Everyone at Crossroads is always cheerful, friendly, professional and helpful. The service is always stellar and we always appreciate any extras like a car wash and the waiting room amenities. Before Crossroads, the only dealers I had experienced who had great service were non-U.S. brand dealers like Honda and Toyota. My husband is a staunch Ford fan, so I am especially happy that Crossroads Ford treats us right. I do want to say, however that even though we have not bought a new Ford for a couple of years, the buying process always takes too long - usually a whole day, so I rated the buying process as one star instead of N/A.

The Ford Fiesta is my family's fourth purchase from Crossroads. The staff worked together to make sure we were comfortable and happy ... from the hospitality shown when we walked in the door to showing us where the coffee was located. Mr. Will Nichols has always made sure to greet us and make sure we were being taken care of - which is awesome for a General Manager to do. Our salesperson was courteous, knowledgeable and worked with what we had. He kept us hopeful throughout the entire process. This purchase was special, because it was for our youngest daughter, who is going into her 3rd year of college. I had my 2007 F-150 inspected. There was a problem with a front wheel bearing, but I had replaced it in June 0f 2015 so it was replaced again with no charge. I was very pleased with the way things were handled.

I bought XL 4x4 F-150 Crewcab ... just the truck I was looking for. I came in and had the window sticker of the truck I had been looking at for a couple of days on the www.fordpartners.com site. The sales staff was very busy and was very helpful in helping making up my decision before, during, and after the test drive of the truck. The buying process is a little slow for me at times, especially when you want to just jump in the new truck and take to the road. The staff work with me to get the best trade in value for my vehicle's and match the number I had been thinking before going to the dealer. It's been a week now and I am ecstatic with the truck and the follow up of the sales staff after the sale.

I've always had great service when I come into the Service Department. People are courteous and prompt. I am treated well. My only complaint is in getting recalls and warranty work done. My car has been waiting several months for both. The issue seems to be that you don't have the parts. And while I know you'd fix it if you did, it is still not good that these issues go so long before they are able to be rectified. My car does not drive well. It's tolerable, but not pleasant. Honestly Ford Motor Company needs to do better than this. I would certainly recommend Crossroads Ford to my friends in regards to the service YOU provide. But I'm having trouble feeling the same way about Ford in general.

We just had our first oil change on our new vehicle. This also included correcting a factory recall issue. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and given a very accurate estimation of how long the service would take to complete. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable with lots of magazines, snacks etc. The work was actually finished sooner than we had expected. This is a very good place to have service work done on a vehicle and I highly recommend this dealership.

Salesperson was great - worked with me both before and after the sale. Only problem I had was getting the paint sealing done. When it came to that they were really bad. Found a left over can of black spray paint in the back seat. Also found black marks on my brand new seats. The all weather mats were wet underneath - it was like they put them back in while the carpet treatment was still wet. I was not happy with that whole service.

Chris Mallory was the sales representative that helped me with my car buying experience. He was absolutely amazing. He was very personable and completely negated the car salesman stereotype. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer. I went there looking for a white one. The sales person that assisted me was very helpful and was very determined to assist me in every aspect there was. The truck that I wanted wasn't at this location. She located one at another Crossroads in North Carolina. It was delivered the next day. She took her time to have the truck detailed and inspected. She also went over features in the truck to make sure that I knew how to operate it. She was very patient and kind-hearted. She answered all of my questions that I asked. She even checked up on me for the the next week to see if I had any questions about the truck and to see how I was enjoying it. I truly believe that she was God sent just for me. I will recommend her to my family and friends for their vehicle purchase in the future.

Great people, my credit isn't all that great and Stephen Dias(not a salesman but in finance) put me in a new car with payments I can afford. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus I really wanted an Escape but Stephen brought to my attention a better move with my car payments to " OVERPAY" with payments I can afford to help repair my credit, than to pinch pennies to barely make a higher carpayment, and see him in a year to get what I really want, I have to say I like the fact that he was more concerned about me keeping my car, getting a higher credit score and making a more reasonable decision than his PAYCHECK, and I'm happy with my choice Thanks Stephen

This is a description of a recent service on our Ford Edge. The Edge was serviced promptly. As I waited I was able to work connecting on the Crossroads Ford (Prince George) WiFi. The waiting area is large, airy, clean and there were a number of amenities available such as coffee, snacks, cold water, cookies, as well as comfortable seating. The service revealed a diagnostic issue and the service reps were able to schedule a subsequent repair appointment to have the problem addressed by the appropriate technician.

