortunately, when I called, Mr.Saeidi answered the call. Very pleasant over the telephone. He requested I forward to him the vin # and personal information on myself as I wanted to trade one of my automobiles for the Lexus. Mr. Saeidi never called me, so 3 days later I called him and he was moving and inconvenienced by my call. Needless to say after a week of back and forth with Mr. Saedi, the car was sold. Not certain about the other sales people, but I certainly would not recommend this very poor sales person!!!

I have been searching for an infiniti G37 sport coupe for a couple of months, and just happened to drop by Crest Auto Group. The entire staff made the buying experience easy, and painless. I've had some bad experiences with dealerships. I definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone, and I would do business with them again.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Crest Used Dealership. My salesman Anthony Sabu and Finance Manager Ramin Ramesh were five star!!!! It was the easiest process I have ever gone thru because of those two gentleman. In this day and age it was very refreshing to find a salesman that truly put what the customer wants in front of his own paycheck/commission! Bottomline is if you are to looking to purchase a high end vehicle at a bargain price then the Crest Dealership in Plano is the place to go! Anthony and Ramin you have a customer for life!

I could not have had any better experience than this. It was simply beyond pleasant. Everything was what I expected or even better. And believe me, I explored other options! Caleb handled the finance and paperwork. He was very courteous and explained every single paper I was signing. The two finance and sales reps that worked with me made a great impression of the dealership to me as a consumer. That reflected on the overall sales staff and the finance staff. I'm a government employee and if I'm asked about my vehicle and where I purchased it I have said Crest dealership located in Plano. I will send any of my closest friends and family that are looking for a vehicle to this dealership. Again, outstanding dealership! The customer service was beyond impressive!!!!

I was working with an excellent salesperson at Crest. Found the right vehicle and put down an earnest payment while a needed repair was investigated. Received a call later that the car was sold. How do you sell a car after taking a credit card as earnest payment? Poor business ethics, and this was after the car initially passed their "140 point mechanical inspection". So they missed a very visible issue and then sold the car while holding earnest money. Do you want to do business with a company like this? Very disappointing, I wanted to work with them.

I created a list 13 of cars that they had listed. I called to confirm that most of them were on their lot. I arrived 15 minutes later for them to tell me that all of them were no longer on the lot. I really doubt that within 15 mins, that many cars were test driven and paperwork signed. It was too shady and they are not trust worthy of any one giving them their business in my opinion.

My husband and I saw the exact pre-owned truck we wanted at a price we could work with on the Crest website. Despite a bigger credit issue than expected, we drove out in just over 2 hours with a near-new vehicle, not just at a great price but a genuinely great overall deal. Salesman Josh and Finance Guru Sean are my go-to guys at Crest! I have done 12 car deals in the last 20 or so years and I have NEVER done it in 2 hours, nor with such a professional-yet-laid-back staff working so hard to put us in our dream vehicle.
