Our salesman, Sam Y, was great. We also worked with Dan and manager Pat who were also great. Dispite being short staffed at the time, the team was able to make our experience smooth and quick. Our trade-in value was fair and the price of the purchased vehicle was very competitive. This was truly one of our best dealership experiences new or used. We will definitely come back when it's time to purchase again. It is also worth mentioning, we drove 1.5 hours to Crest, passing many other dealerships and it was well worth the trip.

I am extremely pleased with my recent service at Crest. Mike was the service advisor to help me, and he was extremely helpful in coordinating the service in a timely matter. The issue with my transmission would have been normally handled by a specific technitian, who was not going to be available to look at my vehicle for a few days. Mike found the right tech to diagnose my vehicle in his absence, and they had the issue identified very quickly. Understanding my time constraints for the service, Mike made sure that the job got done as soon as possible. Also, since my repair was barely out of warranty coverage by 1000 miles, Mike worked with me to get the cost of the labor and parts down. I am extremely likely to bring my vehicle back to Crest for future service, even though it is not the closest dealership to my home.

I brought the car in to have the oil changed and the tires checked. Mike Brabeau, my service rep, gave me excellent service. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. He not only did what I asked but checked the car over and cleaned the battery. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I was thrilled with the operation.

Just in for an oil change. Took two hours. Wasn't happy about that. All else was fine. One other minor thing. if you hose down the car, at least wipe the window dry. Went in with spot free glass, left with water spots all over the glass.

As always, I absolutely love the dealership! However, the detailing is contracted out now and them I am not so crazy about. My car was returned missing a piece needed to keep my hood even on both sides. Also, what I got done usually takes a day when I make an appointment, but that day took a day and a half. This would have been fine, but I was not notified it would take over a day. I called the dealership and was told it wasn't ready last minute (after I called). The saving grace was they kindly gave me a pretty nice loaner car. I love this place because they go above and beyond to fix issues that come up.

The service through the entire process was great. Chris the salesperson found exactly what I wanted and got the car set up with the upgraded features added in. I had my car updated with software for the transmission. I was promptly taken care of although you were very busy. It seemed that the other customers were serviced quickly and personnel was friendly to all customers. Stopped by dealership to look at the used pickup truck inventory. Ross Dill greeted me and walked the lot showing me and my husband what he had. Took the time to explain the current market, prices and availability of what we were looking for. Was willing to go the extra mile. Came in for my first oil change. I am use to oil changes taking 10 minutes, at this dealership it took 90 minutes. They rotated my tires and every thing was free! Free is great, but so is 10 minutes. I was forced to watch an entire show of "The View" in the customers lounge. It was horrible and I may never recover. I would much pay and be gone.

Took my Tuaras in after a accident a month and a half later I have a paint job that has dirt in the paint and runs. When first pick up the side mirror was inop you could tell they never test drove the vehicle. while I have used them for service work before with good results I will never use them again after this.

Rebecca O is the Greatest! This is the second car we bought from her in 4 years. She made us feel relax to deal with. We come from Sterling Heights to buy cars from her only. Mike B. in service is fantastic! My heat shield was falling off on the way to work and I just pulled and asked if he could look at it and it was no problem at all! Changed my oil and rotated the tires while in there too and didn't even have a appt! I always feel at home when I visit your dealership! They always greet me by my name and I always leave happy! I cannot say enough how wonderful Marge Karalis is. She is professional, yet a joy to buy a car from. This is my 5 car in 16 years and I cannot say enough how much I enjoy the process. Vehicle 2016 Escape. MY Sales Consultant Marge Karalis always Makes the experience wonderful. I have known Marge for about 12 years and bought six Escapes and five F-150 from her in that time always a grate experience. Marge is the best. The service was good and the staff was good also. The staff at Crest Ford is the best ! Korey O'Malley made sure my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. He is always cheerful, courteous and professional.My only disappointment with this appointment was that my vehicle was returned to me unwashed which was a surprise. On my previous appointments the vehicle was usually washed before I checked out. Maybe they were busy or it is not the usual practice to do this.

I took my Fusion in for maintenance and was given a loaner car (1st great experience). I in turn traded the car in for another Fusion. When I went to pick up the new car I decided I wanted to upgrade to a Lincoln MKZ. After they had detailed the new fusion and everything was set up to go they were not upset (2nd great experience) and instead referred me to a Lincoln dealer. Sami (service advisor), Jason (salesman), the detailers, and mechanics do an excellent job with your vehicle and are great people (3rd great experience). I would definitely trust Crest Ford.

I was very happy with the quick service and friendly personnel. My car was checked entirely for any problems with brakes, battery, etc. and the tires were rotated so that my car drives more smoothly. I was surprised at the complimentary free oil change and rewards points. My car is in great shape now and I am ready for winter. I was made to feel very comfortable while waiting. I stopped in for an oil change. The service was quick and service professional. The oil setting was reset and my car was washed when returned. The lights were not cut back to automatic, but everything else to put back or left the way it was when I arrived.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked about exhaust noise being generated and requested them to check for system leaks, system was inspected and no problems found and no charge for the inspection. Transmission shudders when odd clutch engages in first gear during vehicle launch, dealer informed me that there was an update that could be done by re-flashing the transmission controller that would attempt to address this issue, I had them perform this work. Clutch engagement is slightly better but still not great, overall transmission performance is sub-par.

