We went to Crestmont at the beginning of our car search just to learn about Hyundai and the current product types. We were greeted by Joe Pelto who made himself available, was very patient with our questions and never aggressive. We stopped by the dealership many times late and/or unannounced and with Joe's assistance, finally decided upon a gently used car. Joe was extremely helpful also in the closing and delivery process -making sure everything was clear with no surprises. The car we selected needed a last minute alignment and brake repair which the Service department handled promptly and without question. Everyone at the dealership displayed an interest to ensure our complete satisfaction.

Was met promptly at the front door at the pre-schedulked time. I was allocated a salesman who had both a witty and very professional attitude and spent some time detailing my particular needs. After discussing colors I was taken to their lot to view colors of in stock vehicles and the car I chose for test drive was then brought to the front while we started detail price discussions on trade-in value and lease options. Everything proceeded smoothly and the sales manager came over to introduce himself and then went to prepare an offer which was duly presently presented showing all the details discussed and the "bottom line" out the door pricing. I consider myself to be very well informed as to how leasing deals are constructed! The offer being considered fair I accepted and was the taken by the financial manager to his office to complete the paperwork. The salesman then spent some time with me showing and giving instructions on the various features of the car which were new to me and even paired my smartphone and the Andoir app. so thet the GPS was alive for my return journey. All in all was a very satisfactory experience.

I received texts from Brittney to come in to trade in my 2013 Sonata SE for a 2016 Sonata SE for the same and possibly lower payment. My payment went up $20/month and I lost my heated seats. Adam finally leveled with me that the dealership didn't have any 2016 Sonata SEs and a call to another dealership confirmed the same thing about inventory for these vehicles. I feel like this was bait and switch advertising and Joe really never owned up to the fact that he didn't have any 2016 Sonata SEs. He just kept saying this was the best fit for us. I was very clear that price was my concern but I don't think he was hearing me. I wish I had walked away because I am not happy to have leased a new vehicle under these circumstances but Joe was good and put on the pressure and I caved. This is the fifth Hyundai we've leased from Crestmont in five years. My husband's lease is coming up and we'll go to another dealership when it's time to replace it. We've had great experiences with Crestmont in the past, but this experience changed our impression.

I enjoy my Hyundai Elantra. I however do not enjoy the process of buying a car. Also I am now having issues with my two accounts, My old lease and my new lease. I called a couple days ago to get it sorted out but I haven't heard back from anyone yet. Basically my old lease is saying I owe 1,000+ dollars for something and I am not sure why considering I purchased a protection plan at the beginning of my lease that clears me from any dents and dings.. Either way the issue isn't figured out yet and Ive almost had my new car for a month now.

It was honestly one of those times where initially you're thinking this is going way too well and you're waiting for the other shoe to drop so to speak. Great thing was though that never happened. I came across a truck online at Crestmont that fit into the price range I was looking for. I called the dealer to discuss some of the pictures and what might be wrong with the truck. In one of the pictures it looked like there was a hole in the truck bed that was not listed. The sales lady that I talked to would not answer my basic questions about the truck including the possibility of a hole in the bed. She became very pushy about setting up a time to test drive it and then we could talk about what was wrong with it. Several times in the days following she text me to see when I could come to the dealer to look at it and find out the answers to my questions. I live an hour away and want to know certain things when shopping for a vehicle before spending an entire day going from dealer to dealer. If they can not even offer the basic customer service with simply questions over the phone I would not drive and waste my time. I also did not like how pushy she was in the following the days after I called.

Completely satisfied with car's performance. Only minor disappointment was the car was delivered from another dealership approx. 120 miles away from Crestmont, so I expected approx. 150 miles or so on the odometer but was surprised to see 820 miles.

I had my previous lease through Crestmont Hyundai and came back to them when the lease was near end. I worked with Jason Hawkins and told him exactly what the monthly lease amount I could work with would need to be and would also need to include extra mileage and the wear & tear package. Jason crunched the numbers and was straight up with what my choices would be for what I was looking for. He made the process very smooth and easy. The purchase process is kind of smooth, which of course depends on how much you know about the price and discounts. That I guess would apply to any dealership visit. Arriving at the final price didn't take long - we only haggled on the price for a couple times. The finance process was a little glitch as the guy first offered me a way high interest rate. Overall it's good experience. I like the car for it's LCD screen and Apple carplay (and Android auto play which I haven't used yet).

