Miracle worker. Spent the week with the grim reality of not getting a new car after spending five hours at one dealership only to be left disappointed. Was about to go to another dealership till I spotted Crews and figured why not...My sales person Makayla greeted me in casual way, not bombarded me like others. Let me talk about what I wanted and in probably a hour and a half the deal was made and I was rolling out a happy customer. She was fast, respectable, didn't try to throw things at me that didn't fit my situation, and explained everything as it was happening (crunching numbers). Best experience I have EVER had. Definitely go see her for your car buying needs. Thank you.

Great communication from the service writers. Jamie Antley is always friendly and willing to help. He comes across as very helpful and professional. When I came back to pick up the car Jamie was not at his desk. BUT, a young lady, Emily, was at the far end of the customer service area. She came down and asked to help me, and then she pulled the paper work, and at that time Jamie returned to process the paperwork. I was not aware that Emily went out to locate my car and drive it to the service area. HOW THOUGHTFUL! Jamie was kind enough to take it though the car wash. Top notch service! Thanks Jamie! We were quite concerned that there would be a problem matching the paint, as the paint is a metallic gray/blue. That paint job on the door matches the rest of the vehicle perfectly! We are very happy! Thank you. We would always take our Chevy to a Chevy dealership for bodywork and never a typical collision shop.

This is the best Chevy dealership I’ve interacted with. The staff is resourceful and their roles are well defined. The only downside is the high cost of labor but it does come with quality work. Everyone is helpful and friendly which makes the interaction an overall easy and well satisfied experience.

I have a pregnant sick wife who I bought a car for yesterday and Darrell did a great job getting us in a car that we wanted. My wife is very opinionated when it comes to customer service and when we left yesterday in our new car she said, "I will buy my next car from Darrell". Walked in knowing which truck I wanted and was directed to a salesman named David. David was very knowledgeable of the product and we were test driving in no time. He is very experienced and easy to get along with. I was very impressed with both the deal I got how quickly finance prepared my documents and how little amount of time I spent at the dealership. As a first time buyer at Crews, I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend working with my salesman, Kishaunt. He made the experience very simple and quick. We had to put gas in a second vehicle that Kishaunt was patient enough to let me drive. While it may seem like a small thing, he bought me a Gatorade at the gas station (it was very hot outside). It's that type of personal and friendly touch that made the buying experience pleasant. My hats off to the finance manager too! I had already qualified for financing with my own bank before my purchase. She was able to get me a much better rate! Great job to all at Crews!

Kishaunt was a pleasure to work with. I didn't want to be waiting all day to get things done and I honestly was only at the dealership 2.5hrs tops. Best car buying experience I've had. A neighbor recently purchased a new Impala from Crews and said he was very impressed with every aspect of his new car buying experience. I was in the market for a new Silverado so decided to give 'em a try. As I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Tim Mc Gee, one of their salesmen. Tim was truly outstanding in every way. He listened to exactly what I wanted, tried to locate the exact vehicle in stock and when unsuccessful, we ordered it from the factory. Tim was straight, professional, honest and to the point. I was most impressed with his truthfulness as he told me things I didn't want to hear and didn't try to sell, sell, sell like some other salesmen I've had the displeasure to interact with in the past. He was very personable and knew everything about the product he was selling. All my questions were answered on the spot, they were answered correctly and most of all, honestly. I am now the proud owner of a brand new Chevy Silverado equipped just the way I wanted. Thank you Crews and especially Timothy McGee for an awesome vehicle buying experience. This is the second time this year purchasing a vehicle from Crews. Kishaunt Primus was my salesperson both times and I can't say enough about how helpful he was in finding me find the car I wanted at a price I could afford. The service department provides impeccable service too. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming and make buying a car most enjoyable. I went last week to buy my first brand new car. Thely Daust helped me. She was absolutely amazing! She was not pushy at all like I had imagined car sales people would be. She was the exact opposite. She didn't pressure me at all, but answered all my questions and concerns. She felt more like negotiating with a friend instead of a sales person. She was patient while I shopped for a car with my two year old daughter with me and was so incredibly friendly! She helped me get the best car for my budget! I had my chevy traverse towed in due to it was running hot. I booked my appointment with ashley. When it arrived she had it checked out and it was definitely the water pump. She had called me to give me an update and then she said that the battery was showing signs of a weak cell. I had her go ahead and replace it. Then they called me back one last time to let me know that the throttle body was a little dirty. I told her to go ahead and have it cleaned and I also had the brake lines flushed. My point is that I could have left with the weak battery and the dirty throttle body. I could have broke down and left stranded somewhere.