My veichle had a recall Veichle was sent to crest ford center line to be fixed Veichle needed 3 bolts replaced for recall Got my veichle back with 1. ABS light 2.Traction control light 3.air bag light After telling the service department that the lights where not there before (2015 ford fusion) they kept letting me know that they did not cause this problem So after talking to the manager I was told I had to pay 100$ to check the codes which I can do on my phone for free Then the manager started to get a attitude like I was the one that caused this problem worst experience I ever had will let everyone know that crest ford has such a low standard and needs new managers service helpers and mechanics I am not one to write reviews but this situation is so bad that I just cannot believe these people can have jobs like this where customer service is a key factor and for a 45+ year old guy to get a attitude and walk out on me is just sad

I can see why they recommended it to me. The 1 thing that needs work is the washing of peoples vehicles. well i had brought in my son's car for auto start for christmas present, it is a 2015 ford escape, i called made the appt, brought car in when i picked it up i didnt notice until i got home i wasn't shown how to use it. so i tried to start car with remote didnt work, called you and brought the car back right away, then i was told you needed both my son's car keys to link everything needless to say i was upset i think i should have been told that when i first made the appt!so had to wait until my son got off work go home look for spare key and run back to you before you closed anyway this could have all been avoided if only i had been told you needed both keys at the time i made appt. other than that all your employees have always been very nice and friendly, thank you

Everything is efficient. Drive in, get written up and wait in waiting room. They ask if I need a shuttle. I am never there as long as quoted. If I took the shuttle it would be time to come back before I got home. This time I was quoted about and hour and a half for and oil change and tire rotation. I think it was less than an hour.

It is always a pleasure to have my Vehicles serviced at Crest Ford. Service Appointments are always made at convenient times for me and not otherwise. When in this time for an Oil Change and Recall item on my 2014 Escape Lease, another issue surfaced. My Passenger Front Door had become out of alignment. The Service Rep assessed the problem and had it fixed while in this Service visit, instead of scheduling another visit. The Service Technician talked to me before starting the Recall item and gave me an estimate of the time it would take. It was very accurate. There is always a complimentary Hot or Cold Beverage for Customers while you are waiting and it is not the typical hours-old Coffee or lukewarm bottled water. Finally, the Service Rep let me know that a Coupon for the Works was used and that my Vehicle was washed. Total Time, around an Hour and fifteen minutes. Thank you very much for the expedience and kindness.

Sami Rose and the team greeted me like family, provided me with shuttle service to where I work 2.5 miles away, serviced my car - oil change, with tire rotation (including tire repair - finding a nail in one tire), provided me with shuttle service back to the dealership, and had me back on my way just as smooth as silk. I drive past another much larger and closer Ford dealership to come here. Once I established a relationship with Mike B, my service advisor, with our Ford vehicles which I did not originally purchase here, I am taken care of very well and on a first name basis. Because of the service Mike B has given me with my vehicles we are now getting another Ford vehicle here from Michelle and it was a pleasure to do business with her too. You should forget going to the bigger store, as they pushed me away, due to the several hour wait for a "quick lube" and a week wait to get appointments for drive ability issues, after I bought two vehicles from them and who cares if they have a coffee and treat bar. He told me all about my car told me that my vehicle was in there to get serviced before he gave me options for oil changes he told me about the dealership and they did a free inspection of my vehicle. We were treated very well at Crest Ford. They brought our Taurus back to our home both times we had the car there. My husband does home dialysis and we needed extra help- which they provided.. We have been Ford people all our married life- over 54 years. They are #1 for service.

The dealership was very clean and the people very friendly. I traded from a Cadillac SRX and they (Cadillac) did not make me feel welcome as the ford dealer did. I will use Crest for all my F150 needs in the future.

2016 explorer sport. My sport ended up getting hit by a new driver and I brought it back to crest and the collision shop. I was very happy with how they kept me informed about what was going on with my sport. When it was ready they cleaned it all up inside and out.

Krystal B. helped me through scheduling a break job for my F150 FX4 where I was adamant to have Super Duty pads installed despite recommendation. I was concerned about the cost of the break job and the condition of my rotors. She quickly assured me that everything would be taken care of and that she would stay in contact with me through the process to inform me of the occurred costs. For scheduling a break and oil job at 7am, having dropped my truck off at 3pm, and picking it up at 5pm all within a comfortable cost - I am VERY pleased. A lot of credit does have to go to Krystal whom kept me informed of the progress and the possible cost of repair while communicating my desires to the service tech. She herself walked into the garage to confirm a few of my concerns in addition to the break job. I have always thought Crest on Van Dyke and their people have made a difference! I will continue to service my vehicles through Crest and recommend their services. Thank you Krystal!

2014 focus, recall done on fuel pump and reset trans. Best the car ever ran. I had regretted choosing this car from day one because of how the car performed. Now that the transmitting has been reset and the new fuel pump has been added it drives like a champ. Now if only I can get the get squirters to work when it is below 23 degrees. I was told several times that it needs to be brought back when it's not working. Brought it in and by the time I got there and waited temps rose and it worked. By night time would not work. Hard to do when it is the only car to go to and from work. Blinded many times driving by sun during winter and unable to clean Windows during this season pending on the tempature. Mentioned it when I got the car within the first week and several times after each winter season I have had this. Wish they would just fix it before I cause an accident. I drive on winding roads and have full sun while traveling. Can't wait to turn this car in, scares the heck out of me. It would a great car if they would just fix this problem. I did not bring it up again during this service because I always received the same response when mentioned in the past.