I had been thinking about a Hyundai for a while now. Had done research on line, gone to the auto show etc. We walked into Crestmont to look at the Sonata's and were really pleased with them. As usual, we were not planning on purchasing that day, but they made it real easy. No games, straight forward. They offed me the Kelly Blue on my car and went from there. Ended up staying an hour after closing to finish up and never felt rushed. In fact, we offered to come back on Sunday and finish everything up. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

All the staff were friendly, and our salesperson, Mike, definitely made sure my partner and I were comfortable, and that we had a great experience. Went to Crest month after a horrible experience at another Hyundai dealer. It was like a night and day experience. Mike Miller knew the vehicle inside and out, taking the time to ensure all our questions were answered. 1.0 star rating 3/25/2016 I took my car to the service department to replace a faulty back up camera monitor and a clock that didn't keep accurate time. Crestmont replaced it but badly scratched the air bag button and the trim around the monitor. They told me is wasn't bad and they would order the trim piece. I called to make sure they ordered the button too but was told they did not look at the damage. I had to take photos for them to order the airbag button. When they replaced both parts they chewed up my dashboard and marred the new monitor trim. They made another appointment telling me they would replace the dashboard and trim piece. They gave me a loaner car and kept my vehicle for a day and a half. When I returned they told me they took the car to a detailer instead because my parts were not available and they spray painted the trim a flat gray when it is a shiny silver that does not match the interior of my car trim and they tried to smooth the chewed up dashboard which looks horrible. Now they told me they would order the new dashboard and trim and call me the next day and two days have gone by and nothing has been done to get the damage fixed that they have done to my car. All they have done is make it worse. They are not experienced to do this type of repair and they continue to waste my time and not tell the truth. I wish I had never taken my car there or trusted them with my repair. I have filed a complaint with Hyundai Customer Service and I am waiting for the problem to be resolved

I have purchased my last two cars from Crestmont, but based on my last visit to them, they will not see me back. I was treated fine up until I asked for a higher model of Sonata than they wanted to sell me. Then, the salesman got extremely defensive when we wouldn't test drive the car. He immediately brought over the manager to try to double team tactic. Just a really negative experience. I was always treated well there in the past, but maybe the turnover and the two men I dealt with was the only downers of the dealership.

I have owned five Hyundai vehicles. I currently own four. I'm happy with the quality and reliability of the Hyundai vehicles. I Have three closer Hyundai dealerships closer to me, but I drive to Crestmont for the vehicle knowledge, sales service, and honesty. I have bought my last two Hyundai's from Crestmont Hyundai and I have been happy with the sales, negotiation process, and finance process. I only wish they were closer to me for service.

Great customer service and deal. Treated with respect and thoroughly answered all my questions. They had car ready for test drive as I had called ahead and picked out the SUV I was interested in so my wife and I could take it for a test drive right before closing. The finance manager also explained the deal and obtained a great finance rate. I'll recommend this to my friends and return when I'm in the market again. This is my third Hyundai and they are great vehicles.

I purchased my 2009 Hyundai Sonata and was told it was certified preowned by Sales and finance that was why I paid more for a car with 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. So my oil pan is rotting out a long with the whole bottom of the car and I bring it in for my warranty for a $200 fix . I drop it off, get back to work 20 min later it's not covered . I was at first confuse as the car is within its warranty. I said it was a mistake its certified . Well folks the service man that inspected the car did the wrong inspection so it's not certified preowned and Hyundai won't even fix it under the good faith effort either so I said park it I'll be their for the car . I arrived to find out that they lost my dam keys , and I had to find them . I loved Hyundai to this point now , I'll Never buy another product from this company misleading , and poor customer service .

I explained that they wouldn't even work with me on the Limited that I wanted. Told Jason what I wanted and the payment I was looking for. Within a half hour, Jason called me back with the EXACT car at the EXACT payment I wanted. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. When I got to the Dealership, I worked with Nolan Caruso and the level of service I received was One of a Kind!! I will refer people to them every chance I get. And I will also steer people away from the Dealership in Elyria that I originally went to. I should have known to just go to Crestmont in the beginning.

