Excellent service and fabulous car buying experience. Internet Sales MGR Bill contacted me within 5 hours of an overnight email and was walking to me with the keys as I pulled onto the lot. He set me up with Craig who was a great salesman that listened to me and was not pressuring me at all. Craig took me paperwork along with my criteria to Geoge who presented me with a great deal in record time. Finally Tommy, a great finance MGR got me an even better deal than we first thought possible. I have purchased 5 vehicles now from Crossroads and it is the experiences like this that keep me coming back.

John Hood was my service advisor. I would like to thank them all, for the roles they all played in getting my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired with a factory remanufactured engine and a new factory transmission. I certainly wish to extend my appreciation to the service technician(s) that worked on her.It was a huge investment in parts and labor expense for me to get that done. As time goes on, I believe it will have been a wise investment. The Caravan has 176,000 miles on it is fully loaded otherwise and to have gotten any type of comparable Caravan would have cost a lot more and would still have quite a few miles on it.If they all had not agreed on beating the engine and transmission price, and had a very fair labor expense on the whole thing, I probably would have had to gambled on a used engine and transmission installed by some shop with no warranty. Plus, they allowed me the free use of a loaner vehicle while it was all being done, that was awesome!Thank you from my family and I. Douglas Flinn

Yesterday 6-1-15 i took my vehicle to crossroads service department to get it inspected. While they were checking my vehicle out they had to take the tires off to check the breaks. They forgot to tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires and we didn't notice the problem until the next day when my fiance was driving it on the interstate. I'm so glad we caught it in time could have caused major damage to my vehicle or seriously injured or killed us. They need to come up with some kind of buddy system when working on people's cars before someone gets hurt and they get a hefty law suit on them. We felt with Alan Mansfield he is the service advisor he was very helpful and concerned about it. He was not the reason for the problem. We don't know the mechanic that was actually working on it.

I and family members have bought a lot of cars from this and the previous dealership when it was in Petersburg. All the people there have always been professional and personable. They don't push to make a sale. Prices are always decent. I have known Arnold for several years and he has been a friend. He explains everything about the car you are interested in buying and makes you feel that you will still be a friend even if you do not make a deal. Great follow-up. Service has always been great. The whole staff is great. I always recommend them to my friends. Keep up the good work!

I bought a 2015 Ram 1500... I was really leaning more towards the Ford when I got there. But Scott Reyes walked me through all the trucks features, pros of purchasing this Ram, not only because it was a great vehicle... but why it would be smart to buy it from that dealership. It was by FAR the easiest purchase I've ever done and I have bought many cars! Very simple and professional. Scott was super courteous at all times, answered all my questions quickly... And if he didn't know them he found out and got back with me ASAP. The management there was awesome also... including the parts department, the financing guy, and the service department (which installed my bed liner)... I bought a Town & Country from Mario Jones in 2012 as a 2nd vehicle for my family. I was very impressed with his excellent customer service and knowledge. I drove my van out of the lot with confidence that I made the right choice because Mario was amazing with answering all the questiosn we had. He stayed in touch and checked in every so often to see how the vehicle fit our family. Earlier this month, I was in the market to to replace my 1st car and immediately contacted Mario. I searched the internet for a 2011 Chevy Tahoe with low mileage and a good price. I did look at one that was roughly 103 miles away from me but then on cars.com I saw that Crossroads had what I was looking for and it was closer. The only thing I didn't like about it was the color (white) but hey, you get what you get when you buy used. Russ, the internet manager was great, he turned me over to Frank. He made car buying hassle free. I got what I wanted for my trade in and we agreed on the final price and, well, the rest was history as they say. The rest of the staff that I dealt with also good. A friend and I went out just looking at and pricing new vehicles and I drove away in a 2015 Jeep Patriot!! Russ meet us at the door with a friendly smile and escorted us around while we selected a car to test drive. Russ then introduced us to Scott who brought around a Jeep Cherokee to test drive, a very nice car but a bit more car than I was looking for. I had seen a Jeep Patriot in the lot and it was the color of my current vehicle which I liked so we took it for a test drive and I liked how the car drove. While in the showroom I saw a deep cherry red Patriot and fell in love,(red not my usual car color) and thought this is the car for me. Scott and Russ worked hard to get me the car price I wanted with payments I liked. Scott was so helpful in introducing me to the sweet options the car has and taking the time to help me pair my phone with the car. LOVE my new Jeep Patriot! Thanks Scott and Russ.

