My wife and I just bought a certified used escalade from Julie at Crestview. The entire process was fantastic! We flew into LA to get it and flight and traffic delayed us three hours from our expected time to meet, Julie waited. We were in contact with her to let her know what was going on and she was incredibly understanding and helpful. We showed up at night and Julie had the car cleaned, parked up front, and waiting for us. It felt like a concierge service and this was on a used vehicle. Over the top. While we waited for the finance manager to free up with another client, Julie took the time to show us how ALL the features. Over the top. She made the little time very informative and pass by quickly. We went in and met Beverly, the finance manager, and once again an incredible experience. She had all the paperwork ready, knew all the ins and outs of the deal and had a fantastic personality. We discussed the area and where to find a hotel, great places to eat and nearby attractions. She even went as far to give us her cell phone number to call her for more info should we need it. The dealership was impeccable, vehicle better than expected and personnel award winning. If you are shopping for an amazing car buying experience from start to finish, this is your spot. This was our first purchase from this dealership, since we live in Nv, but they have earned a lifetime customer.

Thought I needed new brake pads after 80k miles. Pep Boys told me I needed new rotors and pads which didnt sound right so Crestview did a brake inspection and said I didnt need brakes that pads still had plenty to go. Can't put a value on honesty! Thanks Crestview #1 in my book!

I was please with everyone I spoke to and very glad they had 2 chairs beside the new chairs with a low back. Those are very uncomfortable. But the chairs were so much more comfortable. Thank you!! The prices seem to be more reasonable than those of years ago which is another reason I will continue to service my car at the dealer rather than Sears.

I recently purchased a Platinum Escalade ESV in silver from Crestview. My wife and I had done extensive research on the vehicle and knew exactly what specifications we wanted. We had worked with three different Cadillac dealerships in the Los Angeles area - none of these dealerships had our vehicle in stock. Then, we reached Joline Jarrosiak at Crestview. Joline and her team were able to locate our vehicle (with the exact specifications) in Arizona and have it delivered within one week. I was able to essentially complete the entire transaction before ever setting foot into Crestview Cadillac (we live 40 miles away). When I arrived at Crestview, our Escalade was parked in front, ready to go. The entire process was extremely efficient and professional - including our trade-in and finance. Joline is extremely customer focused and responsive. She also has an very thorough knowledge of the Escalade and was able to explain all the features. Having purchased cars from BMW, Mercedes and Porsche, this was by far the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. I only wish I lived closer to Crestview so that we can use the service department as well! This type of great client service is also reflective of the management of the dealership. Thank you very much. We will definitely recommend Crestview to our friends and colleagues!

Diana and Sam both assisted me while I was trying to make my decision. I was extremely impressed by how much they knew about the SRX. They searched for a 2015 red SRX for me, provided figures to purchase and lease, we test drove the car several times and they compared the 2015 to 2016 features. I went to other dealers (Ford, Buick & Chevy) during the time I was researching and they didn't come close to knowing as much about the vehicle I was inquiring about. Overall, they made me feel like I was their only customer and they would do whatever it took to make me happy. It was a routine visit, 100, 000 maintenance, oil change, etc. Needed a new battery. All was taken care in the time quoted. I do need to return for additional service on transmission and air conditioning, which I plan to do in the next few weeks. All were courteous and took care of my need.

They do very good job, I show them some issues, and you know what, with their experience, and high technique, they can know the reason for that issues, and they fixed it further than I expect. They can see some more issue, they're reliable, honest, so they fixed all. It is not to waste my time to drive very far to get their service. I also love the service that the lady, her name is Joline who sold the car for me, she's very nice, and enthusiastic. Love this agent, my husband is thinking about geting 1 more for him, and my next future is Escalade . Thanks you guys so much

I am always pleased with the service, my regular service advisor is JD. He was out recovering from surgery. Steve helped me and I was very pleased. I had both of my cars in for service a 2007 Escalade and a 2013 XTS. I had to return with the XTS due to it pulling to the right. I had to get a new tire. With only 22,000 miles and uneven wear, it seems there was another problem?

I have been coming to Crestview since 1998 and have always received excellent service by the service technicians even the courtesy shuttle driver. They are always professional and courteous. Even though I live so far away, Menifee, I try and come all this way because I trust the people that run this place. My husband is unable to drive now so there are times where I had to get service from another dealer closer to the house and the experience has been very negative.