Made an appointment for an oil change for my wife's car, and I was helped immediately. Only have had one bad experience and Crest Ford, for maintenance and I think that was an anomaly. Mike Smeckert and the rest of the crew are top-notch. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great job!

I was not happy having to take in a new truck that I've only made almost two payments on. My speedometer Guage was misreading, meaning when I came to a complete stop the Guage read 80mph. When I accelerated the Guage went off the scale. I called the ford dealer where I purchased the truck and they said it would two days and I woukd need a rental. I dropped by Crest for lunch and they said "we'll take care of you give us two hrs". Needless to say this is now my dealership for my new truck needs/services. My speedometer is working fine now and the service personnel were all professional and friendly.

Liked getting a free oil change after purchasing 4. Been having trouble with low pressure in my tires frequently and they checked them for me at no charge. Nothing was found in any tire, but I appreciate the time they took to check it out. Krystal was very friendly and got the job done for me. Crest Ford is great!

I am glad to fill out this survey since I had all intentions of sending a letter to the dealership to praise the service I received. Chrystal was a pleasure to do business with above all people I have dealt with in the last couple years in all phases of service. She is definitely an asset to the dealership with her cheerful attitude. I was also very happy with the pick up and drop off service of the department and the drivers were very efficient and professional. I was unhappy with Crest Ford prior to coming for this service since I had a problem with the collision but it was rectified with this visit and I would truly recommend this dealership in the future.

I came in needing another key cut and a keyless entry reset for a truck we had bought the week before. It's a 2011 F150 XLT, super crew cab. We bought it at a Chevy dealer. Love the truck! I finally got myself the 2016 Ford Fusion I wanted. It was more than I thought it would be, I am still finding it surprises me in the best ways. I have to thank Michelle Perrell at the Crest Ford, on Van Dyke, Warren, MI. What a star she was. Due to my circumstances changing and the need to get the lease earlier than planned, she understood that need and made it happen. She was fantastic and I quite literally had the car within one week. For me that is a fast service. Michelle was extremely professional and I know that she will be my point of call should I need any assistance. Five stars.

I was a little crabby the day I made the scheduling appointment and the day I was scheduled to actually take my car in to have the clutch replaced. This was not related to anything connected to Crest Ford. Nevertheless, the person (gal) who answered their phone when I made the appointment and the one who greeted me when I came in for the appointment, was so gracious. This together with the fact that the car was serviced in a timely manner and is now functioning as it should be, results in me giving this dealership high marks all around.

I had my 2013 Fusion in for a recall that could have taken half a day. Instead, Sami and the service technicians had the car ready to go in less than 2 hours. You guys continue to do a great job. I had a piece fixed on my transmission.... The employee that helped me was beyond amazing and deserves a raise because he is what had me come there. Korey O'malley was so helpful when I called in originally and then even after I brought in my car. He was so friendly and made my stressful situation a lot easier on me... Your employee is by far one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with, after calling another Ford dealership (closer to my house) I wasn't even going to take it to a dealership because they were so rude, but after talking to him on the phone decided to. I can not even enough describe how much I appreciate his help and friendly attitude... I will bring my car in for all its issues in the future as long as he is there. You hired an amazing man!

I came in because the low-tire-pressure light was on. The technician dealt with that, but a check of records showed that I also was within 70 miles of needing my next oil change, so I had that done at the same time, thus saving myself a second trip. F150 10k mile Maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. I have been dealing with Crest Centerline for over 3 years in spite of living in Brighton. The systems, professionalism, technical abilities, and most importantly, the people are impressive at the least. It's so good that I don't mind driving the 50 + minutes to get there in spite of passing at least 8 Ford dealerships along the way. Always friendly and they make sure that you know that they appreciate you business. They are trustworthy and you never feel like you are getting screwed. I'm picky when it comes to my vehicles and at times may be a curmudgeon. But, I can never find anything to complain about with these guys.

Went to the service depart at Crest Ford about an hour early. They took my Escape in immediately for my first service oil change and inspection. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. There was also a recall issue where the service tech had to reprogram the ignition. Everything was done efficiently, speedily and with extreme courtesy. I only had to wait an hour for the maintenance to be completed and was on my way just as my original appointment time slot was available. They even washed my vehicle. The whole experience was pleasant and without issue. It reminded me of how service used to be in our country many years ago. I commend Crest Ford's Service Department for making my first service experience a hassle free and expedient one. I would recommend Crest Ford to anyone who might be in the market for a new automobile, truck or van. Again, thank you for the prompt and courteous service.