The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of five stars is based on the difficulty to make an appointment. I'm aware that the service department opens at 7:30. I made 6 different phone calls to the service department. Someone did not answer the phone until about 7:55. When they answered I told them I had called several times, and the woman's response was "oh yeah their receptionist is going to be late". I feel like the calls should have been forwarded to someone else before almost 8am. I wasted almost 30 minutes just trying to get in contact with someone. Now on another note. The young man who took my car was extremely polite and helpful. When I inquired about a stain on my seat he made sure to ask if it could be removed. I do appreciate the extra mile he took.

I was greeted before I got out of my car. I have a cast on my arm so I was helped to the waiting area. He explained the process, looked up any recalls, & took my car back for an oil change. He later explained the other deficiencies found on my car & discussed the scale on getting them fixed. No pressure! I loved the service. He even made my kids smile. I always enjoy my experiences here at Chevy Crews!

I tried to get my car serviced through the express line, but when I found out it was going to be a 2 hour wait I had to leave. The tech on duty, Chris, apologized and said to be sure that when I came back to see him personally. When I returned a week later, Chris remembered me and had me through my 2-year check up in under 30 minutes. More than the expedited service, I really appreciated that Chris remembered me from the week before.

I was totally satisfied with Marc Bolling's representation of the product and negotiation of the price. My disappointment was with your Service Department. Long story short - I purchased the Colorado on 12/5. I left on a two business trip and because Marc had to order a hard cover for the Colorado we arranged a pickup date of 12/18. I text Marc the morning of the 18th saying my flights were on time and I would pick the Colorado up at 1:00. You had the unit for two weeks and I still had to wait two hours for the cover to be installed. The unit was dirty, the fuel tank was half full and the latch on the tailgate was broken which I found when I got home. This is my second disappointment with your Service Dept. I had a recall on my Avalanche a couple years ago. Brought it to your Service Dept., they had to order parts said they would call when they arrived. They called, I came to dealership waited an hour to be informed the parts were not there. Again, I want to reaffirm that Marc did an outstanding job selling me the Colorado and trying to satisfy my disgust over it not being ready when I arrived. I have purchased over two dozen GM products the last 40 years for my wife and me. This was the poorest delivery of any unit to date.

Mark Bowling is not only a nice guy and gentleman, but also an asset to your organization. His knowledge of the models and other things we discussed of the automobile industry is unsurpassed. I have purchased more then a dozen cars from that location, around five from Crew's Chevrolet. I have had many different salesmen and Mark is among the very best. Mark knows how to be graceful and not try too hard to over sell and especially not be pushy. I always walk away feeling like I received a good deal (Some purchases were better then others). After purchasing as many autos as I have from Crew's Chevrolet, I am confident that I will purchase another Chevrolet, GMC or Cadillac from Crew's Chevrolet. If there are still any cliche's about car salesmen, your dealership has ended that. I'm sure others feel the same way or at least I couldn't imagine why not. Good job! I made an appt to come in ref a safety harness recall, an oil leak check and an oil change. I was very pleased with the service I received, but I was disappointed to learn that my Impala LTZ was covered under a plan that included oil changestip to 35,000 miles that Crews did not previously inform me of. Oh well, my loss since the coverage ends soon. Happy with my car but unhappy with the lack of certain information received.

Everyone was wonderful and nice. I did not gel pressured and they answered all of my questions! They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while making my first big purchase. Ted was very knowledgeable of the Malibu. While on the test drive he made sure to show me all of the features of the car and made sure I understood how OnStar works and can be beneficial. Sal, the finance guy also amazing. He was very patient and understanding of my situation. He provided the best way to finance the malibu and made sure I understood every paper that I was signing. It was by far the best and easiest experience I've ever had.

great experience with your collision center. i experienced no issues with the work performed - thus farwaiting area is a little small, but there was coffee and the scenery is nice for a small shop.im a car guy, so it was nice to explore the showroom as well, and there were other refreshments and snacks there.i didnt notice a restroom in the collision center, but there were in the showroom so, no issues. plus, the staff did not leave me to wait much, so i was plenty comfy for the time i was there.