As a first time buyer, and after a few days of exchanging emails with Scott Reyes, my wife and I setup an appointment to come down to the Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership where Scott was a customer service rep.. We had told him our wishes in a new vehicle and wanted to look at a particular one they offered for sale (a color we liked). When we pulled up at the dealership, Scott was walking out the door and met us as we exited our vehicle. After exchanging pleasantries, Scott told us about a 2012 Dodge Challenger that had just arrived the night before, had been cleaned and serviced but hadn't even had the sticker price established or placed on the vehicle yet. Although, we had told Scott we were interested in a newer model, Scott felt that what we wanted in a car was everything that this vehicle had on it. My wife had noticed a yellow and black Challenger sitting next to the doors when we drove up and had commented that she thought it was a really pretty car. Low and behold, that was the car that Scott escorted us to. She was a beauty, everything we wanted on a car, a hemi, navigation, sunroof, voice activation and much more. My wife then test drove it with Scott and when she came back, all she said to me was I want it. We never did look at another car. Scott then as a true professional, made it happen.. Everything flowed like clock work after the test drive and within a few hours my wife and were on our way home in our new (to us) 2012 Striker Yellow Dodge Challenger R/T Classic 5.7L Hemi (less than 4000 original miles) and she couldn't have been happier! Me either!Bottom line is, Scott could have sold us a newer car, which may not have been exactly what we wanted. However, he was more interested in selling us the kind of vehicle we wanted rather than just a new one.. He had the insight to have a slightly older model car (a 2012) with everything we wanted ready and waiting for us. Again, Thank you Scott and thanks to all the other folks that assisted us that day at Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Stopped in to check out a truck I saw on their website. Craig came out to talk to us and it just got better from that point on. He was easy to talk to and very detailed about all of the features on the Ram. We didn't have to play the "Let me go talk to my manager game" that I can't stand. He brought the manager over and we got the numbers right in no time. Nothing hidden and no surprises when we signed. Laurence made the paperwork a breeze. I went to look at a new Charger to possibly upgrade from my Camaro SS. I told Scott what I was looking at & he showed me the 2014 Charger RT Road & Track. After the test drive and showing all the "luxury" features that the Charger offers that the Camaro doesn't I was sold. Scott then helped me go from "just looking" to "owning" a new Charger. I ended up "keeping" Scott & Laurence at the dealership well past closing time but it did not seem to bother them in the least. Their main goal seemed to be to make me happy & IT WORKED!!! I went to this dealership not thinking it was possible to get the terms and price I wanted on the vehicle I had been looking at for quite a while. I met Mario Jones, the sales representative, and he was a very laid back, no-pressure professional. I told him up-front that I did not think it were possible to get the vehicle I wanted within the terms I envisioned. I told him that I did not to waste his time. He brushed it off and said not a waste of time at all, lets take a look. He worked with me for a period of several hours to get me the appraisal I needed on my trade in, and then to get the terms I needed to make the purchase of a new 2014 Ram 4X4 possible. Once we came to an agreement on the terms, I met Tommy Farley, who brought it come together with the financing. He advised me of the importance of GAP insurance, which I had totally not even considered, and in the end, I felt confident that I had made the right decisions on the right vehicle, with the right team of professionals from Crossroads Dodge. All employees, especially Thomas Willcox, were very professional which in turn made my shopping experience great. If I had anything that I was disappointed in, it would be only one electronic key came with the car. I will have to purchase another, but it would be nice to get some kind of discount due to the high cost (200+ dollars). The other would be no owners manual. They covered everything with me, but it was a lot to take in, and I did not know there wasn't one in the car until the next day. The bottom line is. When I purchase another vehicle. We were there just to look at the sports cars. My dream car has always been the 1969 Challenger. I love the body style. The guys at Cross Roads made that dream come true with a 2014 Challenger. They were wonderful in all aspects.