I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback. My salesperson Michael January was so patient and helpful when selecting my car. He went through numerous vehicle options, located multiple vehicles from other dealerships, and drove me around the car lot several times so that I could see the various colors and styles. What really made Michael stand out to me is that he did this for me on multiple days within a short time span. He knew I wanted my vehicle soon, but he also realized I was undecided. He asked specific questions to help narrow my decision. He even listened to me explain my medical condition, which in turn helped him give me even more pertinent information I needed to make my choice. Did I also mention that he showed me how to use the rear backup camera and rear assist. I felt like I was in driver's ed all over again. That was awesome!!

seeing everything fall into place with our lease purchase was a sight to behold. to my thinking it's a logistical nightmare to think of all the people involved that put this vehicle into our hands with nary a skip or a pause; from our terrific salesman to whomever cleaned and detailed the escape and all of the people in between who had an invisible hand in executing this lease purchase. Could of stayed and waited on the vehicle. Took time out of my day in order for me to get a person to drive me back to the dealership when car was done. The job took from 11 a.m. to 1:15p.m. when ready. Otherwise the service and staff were very helpful. Had the airbag recall done and an oil and 10,000 mile vehicle job done.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2013 Ford Focus Sedan almost a year ago from Crest Ford. It was a great experience dealing with your staff then, and continues to be each time I have brought it in for service, including this last occasion last week. Starting with Sami Rose at the service desk when I first pulled in to the shuttle drivers dropping off at work and picking me up again, to the lady at the Cashier Desk (even though there was no charge under warranty for the transmission software upgrade (which seems to be working well) to taking care of a rear brake light bulb that was starting to go, and then washing my car before handing it back to me again - a very professional, courteous staff. Keep up the good work!

I will ask for Crystal Service Advisor the next time I come to Crest Ford. She is a professional and very personable. Explained service would be 45 minutes and that is exactly how long it took. She gave me information pertaining to my 2010 Escape regarding brakes, engine and other data. Another staff lady asked if she could help me get a soda. The selection was so great I had a difficult time deciding which to choose. Friendly staff and courteous, peaceful personnel. Nice to come out to a clean car.

It was great except the communication was bad. I was notified at the end of the day what was wrong with my keypad. The tech said it was an easy fix, just swapping the battery in my remote, $5 job. However it took all day. I dropped my car off when the dealership opened. I called once to check on it and I left a message. Then was called around closing. Service took way too long.

So happy with my new car. Shopped on the internet and my salesperson Marge Karalis, called me right away to tell me to come in and she assured me my trade would be worth more here. I came in and she was correct. Crest gave me more for my trade than that other Ford dealership down the street. So friendly and not pushy. spent the extra time showing me the different levels. Traded in a 2014 Escape for a 2016 Escape on the Ford pull it forward 6 month program. Marge Karalis is an exceptional sales person, and Colin in Services is an asset to the company with his knowledge and skills. Marge was pro active in watching for a great deal of the pull ahead. If it wasn't for her I would have waited until my lease was over in March of 2016. You have a great staff.

I absolutely had to write a review for Crest Ford in Center Line, MI after the amazing service that I received in my extremely stressful car buying experience. I had been searching for a month for the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and all the previous dealerships that I dealt with did not even compare to the exceptional service that I received at Crest. First of all, Tom, who is the used car salesman that I had the wonderful opportunity of working with, was so helpful. He was straight to the point and did not try to finagle you around, or put you into something that you had no intention of looking at. We spoke to him ahead of time about a specific car and he gave us a fair price over the phone, which was great because we were driving from a long distance. After meeting him in person, we knew that we were in good hands and the car ended up being exactly what I needed. We were able to make a deal that same day and I drove away with my new car, license plate and all (they do it right on site for you-super convenient!!). Pat is the used car manager and also was a pleasure to do business with. He came out after I decided on the car and was very grateful and made me happy that I was buying this car from their dealership. Tim, the business manager, was also an exceptional employee at Crest. He went over all the finances and such thoroughly, making this process also stress-free and quick. Overall, buying my car from Crest Ford was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone else looking for their new, perfect vehicle.

I have a 2010 Ford Escape, and have been visiting this dealership since I purchased my vehicle. I took my vehicle in several months ago for an oil change and they told me that my exhaust was about to fall off. The service manager Mike B. told me that I needed to spend $300 to replace the springs surrounding the exhaust because it was hanging off. I was surprised because this isn't old enough were that should be a problem, plus I take excellent care of my car. I left and had it check out somewhere else and was told that my exhaust was perfectly fine and stilled looked brand new. I was furious because I felt that they were trying to take advantage of me since I am a girl. I went back to them for my next oil change, upon doing their normal inspection of the vehicle they said my vehicle checked out 100%...well what happened to the exhaust that they were so concerned about last time??? As I made no repairs to it (since none were needed. I went back two days ago for another oil change and a cabin air filter. After 15 minutes they told me my vehicle was finished, which I thought was rather quick since it normally takes them 45 minutes. They than told me that I have a trans leak and that it will cost $375 to fix. I have nothing leaking from my car and there is nothing collecting in my driveway. Needless to say I had it checked out by another mechanic and there is no trans leak. I am done going to Crest Ford and plan on finding another Ford Dealership. There loss too because I plan on purchasing a new SUV this summer. Stop trying to take advantage of your customers Crest Ford. I know you make your money off your service lane, but your customers will eventually catch on that you are taking advantage of them and word of mouth is everything. Then were does that leave you???