I received a notice from Hyundai regarding a free undercoating available to extend the undercarriage of our Elantra. I made an appointment at Crestmont and considering the bad experience purchasing the car, should have gone elsewhere. While waiting for job to be completed I was told by the female in service I needed a new drive train belt which would be $580. Really, we were leaving on vacation in 3 days but now have decided we have to cancel. I declined the service, mostly because I was in shock, but was unprepared for how rude she became after saying "no". Finally got my car back and drove 45 minutes to my home where when I got out black undercoating was all over the lower 10" of the sides and doors. I called Crestmont to ask if it would come off and was told to bring car back and they would look at it. I drove out there waited over an hour, drove 45 minutes home and you want me to drive back?? In service mgr defense, he got on phone and offered to send someone out to my house. I took pictures and have decided to attempt removing it myself, whole experience was a repeat of when i purchased car...accepted monthly payment next day came to pick it up and sorry have to increase your payment, i said no and found out later instead they added another year to my loan. STAY AWAY!!

I recently purchased a used Hyundai mini van from another dealer. It was sold to me, to my dismay, needing brakes, a new oil pan, valve gasket covers and a tranny fluid flush and fill. I called around and Crestmont Hyundai was the best price. I took it in and received a call later that day stating that they had more bad news. The oil in the engine was like tar. I would be lucky to get another 10,000 miles out of it. They refused to waste my money by continuing repairs. I was only responsible for the new oil pan. I really appreciate their honesty and saving me 750.00. Then I had to call the dealer I bought it from...then the fun REALLY began. Crestmont even took photos of the nasty pan/oil and gave me the old pan. Everyone was VERY friendly, helpful and honest. I can't say the same for the "other" dealership. I would definitely consider buying a car from them down the road. I will also use them for service on my replacement car.

After being called by another local dealer, I visited it but found that the dealer was trying to cheat on us on the trade-in value of my old car (I know the trade-in value already from the blue book) by almost 50%. We planned on turning in our lease and trading in our 2nd vehicle to lease 2 new vehicles. They are charging us for tires that have 30000 miles and offered over 1000 less than the bottom end of blue book on the trade in. Bob Robinson called non stop daily pestering about the lease being up and was very pushy about steering us towards a specific vehicle that we weren't interested in. Sales staff was rude to my spouse. There is no such thing as customer loyalty at Crestmont. There is no such thing as professionalism. Unless you're willing to pay the inflated sticker price for a piece of junk, shop somewhere else. Hyundais are cheap and awful in the snow, sleet, slush even with snow tires.

I spoke with Joe Yun and he listened carefully to what I had to say about need and want. We made arrangements for my visit to the dealership after a few converstaions and no sooner did I test drive, I purchased! Joe was a complete gentleman. I had an experience from another dealership days before that because I was a woman! Joe understood my needs as well as desires. He put me in the perfect car for me! purchased a new Sonata and the finance guy talked me into signing up to extended coverage because he said I could think about it and cancel within I believe 72 hours or so and they would just take it off the total, no muss no fuss. Well, I canceled the morning of the next business day, and was told they already sent the paperwork in, so it would take over a month to get a refund (rather than simply taking it off the total being financed). After I did get my check from Hyundai, it was shorted $80. I visited Crestmont several times to get the rest of my money refunded, but they said "they don't have to do that" so I never did get that money back.

I was shopping for 2007 Ford Edge 75000 miles, Sales rep. Victor was helpful over the phone until I got there and found out the car was not as described, Was not cleaned when Victor told it will be cleaned, brakes felt funny and he said they checked they're good. ok! I opened the hood and saw this white stuff on the battery, I'm like your service guys checked on this? the report had leak engine oil as failed, transmission oil failed and other things. he answer was most important now is getting you approved...huh what? there credit report showed 126 point less then a report i got 2 days ago from Ford dealer ship plus i'm paying almost 35% down cash. After pointing all this stuff out...he was glad I'm leaving...didn't bother asking if I want another car or anything else he can do for me. I went to few other dealership and they were top notch and very helpful. I don't recommend them because they don't seem to care about you...they seem to want make quick cash with least amount of work.