Once again, this dealership personnel exceeds my expectations in all areas: professionalism, friendliness, competency, taking the time to listen, clarify, providing updates of the progress of the car, while ones waits in a very bright comfortable/ neat waiting room, someone is always checking to see if there is a need to make fresh coffee, ample water bottles, teabags, etc.In my opinion, the employees at Crestview Cadillac are well trained to provide the best service with a positive attitude.I have never heard a negative comment from the customers in the waiting room. I cannot say enough about Bob Martinelli, Internet manager at Crestview Cadillac in West Covina. I purchased a beautiful red 2009 DTS from Bob in September, 2014 with only 23,000 miles on her. I live in the West San Fernando Valley. As I was driving my new car off the lot, Bob told me that he noticed a repair issue which should have been addressed by the dealer. He promised that the dealership would make the necessary repairs and that he would personally deliver the car to my home and pick up the free loaner vehicle I had been provided by the dealer's fleet manager. When Bob arrived at my home we discussed future service and I indicated to him that my home was too far from Crestview Cadillac for me to use them for what would be extended warranty service. Bob offered to bring me a free fleet car and pick up my vehicle personally. I recently took advantage of this generous offer with a warranty repair! I also have to commend his dealership for their efforts on my behalf. I would recommend this dealership and Bob Martinelli to others for purchase of a new or used Cadillac. Their service is reminiscent of the old time service of the 50's or 60's that seems to have faded into the past. There was a minor issue with the warranty repair which took a little bit too long. The dealership on its own accord wrote off my portion of the repair work AND a $200 detail job! Thank you to Crestview (Caddy) Cadillac! We had a recall problem with our CTS and it was taken care of quickly and Steve provided information on our other car which had recall items too. Also replaced battery on my key remote. Very good to deal with Steve and his repair crew.

I made an appointment for 1/8/2015 8.30 am. I was at the service department at 8.20am. The loaner car I was promised was not ready. They kept telling me will be ready in a few minutes. It was not. I had to be in Downtown Los Angeles at 9.30 so I left and to to come the next day to leave my car for service. To me, that was not acceptable.

Sam Sung is a very personable gentleman, who helped me and my wife to better understand the features of the vehicle we chose to acquire. Your Finance Manager, Peter, likewise was very professional and provided easily understood explanations to our questions. Prior to my visit to Crestview on Monday, I took my car to a different Cadillac dealership on Saturday, because Crestview is not open on Saturdays. The other dealership provided me with an estimate of repairs that included many items that were not in need of repair. I was honest with the Crestview consultant and even provided him with the recommendations and estimate of repairs given to me by the other Cadillac dealership. The Crestview consultant was very honest and provided recommendations of needed repairs and advised other items did not need to be repaired. Crestview saved me more than $2,000 over what the other Cadillac dealership had estimated. I appreciate the fact that he was straighforward with me and has earned my loyalty.

Service was about as expected. The only negative was in check out. I have a hearing difficulty & was sitting all the time in the waiting area. Apparently I was called from the cashier's area & could not hear them. I would benefit older clientele like me if they would walk closer to the wait area. I finally noticed after about an hour that my car was ready to go. Otherwise this was a pleasant visit.

I love Crestview Cadillac and live over 105 miles away now but still came back to the dealership I know. John Jarrosiak was an exceptional salesperson and Beverly Harmon, Finance Manager, were professional and knowledgeable about the car that I wanted and the specific pricing and leasing requirements I preferred. We have been shopping for a new Escalade ESV for over a month. We talked to about 8 different dealers including our local dealership in Bakersfield and it was very difficult from finding what we were looking for and financing that would work for us. Finally I found Crestview and was fortunate to contact Sam Sung. He found what we were looking for within about a week! Since we live a few hours away I was able to do everything over the phone. Sam put me in touch with Beverly the finance manager and I could not believe how easy they made the whole process. Out of the 4 times I have been to your service department, I have only been able to get a loaner vehicle 1 time. This is an inconvenience that I NEVER experienced with my Mercedes dealer/service. Service department is good, however if you are competing with other luxury brands, Cadillac still has a way to go in the atmosphere and customer experience that your European counterparts provide. Finally, why is the service department closed on Saturday? People have to work and the inconvenience of not have loaner vehicles available on a weekday combined with not being opened on Saturday (when it is not as much of an issue to have a loaner) is lacking in customer care. I like the vehicle (even though it has had a recall and a part fail in the 1st year of ownership) but overall the experience combined with ownership and service experience is not up to par with other luxury brands. Something to consider when it is time to replace my Cadillac.

There is a professional team at every position who are committed to the highest level of service. I had the honor to take my 2003 CTS for the prescribe oil change, rotation of tires, inspections of tire check and filled the tires to the require level and a free 27 point inspection.It was all completed promptly. Waiting area was clean, great TV receptions, delicious coffee, donuts bottled water were available. All personnel that I encounter were very helpful and friendly. My lead team is led by Eddie Delira who I trust and respect. Chris Keller( I trust and respect, too) and Eddie are always willing to assist my understanding of the "How To" of any function that I still can't use successful i.e. making a phone call while on the road. I now know how to do it because they took the time to re-teach.My real concern is the fact the Safety Recall Ignition Switch Replacement parts are NOT Available.

There was a problem with the V license plate frame screw caps they couldn't do it . so i brought it home and did it myself . they had the clips on backwards [ but at least they really really tried (which i appreciate)] also wanted some clear put on a paint chip . looks like that wasn't done. Everything else was A ++ including air bag repair and rental. ps - Car was very dusty would have appreciated a courtesy wash .