I leased a 2014 Edge earlier this year from Mike McCamley. The entire process was a breeze! I wasn't really sure what I wanted to get and he helped me decide- and I was able to get options on it that my Flex didn't have for the same cost! Then, about a month ago, I somehow ran over a railroad spike and my tire was flattened and rim bent. I called my Sales Person, Mike McCamley, who spoke to the Service Manager (also named Mike) and coordinated bringing my car in for repair. Throughout the whole ordeal, Mike McCamley kept me updated on the progress and by doing this, I knew when to expect my car back so that I could plan my day around picking it up. I could not be happier with the staff, specifically Mike McCamley and the Service Manager Mike! Thanks for a fabulous experience and I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I just want to say that I received the best customer service a person could ask for. My ford freestyle went down, and I did not know what we were going to do. But the Lord led my husband to bring our vehicle into Crest Ford, Inc. They were so understanding of our situation and promised that they would take care of us. Well, they were true to their word!! We came in on 11/8/2014 and received a newer and better vehicle that same day. Tony Candela and Patrick the Manager were a blessing to us!! they took care of everything, and they worked with us with the down payment and payoff of our old vehicle. I have been going to Crest Ford for over 10 years, since it was Bob Thibideau Ford, both buying cars and servicing them. I've rarely had an experience above 3 stars ("It's Okay"), but this last and final experience killed the relationship. I had my car picked up (which is a really nice service) for an oil change and "complimentary" multi-point inspection; the Check Engine and Tire Pressure lights were also lit. The first thing they did was pull Diagnostic Codes and perform the inspection; then their Service Rep. Mike Brabow called me to suggest over $800 in parts and services to replace the EGR Valve and the Air Intake Manifold Gasket. I decided that the AIM Gasket probably didn't need replacing and that I would replace the EGR Valve myself. Brabow seemed annoyed when I began asking questions and that I had decided to do the work myself. The car was returned to me that evening. The oil change was never performed, even though they had the car all day; and the tire was never serviced, even though I had purchased the tires there a year ago. Though they had not performed the work I had requested, they charged me $100 for pulling Diagnostic Codes, which is something AutoZone, Advanced Auto Parts, etc. will do for free. (They did not tell me ahead of time that I would be charged $100, or I would have refused the "service".) When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the Service Manager Jim Clark showed no real concern but did say he would have Brabow call me back. Clark also seemed annoyed that I questioned the "service" I had received. I never got the call back. I even filled-out the online survey, reiterated my concerns, and again requested a call-back. Nothing. I was given the impression that they did not have my best interest in mind and that they were not interested in meeting my needs at a reasonable price but instead in getting as much money out of me as they could. I have filed a Dispute with my credit card company and will do whatever I can to make sure Crest Ford never again gets a penny out of me.

I recently bought a used 2012 Escape for my daughter. The salesman was great. I got a great deal. But, the sale took way too long. We spent 2 hours to close the deal. This was mainly because the financial dept. tried selling me an extended warranty. They kept giving me figures on a monthly basis. I wanted the bottom line price, and when I figured it out, I knew it was too much money. The car already has about one year left on the bumper to bumper factory warranty and also the rest of the 5 year drive train warranty. I have faith in my Ford products but they made it sound like I had to have this warranty or it was going to cost me later. I believe if you are selling a Ford or whatever you should at least show some faith in the product you sell.

My salesmen Tony Candela is a great salesmen. He listened to what I wanted to spend on a vehicle and followed through with the end result of what I wanted my payment to be. When you need to speak to a salesmen see Tony Candla. He will treat you right. Tim Rotarius is also a great manager. He made sure my payment was within my limits. Along with recommendations on future maintance which is very reasonable. The showroom is very clean and up todate. It has a welcoming atmosphere and I love how the new addtion looks. I'm not one to write reviews but I can't tell you how much I appreciate the great buying experience I had with Tony Candela at Crest Ford. Stopping at several dealers it seemed that salespeople didn't want to take the time to explain anything about the vehicles. Tony Candela went over a lot of the features of the car, explained a lot of the financing process to me and made me feel very at ease with the whole process. I will definitely recommend Crest Ford and Tony Candela to all my friends and family.

I came into Crest Ford looking to buy a quality used car. i not only found the exact make and model but i received great service from Tom G in used cars. the process took longer than usual due to selling my previous vehicle. Tony Candela made buying my new F150 easy, he listened to my concerns, and made the process easy. After going to several dealers and having my trade-in appraised Tony Candela and Crest Ford gave me the most money for my trade-in And had the exact F150 was looking for in stock. After spending just a little time with Tony and Tim the finance manager I left with a payment a lot less than I was expecting on my new truck. I was very overwhelmed by the superior service I received from TOM GIAMPAOLO (I put his name in capital for a reason!). I was in the used car business years ago and thought that the motivation and superior service had changed since the downfall of the ecomony. But the economy is back and TOM is the man to come and see for a new or used car. His service surpassed my expectations and I plan to refer as many people as possible to his car lot at Crest Ford in Centerline. The process was explained and reviewed very well. Tom Giampaolo was very thorough and patient in explaining the type of vehicle and all of its parts. He also recommended the finance department but I was already peapproved through my credit union. After a long discussion with your finance manager, I decided to finance through here. I appreciated being treated with respect in these situations. I am a professional in the business world and like to see it in other businesses. Ive been to over 50 dealers in Metro Detroit area from Ford - Chevy - Toyota. Ive bought a new/used car every year for work fleet vehicles or my own personal automoblies. I must say that Crest Ford is very honest and loyal to their customers and give you very fair prices on your trade ins. If your in the market and looking to buy a new/used vehicle ask for Tom Giampaolo. Great guy with a ton of experience and provides excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days. Ive bought over 15 vehicles in the past 8 years for work fleet and personal use and he really is the best.