I've been coming to the service area at Crew's since i purchased my vehicle there. I trust the service advisers and technicians to provide me with quality service. And I appreciate that my vehicle gets washed through the oniste care wash, I just wish that the car wash covered the whole vehicle instead of leaving a 6-8" strip of dirt down the center of the car.. where the car wash doesn't reach.

I've never had such a truly pleasant experience with a body shop/car dealership. Ever. It was incredibly refreshing to have an estimator/relay man like Jason Gray, who performed his job like a professional. He was quick on responding to emails, proficient with communicating updates on my car's progress, and key to making me feel valued at Crews Chevrolet. The body mechanics did a phenomenal job, even going above and beyond on multiple parts of the job at hand. I have had multiple people comment on how well the job was done; and I could not agree with them more.

I was asked if I wanted a car wash. I said yes. When I went to pick up the car it was dirty. Also I would like to have the costs given to me before I leave the shop. $240 for a transmission Flush?!? You are Above Average on costs for this service. I think I will be looking elsewhere from now on. Also was quoted on spark plug change at over $200...really $25 per plug?

My car was in the shop for more than a week, and Donny gave me daily updates. My daughter wanted a pink golf cap, and the price was reasonable at $17. I expected a price of $25 or more. Nice to feel I am treated with respect and not being gouged at every opportunity. The Service waiting area is clean, and the courtesy refreshments and bottled water on a HOT day are appreciated.Mr. Heitman, Service Master Manager, runs a great operation! Jason in the Collision Center is helpful and informative and offered me tips on how to keep my car in top shape. The dealership sits on a large piece of property and every inch is spotless. No trash. From the moment I met Bill Stacks I knew we had come to the right place to by our new Silverado .Bill was helpful in everyway imaginable. Be cause I have a huge hearing problem, he stepped up when I needed to understand certain things being said. Bill was a very courteous Salesman who made us feel at home the moment we arrived. Bill Wollaber is the exception rather than the rule in young kids today. Michelle Stacks was great in handling our finical part of the deal and would do business with Crews again even though we had to drive 2 1/2 hours. The Sales Manager was a little stand- offish. My wife had talked with him many times before we came down to purchase our new truck and when we left home we were under the impression that it was going to be a cut and dry deal. We had already give him all the necessary information and it still took us 3 long hours. My credit score was 836 this just was not acceptable to me at all. Someone dropped the ball in the management side or somewhere. With all this said, "WE LOVE OUR SILVERADO" and will return again. PS,DIDN'T HAVE A LOT OF RESPECT FOR THE FACT THAT YOUNG LADY SALES PERSONS HAD TO SIT OUT IN THE 100 PLUS DEGREE HEAT IN A GOLF CART AS A GREETING TOOL. DUMB.

The salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely efficient. It was an extremely hot day and he handled it with grace. The financial manager was kind and courteous. She was very friendly and customer service oriented. Also, I enjoyed the personal video message from the owner of the company. We keep having the same problem with our autostop and they keep trying to repair it, but can't reproduce the problem and when they do, there's no code for that problem. The Crews team is very anxious to fix the problem and have done everything possible. It's just a technical problem that even GM techs can't fix.

The customer service was excellent. The receptionist is not the most welcoming, but Bryan made up for that, and the others around the bodyshop. I absolutely loved the updates by text and Bryan leaving voicemails and excellent call return time. My paint has some dirt in it. Once I wass it and can see the paint more clearly, I would like to be able to take it back up there and show them. Put N/A on quality of repairs because I did not want to rate it without giving it a thorough look over. Will definitely go back to them for there painless process and helpful demeanor. A+ for customer service.

Crews is excellent!! GM on the other hand I'm not so sure about. Our car still has the same problem even after GM sent techs to try to fix it. We are waiting to see if they are going to do the right thing by us and give us the car we paid for.

