I've left positive reviews in the past, but now feel compelled to delete them. Service quality has seriously declined since moving into the fancy new building. Please inform customers about swollen lugs so they're not stranded without being able to change a flat tire. I've tried to stay loyal, but I'm going to Cooper Ford from now on.

I bought our first used Ford Fiesta from them last year with an excellent customer service with this team. Today I did my first service of my Ford and it was an excellent experience. The staff accommodated me for same day serve, the waiting room was great specially for my 4 year old who love to play in their play area. I have a 2016 MKX, was driving down 15-501 going north and going around the traffic circle it slowed down and then totally stopped. Some young people helped direct traffic around me. After a few minutes I was able to start the car again and get onto 15-501 exist, then the car did it againAnd got the car on the side of the road. It totally stopped wouldn't go. Called Crossroad Ford sinceI was in town. They told me to call a 800 number. It took about 15 minutes to get someone then they said they would have someone call me. Still just a few minutes from Crossroads Ford. Cake Ford again asking for help. They sent someone out , before he got there I heard back from the 800 roadside assistance. They said it would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. When the Ford salesman got to me he was able to talk to someone in the service area and we drove the car in. The service area was great. Once Crossroad Ford personally helped everything went well. They had to replace the throttle box, which was making the car stop. It was very unnerving when the car would stop in traffic on it's own. The car was only six months old and it just was in for it's 5000 mile check-up.

I really wasn't planning on purchasing a vehicle at this time.. but something made me go online to take a better look at the ford escape.. i liked what i saw and filled out the get a quote on your trade in part of the online page... i hit send expecting a quote but got a call from a salesman instead.. I made an appointment with Bill and was very pleased.. Not only was Bill helpful in getting me the best vehicle for me but did everything he could to fit it into my budget... I was very pleased with the friendeliness of everyone at Crossroads Ford in So. Pines. Thanks Bill for putting me in an Escape i love and for helping me.. Once again, our Crossroads Ford Service Department has set a new bar for showing their customers "Love". We are always blown away by the character of all who work there. Every team member in every capacity displays Ford's integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all that they do values, not by chance those are the same core values that the US Air Force builds its Airmen on. Even in the sweltering heat during my visit, while I was able to escape to the air conditioning, the service staff and mechanics were battling the brutal temperatures. For the safety and well being of your dedicated team, I highly recommend facilitating a more temperature conscious work environment possibly through the strategic placement of large fans. On an episode of Undercover Boss I saw recently, the CEO was working in the loading docs in 100+ temperatures, because of that experience, he created a new policy to provide sports drinks to replenish electrolytes and cool their core temperatures, that small conscious act of kindness increased his workers well being and ultimately their productivity. Proving your commitment to your team will surely increase the commitment to your customers. For that we thank you. Josh in the service department is very customer oriented & professional. He calls to follow up on service which no one from Crossroads has done in the past. After the online review with Ford.com which was not favorable, The only service employees that were friendly was Josh and the Service Manager. This is NOT good. Every dealer needs a service department and if customer's don't feel comfortable; unfortunately they will take their business elsewhere. I was a long time customer with Bill Smith Ford and he made the customer feel important. I hope to have as good a relationship with Crossroads Ford.

We needed a 15 passenger van with dual rear wheels for safety of our passengers. Ford makes the only standard van and they are very scarce. Crossroads Ford found one at a dealer in Va. and traded another vehicle for the one we wanted, sent a staff member to deliver the exchange vehicle and get the one we wanted and delivered it very promptly.

As always it was a pleasure to get my oil changed !!! Evin was great and the cashier (of whom I always forget her name) was just as pleasant as ever !!! I wouldn't take my Ford anywhere else. I usually go early in the morning but I didn't make it there until 1:30 ish and the waiting room was packed so I thought I would have to wait a little longer but NOPE was done in what seemed like no time at all!!! My 2013 Lincoln MKS suddenly lost power as I was on my way home from visiting my mother. I had to pull onto the side of the road. After several attempts to restart, I called roadside service using the toll-free number provided in my owner manual. The car was towed to Crossroads Ford in Southern Pines NC (which is where I purchased it). This was on a Saturday and I was left without transportation. Fortunately I was near my home and my son picked me up. On Monday, I communicated with the service department staff who were able to give me a loaner vehicle, but I was also informed that the time of my receiving my car was unpredictable due to the business ahead of me. Sad but understandable. Good news! On Tuesday, I got a call that I could pick my car up; it had been repaired! The throttle had to be replaced,. Better news: I didn't have to pay for the repair! GOOD JOB GUYS!! I love Crossroads Ford Southern Pines!

The service was as expected. What I did notice was how much out of the way the service staff went for customers who were elderly. While I was there they check to see if an older lady's inspection was due (she could not remember). It was and they inspected the vehicle on the spot. Another gentleman needed a ride because he had to leave his vehicle but he also had to go to the pharmacy on the way. The staff gave him a ride to the Pharmacy and then home. This is why I come here. They go beyond what is expected but to them it is just part of the job.