I was in the market to buy a new vehicle. While shopping online, I came across a used vehicle that had low miles and a great price. When I arrived Tony Candela was unlocking the vehicle as we pulled in. He was there to answer the MANY questions that I had. He took the time to explain the process of leasing/buying a used vehicle. This helped me to make a very informed decision. I purchased the vehicle and my parents looking into to buying a new vehicle here too. Tony was there to make sure that I was happy with the whole process of buying a new vehicle, he went above and beyond! :) Overall all of the employees that I met were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had! I was in the market for a used car. This dealership had one with low miles. I contacted them for a test drive. I was told who to ask for. When I showed up the following day for my test drive, the car was already sold. The sales person I was told to ask for did not seem to be expecting me. So I went down there for nothing, the car was sold and its understandable no test drive. I think there should have been better communication between their sales staff. A phone call or e-mail that the car was no longer available would have been appreciated. After all, we do have smartphones and the internet, might as well leverage it to improve the customer experience. So for me it was a waste of time and trip.

Was at the end of my lease on my 2011 Ford Fusion and had no idea what Ford. I wanted next. My salesman Tony Candela took a lot of time showing me several models. Unlike the salesman over at Suburban Ford he would not take the time said that I would be better off just going online and looking at what Ford has on their website. My salesman Tony Candela did bring a lot of knowledge to the buying experience. I ended up with a beautiful Escape Titanium and unbelievably cheap payment. I can't thank Crest Ford enough for very pleasurable buying experience and will be doing business with them again.

i came here for a 09 jeep i got a great price on it for the year mileage and what the jeep had installed on it. as i have a 10 fusion already in my name for a loan it was a little hard to get another but they did all they could and was able to find one. tom giampaolo was very nice and great to work with

I looked at a million Fiestas on line before I spotted this 2012 hatchback in bright red. The price was amazing! I paid less for this car than all others I saw on line and it had only 16,000 miles on it. It even had a remote start. Big surprise! After I drove the car Pete was low key, but explained this was a hard to beat price. The price had been lowered twice already. He encouraged me to bring in my 15 year-old car for a trade-in which was great as I even got a bit above the blue book price. Pick up and paperwork was super easy. Pete was a really nice guy! I'd shop there again.

In a slight hurry to pick up a car. I only had one day off this week. After the last snow fall my wife smashed her car. So Saturday I stopped in at Crest Ford and met Tony Candela, explained to him my situation and that I was in a hurry and I was looking for a Ford Fusion Tony showed me several vehicles. And I found the one I was looking for at the right price and monthly payment and as a longtime resident of Centerline Michigan. After looking for a long long time for my new escape and with limited time as a business owner I was thoroughly impressed with the buying process of Crest Ford Centerline. While in the market for a used car, I ran across an ad on cars.com for 2010 Mustang convertible. For a very very low price contacted dealer and talked to a salesman Tony Candela. Treated me with respect and was very polite during the sales process. I also chose to do my financing with the dealer because they could beat my credit union interest rate by 1 1/2% it was worth going past all those (SUBURAN) dealers to do my business with Crest Ford. Once again thank you Tony Pete and Tim for putting together a great deal on my dream car would very highly recommend doing business with the dealer.

As a doctor. I have a very limited time to shop for cars. So in between One of my hospital runs. I stopped at Crest Ford Centerline and met a very nice salesman named Tony Candela. I told him I was interested in Mustang convertible. He showed me several choices, and work with me for several weeks to ascertain the best car to fit my needs and worked with me and around my very busy schedule. He he also stated that he would come in on his off day to help fit the delivery my new car into my schedule, which he did. I would recommend dealing with Crest Ford used car department. I recently bought my new mariner hybrid at Crest ford and it was an awesome experience. The situation is that I needed this car with all the bells and whistles for my wife, but the only ones available were out of state. When I saw this Mariner for sale I immediately called and talked to Russ. At first there was some confusion as this car wasn't even technically being sold, but as God would have it, it was meant for me to buy it. Instead of him just saying "Sorry I don't know what your talking about, call back when it gets in our system officially" He instead said. "Let me go do some research for you, and call you right back, can I get the best phone #" Called me back after 5 minutes letting me know that it wasn't officially for sale as it was the owners nieces vehicle, that was mistakenly put on the internet by a third party contractor. But she happened to be trading it in at the moment and I could buy it right now. I put down $500, and to reserve it, then dropped a billion requests on poor Russ. I asked him everything from under the sun, as I would be buying sight unseen. He didn't complain or make a fuss, just kept on giving me all the information I was looking for. I am also in sales so I know it's hard to do customer service and sales at the same time, but he really did an awesome job. I flew up the next morning, and Russ was there waiting to pick me up and take me to the dealership. Which saved me $120 in cab far and really had the time to feature benefits the vehicle. Finance guy Tim, Kills it! He is straight with me, straight number nothing dishonest. I am a stock trader for my profession so I can immediately notice fishy number. The long of the short. OUT OF STATE BUYER, CALL RUSS !!!. Just be polite and nice, and that is all that they want.

I recently purchased a used truck from them. They allowed me to inspect and drive the truck for as long as I liked. They quoted a price. I made a counter offer. We quickly made a deal. No backroom "ask the manager" stuff. The individual I was dealing with had the authority to make the deal. The truck was ready at the date and time I requested. All the paperwork was ready. No hassles. I would recommend them. The only thing I think they could have done better was to have delivered the truck with a full tank of gas.