I went in to trade a leased vehicle. Initially I started at the Ford dealership but couldn't find a vehicle that worked for us. They then referred me to Steven Diaz next door. I told them what I wanted to pay and they came back with an offer that meet my criteria the first time. I did not even have to haggle which is rare for me. I have purchased numerous vehicles here and will NEVER go anywhere else. Tommy was an awesome guy and explained the paperwork well. He made things very easy. The only room I see for improvement is that you cannot truly shop at both crossroad locations at the same time. Everything but used cars is seperate. This however may not be able to be changed. If you are looking for a new vehicle you are wasting your time going anywhere else......really.

Anthony was great. My meetings with Laurence were concise and to the point, handled well. In the end Laurence had to "fight" for me with my bank - which sealed the deal. So my "human" dealings were very good. The car buying experience is just frustrating. Perhaps I should have gone in "more prepared" but I hate the haggle. IF I had more time in my life, I most likely would have sold my car to Car Max and come with money instead of a trade in. I know that the objective is for the dealer to make money, but the 90 minutes of back and forth haggle stinks! I didn't get all that I wanted, which was disappointing, but I wasn't prepared enough to be strong in the haggle! I know, know that my trade in was LOW. But again I was not prepared well enough and am short on time. I AM VERY satisfied with my new Jeep Wrangler. It is my BMW!!!

My family and I visited the dealership in hopes of finding the perfect vehicle to meet our needs and budget and Bruce helped us accomplish that! My wife went to Crossroads Jeep just "to look" at new vehicles on a Saturday morning. Thomas Wilcox helped her and was very informative and pleasant. At home later, she talked me into going back to "just look" and 4 hours later we were owners of a new Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. The vehicle is outstanding on its own merit but the customer service we received was the frosting on the cake! Thomas, Stephen, and Laurence were helpful and informative and best of all, anticipated our questions or concerns before us. In the end, this was the smoothest vehicle purchase we have ever made! Stopped in to check on pricing of new RAM 2500. Bob was extremely helpful and told me they had a low mileage used 2012 RAM 2500 which I ultimately purchased. Throughout the entire process Bob was extremely helpful and worked with me and my wife to complete the purchase. He was quite knowledgeable about the vehicle, took his time explaining everything to me and ultimately worked with my wife in the purchase process. Had a very pleasant experience in the new purchase of my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. Ever since we discovered Crossroads in June of 2012, when we purchased a new Jeep Compass from Steve Venema, we have been returning for the excellent service on that car, as well as our other Jeep Grand Cherokee and Ford F 150 truck. Even though the dealership is 40 minutes from our home in Bon Air, VA, it has been well worth the ride to receive the reliable and reasonably priced repairs and expert maintenance. Then this week we decided to purchase another new Jeep, and there was no question who to call - Steve Venema. This gentleman is a real pleasure to deal with. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable about cars in general and Chrysler products in particular, Steve is one who really does look out for the concerns of the buyer. On November 13th my wife and I visited Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I went to the dealership to inquire about tradeing in my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 for a newer model. Upon arrival I was greeted by one of your sales man, Anthony Hazelwood. Mr. Hazelwood was very knowledgeable in the automobiles on your lot. I really appericated the large variety of new and used vehicles. When I entered the showroom, I noticed how imculate the showroom is. All the salesman and staff spoke and were very friendly. Mr. Hazelwood offered us refeshments during the application process. I returned the following day for delivery of my new Dodge Ram 1500. Finacing and document signing were quick, complete, and as I discussed the previous day. I was than for a second time taken on a tour of the great facilites there, to include the servicing area. Delivery of my truck was a great experiance. The truck was thouroghly clean and my Truck looked spectacular. Mr. Hazelwood went over the operations of the vehicle prior to me leaving. Buying a car is one task I dread because of overbearing car salesman. I have to say this is the BEST experience my husband and I have ever had. We got one of the best deals on a car in the state of VA. We dealt with Thomas online and came in just sign our paperwork. The process couldn't have been easier! We appreciate the way they took into consideration being time conscious because of our 2 year old. The dealership does have a very cool kids room with a climbing wall that helped keep my child pre-occupied (and the fresh popped popcorn didn't hurt!). We would most definitely buy another car from them again!