Well it was ok, my car was totalled and I went thru the collision center, would not be a fun area to visit, everyone was nice, friendly and communicated very well on what to expect and always called and kept me up to date on what was happening. Very nice group.

Technicians did the routine items and during a road test found something else which needed to be replaced for the proper operation of the vehicle. As far as I can tell within the first fifty miles everything was done properly. The service writer is going to get back to me about the driver side windshield wiper making a loud slapping sound for the past four and a half years.

I have heard a lot of bad reviews from Crews Chevrolet when I was thinking about purchasing a new truck and if wasn't for Rick Thompson contacting me at my job and assuring me that he would take care of ordering and keeping me up to date on when the truck was being built and when it would arrive and they would also take care of me after the sale, I am sure I would have bought from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Rick was very knowledgeable about ordering my truck with the equipment I wanted. He searched every day for a month trying to find one he thought would work and we finally decided to order one. Rick is the type of person that went out of his way to make this well worth coming to Crews Chevrolet. He is someone your dealership should be proud of.

Unbelievable how great Crews Collision Center worked in repairing my 2015 Stingray. It is beautiful, Nick Adams has an outstanding team, especially the Corvette specialist. The staff is always courteous and polite. Nice atmosphere. Only negative comment is wait time. I usually schedule my service (oil change) on a Saturday and still have to wait 2-3 hours for the service. I would understand if I didn't have an appointment, but having an appointment, waiting in the lobby and still waiting 2-3 hours is too long. I would take it somewhere else, but I don't trust some of the other places. Done that before.

I bothered Bryan pretty much every day regarding my vehicle. Whether it was an insurance question, status question, etc and he NEVER seemed aggravated by me. I had various recalls on my Chevrolet Cobalt LT and after waiting months for parts that were ordered since 2014, I received a call about needing to order the parts again, which came in within two weeks. Besides being frustrated with that incidence, there was not a courtesy car available for me, even though I had an appointment. I decided to stay and wait and thankfully it only took two hours. The staff was wonderful during the entire experience. I just feel some things could have been handled better.

Crews Chevrolet is conveniently located along a route I frequently travel, so I stopped to view 2015 Impalas. David Eller met me and was a wealth of information about them, and also Malibus, which I was remotely considering. He was most helpful both about the Impalas and incentives offered. Tim McGee was our salesman and was very knowledgable, respectful, and as a woman I appreciated that he focused on me and not my husband since it was going to be my vehicle. That has happened at other dealerships. Service department that worked on my elderly mothers car found 300.00 under the floor mat and returned it directly to me. One of the main reasons I came back to buy my vehicle. Professional, honest, and that meant a lot. She needed the money and did not know that my Dad had put it there before he passed away.

I would like to give a Bravo Zulu to all personnel in support of fixing my 2014 Camaro 1LE at Crews Chevrolet. Specifically two member of the Crews team that went above and beyond. Bryan Brooks (Estimator) and Justin (Technician) Collision center. Both men were on point with work timeline, updates and detailed answers on all processes. I frequently visited the Collision center during their work on my vehicle. Each and every time Bryan/Justin accommodated me with easy to understand answers, even during their full schedule. Well it was interesting .but there was a couple of things that concerned me. The car they picked up for me was not like I thought I was getting. I think I was charged to much for the car they had to go get for me. He quoted one price and when I received the car the tag had lower price. I feel like I was mislead. We have had some unusual problems purchasing a 2012 Traverse and an 2015 Equinox. The Equinox was in an accident and spent a month at the dealership. They kept finding things which only meant they were thourough. We did become some what impatient. It was more on State Farm.But all in all Hal at Crews was very accomadating and patient.The Traverse started leaking oil. I took it to Service and was assured it would be fixed at no cost because of extended warranty and it was a certfied pre owned vehicle.I was told it was from the crank shaft and they called Hertz and put me in a rental. I let Mark Bolling Our salesman know I was there and he came to make sure everything was going well. My wife has her Equinox and is happy with the repairs and notice someone activated a feature on the vehicle she was unaware of. So through all the difficulty all seems well.I am looking forward to the return my Traverse next week and am pleased with Crews. Thanks also to Ashley.