I was in the market for car for the second time in a year and after talking to Tom Giampaolo I will be a return customer to the Crest family. Tom was very spot on for what I was in the market for. Being a single female I am always worried about being taken advantage of, and I never had that feeling with Tom I actually felt that he cared that I was getting into a safe car in my budget and he worked very hard to make it happen.

I stop by several dealers while shopping for my new F1 50 and decided to buy my from Crest Ford because they have the best selection and a great team. My salesman Tony Candela took the time to listen and go over all the options on my new truck. They gave me a great appraisal for my trade-in and a great deal on the new truck. Tony working hand-in-hand with his finance manager to make sure I got the best interest rate and a great payment. So is the old rule goes shop three times before you buy. First of all, if it wasn't for your website I would've found the car that I've been looking for. I drove quite a ways to Crest for the car I wanted with all the bells and whistles I wanted. I was approached by a salesman immediately. The salesman wanted me to take the car home that day. I don't like being rushed. The next day, I did purchase the car. The finance guy wasn't happy that i did not use their finance company after they promised me a lower interest rate. I was really disappointed that the salesman did not walk me thru on how to navigate around my new car. He pretty much gave me the key and said thank you. I ended up going to another Ford dealership near me. A representative there showed me how to set my radio stations, show how the "My Ford Touch" works and explained all the features that came with the car. I called Crest after that appointment to get the Factory Code to my door keypad so i can set it up with my new settings. It took the salesman 3 days to call me back with the code. The code he gave me was incorrect. Looks like I have to call back again!

Do not buy from this dealership. They put an incorrect tax rate on the original buyers order. When I purchased the vehicle they then put a tax rate on the bill of sale that was different. Once all my paperwork was turned back into my credit union they title lady caught this. We called them, they were very rude and admitted to making the mistake, but would not fix the problem. So in a nut shell this dealership would rather have an ethical dilemma over $140 then fix the mistake that they admitted to. Even my credit union agrees that this $140 went towards their sale so that the negotiated price looked better in my favor before I left the lot. Stay away from this place.

I called to make sure a vehicle was available, told it was and drove 20 miles to look at it. When I arrived the salesman informed me that it had a deposit on it and was unavailable. Would have been nice to know that before driving there. Called the sales manager and appiontment setter to inquire why I was misinformed. Neither responded back. Pete the salesman was stand up and followed up. Too bad Pete works for a poor customer service dealership!

I have been dealing with the Crest group for over 15 years. I have bought Mercury's from Leka at their Lincoln store and just purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from Marge at their Ford store in Centerline. I purchased my new Ford Escape from Crest Ford in January, 2012. I was treated very well. I was shown all the features of the car, and my many questions were answered appropriately. I was allowed two seperate driving experiences, as I was trying to decide between an Edge and the Escape, which I ended up purchasing. I will not hesitate to return to Crest Ford for my next purchase.

