Bought a 2008 Avalanche and within 3 months this “excellent condition vehicle” required $8000 in repairs including new struts new AC motor new shocks new window motors and new ball joints. In the 2 years we have had this vehicle it has been in and out of the shop 5 more times after that initial repair. If you are looking for a used car, you should look almost anywhere else.

I have been coming to this dealership for the past two years. Every time the service department works on my vehicle to repair something or fix a recalled item, there will be damage to anything they touch. They do not care about your vehicle. Had a recall on a brake module. They didn't even know how to fix the recall. They ended up tearing fenders off and dash apart. Everything they took off ended up having scratches and ding marks. They did not tell me they did these damages. I had to confront them myself. They did the same thing to my tailgate. Still waiting on them to replace the pivot bolt they rounded out.

The whole process was great! I would recommend Matt if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He listened to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. He made it super easy! He is NOT a “typical car salesman”.

Have bought an suv there recently and had a couple services done, one on that vehicle and one on my wife’s Cadillac. Their prices were pretty good on the services we had done. They were very quick and very friendly.