Our salesman mike was very rude! He did not want to deal with us at all. I assume because it was close to closing time. When we left after a two hour drive and being there for maybe 25 minutes, he couldn't even offer as much as a hand shake. I've never dealt with someone so rude and unwilling to deal ever in my life. Carl Reese (salesman) was professional and helpful. He went above and beyond in matching a vehicle to my needs. Tom Schrader (financing manager) is shady. He tacked on a $750 warranty without asking or explaining, and, when I objected, he lied stating it would lower my financing rate. Then, he tried to convince me a sign a blank contract! Piece of advice, be cautious and look over your contract carefully and don't trust Tom.

Victor was so great that he even went out to buy me a fruit punch so I had something to drink. After searching the net, we found a perfect car located at Crestmont outside of Cleveland. After checking with the dealership we put a deposit down on the vehicle on a Friday with the intention of going down to pick up the car the following weekend. When I called the dealership the following Monday to get all the details hammered out, we were financing though our credit union and they required a dealer purchase order, imagine our surprise when we were told the owner of the dealership sold the vehicle to a "buddy" the day AFTER we put down our deposit. However, as sorry as they were, surprise again, they had another similar vehicle with double the mileage, if we were interested. I've done two car deals over the internet before, never having this type of incident occur. Although the manager of the dealership later called to apologize, I would be very, very careful if you ever consider doing business with this company.

Quick service on short notice.....service employees always friendly. Comfortable waiting area with Internet access. As far as price.....I always think that car repairs are too expensive, but I like getting everything done at one place at one time

Jason and the staff at Crestmont made my car buying experience extremely pleasant. I will not deal with another car dealer Crestmont Hyundai dealers are fair and Jason Hawkins is very honest and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. My father was with me and he absolutely doesn't like car dealerships and even he was impressed by the quality and customer service we received from Jason and the Crestmont staff!! Overall so PLEASED!!!

Buying my 2013 Elantra from Jason was pleasurable and quick. From the beginning, there was never any pressure to purchase or any of the 'salesman games' that happens at other dealerships. I even had a very minor mishap (no fault of the dealership) with my brand new vehicle on my first trip home but I Crestmont gave me the royal treatment and took care of everything. I could not have asked for anything more.

He is an excellent listener and provided valuable advice on our selection of vehicles. In both instances, he smoothed the way through the sometimes painful processes of negotiation, financing & delivery. Moreover, Victor's good service has continued long after we picked up our new cars. He's always willing to help with any question or problem.Crestmont Hyundai's sales department is honest and straightforward. They don't waste potential customers' time with the posturing & other foolishness which, unfortunately, is the usual game at many dealerships. And we've had a positive experience with their service department.

I went to Crestmont Hyundai looking to either purchas or lease a car since my lease was almost up. The sales team was extremely friendly and helpful. Victor was the salesman who assisted me and he made my experience enjoyable and easy!I told him what I was wanting to do and he laid out several options for me. He was very patient with me and was very knowledgable about all of the cars. He was able to help me get a car that was in my price range and better than any car I thought I could have afforded! I rate this dealership with 5 stars across the board because they have earned every one of them. Catherine Ulan was very thorough and knowledgeable. She was as sweet as can be. The salesman gave me a story about a new trade that was coming in. "Low mileage Elantra, come back in when it is back from the shop." Quoted a reasonable price. When I returned to see it, it turned out to be a little Accent. Not at all the quality of car stated earlier. Disappointed family.I went on to look at a bigger XG350. Nice looking car, all cleaned and polished. After they showed me some papers telling me how much they had done to it, and after negotiating a bit, having them tell me how much they were going to lose by selling it to me for the price Edmunds says is the average dealer retail price for that vehicle, with that mileage, in excellent condition, I agreed to get it if it passed my mechanics inspection. Enter the lovely sales manager Mark Embly who proceeded to lectured me on how it was in great condition, and didn't need an inspection, and that I better not take it to my trusted mechanic only to return and tell him that I wanted a better price. He was totally pushy and pompous, to the point where my young daughter commented on his rude behavior later. I supposedly had to agree to buy it if I took it out for the inspection. Also, they asked for a deposit.The next day when I came back to take the car for my mechanics "blessing" as Mr. Embly called it, I found that they had cleared the check engine light that had been on the day before, and wiped all traces of it off the computer so that it could not be checked. My mechanic found thousands of dollars of other items that would need to be repaired or replaced, and also a very expensive list of required maintenance items that had not been done ($600 timing belt, etc.). All this and still an unexplained check engine light that could not be diagnosed anymore.Needless to say I walked away, time wasted. Mr Embly would not even come over to talk with me when I returned to tell him the results of the inspection. Clearly he had been caught and would just wait it out until a sucker walked in and would be bullied into not having the car looked at by an independent party. I would avoid the used car experience from them at all costs. It was clear in the end that I was being lied to consistently throughout the whole process. Throw in a little attempted bullying by the sales manager, and you have a wonderful Crestmont experience (not).