My husband and I have been dealing with your delaership for 10 yrs. Buy and trade cars etc etc. Never have a problem. Friendly staff. The only thing I have to say about yest. visit was I sat there for 2 1/2 hrs before I finally got up to find out about our car and no one in the mean time came to fill me in on what was going on. Usually someone comes along every so often to let me know whats what............etc. BUT........yest. seemed extrememly busy, so I took that into consideration........when I did get up to ask about the car I saw it and 1 of the gentlemen was already in the process of checking me out.....but other than that, no problem....like I said the staff is always pleasant. As I arrived for my appointment to get a oil change on me 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, the service advisor informed me that my car had recalls notices. He told me it would take a few hours to repair the car. I requested to be dropped off at the Barnes & Nobles to wait there until my car was completed. He got the Courtesy Vehicle to take me and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I was happy with my car and the service I received by the dealership.

I was there getting something fixed that was recalled. Everyone was so very nice. I bought a thing to cover my key remote and the guy who sold it to me put it on my remote. It was just the nicest thing. I was also offered to be driven and picked up, so I could get some breakfast. I did not end up doing that as what they did only took like 30 minutes. I love Cruz and all their employees. When it comes time for me to get a new car, I would go no where else.

I felt they could have cleaned off floor mats in front seat area of the car, also would like the service tag for the next oil change put on the inside edge of the drivers door and not on my windshield....

Our salesman, Frank, was outstanding! I honestly didn't intend to purchase a car that evening; I was just taking my teenage son to see his dream car up close. We drove a couple of vehicles, but we weren't ready to commit. There was no pressure, and we were starting to leave, when Frank showed us the PERFECT car...a metallic red convertible! We fell in love with the vehicle and had such confidence in Frank that we went forward with the deal without even checking online or competitors...something I have NEVER done in 30 years of buying cars. It was late Saturday evening, but the transaction was completed quickly and hassle free. The week before we had to wait four hours for a tire that was in stock and we had an appointment for that repair. We asked about another problem and this seem to be a bother to answer our question.

Although I consider myself to be a "Chevy Guy," I've owned a bunch of cars. Some of them were foreign, and some were made right here, in the USA. Over the years, I've bought cars from several dealers, and work and parts for them have been provided by their Service and Parts Departments. Within a dealership, each department is usually a little different from one another. Some are strong, and others are weak. Some are good, and others are "not so good." I'll say this about Crews Chevrolet: I've bought only one vehicle from them so far, and that was a pleasant experience. I've been helped by their Service and Parts Departments, and everything about that has been excellent. Your people really "shine." Everything about Crews Chevrolet is impressive. The facility is friendly, welcoming and clean, and the personnel are tip-top. When I buy another Chevrolet, I'll be back.

I made an appointment a few weeks ago for the recall on the ignition switch. At that time I was told the part had to be ordered. No problem, but I thought I will never hear from them again. But I was wrong, Zack called me 3-4 weeks later to tell me that the part had come in. I was very impressed that the dealership service remembered I had requested this work be done. Plus, he was able to accommodate my tight schedule with a time for me to come in to get it done. These are the reasons I make the further trip to Crews instead of Rick Hendrick Chevrolet.

Your service dept is very customer service oriented. I was met immediately with a service mgr who took my info. The waiting room is very comfortable and I was surprised to see free sodas, coffee available. The service to my vehicle was quick as it was just an equipment service inspection on the A/C in my Silverado. I had a coupon that was sent to my by Crews so the price was very reasonable. The service did not take long, so I was out very quickly. The service spec did tell me that the a/c belt will have to be changed soon, so I will bring my vehicle back to have that item repaired. All in all, a very satisfying trip to Crews Cheverolet.

It continues to amaze me at the amount of time it takes to purchase a car. Dealerships should take strides to reduce the amount of waiting time customers face. I understand Saturdays tend to be a busier day at a dealership however it seemed that most customers were stuck in a holding pattern waiting for vehicles to be washed. I know this seems like such a little thing but customers want to know that you value their time.