27 OCT 2013 : Mr. Stephen was very professional and allowed me to test drive several vehicles before and also offered more realistic selections for me by day's end. He allowed me to go home and think about it for the weekend. Once I provided him with another round of vehicles that I would consider; his response was immediate- with a YES to any of them. He was professional yet personal. Great knowledge of the several vehicles we test drove and looked into. I had started working with another dealership in the area but they didn't have the car I wanted and offered to DX it. I went to Crossroads to look at the car and Steven Diaz came out to greet me. He worked for well over an hour with me even knowing he would not make a dime and after I left I was actually sad. After a week of working with the other dealership, I came back to Crossroads to ask Steven what he could do for me. Am I ever GLAD I did. The soft sell was appreciated, the deal was better, and I just can't say enough on the overall experience of buying from Crossroads. Steven is the best salesman I have ever worked with in over 30 years of buying cars. Tommy Farley stepped up to the plate to make sure the deal happened. The overall experience is a total 5 stars and more. Thank you Steven and Tommy for helping me out of a very difficult situation and making me a very happy Challenger owner again. P.S. I may not have needed the Harmon stereo system but I am I love with the clarity of sound and I sell music for a living! The grandson was impressed with the bass and remarked how lucky I was to be able to keep track of the NFL all the time. Big kudos to the Grandma. He had that system thumping in 10 seconds!

I have been in the fort lee area for about 4 months now and have already bought 2 vehicles from crossroads dodge and Steven Diaz has worked with me both times and I have received great treatment both times I will continue to use them as long as I am in the area. My only complaint would be with Regions Bank they did not make any contact with me until I had to come into the dealership and find out who exactly I had my loan thru and when I contacted them they informed me I was already 15 days late on the first payment when I asked why they had not contacted me the said it was a computer error I know its out of the dealers hands but they still took the time to assist me in contacting the bank to get the info I needed to make my payment.

He offered opinions, was not forceful, and did not say a peep with regard to my back and forth from model to model or taking me next door to the Ford dealer to check out and compare an Explorer. I walked into the Crossroads Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership thinking I wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. After talking with Steve Venema and discussing my actual usage, needs, budget, etc., I am a very happy owner of a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited MOAB (special edition Sahara - sporting a cool MOPAR package). His knowledge really impressed me and I decided I didn't want shop anywhere else. While researching vehicles online, I came across a Challenger that caught my eye at Crossroads. I emailed for more information and was very surprised to have a response within a short period of time. Thomas Wilcox and I emailed back and forth for about a day. I ended up setting an appointment to test drive this car and possibly a couple other models. My timing for the test drive was not great as Thomas was in the process of delivering a new vehicle to another couple. Thomas graciously handed me off to Craig Woodlief. Craig was awesome to work with as well, no pressure, just honest conversations about the car. Neither Thomas nor Craig had to sell me on the Challenger. The short trip around the lot and I was already in LOVE with this car. The whole process was great. Tommy - fastest talking southerner I've ever met was great finalizing the paperwork. Great Experience, Great Product, and Great Cast - I will be back!!

I had been in contact with Mr. Diaz when I was looking for a Wrangler about 3 months ago. He did an extensive search to find exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific in what I wanted and I greatly appreciated that he did not push other options on me just to get a sale. I had made up my mind to buy a 2014 Wrangler and Mr. Diaz kept me updated as to when I could order. When my husband and I were in town this past weekend we decided just to swing by in case any used cars had come in. To my surprise one had and I bought it. The staff, most specifically Mr. Diaz and Mr. McDonald, made my buying experience a great one. I get stressed very easily when making big purchases and they helped make it more of an enjoyable and entertaining experience since we all seemed to be laughing constantly. I had one issue with a leak the day after I bought it and my husband took it back to the dealership Monday and they immediately put it ahead of the other cars to get it looked at and I havent had a problem yet...knock on wood. Working with Laurence was also a good experience as he made the financial part far more understanding then expected. I called my insurance on Wednesday to make sure everything was good to go because I know businesses get busy and they may have forgotten to call my insurance but I was glad to hear they did call and everything was good. Hands down I would recommend this dealership to anyone and especially Mr. Diaz!