Long story short, Crest Ford denied there was anything wrong with my transmission despite clear indicators (jet black, burnt, and gritty trans fluid along with trans slipping while driving) and refused to acknowledge my trans needed repair while still under warranty. Furious I went to Fairlane Ford in Dearborn located around the corner from World Headquarters (I figured this dealership would be on its best behavior since big brother is next door) and they took one look at the trans fluid, said it was as bad as any they've ever seen, and twenty minutes later told me the trans was toast and UNSAFE to drive - doing so would put my life and the lives of others at risk should the trans fail on an expressway.Below is my email that made it's way to Bill Choppe, President Crest Ford Dealerships. Bill called me and basically said "So your Escape is fixed? If it's fixed and you're happy that it's fixed, what's the problem?' Well, it's fixed, but no thanks to Crest Ford and this is why I'm sharing my story. I don't want others to experience this sort of blatant disregard because a dealership may have reached Ford's 'warranty threshold' and can not perform a warrantable repair. If you read further online about Ford Escapes, you'll learn that the transmission problem is very common. So common I bet it has cost Ford thousands and they don't want to fix anymore. So, the dealers can fix X number and then ignore the problem thanks to a statement that the Escape's Transmission fluid appears darker than normal, almost a burnt color' That's horse crap. A new Escape has perfectly normal light pink trans color. I made them do an analysis as you'll see below...Hi Chan (Chan forwarded this email to Bill Choppe),This email is in regards to a disasterous Service experience I had with Crest Ford service of Centerline, MI. I spoke with Sam Haynes, General Sales Manager at Crest and he suggested I share my experience with you. So below you will have a chance to read about my experience, and attached you will find documentation from Crest and Fairlane Ford to see the significant disparity between good service and awful service.Although this may get long, I'll share with you all the details.My check engine light came on about the second week of October, 2011. Being inexperienced, I thought it was a transmission light because I read on-line about trans problems in 2009 Escapes. My trans fluid was jet black, gritty, and presented a burnt smell. As I drove, my info panel said I had a fuel inlet problem. So I went to Crest Ford for service. Tracey Smith, Assistant Service Manager worked with me. I expressed my concern about the transmission as the vehicle seemed to slip and the fluid was black and gritty. She said the light was actually my engine light and if the trans had a problem, a blue wrench light would illuminate. She said Crest would run an inspection. I asked that they check out the transmission fluid and trans to see what the problem is. She said she would have the mechanic look at it.When I picked up my Escape after the Fuel Filler Inlet fix I asked what was found regarding the transmission. Tracy said the transmission was fine, the mechanic looked and everything checked out. I was surprised knowing the fluid should not be that dark. I told her I didn't believe her mechanic and asked if she looked at the fluid herself. She didn't, and so I invited her to look at my trans fluid with me. She did and she said nothing was wrong, Escape fluid tends to run darker than normal fluid and if I wanted to pay for an inspection I could. I told her I paid for an inspection when the engine light came on. She said that inspection didn't include a thorough trans inspection. She also said no blue wrench light means no problem. She then said if I was concerned about the color of my transmission fluid, I could pay for a transmission fluid flush - however Ford doesn't recommend that until 150,000 miles on the 2009 Escape. I told her the problem isn't the transmission fluid, it's the mechanics that surround the fluid, that's why it changed from pink to black. She looked at the fluid and told me there's nothing to worry about.I was baffled and surprised someone with car service experience, she is an assistant service manager afterall, would not be alarmed by the trans color. So I asked that we do a comparative analysis and if other trans fluid were black like mine, then she must be right. We checked a 2011 Ford Escape and the color was pink as you would expect. So to get a better sample we actually opened the hood of Service Manager, Jim Clark's 2009 Ford Escape that had just over 32,000 miles on it, about 4,000 miles less than mine, and checked his fluid color. It was a rose color pink/red - you can see it in a photo on the attached PDF docs. Clearly his trans color was not black like mine. Still, I was told mine was normal. I told Tracy I wanted to speak with Jim.Inside I asked Jim if his trans fluid looked like mine, black, would he be concerned. He said 'I would keep an eye on it, check it each week.' So I said 'That means you would be concerned. You don't check on something you're not concerned about.' He agreed. I asked he put it in writing, I wanted documentation of our debate. He declined to put his statement on paper, but did allow a little bit of the analysis to be written up as you see on the attached Crest pdf.Tracy began writing up the document and I looked over her shoulder correcting her write up. For example she wanted to say my fluid was darker in color. I told her no, mine is black in color. Darker suggests mine was also red. It was not. When I corrected her, she shouted that I was bullying her. I told her I was not bullying her, I was doing the opposite, I was standing up for myself. Then she said Jim's trans fluid was more red in color. I said that also suggests mine was red as well. It was not. It was black in color. She took offense to this as well and I asked her 'What part of what I'm telling you did not take place in our discussion?' She did not have an answer. So, we ended up with the info as attached. While Tracy and I were arguing back and forth about my vehicle and how I knew there was a problem and how she said there was not a problem, Samantha - courtesy driver - was the first and only person to stand up for me. She drove my Escape and said 'Are you talking about the white Escape? I drove it and I felt the trans slip too.' Tracy lashed out 'You did not drive his Escape!' Samantha said 'Yes I did.' Tracy said 'There are a dozen white escapes out there, no you didn't.' Samantha said 'Yes I did, I drove the one with the hood up.' My escape still had the hood up from our trans fluid comparison analysis. So please, Samantha deserves to be recognized for standing up for what is clearly right. She risked her job doing the right thing supporting a customer who was being mistreated by her bosses. What was also insulting is that Tracy said if I were concerned with the trans and trans failure after 60,000 miles, I could buy an extended warranty. I argued Why would I buy an extended warranty when you refuse to honor the one I have? So, after I received my written document from Tracy detailing the trans analysis, I decided I needed to speak with the dealer I bought the Escape from. I went to Fairlane Ford and their service department immediately told me the trans fluid should not look like it did. Their little comparitive tool that shows where my fluid matches up to good to bad fluid had me at the very worse limits. I was told to sit in the waiting room so the trans guy could take a closer look and a test drive. Twenty minutes later, Fairlane Ford service team told me my transmission was in such bad condition that they would not allow me to drive my Escape home, that I needed to get a ride home, and they could not get to fixing my trans until the following week.Crest Ford sent me home in a vehicle deemed unsafe for driving. The trans could have failed me, I could have crashed and killed myself and/or others.Sorry this is such a long email. But I am disgusted by the service of Crest Ford and outraged that your service leadership could look me in the eye, tell me that my warrantable issue is not an issue, that I'm out of my mind, and then send me off in a vehicle that could have killed me.Feel free to read through both the Crest communication and the Fairlane communication regarding my transmission experience. Unreal.My first instinct was to write the media, web review sites, facebook, and any other medium to share this disasterous experience. But then I stepped back and realized the owner of Crest Ford hurts in the end, and if your leadership does not approve of this type of service, then I want to give you a chance to remedy the situation. If I were a business owner, I would not want my reputation jeopardized by underperforming employees, and would like an opportunity to fix the situation with the customer. i went in to look at a 2005 f 150 the price was way high asked them to take money off the truck was rusted up and they wouldent budge on it it was listed at 20,000 i got on here today and that very same truck was listed for 18,000 they wouldent even take 500 off when i was in there why did they take 2000 off the price now? they are just jacking up the price to make more money dont buy anything from these people its a rip off go to a different dealer the sales people are very agresive and pushy they will try to get you to sign papers right then even if you are just looking and if u do go here do not use john as your salesperson
