We went by the Criswell Dodge dealership and happened to walk by the Chevy 3500. I decided to try it before buying the Dodge. That's when I met Clay Kennedy. He provided the most laid back, least pressure car buying experience ever! It was the best vehicle buying experience I've had by far and I can't recommend Clay and the Criswell Chevy team highly enough.

Very easy and convenient. Dustin was great to deal with. The finance manager was great as well. I loved the ease of the technology of signing everything digitally. Love my new vehicle! I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family.

Kurt was professional, courteous, and mindful of my time. He was able to answer all the questions that I had and multi-tasked during the purchase process in order to allow me to complete the process in a reasonable amount of time. Great working with him!

We have no problem with the service work that was done on our vehicle. What we do have a problem with is…..we were not informed prior to paying our bill that there is a 3% service charge for using a credit card. Sadie Finneyfrock called to let us know our vehicle was finished and she was finalizing our bill. When we went to the cashier I got out my credit card, he asked me if anyone had told me about the 3% service charge. I told him no one had informed us. He said unfortunately he was the one who usually had to inform the customers. He asked me if I had a debit card or check. I had neither with me so my only option was to use my credit card. If we had known about the policy before we left home we would have brought a check. Our bill was $648.23 which we incurred $19.45 in service fees. We were not happy!! We feel the dealership should have sent out an email or mailing to inform loyal customers about their change in policy. Sadie should definitely inform her customers! We had our last service in February 2021, so this policy is fairly new. Informing customers of a change in payment policy prior to coming to the dealership should be top priority!!!