Went in looking to get rid of gas guzzling minivan. Ended up leasing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata for cheaper than my van payment. The process was quick and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. Not only did i get more on my trade-in than anywhere else I shopped, they filled the tank of the Sonata too..Will tell all my friends to go there and check out Crestmont first. Ask for Katherine Ulan, and Tom Schrader the finance guy was super nice too.

We found this dealer on the computer. After visiting several local dealers we decided to take the 123 mile drive to Ohio. The price was fair from the start and we did not find they pressured us in any way. Our sales person was Shawn Felty and we felt very comfortable at all times. Would we go back? Yes, when this car is ready to trade, we will take the ride again! They even offered to buy our lunch and filled our tank completely for the trip home. I am 65yrs old and have bought several cars in my life time but never had any dealership offer me this! We have had the car for 3wks now and it a smooth ride. Thank you Shawn!

FANTASTIC DEALER EXPERIENCE!!! I was searching for a particular type of car. I found this dealer online. After observing several vehicles from other dealerships that advertised the autos online, I was extremely dissapointed with the poor quality of the vehicles at those other dealers, compared to the the representations they made. I drove an hour and a half to Crestmont after a long day of dissapointments to be totally pleasantly surprised. I left that night with my car! The representation through accurate descriptions and photos posted of the vehicle I was interested was dead on. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. The staff was very courteous and extremely friendly and helpful. The entire visit was a very pleasant experience, and best of all...I LOVE MY CAR! Thank you Crestmont!

I bought a certified used Hyundai from Crestmont. I found the car on cars.com and sent an email to Crestmont. I immediately heard back from them (over phone and email), telling me to let them know if I had questions. I followed up with a few questions, and they immediately answered them. I set up a time to visit, and everything went really well. They answered all my questions, were courteous, and the car was very fairly priced. I looked up the Kelly Blue Book value beforehand and discovered their price (with no haggling) was already below market value. I discovered when I got there that it was because they use a fair pricing plan where they try to make the price right from the beginning instead of making you haggle with them. That was a welcome relief. I loved the car, so all I needed then was fair value for my trade-in, which I got. I purchased the car and was out of there with my new car. It was very easy and fair.

Overall, my experience was ok. I really liked my salesman- which is rare. I was disapointed that I picked up my vehicle almost on empty. couldn't they at least put SOME gas in it?! The mileage stated on Cars.com was 1,000 less than what was actually on the vehicle- I didnt' realize this until i met w/ the finance person. They did make it right by knocking another $125 off the price. The car could've been a little cleaner too. Overall however, the experience went well. I would go back- and I would ask for salesman Gary Grow. He was excellent.

Although the initial demonstration and selling process was OK, the sales close was unpleasant and pressurized. Even though I indicated that I wanted to think about the deal, I was ignored and instead subjected to numerous attempts to change my mind. When I became angry, then and only then did they back off!

I purchased a 2006 used Sonata from this dealer. Supposedly "Certified" by their mechanics. On the way home (over 100 miles) the headlights kept dimming, the car ran poorly - only to find out the transmission fluid needed replaced - months ago, battery would not maintain a charge, serpentine belt needed replaced, valve gaskets are leaking on belt, odometer does not keep accurate mileage (how bizarre is that) and struts need replaced. While the car was "clean" in terms of the interior and exterior was washed - I bet a mechanic never looked at this car. There is no way they can call this a certified car!!!