Both Craig Woodleaf and Jay Mcdonald gave us excellent service. When test driving the car, Craig spent extra time with me explaining the different features of the new Chrysler, allowing me to become comfortable with the car. I won my Jeep by playing the Virginia Lottery. It was a $5 Scratch Ticket. I had my choice of any Jeep dealership to use for the order of my Jeep Rubicon. I chose Crossroads because I am a delegate in the Virginia General Assembly and Crossroads is in my district and they are only about 4 miles from my home. Everyone there from the time I walked in the door was there to help. They were very polite and sincere in offering their help. Steve Venema could not have been more accomidating in trying to help me find the vehicle I wanted. The closest Jeep that had what I was looking for was more than 600 miles away. So we decided to order the Jeep. Steve kept me informed the whole time of the progress. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable salesman. He tuned into what I was looking for in the different car packages. I had just had surgery and was not released from my doctor. He test drove with me the 2013 Dodge Dart, limited in red and I fell in love. We drove to my house and he looked at my trade in and went back to the store and started the paper work. He drove me back to my house and picked truck. All I could do was sitt in my brand new shiny car for almost 3 weeks. Steve is a wonderland asset to your company.

I was very pleased with the service that I received at this dealership. Stephen was very knowledgeable about the history of Chrysler and he went above and beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered and that we were pleased. I was impressed with the extensive information that he knew concerning the car that we choose. Thomas was excellent also, his calming demeanor and casual conversation helped ease the long wait that is expected when waiting on financing. He was also very knowledgeable about the industry. Jay McDonald was very professional and straight forward in explaining the finance options that were available. He worked very hard to get us the best deal that was available. Tommy was thorough and ensured that all questions were answered and all paperwork was filled out completely. He was accurate and it did not take long to complete the process. The building was designed for customer comfort and that in itself was appreciated!!! There were snacks, water and coffee. There was a children's playroom with SpongeBob Square pants. I was even able to watch one of my favorite programs on the cable TV that was set up in the waiting room. I am very impressed with this dealership and I am already preparing my son, who just joined the military, to buy his first car at this dealership with these salesmen. I think that I have found my primary place to purchase my vehicles.

I went into the dealership to get an oil change and drove out in a brand new Dodge Journey Crew! I was just killing time while my 2009 Dodge Journey was being serviced, so I dropped into the sales floor. That is where I met Steven Diaz, and we had a great time looking at 2013 Journeys. Steven was so polite, soft spoken, honest and friendly that I felt so at ease throughout the whole process. After weeks of browsing the web to select my car options, I half settled on a few. Against colleague insistence, that imports were best, I settled on The Chrysler 200S as a fore runner. Apprehensive, I stole an hour to go see at Crossroads (hoping theyd be closed and I wouldnt have to deal with a sales person). They were open but I got lucky; Stephen Venema was friendly low pressure yet knowledgeable and informative. I immediately loved the showroom model but wanted to make sure the price, features and reliability were my best options. Stephen was meticulous with follow-up & not annoying (Im normally salespersons and mechanic averse), he patiently supported me through the decision process and my hundred questions and reservations. The whole process was easy. Crossroads is a state of the art, somewhat imposing, showroom but the sales experience was facilitative and low pressure. A great experience & I love my car.