I was just going to look as I really didn't have any money saved up and I knew my credit wasn't that great to get a new car with little to nothing down but Steve venema and Steve Diaz did everything they could do to get me in that car. When I first purchased my Edge, right away I was having trouble with the brakes/wheels squealing each tie the car set for a short period. I had it into the shop twice that I can remember and was told that it was coming from moisture on the brakes. Over a short period of time, the squealing was not only when there was moisture but when the temperatures was in the 890's/90's and sun shinning. Frankly, it was very embarrassing to pull up at a light, take off and the car squealing and beside you in an old clunker that is puttering along! This last time in the shop, Rich saw that I still had a complaint and replaced all the brake pads! Since I drove it from the shop, there has been no squealing and I feel proud to be driving my 2014 Ford Edge! Thanks Rich for wonderful service and looking to please a long time customer of Ford! I have to start my experience at Crossroads Ford with Craig Lorey. He was so understanding of my needs and so patient with me because I was having a hard time letting go of my Mustang. Just talking to him, he was able to narrow down my choices to 2 cars. You can't imagine my shock that after a conversation with him, he was able to help me choose the perfect Fusion for me. You just can't ask for any better than that. But, then there was Stephen who helped me with all of the paperwork, warranty questions and such. I bought a used car from the dealership as my daughters car had been totaled and she needed a replacement. The salesman came right out and introduced himself and listened to what I had to say. I had an insurance check in my pocket and I was determined to purchase a car with what I had and not what my daughter wanted. We looked a several cars and I finally narrowed my choices down to 3 then 2. I never felt an pressure from my salesman to purchase either car. I liked how he sat patiently and allowed me to do what I knew was the right thing for me versus what I knew my daughter wanted. I almost left without purchasing either car. In the end, it was my salesman (Maurice) who clinched the deal. He had a lot of patience, class, grace, sense of humor and this quiet dignity that impressed me. I never felt pressured, judged, or felt stupid while dealing with this man and in the end I purchased a car that I felt would be the best choice for my daughter without compromising what I wanted. I liked how he let me come to this conclusion on my own. Everyone I came in contact was wonder, very friendly. This was a great experience for me.

I purchased a Ruby Red 2015 Ford Escape on March 27,2015. Susan Fulcher was the salesperson who helped me in my purchase. She was most helpful and explained everything to me. When I went back the next day to pick up the Escape Susan went over everything with me -- adjusting the seat and putting the radio stations in for me, and telling me all about the wonderful features of the Escape. I will be 79 years old on Thursday, August 20th. My friends and I have a beautiful NEW RIDE -- Thanks to Crossroads and Susan Fulcher. There was a recall, but was fixed in a short time. I purchased a 2015 F150. Susan, the salesperson, was awesome. I spoke to her prior to coming in and she had the truck I was looking for ready for me to test drive when I got there. The only complaint I have is with the detail job done when I purchased the truck was horrible and Susan even agreed. She set it up to be redone when I dropped it off to fix a piece of trim. The second time the outside was great and the inside was still rough. There were even black marks on my seat and center console.

Almost everyone we came in contact spoke to us and made sure that we were okay. The finance manager was wonderful. Very understanding to our needs. Made sure that we understood every element of our purchase. Overall very good experience. I have already recommended a friend.

I came in to look at the car It had low mileage on it I already had a 2008 with higher mileage on it so decided to see about a trade. We worked out a deal and the people of crossroad helped me with getting the car the way I wanted it. The salesman and the sales manger were great. I have bought about 6 or 7 car's from Crossroads in the past some new and some used always happy with the deals. I will continue to use Crossroads when looking for a car or recommend Crossroads to my friends and family. Thanks you for your services and your staff.

I made what I thought was a vehicle inspection appointment for Monday at 9 AM via the Internet. Little did I know that unless an actual person views the appointment request does not get processed especially on a Sunday afternoon. As it turned out I showed up at 9 AM without an appointment. Shirley did an awesome job fitting me in to the schedule to where I did not have to wait very long. Shirley is "the bomb" not only from my own experience but from speaking with other customers in the waiting area that has had her at check-in. Seems like it's time for her to get a raise or a good stool that she can put her foot on at her desk until she is 105% back in the saddle. ???

The staff Mr. Happy and the entire team at cross roads treated me with respect despite my credit issues and wanted to see me drive away in a very nice car with an affordable monthly payment. I loved the ease of making an appointment online with confirmation from dealership via email. My appointment was because of a problem with my horn and a transmission recall. Diagnostics were completed in under 2 hours, and new horn was replaced within two days. Professional staff and straightforward about estimates and final pricing - love the military discount. Waiting room is conducive for parents who have to bring their small children (play equipment, complimentary snacks/drinks/wifi).

The issue with the engine has been fixed, but now some electrical features are not working. The rear passenger window is no longer automatic and the front wipers are no longer automatic.

Keep up thegood service!!!!!!!!!!Gave a one star on buying a vehicle and saw a salesperson and requested a CX5 asI had been in an accident with my CX5 and needed a new vehicle and requested onein appx a month. Never heard from the salesperson and my vehicle came out ofNC. Guess they didn't need the profit from a sale.