JT was really helpful in finding me what I was looking for and Scott made it all happen. However there are a few things I want to point out I was not happy with. First of all, I have an "emergency fund" that is a trust and rick/Scott put me down as making $10,000 a year on it when I don't. Second, rick keeps hounding me for a letter that I've never had to provide before and with my investor's busy schedule it was hard to obtain. I really don't like being bugged about it. Third of all, rick also put some extra purchases on my loan that I didn't want. I like the DuPont and extended warranty, but I really don't need gap insurance. I just want to say I was happy picking the car, but the rest I was severely unhappy with. Will be back to buy a corvette soon from JT, but I am not wanting the same person again.

I went in for a routine service and it seemed to be taking longer than usual. Then the service writer came out and apologized for how long the service was taking but there was a recall on our car regarding the side air bags not working properly. I had not gotten any notice in the mail at this point. However, when I returned home, in the mail were two notices. One from GM and one from Crews Chev. I was so impressed that the dealer knew about this recall before I did and had the parts.I have said this before but I love the customer waiting area and the refreshment s available for the customers.I am very happy with Crews Chev.

I have been to this dealership multiple times and the service is very, very good. I am reminded of the time my vehicle was serviced for an accident it was in and I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs on a daily basis. I really appreciate that.

Everyone was great! This was my first car purchase in 16 years, & I was very nervous. Michelle Ruiz was very friendly & personable, as well as knowledgeable about my car. If she couldn't answer a question, she knew where to find the answer. I am very happy with my new car, & will recommend Crews, & Michelle to anyone! The finance mgr., & the General Mgr. were just as nice, & made me feel like a valued customer.

As they always are, the service center personnel were fast and very curtious. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and had nitrogen added to my tires. This took less than 45 mins to complete and I was on my way. Fantastic group of people at Crews Cheverolet. I always recommend them to everyone I know.

When I stopped by your dealership, I had no intentions of buy a vehicle from you. I was just using your lot to look. I had a bad experience with one of your salesmen last year and he left a bad taste in my mouth, therefore I was going elsewhere to buy and was only looking. One of you salesladies approached me; Ms. Anna Ehrhardt. She approached me in more of a laid back mode that the typical attack mode of a car dealer that everyone is accustom to. Long story short, Ms. Anna is the one that sold this vehicle and she needs to be commended for doing so. I know its her job so sell vehicles, but I feel as though she went out of her way to sell this one. She has definitely earned my business back to your dealership.

I have been having my 2009 chevy cobalt serviced herewhen it was Marathon and now Crews. Pleasant customerservice and top maintenance on my car. Though, I would have preferred for my recent repair that Crews would havehonored my extended warranty for me with a $100.00 deductible., without trying to send me to Marathon in Summerville, SC., Even though it's Crews now, and was Marathon when I bought my brand new car...anychevrolet delearship should honor GMC extended warranties. Thanks for asking.

I was getting the run around from the other insurance company, Nick assured me that he would take care of everything including arranging for my rental car and not to worry about a thing and he was true to his word. In 2011 we bought our Chevy Colorado from Mr. Dino Schaeffer and he is such an easy going sales rep and easy to deal with. So when it came time to buy our son a sonic we decided to look him up again because he had made the effort to stay in touch with us. Never had such an easy time buying a brand new car :)

Ashley Oakes had me in & out in a jiffy. My wife's $57K SUV has a horrific bearing whine from one of the fan belt pulleys, but the motor was not hot enough to be making the noise that morning, so she got me back on my way ASAP. She was intelligent, articulate & personable.

Always great service! When we were running late to pick up the car before closing and stuck behind an accident, we called to say we would pick up the car the next morning. The service manager offered to let me pay over the phone and he would leave the keys locked in the car with the invoice so we could pick it up whenever we got there. We had our car serivced ahead of schedule and were able to pick it up after closing. That's what I call above and beyond!

My new Cruze started giving me trouble one morning. I drove to the dealership and my car was looked at immediately. It needed to stay for more inspection so I was put into a rental for a few days. The car wash was a nice added feature, but I had my tires rotated and the technician did not check the air pressure in my tires. I checked my computer and two tires were low. I think that should part of the rotation service.

Just stopped by as I was in the area to get my car serviced, I was greeted promptly by Ashley and was gotten in right away! She was very courteous and was nice and upfront about the techs reccommend services. Finished up quickly and I always enjoy that my car is washed upon return, really shows appreciation towards me and other customers! Very happy with my service!