I visited Crossroads Chrysler on the morning of November 3, 2011 (I came for the winter months (4) from Chicago). I rented a car for my trip. My Dad had already looked for a car for me at Crossroads and had made contact with Scott Reyes. I saw a car, 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited Edition that I really liked, therefore, proceeded to purchase, filling out paperwork, etc. The staff was very attentive during my time of waiting for processing, signing, etc., making sure I was comfortable with snacks, beverages and service (everything was clean and in order) By the afternoon, I had purchase my beautiful car. I kept in touch with Scott and visited there a for a couple of oil changes, balance tires, overall checkup of my car and car washes. When I went in for a third oil change, I saw Scott, selling cars, of course. We talked and he gave me a great deal on a WHITE 2013 Chrysler 200 S, that had more features than my 2012! I said I'll look at it, but not right now. He was very polite and said if you want to wait a little longer, that's fine. Well, I kept looking at the white 200 and all of its features, I was thinking about it and thought "why not now." Well, by the evening time, I was driving away with my White 2013 Chrysler 200 S! I love my car, its great on gas, lots of comfortable room, rides beautifully and I love it! Scott and the staff at Crossroads are friendly, experience, kindhearted, great to deal with when making these kinds of purchases. After living in another state and coming here for a few months, I don't believe I would have been able to purchase a car anywhere else after being in town for 24 hours! I have test drove many vehicles with several different salesmen and no one has matched the sheer knowledge Stephen posses. Every question I could think of was answered immediately. Arriving at the dealership, it looked busy and I was concerned about the level of service I might receive. After meeting Stephen Venema and beginning discussions, it was apparent that he was focused on customer satisfaction and really helped explore what is important in my purchase to make sure that what I chose matched my needs. Once the purchase decision was made Stephen was able to get things moving and despite the crowd, he was thorough and stayed engaged. I am also very appreciative that he was able to help set time expectations for the process. Even though it took around 3 hours to get the paperwork, it did not seem that long due to his attention and great personality. Stephen Venema greeted us right away. One thing that impressed me was that he knew his stock without having to consult a "cheat sheet"! He was polite to a fault! We asked about a couple vehicles and decided that they were'nt what we were really looking for, so we asked Stephen about the Dodge Journey. We knew a bit about the Journey as our son owns one. He replied that they in fact did have a few new Journey's in inventory, and gave us some baseline figures afterr we told hime what our credit union had pre-qualified us for. That figure put us in a sweet pre=owned Dodge Journey that now sits in our drive-way! Stephen sat with us the whole way, helped us fill out all paper work, put the neww tags on our car, got my husband coffee. He is just a super person in my opion...if he had been pushy or not known his inventory, we would have walked away because truly we had only stopped to look!Larry was a hoot! he was able to chat, tell a joke all the while he was pulling form to be signed out of his printer! He explained things very clearly. He definitely made the paperwork aspect of car buying as painless as possible.I will most definetly send everyone we know that is looking for a vehicle to Stephen and Crossroads!

Anthony was very knowledgeable with the Jeep Compass I purchased, which was really nice as he helped me with all the control settings. He was also very thorough in showing me the features of the vehicle. The only disappointment I had was the fact that in cleaning a vehicle, it is washed, vacuumed and windshield cleaned. Nothing on the inside had been wiped down and was very dirty when running hand over it. I was told that they do not do a wipe down of the inside. Seems to me you would want to sell a completely cleaned and good looking vehicle.

I went into the service department and had an issue but, the General Manager was VERY quick (like 15 minutes) to contact me and resolve the issue. I was very satisfied with the resolution of my problem. I even bought a new vehicle from them. Very friendly and very eager to make sure it is a good experience. I did not feel any pressure to buy like other dealers. They actually made it feel like they were there to help me. In fact, I might go trade in my truck for a new one soon too.

I would rate Mr. Luck as a 5, was responsive and knowlwegable. As for thyw overall cuatomer service I can only rate the service as a 3. The value for my traid in was much lower that expected, and the review of the vehicle was highely critical. Due to the need to purchase the car by the end of December forced the purchasae with the low traid in value.The car has had no problems and I like the vehicle.The parts department is less that satisfactory. We were in the process of updating an older vehicle for a newer model. Preferably 2009 or 2010. Purchased a used 2012 and wish we had had more time to view and or search their inventory. Pleased with vihicle purchased, but wished the focus was not on the monthly payment, but would have included the purchase price as well. Staff was freindly and considerate. We would recommend this dealer and would visit them again when the opportunity for a newer vehicle is needed.

My overall experience was simply "wonderful". I heard about Mario Jones from my co-workers. They talked about him being very impressive. Mario was very helpful on the phone in trying to assist me with information on the used car inventory. Unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership he was out sick. If my rental car didnt have to be returned so soon I would have waited for him to return to work. Andy Luck was already outside eagerly awaiting a customer when I arrived. Andy was awesome in helping me through the entire process. He explained every feature (sometimes twice)and answered all my concerns. Tommy Farley was very quick and efficient in finalizing all the paper work. He was very patient with my bank when they were moving slowly on clearing up a small issue. CROSSROADS CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE has so many selections(new and used)it is definitely the place to go when you need a vehicle.