Absolutely great car buying experience. Bought a new SRX yesterday at Crestview Cadillac from Chris Ferren and John Jarosiak who were both fantastic to work with. I drove all the was from Glendale to make this purchase even though there are closer dealerships because I know Chris and John's customer service level exceeds all of the other dealerships. I got a great deal and the best service possible. Another sales person JoJo also assisted and was also amazing. At Crestview they work as a Team and made my wife and I feel very special. This is my third Cadillac and would definitely refer Crestview and especially Chris Ferren and John Jarosiak!

Eddie Delira listens to my concern. He quickly took the car to the specialist, It was determined that the sensor on the car seat was faulty. The part was ordered. The timeline was very brief before the part arrived. Eddie called to inform that the part had arrived. I was informed that it may take up to more than two hours to replaced the faulty part and Eddie had a rental car ready for me. I choose to wait for the car. I was on the road fully satisfied in 1 1/2 hours. It has been a week since the part was replaced and all is well. It was a pleasure to wait in a very comfortable waiting room with friendly employees smiling and greeting as I waited. Eddie is a man of his word. He values me as a customer and listens carefully to my needs. I just had my car in for major warranty work - then the next week it had another problem. I couldn't drive it. So, I had it towed to Crestview on a Saturday morning. I had to get a loaner so I could go to work.The floor manager wasn't very helpful but arranged to call Enterprise rental car for me.However, my sales representative, Ginger Diaz, and Accounting Gruru, Beverly, saw me and immediately said they would find a car for me to drive and that I didn't need to pay for a rental.These ladies went above and beyond being helpful. They saved me. I'm positioning my credit so I can buy a new ATS within the next few months. Of course, I will go straight to Ginger Diaz and Crestview Cadillac.

I called the evening before my visit and spoke to Eddie. He was patient and very helpful. I was first inline the next morning and AJ?, AP? (sorry I can't remembers his name) was the person who helped me. He was friendly, patient and had my car serviced quickly. it was Christmaseve and your service department closed at noon & i didn't get there untill about 2:00 p.m. a gentleman named peter tee came out to see what i needed. i told him that i had a dead battery,and he apologized and he said he was sorry that they were closed. he gave me a card for roadside service. i called mr. glen hammond an he found that i was still in warranty,and came out and installed a new battery in less than an hour. great service. thank you very much

I made an appointment to take my car in get a problem checked out. The service man asked if I wanted to wait about an hour and see if they could repair it right away or at least give me an accurate estimate of what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. He came back soon and said that they could repair it that day and it would take about an hour and did I want to wait. I waited and it was repaired, washed and air in my tires and the 27 point check all in a little over an hour. I was very pleased and I don't seem to be having the problem any more. I had a problem with a battery going down due to lack of use. Glenn came out and jumped the car and ordered a new battery, while I brought the car into the dealership. The new battery was ready when I got there and within a hour I was back on my way! GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!!

Terrible service. Bought a car with faulty OnStar, so took the vehicle back in to have it fixed on Monday. Tuesday was told they needed a new part and didnt have that part in. Wednesday was told that the part was installed and they now needed 24 hours for it to reset itself. Thursday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. Friday was told needed 24 hours for system to reset itself. After multiple phone calls with "let me check and call you back", never got a phone call back. So I just showed up Friday afternoon at the dealership, and got my car back, which when it was dropped off I was also told it would be washed, yet when I picked it up, something as simple as getting the car washed wasn't completed. At least when I talked to the service manager about what was going on with my car, he had no clue that my car was even in the service department. Real good. Way to know what's going on in your own place of business. If you're expecting service on your car after you buy it, think again. Once the sale is made, they can care less.

Came in for a window wind noise on my new CTSV which they took care of. But at the same time they informed me I had the wrong real wheels for a CTSV Coupe. I would never had known that the rear wheels on a Coupe are different from the Sedan/Wagon. The dealership where I bought the car had swapped the black wheels for polished aluminum off a sedan or wagon. Not giving that dealership any great ratings. Crestview went above and beyond for me.

Crestview staff is not your typical sales dept. Overall great experience. Not only did I buy a new car, but I made 2 new friends as well. They were both comprehensive in explaining all aspects of the car and the purchase. CJ was great in teaching me initial operation of car. Bev was informative about the total finance experienct. SERVICE IS EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE. PROBLEMS ARE DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED. EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND DON'T KEEP YOU WAITING.have had body work done at this dealership also and the results are like new. Noth Wayne and J D are great at communicating and calling back when car is ready.

I purchased my '04 CTS at Crestview, and have been a totally satisfied customer ever since. I was fortunate to meet Wayne Bristol when I visited for my initial service, and he's been my "go-to" guy ever since. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. There are two Cadillac dealerships closer to my residence than Crestview, but I'd rather go the distance for the professional treatment and that rare feeling of trust, and personal attention that I've always received at Crestview.

One of the few dealers where everybody knows exactly what they are doing and the product. I enjoy that they specialize in Cadillac. They are a one stop shop for the Brand. They carry a very good inventory and have more swaq in the parts department then most.

Very helpful. Dealer in Ontario wanted $400 to figure what was wrong. Crestview fixed it for $50 while I waited. Steve was service man I worked with but the cashier was nice. I will buy my next car from them