Routine maintenance. All went well except the fully synthetic oil I requested to be used was missed. Service brought it to my attention and offered to replace, but I was short on time and agreed to wait until next oil change for the switch.

Great experience from start to finish. My salesperson, Scott Coffey was very knowledgable and made sure my needs were met. He wasn't "pushy" either. I'm in sales myself and really hate that. You can ask for the sale without making the customer uncomfortable and Scott is very good in that regard. I'm sure he is successful there. Even the finance guy and showroom people were extremely friendly and helpful. The fact that I was given a car to drive until mine arrived was extraordinary. Crews just does a great job all around.

Needless, to say, it put a 'bad taste in my mouth' for this dealership. Also, I'd like to add, that if you travel a couple extra miles to Mt Pleasant, you'll be a lot happier.

The entire sales transaction was friendly and accomplished professionally by the entire staff of Crew's Chevrolet. I was a return purchaser having bought 4 vehicles from the Crew's Chevrolet and the former Saturn dealership. Every experience was a good one and I anticipate there will be more in the future.

A little confusing on certain details. Multiple changes near the end of the process. But I took the truck as is, the transition went smoothly though. May have taken a good while to actually get the truck, but I was given a temporary in the mean time. Other than that, I think Crews Chevrolet was very organized and helpful. I will recommend others to buy from Crews!

After visiting the service department at Crews Chevrolet and having such a great experience with Jerry Hawkins as a service advisor, I decided that I would see how purchasing a vehicle from them would go. Well, let me tell you this, Frank Jordan made this the most pleasant and awesome buying experience I have ever had. This dealership goes out of its' way to assure that you are completely satisfied with the vehicle, the price, and the entire process. I have no trouble recommending them to anyone who will listen. I will never shop elsewhere!

Lauren convinced me on Crews before I ever walked on the lot. Dino found the perfect truck for me needs. Michelle made sure she understood my needs and went out of her way to find the financing that fit my budget and some specific needs I had. She asked great questions to understand my total needs not just the bottom line monthly payment then found the right financing to meet all my needs. Car buying is usually not a fun experience for me, but the Crews Team made it enjoyable and very rewarding.

I went into Crews looking for a 2013 Chevy Sonic. Ian came out to greet me, he was polite and kind and most of all very helpful. I found the car I was looking for in a matter of minutes. First of all let me start by saying that I couldn't be happier with my new Sonic! Secondly I would like to thank both Carrie Anne and Marc Bolling for all their assistance in getting me into this great vehicle. I would first like to thank Carrie Anne for her patience in all our internet/phone communications. She was very informative of all the options that were available to me through Crews Chevrolet as well as steering me into a vehicle that would satisfy my needs. Great job! Also, Marc was extremely helpful as a salesperson who worked very hard to get me an outstanding trade value for my '07 Jeep Liberty and informing me of all the great features of the Sonic that I purchased. He was extremely polite/courteous and got me into my new vehicle pretty quick, no waiting around! I like this approach because my time is very valuable to me and his professionalism made this transaction quick and painless! (Less than 90 minutes from arrival at Crews until I was driving away in my new vehicle) If I become aware of anyone looking to buy a new vehicle I will definitely refer them to Crews Chevrolet. The changes that Crews has made since they took over the facility have transformed a lackluster place to a state of the art showplace. Customer service is top notch. It is a pleasure to come in and have work done. And they are still at it - adding what appears to be a car wash and expanding the service department. I strolled through the show room - was greeted by several people with a very nice "hello" by some and "May I help you" by others as they introduced themselves. I felt right at home! They say "You've got a friend in the car business", and apparently they mean it.

Dino, my salesperson, was incredibly knowledgeable about his products. He listened to what I said about what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. From the minute I stepped on the lot until I left with a new truck was incredible customer service. The finance office called me back two days later and told me that they had an even better finance rate which saved me an additional $20 a month on my payments. Highly recommended!!!!!

Dino S. is a GREAT salesman. He really listens to what you want out of a vehicle and makes sure that he matches you up with the perfect match. Dino is extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot. He helped me purchase my husband a truck for his anniversary gift and I am very thankful for all his assistance.