I went to the dealership and was looking for a certain vehicle. When I went into the dealership, everyone was very friendly. My salesperson did not tell me much about the vehicle. I found out more about it once I signed the papers then before. He wouldn't stay to the talk about the vehicle and would only stay at the table long enough to do the paperwork then leave for an extended amount of time. I never had the chance to negotiate a price because I would become frustrated from waiting for really nothing. Half the time he would come and say it'll be a couple more minutes and just leave. I didn't really know what I was waiting for. I was told a trade in price for my car and found I got $500 less after I got home and did the figuring on my own. This was my first buying experience at a car dealership and was very dissatisfied with having a person that wasn't honest with me, didn't give me much information about the vehicle itself and being abandoned half the time. I have been on buying experiences with other people and have NEVER seen this before. Not to mention, my insurance wasn't even put on my policy and he told the insurance company that I wasn't taking any vehicles off(as previously stated I was given $500 less on a trade in). I was paying for insurance on a vehicle that was signed over to Crossroads. If you get this guy, pay attention to the prices you save and what he says to make sure they add up before you buy. Also, make sure you check your insurance the day after you buy no matter what he says. I saved very little and wish I would've left when I started feeling like I was being taken advantage of. The only thing that keep me there was the car itself.

I chose this dealership because of its location but once I was there and began interacting with the employees, I felt very welcomed and appreciated their patience. This is how a car dealership is suppose to treat customers. They made me feel as if what I wanted was the most important thing to them. Even with my weak credit score, they still made it happen. The price was fair and I expected the interest rate to be a bit steep so, I don't blame the dealership for that. All and all, I recommend Cross Road as the best car dealership for central VA.

We shopped around for seveal months looking for the right vehicle. I found the one we wanted on-line and contacted the dealership. It was early in the week so I couldn't get until the weekend. Andy invited my wife in without me for a test drive. Gave her all of the info he thought would help her until we were able to get in together. Andy was very respectful and never to overwhelming. He had the vehicle waiting for us when we got there both times. We test drove it twice because we couldnt decide. We told Andy what we wanted to spend and how much we were willing to pay and he and his finance managers worked it out. This was a great experience and I have Andy looking for another vehicle as we speak. Thanks to the top notch team at Crossroads Chrystler Jeep Dodge.

Me and my wife always pass by the dealership. We wanted a car that was new and dependable. You hear all the time after you leave a car dealer that they were not honest and not being professional. The only thing that we wanted was a sales representative to be straight up and tell it like it is and help us get what we wanted. Stephen Venema was that sales representative, who helped us in what we were looking for and did everything that he could to help us out to get the car that we wanted. My initial visit was to the service department for repairs. The service provided by Lionel exceeded my expectations. I had not seen him for quite some time, yet he greated me in his normal friendly and courteous manner. He made me feel very welcome. He processed my service request with efficiency and courtessy as he determined my needs. He kept me informed of the status of the work as it progressed. Once I determined that repair was not my option, Lionel offered assistance in meeting with the sales staff. He followed up to see that I was being taken well care of as if I was his responsibility. In the sales department I was introduced to Andy Luck. Andy discussed my desires and needs in a no pressure relaxed. He explained different options for my purchase. Andy answered all my questions and provided me pertinent information that I had not addressed. He coordinated with the financing staff and the vehicle prep staff to assure I received quality service.Tommy Farley handled my sales and finacing paperwork. He reviewed options for financingto fit my budget. After reviewing avenues for financing, he discovered a new financial provider that gave me a better rate. He called me and initiated the paperwork for that provider. This gave me a substantial savings. This etxra mile for the customer is one of the things that sets this dealership above others.