I took my Mercury in for brake work. The staff, especially Evin in Service Department, is always friendly and helpful. The brakes were "bled", but that didn't fix the problem. A part had to be ordered, and I'll take the car back on Friday, Oct. 30, to get that put on. I got my appt. right away & it was completed on time as requested. Melisa, my rep. did an excellent job of tracking down the part needed and keeping me informed of the progress and completion time. However, I was not told about the "Tire Inflation" warning sign being on and what that meant. I found out later it meant that my right rear indicator needs to be replaced. That could have been work for your business had I known then and was informed of it. But, overall I was very satisfied with the service I received. I would recommend doing like many other dealerships and the AAMCO folks do by offering a vacuum of the interior upon completion of the service. I went to the dealership just looking for information, what I found was a place that I loved doing business with. the experience was great, there was only one hiccup....the license plates still have not come in and it has been over a month now. I have called several times and have been told that it will be taken care of but that is still to be seen. I am now told that Monday 21 Sept it will be taken care of. We will see. As always the service team was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had our Truck broken into, the keys were stolen and we need the locks rekeyed, and they knew how nervous we were about the possibility of a return visit from the criminals to steal the truck. They told us to bring the truck in right away and they would take care of it while we wait. Again this is a great team. We have been pleased and more than satisfied with this service team since we bought the truck 3 years ago.

Excellent customer service! The manager even price-matched for me to ensure the best deal and then turned in my Michelin rebate form so I didn't have to worry about it. I'll be bringing in my other vehicles from now on too!

I was particularly pleased with the service I received on August 11, 2015 because the problem I had been experiencing for two weeks with the Sirius radio vanished when I was within five minutes of the dealership. It was with great chagrin that I told Ann "You're not going to believe this but...". She talked with the mechanics and they decided to go ahead with an upgrade, much to my relief. The radio is working well and with luck will do so until the next time its software needs an upgrade. I bought my Focus hatchback two and a half years ago; it was my third Focus and we have also purchased a Mercury Mariner and a Masda Tribute from the dealership. I have been and remain pleased with the service department. Ann and Evan are always pleasant and helpful.

I was told when I called for a appointment for inspection that I did not need a appointment. When I dropped the car off the service man told me it would not take much time at all. I told him I would go to breakfast and pick the car up when I came back. I was probably gone about 30 or 40 mins. but when I came back the car was not finished and I had to wait another 20 minutes for it. It was o.k. but I thought it would be ready before that.

I brought my Ford Ranger Sport in for a full service and state inspection. I had made no appointment - I just took a chance on getting in and getting it done. The service tech told me, "No problem." An hour and a half later I was paying my very reasonable bill and leaving. The attendants were extremely friendly, very professional, and prompt. I will recommend them to all who inquire. Thank you for the service.

I have never had this vehicle serviced there before, but I decided to give it a try. I was notified that my batteries needed replacing and accepted the fee to replace. Everything was good although I just had my vehicle cleaned and I had to go home and wipe the grease of my truck. It wasnt cleaned up from dirty hands on the front hood.

Once I picked out a sliver 2015 Ford Mustang; Galo Biondi and his team started crunching numbers and gave me the best price on my trade in. I purchased my vehicle on June 4th and had a great experience. This was probably the best car buying experience I had ever had. My car began having trouble within the first 2 weeks. The throttle had to be replaced and was not under warranty. The gentleman in the service department was fantastic and I ended up not having to pay anything out of pocket. This was excellent customer service and showed you stand behind your product. Hopefully I will be able to begin to enjoy my car now that it is up and running.

Staff at Ford in Southern Pines, NC, followed through with warranty work. The final problem was a difficult to diagnose situation of mice/chipmunks gnawing on the wiring. Always courteous and explained things well.

Truely professional. Mack Parrish and his team of experts walked us through a great buying experience. True to his word, we got a better deal than any other Dealer could offer on the eastern United States. I took a truck to get repaired a simple thing that would only take 15 minutes to complete but they said it was gonna be a hour or so long and well when it was done it took them 30 mins max to be done with it and they charged me the full hour and on top of that when i got in the truck and drove away the belt started making the squeaky noise and before i went to get the thermostat installed the car was NOT making any noises but i don't recommend going Crossroads Ford Lincoln of Southern Pines i am not a happy customer because they over charge and do things to your vehicle to get you to come back to get it fixed so AVOID GOING HERE .

Found what I thought was a great deal on a used Lincold MKX. Sent in my info only to be called later and told their was a clerical mistake on the website and the car was actually a lot higher. I checked a couple of days later and this price was still on their website. Sounds to me like this is a gimmick to give them your info so they can just blame it on a mistake. BAD BUSINESS!

There was a recall on parts for my expodition. I took it there, and set an appointment for a week later to assure that parts would be there. I take it a week later to the appointment to sit for an hour and wait all to find out they hadn't even ordered the parts. Then I was told they would contact me when the parts arrive. What was the point in the appointment? Why was I made to sit for an hour and then told there were No parts? Customer service is terrible. I would NOT recommend this place to any one! Get together"