I didn't intend to "buy" a car!! I was just cruzing the lot looking at all the pretty cars out there. As I drove by the front entrance of the dealership, a young man was standing out front...like he was waiting for me! I parked, and he approaches and asks, "What can I show you today?" "Can I see a Chrysler 200"?...was my response. He was friendly and knowledgable and listened to my questions and concerns. I stopped by the Cross Roads dealership on my birthday to test drive the 2011 Chrysler 300. I have been meaning to test drive it for a while. Steven Diaz was the salesman on sight when I arrived and I told him that I had spoken to two other salesman about this car, unfortunately at the time I could not remember their names. So since I was already talking with Steven, I told him what my intentions were as far as test driving. He wasted no time in allowing me and my wife to test drive the car and was very detailed with all of the features of the car. It was a good thing that we met him at the dealership. After the test drive he asked for our information just to keep touch and we also spoke with his manager (Jay McDonald). Their professionalism and sincere approach to us entertaining the idea of a new vehicle is what led me to see what they could do for me and my wife. They were not pushy or demanding, everything was about what we wanted and was comfortable with. Needless to say....we traded in her 2009 Mazda 6 for the 2011 Chrysler 300. This was the second time we have done business with Cross Roads. The first experience with Frank was great in 2009 and our second experience with Steven Diaz and Jay McDonald was just as great in 2011.

We purchased a Dodge Caliber from Scott in 12/2010 and a Chrysler 200 from Anthony in 5/2011. Both of them were very helpful and patient as they tried to meet our special needs for car features. We are very pleased with both vehicles which are well-designed and easy to operate ... especially for someone with limited hand strength/dexterity and arm strength/range of motion. We have always found Chrysler products to be superior for us as we shopped around and tried out other makes. We have also had a lot of positive comments on the appearance of the Chrysler 200. Even though it is similar in size and general appearance to other makes, it does stand out with its various trim details and the beautiful metalic blue color. One other thing we like about CrossRoads is their sponsoring Christian messages on local TV on special days. It takes a great deal of faith and courgage to do that in this day and time.

I was attending Fort Lee for an Army school. I had no intention of buying a new truck while I was there. I have always been interested in the SRT series of vehicles. Everyday on the way to the base I drive by Crossroads and of course I do what every guy does, stare at all the new trucks. One morning I saw my new truck, a Ram SRT10. I stopped in after work and I was approached by a salesman. He didnt pressure me into anything but he really didnt have to. He made me feel comfortable while I figured out if I really needed it or not. Would I buy from them again. Absolutely! I thank you Andy for your help and expertise.

I brought in two vehicles for review in the hopes of trading for a new or used vehicle. The price quotes I received for the combo of two used vehicles were very fair and I was extremely happy. Then, after finding the vehicle of my choice (jeep compass, 2011) I was shocked at the superb price reduction by the dealership in combination w/my trades! I walked out the same day with my new jeep compass - purchasing the vehicle for under $7,000! This was an extremely easy purchase and I was impressed by the staff - they were professional at all times. I especially want to recommend Bill Stone - he is honest, easy to talk with and he is not pushy. Plus, he's retired military and has great integrity. We had purchased a 2010 Kia which was totaled in accident. my husband went there jusy to look and see what they had to offer. because of all the paper work with the accident Andy & Jay went above and beyond to help get us in another new vehicle. Great customer service...no BS, just knowledgable straight forward service. Sales agent had great patience in the 100+ degree parking lot (we had a lot of questions). Management expedited the sales agreement, a seemless transaction with detailed finance information, and a fair market trade-in value on my trade. I have bought and sold many vehicles, it was nice to have a no pressure transaction from a staff that was professional, courteous and efficient. Additionally, our sales rep was a jeep owner (that should be a prereqisite for a dealership). And our Jeep is awesome!

My husband and I have purchased 6 vehicles from Crossroads Dodge. Dealing with our salesman, Stephen Diaz, is wonderful because he knows the information on the cars we are interested in buying. We have purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger, a 2009 Calipher which we traded in for a 2008 Magnum, a 2010 Challenger which we later traded in for a newer 2010 Challenger and we purchased a 2009 Dodge Van for our daughter. The parts department is veryhelpful if you want to order extras for your car, they give you the best deal they can to compete with going online to purchase theparts you want.Dealing with Josh Fogg in the service department is always a pleasure. If I call for an oil change or to have something added toour vehicles he always fits us into the daily schedule if at all possible. If you need a ride to work they will see that you get back toyour office. I know that I can trust his decision if something needs to be done to our vehicles, he will not recommend anything notneeded.I can honestly say that going to Crossroads to see the new cars and trucks is great because you are not pressured if you just wantto look around, when you are ready a reliable sales person will help you with you purchase.
